Pass issuing clerk asking debit card PIN publicly

Address:BMTC, Majestic bus stand

Today on 1/7/22 at BMTC Majestic bus pass issuing counter, I was asked by a lady pass issuing staff at debit card counter, to publicly reveal my debit card PIN for which I objected as it is not safe to do the same. She told me she cannot give the POS machine to me for which I told her that's unnecessary and she can just have it with her near the window grill and I would enter the PIN from outside itself. Ticket not provide by the conductor

I'm complaining about the citizen care

I'm a college student. I am traveling in Ka 57 f 737 on July 1 .im writing this while traveling. First of all 401 K is the bus which we get very rarely upon this they aren't stopping bus to board it. The driver is slowing just like that we should climb. And the driving skills are beauty at its best. It's just free wonderlaa ride. Traveling experience is getting very rough . Please implement on the conductor behavior towards the citizen....

Rude behaviour driver

Hai myself jagadeesh today[protected].00 am two bmtc buses same route rash driving with competition outer ring road near sumanahalli bus no KA 01 F 8658 driver jumping signal rude behaviour with public in sumanahalli flyover signal

Rude Conductor Behaviour in uses

Address:Sarjapur road, Bengaluru

When passengers don't have the nearest change for buying tickets, the BMTC bus conductors shout loudly, tells the driver to stop the bus midway and asks passenger to get down from the bus immediately as if they own BMTC. Many such bad experiences with BMTC services.

However, in many cases, they collect money from passengers who will get down in 1 or 2 stops but don't give tickets and they go back, never come front. Passengers...

Irrelevant operation

No bus from 8th mile to Tigaralpalya in the morning 8:40 to 9:30

And no bus in the evening 5:30 to 6:45 from tigaralapalya to 8th mile

3 to 5 buses are running almost empty in the evening from 8th mile towards tigaralapalya.

Plz do the needful...

AC buses not accepting Cashless Payments

AC bus conductors prefer cash payment over UPI as they can then pocket change by making excuses that they don't have change.

They don't even wear the QR codes around their necks and always express discomfort when asked for cashless payment....

Charging high price

He is charging for 1 stop 20 rupees and he is telling that the price changes daily . from isolation bus stop to Vivekananda metro station that bugger is asking 20 rupees this how your rendering service to public bus no KA-57-F-2809 take care of that that bugger...

Misbehaviour of Bus conductor of bus no KA-57-F-1190

Good morning
Today me and 2 of my friends were travelling in BMTC bus KA-57-F-1190 from jungle palya bus stand to bannerghatta bus stand around 9:36am on 28th june, 2022 . The amount we needed to pay for this distance was ₹15 and due to lack of change we gave ₹100 to conductor but all of sudden he became furious and started shouting get down the bus. He even started whistling to indicate bus driver to stop the bus in a mid way....

Buses are not on time

401Kb
and other 401 buses
are not on time
as per chart
the buses should come at 8:30 near city hospital bus stop
but they will come at 8:50 and the driver will as grt in fast fast and he will drive ever rashly...

Buses not arriving as scheduled

Address:Hosa road

Today, 28.06.2022, I arrived at hosa road bus stop at 7.15 AM to catch a bus to Johnson market, on Google it showed that there is G3 bus at 7.20 and 7.40, but neither of them arrived and there was A bus 347 G scheduled at 7.35 from hosa road, even that didn't arrive as well . And atlast By 8.06 i got a G3 after waiting for 50 minutes . Pleasee take necessary action on this issue...

Address:Dayanand Sagar institution bus stop to raghuvanahalli

Bus number is KA57F3229 (green bus) When the empty bus came to the dayanand Sagar bus stop, the driver did not open the back doors and made us know we should get on the bus from the front door. The bus driver started accelerating while me and my friends were getting on (he is not stopping despite seeing us getting on). This resulted in getting smacked into the bus and getting hurt. Disgusting driver

Kindly fire the person in charge of bus number KA57F4736 ther was no conductor one person was doing bithe the job of driver and conductor
He locked the backdoor and made gents to pass through front, made to wait for 30 mins, wen public demanded he blackmailed i will stop somewer, , ... really disgusting service ever i thought bmtc service is good

KA57F4736 bus number of mentioned there was no conductor, driver was only doing both the duties he locked the back door and forced gents to pass through front door, he stuffed ppl like hell, even though gents told we can't he forced to pas through ladies, he made us to wait for 30 mins and in every stop for 10 mins ... seriously of they don't respect there job fire them he blackmailed he will park somewer in the middle of the road and don't...

Drunk and drive

My self Gururaj, I observed that some of Bmtc drivers are drunk and miss behaving with passengers ..it's very horrible to travell in Bmtc buses, recently I was travelling in Bmtc bus, one of the driver his name is observed in his uniform mr.Manoj kumar, unit / depot47, he has drunken and started quarrel with our family members and behaving like a durty animal ... Like this person goodwill of Bmtc lapsed, , kind request please stop the duty...
