Good morning
Today me and 2 of my friends were travelling in BMTC bus KA-57-F-1190 from jungle palya bus stand to bannerghatta bus stand around 9:36am on 28th june, 2022 . The amount we needed to pay for this distance was ₹15 and due to lack of change we gave ₹100 to conductor but all of sudden he became furious and started shouting get down the bus. He even started whistling to indicate bus driver to stop the bus in a mid way.
At the end we arranged change and paid to him and he threw tickets on my hand very rudely.
My requirement is that he could have asked properly regarding not having change we would have arranged and paid him but shouting is not a solution.
Please resolve this complaint as soon as possible.

    401Kb
    and other 401 buses
    are not on time
    as per chart
    the buses should come at 8:30 near city hospital bus stop
    but they will come at 8:50 and the driver will as grt in fast fast and he will drive ever rashly

      Address: Hosa road

      Today, 28.06.2022, I arrived at hosa road bus stop at 7.15 AM to catch a bus to Johnson market, on Google it showed that there is G3 bus at 7.20 and 7.40, but neither of them arrived and there was A bus 347 G scheduled at 7.35 from hosa road, even that didn't arrive as well . And atlast By 8.06 i got a G3 after waiting for 50 minutes . Pleasee take necessary action on this issue

        Address: Dayanand Sagar institution bus stop to raghuvanahalli

        Bus number is KA57F3229 (green bus) When the empty bus came to the dayanand Sagar bus stop, the driver did not open the back doors and made us know we should get on the bus from the front door. The bus driver started accelerating while me and my friends were getting on (he is not stopping despite seeing us getting on). This resulted in getting smacked into the bus and getting hurt. This happened at 3:30pm at dayanand Sagar bus stop. The driver later on was driving very fast and rashly in the city area as well. Please inform the driver to not be so rash and maybe wait for passengers to get on the bus before moving. Thank you

          Misbehaving with ladies. Throwing the money on the face. The "CONDUCTOR" is not Issuing the tickets properly.

            Today 27/6/2022 evening I took bus from sujatha talkies to vijayanagar the bus number was 61A .I gave 100 rs to conductor for a ticket he gave me 10rs ticket & he wrote something on the back of ticket & he said I will u the change later but then I forget to collect change from conductor

              Kindly fire the person in charge of bus number KA57F4736 ther was no conductor one person was doing bithe the job of driver and conductor
              He locked the backdoor and made gents to pass through front, made to wait for 30 mins, wen public demanded he blackmailed i will stop somewer, , ... really disgusting service ever i thought bmtc service is good
              Kindly fire the concerned person

              Else deactivate this site ppl will simply waste time
              I would depend on private cabs i[censored] guys don't take necessary action and advice the same to others as well

                KA57F4736 bus number of mentioned there was no conductor, driver was only doing both the duties he locked the back door and forced gents to pass through front door, he stuffed ppl like hell, even though gents told we can't he forced to pas through ladies, he made us to wait for 30 mins and in every stop for 10 mins ... seriously of they don't respect there job fire them he blackmailed he will park somewer in the middle of the road and don't move

                Kindly fire the concerned

                Bmtc i[censored] guys don't take action immediately deactivate this site atleast
                So tat we public will not depend on government service and depend on private cabs

                  My self Gururaj, I observed that some of Bmtc drivers are drunk and miss behaving with passengers ..it's very horrible to travell in Bmtc buses, recently I was travelling in Bmtc bus, one of the driver his name is observed in his uniform mr.Manoj kumar, unit / depot47, he has drunken and started quarrel with our family members and behaving like a durty animal ... Like this person goodwill of Bmtc lapsed, , kind request please stop the duty to this person,
                  If there is a chance to take action u can take because image of the Bmtc.

                    The bus number 298MH Which runs between kempegowda bus station to karahalli cross which has to come to karahalli cross via devanahalli has been stopped and they turn around from devanahalli itself back to mejstic the evening schedule is not running till karahalli they tell we will not go we will go at night only

                      I had entered the station where my mask broke infront of two female officials. When asked if they have any extra they said no and continued to talk me down to the point where it became extremely embarassing for me. I've travelled by train for the last 24 hours and a metro ride is the easiest way to get home. Now I understand the rules of protection due to covid but how is it possible that a whole government powered institution as big as the metro does not carry a spare face mask. Apart from this when my mask has broken RIGHT INFRONT OF THEM. I'm being treated like a common criminal, I'm being belittled and yelled at and when I've asked for the female security guards names they have once again yelled at me and then instructed another male security guard to havee removed. I'm not using the metro station services to be manhandled and at the mercy and moods of the security guards. They have been put there to make us feel safer, not to feel like we've committed a crime when something as simple as a mask breaks. Please be informed that masks are made of cloth that has the capability of ripping especially when you've been travelling for a day. I have been embarrassed and manhandled today by people who are put there to make me ( a 23 year old woman) feel safe from the hands of men and women we don't know however today, both of those have been trampled upon along with humiliating me and embarrassing me to no extent. I had requested to see their OD cards to which they very rudely and using local language to have me kicked out in front of many others standing there. On top of that both of them apparently have the same name "Anita" and refuse to show me their IDs for recognition purposes. That on its own is insulting the law by not identifying themselves.

                        Bus number KA01FA2187 overtook us on a railway line at around 6:30PM on 25th June 2022. I would like to lodge a complaint on rash driving, overtaking on a railway line and the driver was about to hit our car badly despite honking and this could've been fatal.

                          I do multiplex to rambo hospital dropeveryday.So what happens every day, the contact gives the ticket but the time of landing takes the free ticket return.
                          Today, when I was coming from the multiplex, the contractor Iasked him three times sir give ticket, he was not giving. Last given a ticket which is ₹ 5 less than the rate of bus.

                            I am traveling in BMTC bus no.KA01F4901 (route no. 303 From Babusabpalya to mejestic... At 24/06/2022 @ 5:00PM

                            In that time i was Showing Monthly Pass to conductor in Tummoc online app..
                            But conductor told me scan the QR code, so i am scanning QR code but it was taking some few time delay.. Thats why conductor is talkig with me very rudely... Like a rowdy in front of all passengers... But am telling to him please talk smoothly... But he was not asking...
                            So i need to clarify the about online bus pass is not working something properly...so what is use of this pass So what can i do... Conductor's not accept that situation, , he is directly telling take the tickets & travel, otherwise drop out in bus... Its very bad experience in Bmtc

                            So i kindly requesting to you
                            Please train up them's how to behave with passenger

                              Dated 24th June 2022 time 4.40pm
                              The above said driver is unfit to be the driver because he don't know the values of lives.
                              As I was coming from office from Marathahalli to Hebbal near Mahadevapura flyover/Bridge in the middle of the flyover, the above said bus which was going in the bus bay suddenly came towards right side. The driver suddenly came towrds the main lane . This made me to fall from My bike. By God's grace I was escaped from great accident.
                              I request the authorities to take necessary action against the bus driver who is very much careless about others life.
                              I am the only bread winner of the family.
                              He must be punished severely or suspended .
                              I hope the higher Authorities take necessary action against the drive. And he should not repeat this in future and play in the lives of others.

                                  On[protected]:55 a.m. the driver of
                                  KA 57 F 3648 drove the bus very rashly (near Dubasipalya railway gate, Kengeri Upanagara, Bangalore-560059)... It's not safe for the pedestrians on road and not fair for the driver to act so...
                                  Kindly instruct the driver not to drive in such a horrible way which can cause threat to the pedestrians...

                                    Travelled from Hebbal to Kasturinagar in 500D on 23rd June around 2:45 pm. Noticed that the conductor was wetting his finger in his mouth before issuing tickets. Alerted the conductor. I appreciate that he stopped doing that.
                                    BMTC must educate all conductors to stop this unhealthy habit of issuing saliva contaminated ticket to passenger. One suggestion is to put placards warning the conductor from doing so, and permitting passengers to refuse tickets if he does that.

                                      I was supposed to travel from hulimavu to Richmond circle (365). The bus which I got in was airport bus which had no bus number or any sign of destination, the conductor was very rude just because I asked him why there's no bus number mentioned. He also refused to let me out in the next stop as I had no idea about the route number and it's expensive compared to 365 majestic.
