Hi,

Bus number KA01FA2187 overtook us on a railway line at around 6:30PM on 25th June 2022. I would like to lodge a complaint on rash driving, overtaking on a railway line and the driver was about to hit our car badly despite honking and this could've been fatal....

I do multiplex to rambo hospital dropeveryday.So what happens every day, the contact gives the ticket but the time of landing takes the free ticket return.
Today, when I was coming from the multiplex, the contractor Iasked him three times sir give ticket, he was not giving. Last given a ticket which is ₹ 5 less than the rate of bus....

In that time i was Showing Monthly Pass to conductor in Tummoc online app..
But conductor told me scan the QR code, so i am scanning QR code but it was taking some few time delay.. Thats why conductor is talkig with me very rudely... Like a rowdy in front of all passengers... But am telling to him please talk...

BMTC Bus No. : KA 57 F 3648

On[protected]:55 a.m. the driver of
KA 57 F 3648 drove the bus very rashly (near Dubasipalya railway gate, Kengeri Upanagara, Bangalore-560059)... It's not safe for the pedestrians on road and not fair for the driver to act so...
Kindly instruct the driver not to drive in such a horrible way which can cause threat to the pedestrians...

Travelled from Hebbal to Kasturinagar in 500D on 23rd June around 2:45 pm. Noticed that the conductor was wetting his finger in his mouth before issuing tickets. Alerted the conductor. I appreciate that he stopped doing that.
BMTC must educate all conductors to stop this unhealthy habit of issuing saliva contaminated ticket to passenger. One suggestion is to put placards warning the conductor from doing so, and permitting passengers...

I was supposed to travel from hulimavu to Richmond circle (365). The bus which I got in was airport bus which had no bus number or any sign of destination, the conductor was very rude just because I asked him why there's no bus number mentioned. He also refused to let me out in the next stop as I had no idea about the route number and it's expensive compared to 365 majestic.

we noticed very frequently that the buses are not stopping at Vinayakanagar Gunjur bus stop (Udupi Park) every day. none of the drivers are stopping at this point which is a dedicated bus stop. i would request you to please address this issue as it is becoming a challenge to catch BMTC buses running Varthur - Sarjapur road....

This bus driver behavior with passengers was not good. Unknown passengers who are new for travelling in bus may don't know about bus rules, in that case he should explain passengers or tell them politely instead of that he was screaming on passengers. Please take action on him....

Conductors need to learn to behave and speak...

I was travelling in bus 323AB on 23rd June 2022 in morning 8:45am from Kundalahalli Gate to corporation stop. I did not had change of 25 Rupees. I gave the conductor 30Rupess and 5 rupees was pending with conductor. Before the last stop when I asked for my 5Rupees he was showing attitude and speaking something in kannada, as if he was abusing me. He even told me this is kannada state u r not allowed in this state as if he owns this place....

I reside in adugodi every 15 min 171 buses are supposed to come to the bus stop. But every other day I wait from 7:10 to 7:45 with not even a single bus to arrive.
And if they turn up two buses come at a time competing with each other.
Kindly look into the issue and help the commoners...

Bus number 304K at 10:45pm on 22nd June 2022 at Garudacharpalya bustop in mahadevpura. The bus driver did not stop even though the bus was having less passangers, and i showed my hand and driver saw me and saw the conductor and decided not to stop the bus. It was the new electric bus, This bus cannot move with the door open, so he refused to stop. It was the last bus of the day. I had to book a cab because of this....

I am citizen and working women by profession as Lawyer. My office is located near Vasantha nagar and residing near Nagashetty halli. I am writing this complaint by raising the issue that from Guttahali or from Mekri Circle we are not getting the bus to Nagashetty halli. It was not only me there are lots of people who waits in the bus stop for more than an hour to go to nagashettyhalli.
