I am writing this email to inform you about the arrival of 338bus to munnekola. Most of the days, bus is not there in the morning at 9 am. So many people are expecting this bus and will be sitting here. The bus details are also not in the app when we search. Some days if it is not showing in the app, the bus will be here. Why it is not regular? If you could find a solution, we people will be happy and thankful.

    I feel so sorry to say this, the poorest bus service in india. I have waited from past two hours (6:30-8:30am) at a cross named "manganahalli cross"and i can proudly point out the filthy service of bmtc. There are many senior citizens waiting there before me, may be from 6, standing on their toe and they literally reached a level of crying, even one of hem broke down before me, this is not tolerable. These are daily workers who solely depend upon buses. At last a bus at 8:30, had sufficient seats but didn't stop at the bus stop he stopped way ahead, upon being asked why, his rude behaviour with seniors was pathetic. I had always dreamt of beautiful bangalore, but bangalore is no more beautiful. I request the higher official to look into this, solve this crisis, lack of buses at the earliest, benefiting the elders.

      Dear sir / madam,

      My name is avee rathod

      Travelling vide bmtc buses from shankar math bangalore to shivaji nagar bangalore.

      After finishinng office we wait for bus series bus # 95 / bus series # 79 / bus # 63 at indian express bus stop.
      But there are no t single buses available from 6 : 20 to 7 : 24 p. M. We wait there for an hour biut sad aprt is not even singler buses are available on 15.06.20 / 16.06.20 / 17.06.20.

      Please tell me one route buses are not available that i can understand, but for all three route not a single buse there in between : 6 : 20 p. M to 7 :24 p. M.

      We more than 30 people wil be waiting at bus stop.
      .
      Request you to please sort this problem.

      Because buses are coming after 7 : 20 p. M at indian express bus stop.

          We are going through a painful days after covid-19 started and on top of this to survive we are travelling to work. But if we do not get proper bus service for long distance journey it is very difficult to work. I travel daily from near doddaballapura industrial area to itpl and because the bmtc rules doesn't allow above full seat occupancy to travel in the bus. No one is allowed to stand. I just don't understand how this will prevent the infection. The conductors don't ask any of the passengers to show arogya setu app or check temperature before boarding. There is no sanitization procedure. But need to ply with only sitting. The person sitting next to me is infected i will get to know only of he is admitted and if he has used arogya setu app earlier. Please increase the bus service from the area more passengers are traveling long distance during morning time and at night. Also please ask the passengers to show arogya setu app. And who doesn't have a smartphone, please check the temperature.

            Dear sir,

            Today morning i. E 9th june 2020, i came from my native shimoga by ksrtc bus. Then i get down at mejestc. Then i have to go to kr puram. I get the bus number ka57f1081. When i came to tin factory one passenger came and asking my near by seat. I told him to one person only for one seat. Then he told ok. Conductor came and shouting me to this is not your ksrtc bus. This is bmtc. You see all the news paper and news. All restrictions are closed. Here no restriction. Then i told ok and get the bus number photo for complint. He is abusing in kannada bad words for taking photo and he taken the photo of myself.

            The karntaka government taken care against care of corona virus. But this type of people doing non sense thing of government employee.

            Please take the serious action against this conductor.

              My wife travels everyday to office in 500d volvo bus (Bangalore's public transport bus bmtc) to hebbal. Every day the bus stops way before (500 metres) the actual hebbal bus stop and they give a reason that they can't drop them at actual bus stop because it gets inconvenient to them for having breakfast which is very insensitive towards the common citizens who have no options except buses.
              This has made everyday commute very troublesome as not everyone can walk for 500 metre in rains or sun heat or anything else that too just because of the bus's inconvenience and still paying the full amount.
              Everyday lot of people argue with the bus conductors with no luck as next day again the same arrogance is shown. I want someone to look into it and provide with the mechanism to complaint for specific buses in case they refuse to follow the rules and refuse to drop us at correct bus stop.

                Dear sir /madam,

                I am a regular commuter with a monthly pass. I am really happy that bmtc started it's services post lock down. However the buses are badly maintained. Today i travelled by route no. 507 from rammoorthy nagar till bel circle. Passengers could not get seated as the seats are accumulated with mud and dust. We cannot even wipe at this point of time. Please take necessary steps to clean the buses and keep commuters as well as bmtc staff safe. I have taken a picture of the seat to show the muddy seats.

                  I was sexually harrassed by the bus conductor when I board in at babadapallya to tin factory bus at 1700 hours, bus no. KA-57 F-2293, he also abussed infront of the driver but he also didn't do anything, as per him thier is no bus stop in Tin factory and took extra money without giving ticket, he is corrupt person and will raise it to social media if no action been taken.

                    Bmtc driver misbehaved rudely with lady today evening at 18:[protected] friday evening) andd closed the door suddenly and she was injured and got right arm swelling.
                    She was waiting for bus near 8th mile for nelamangala bus

                    Please take action on this driver so that he should not repeat the same thing.

                      Today evening 6.10pm. Bus no ka51f1490. 300e came rash and not horn, when i saw in mirror i takr left side. That time he came near to my vehicle not even 1/2feet. If i not taken sudden left i may be met accident. But driver stop the vehicle and abused bad words. Public also oppsued his attitude. Pls take action about him i request to u.

                        In the wake of covid-19 bmtc service was disrupted from 22th to 31th (10
                        Days) in the month of march 2020. When the news of bmtc resuming on
                        19th may 2020 was out, i had initiated e mail on may 19, 2020 3:49:51 am
                        To [protected]@mybmtc.com mentioning in possession of bmtc march monthly
                        Pass (Paid in full for 31 days) and seek clarification towards availing
                        Commute. Further personally called and followed up with bmtc dto/pro.
                        However neither welcomed to board bmtc for remaining days nor
                        Entertained for refund/resolution towards incomplete service till date.
                        All we have been communicated that as of now there is no provision for
                        Your commute/grievance since bmtc service was disrupted as per "gov't
                        Orders", one has to purchase new monthly pass for may 2020 and nothing
                        Can be done about service in due to consumer!! - b a vinod

                          Sir, many ppl are working for their basic need,
                          Since buses commutating are less, the crowd inside the buses have increased rapidly which will definitely have a impact on spreading the virus. Having only one bus for the end point is the main problem, during this corona passengers are scared to travel in huge numbers..
                          So i kindly request the bmtc department to sort out this issue.

                            Dear sir / madam,

                            I would like to inform you that most of the people traveling from ulsoor bus stop, for us everyday charges will be up and down rs. 20/-. But we have noticed weekly passes are rs.300/- and daily passes rs. 70/-.

                            We have purchased a weekly pass paying rs. 300/- but no use because all buses are coming from k. R. Puram and almost all buses will be filled with people. One are two people can get into bus. Those you have purchased a pass it is a waste for us again we have to take auto. And we noticed the bus board says those who have pass can get into but those buses are fully filled.
                            Charges are very high compared to what we are paying earlier and we are wasting our time & money waiting for the bus. Taking 50% of salary and paying for auto rs. 100/- or rs. 70/- and also wasting money of weekly pass.

                            Kindly take necessary action to reduce the fair ulsoor to richmond circle and other places, at least if you reduce daily pass rs. 70/- to rs. 40/- or rs. 50/-it will be very useful for working ladies
                            .
                            Those who are working 9.30 am to 6.00 pm no many buses after 6.00 pm

                                Dear sir/madam,

                                I am a bank employee working with lakshmi vilas bank ltd. On[protected] i came to jayanagar 4th block bmtc bus depot waiting for the bus to k h road/double road as the bank branch where i work is located in langford town which is nearby double road.

                                But the bus conductor and other bmtc employess at the jayanagar 4th block depot denied to provide me the service quoting a reason that as per a latest bmtc circular issued on[protected] bmtc bus will be providing servicd only to health workers

                                I have not found any such circular on the bmtc website. Kindly clarify on this unfair treatment with bankers

                                  Please provide us bus facility in the morning session at 8.15 (Pickup from rajajinagar near citi hospital) and afternoon at 2 o clock (From vidyaranyapura last stop). As we are facing transportation problem. We are working for the bank at vidyaranyapura traveling from rajajinagar. Since[protected] service to the bank employees (Pick and drop) has been stopped. We don't have any other alternative.

                                  Due covid19 buses are stopped, the buses which is provided only for hospital and police people. We are also working during covid19 for the public.

                                    Dear sir/madam,

                                    First of all driver and conductor looting and harassing to the doctors instead of serving at this crucial medical emergency.
                                    I had a worst experience while traveling in bmtc bus details mentioned below.

                                    Today dated[protected] at 12:26:56 pm i traveled from devanahalli govt hospital bus stop to yelahank raithara sante.in bmtc bus no ka 57 f3338, route name 298me/1 depot no 11.

                                    Details of complaint:
                                    1. Issued wrong ticket, the issued ticket mentioned as from majestic to yelahanka. Instead of devanahalli govt hospital bus stop to yelahank raithara sante. When asked the conductor says there is defect in the machine that's the reason it is giving the wrong ticket. This shows how bluntly the bmtc staff is fighting the covid-19 virus.

                                    2 charged for the doctor against the law : i am a doctor working in devanahalli. Though there is guidelines from the state govt not to charge for the doctor.in this case after showing the id also the conductor didn't obey. Instead he charged more then the actual amount.

                                    3. Charged 120 rupees against 30 rupees from devanahalli govt hospital bus stop to yelahank raithara sante and given 60 rupees ticket.

                                    4. Harassed by the bmtc conductor and driver: while taking the advantage of the situation of single lady traveler where there were only 2 passengers traveling in the bmtc bus.

                                    5. We telephoned [protected] depot manager of route no 11 and she says every thing is fine from devanahalli to yelahank raithara santhe ticket fare is 60 rupees only.

                                    6. Ticket issued to me refers to depot no 30 where as my co-passenger had been issued the ticket of depot no 11. I am surprised to hear that the depot manager of depot -11, matha ([protected]) supported that 2 depot tickets for 2 different passengers who traveled in a same bus, at same time[protected] at 12:26:56 pm) can be issued?

                                    7. Depot manager mrs matha ([protected]) instead of taking action on the bmtc staff and helping the passenger, she ignored me.

                                        Karnataka is one of the most useless staes i have seen in india.
                                        Firat of all the people of karnataka due to lack of their courage were under muslim rule and due to this they speak any kind of language with others.
                                        The bmtc bus staff, who speak anything, their clothes should be removed and they should be kicked in front of their public.#, all useless beggers from british era.
