Dear sir / madam,

I would like to inform you that most of the people traveling from ulsoor bus stop, for us everyday charges will be up and down rs. 20/-. But we have noticed weekly passes are rs.300/- and daily passes rs. 70/-.

We have purchased a weekly pass paying rs. 300/- but no use because all buses are coming from k. R. Puram and almost all buses will be filled with people. One are two people can get into bus. Those you have purchased a pass it is a waste for us again we have to take auto. And we noticed the bus board says those who have pass can get into but those buses are fully filled.
Charges are very high compared to what we are paying earlier and we are wasting our time & money waiting for the bus. Taking 50% of salary and paying for auto rs. 100/- or rs. 70/- and also wasting money of weekly pass.

Kindly take necessary action to reduce the fair ulsoor to richmond circle and other places, at least if you reduce daily pass rs. 70/- to rs. 40/- or rs. 50/-it will be very useful for working ladies

Those who are working 9.30 am to 6.00 pm no many buses after 6.00 pm

      Dear sir/madam,

      I am a bank employee working with lakshmi vilas bank ltd. On[protected] i came to jayanagar 4th block bmtc bus depot waiting for the bus to k h road/double road as the bank branch where i work is located in langford town which is nearby double road.

      But the bus conductor and other bmtc employess at the jayanagar 4th block depot denied to provide me the service quoting a reason that as per a latest bmtc circular issued on[protected] bmtc bus will be providing servicd only to health workers

      I have not found any such circular on the bmtc website. Kindly clarify on this unfair treatment with bankers

        Please provide us bus facility in the morning session at 8.15 (Pickup from rajajinagar near citi hospital) and afternoon at 2 o clock (From vidyaranyapura last stop). As we are facing transportation problem. We are working for the bank at vidyaranyapura traveling from rajajinagar. Since[protected] service to the bank employees (Pick and drop) has been stopped. We don't have any other alternative.

        Due covid19 buses are stopped, the buses which is provided only for hospital and police people. We are also working during covid19 for the public.

        Request you to consider our request

          Dear sir/madam,

          First of all driver and conductor looting and harassing to the doctors instead of serving at this crucial medical emergency.
          I had a worst experience while traveling in bmtc bus details mentioned below.

          Today dated[protected] at 12:26:56 pm i traveled from devanahalli govt hospital bus stop to yelahank raithara sante.in bmtc bus no ka 57 f3338, route name 298me/1 depot no 11.

          Details of complaint:
          1. Issued wrong ticket, the issued ticket mentioned as from majestic to yelahanka. Instead of devanahalli govt hospital bus stop to yelahank raithara sante. When asked the conductor says there is defect in the machine that's the reason it is giving the wrong ticket. This shows how bluntly the bmtc staff is fighting the covid-19 virus.

          2 charged for the doctor against the law : i am a doctor working in devanahalli. Though there is guidelines from the state govt not to charge for the doctor.in this case after showing the id also the conductor didn't obey. Instead he charged more then the actual amount.

          3. Charged 120 rupees against 30 rupees from devanahalli govt hospital bus stop to yelahank raithara sante and given 60 rupees ticket.

          4. Harassed by the bmtc conductor and driver: while taking the advantage of the situation of single lady traveler where there were only 2 passengers traveling in the bmtc bus.

          5. We telephoned [protected] depot manager of route no 11 and she says every thing is fine from devanahalli to yelahank raithara santhe ticket fare is 60 rupees only.

          6. Ticket issued to me refers to depot no 30 where as my co-passenger had been issued the ticket of depot no 11. I am surprised to hear that the depot manager of depot -11, matha ([protected]) supported that 2 depot tickets for 2 different passengers who traveled in a same bus, at same time[protected] at 12:26:56 pm) can be issued?

          7. Depot manager mrs matha ([protected]) instead of taking action on the bmtc staff and helping the passenger, she ignored me.

              Karnataka is one of the most useless staes i have seen in india.
              Firat of all the people of karnataka due to lack of their courage were under muslim rule and due to this they speak any kind of language with others.
              The bmtc bus staff, who speak anything, their clothes should be removed and they should be kicked in front of their public.#, all useless beggers from british era.

                Journey details : ms palya to bel market

                The bus conductor has issued a ticket from lakshmipura cross to bel circle which costs around 17 rupees.

                Distance between the lakshmipura cross (Where ticket issued) and ms palya (Wherre i have boarded) is 2.3 kms. Why i have to pay extra money for the 2.3 kms. If it is a single day i can leave it, but it is happening every day

                When i told him the original cost is 15 rupees only, he yelled at me

                  Many ppl are working as usual for their daily bread. Since buses commutating are less, the crowd inside the buses have increased rapidly which will definitely have a impact on spreading the virus. More number of buses with limited passengers will help to overcome the spread of corona virus drastically. So i kindly request the bmtc department to look into this and sort the problem asap.

                    So many instances i have notice when there is wastage of fuel with bus engine is on idle for more than 10 minutes when bus is at destination/origin.

                    Bmtc has more than 6500 buses and even if 2000 buses waster 100 rs worth of fuel by idle-running of bus engine either at origin or destination the loss will be about 2 lakh per day and 7.9 crores per year and so much waste of foreign exchange. Why cant the drivers switch off the engine or reaching destination and start just when they are on next trip.
                    And the bmtc management dont care, just sit warming the chair and chatting on whatsapp

                    From time 8.30 pm to 9.15 pm there will be no busses available from vijayanagar to kengeri. 3 buses with number 401k go as in race between 8 to 8.30 pm. So many people including many ladies have to wait for the bus. Request, Action need to be taken and bus timings need to be revised for public benefit

                      Dear sir,
                      This is not a complaint, but to improve public health due to viruses.
                      Other day i was going on my bike on dr. Rajkumar road around 12 noon, one of your buses was going in front a person sitting near window started spitting when the bus was on the move. Some of it fell on me. I chased the bus and told the conductor and passenger not to do so. Your conductor not bothered and the passenger made a face a's if his right to spit curtailed.
                      The corona virus -19, spreads through saliva droplets. And saliva fallen on roads if you step on it.
                      Hence i request you to issue a circular and instruct all drivers& conductors orally also, to make them aware of the gravity of the situation. They should tell in the bus also.

                      KA 57 F 2525 Bus conductor is not stopping but at Sarjapur Signal Bus stop,

                      while bus moving towards silkboard from hebbal, other bmtc bus they stop in the sarjapur signal bus stop before flyover starts but this above mentioned bus wont stop please take the action.

                        I am traveling in bus no. Ka 01 fa 1816. The bus route is 500na.
                        I have boarded the bus from beml layout and my destination is ecospace. The roads are almost empty sue to obvious reasons but the driver is continuously standing in stops kundalahalli gate, spice garden, marathahalli for total of more than 40 minutes.
                        This kind of service is not acceptable and then you expect people to use public transport.
                        The scene is nearly the same always. There are no passengers for boarding but the buses keep stopping and don't move.

                        After 6:30pm there won't be any a/c buses available from that place.
                        Even if they come also they won't stop particularly at that place.
                        So kindly increase the bus frequency and please inform a/c bus drivers to stop at garudacharpalya stop.

                          Dear sir/ma'am,

                          This is both a concern & complaint from our end. Most of the buses plying in the madivala - binnamangala / kalyannagar route (Via koramangala) such as 201 series, mf6, mf8, 412 etc. Sometimes do not go till the last destination, especially if commuters are small in number. Though the last destination mentioned in the bus would be binnamangala or kalyannagar, the conductor may even issue tickets till that destination, but most of the time, they halt in between or stop at the previous bus stop from the final destination (Like kfc indiranagar instead of binnamangala). Pretty sure this is happening to many other bmtc buses too, when the last destination commuters are less in number. Please make it mandatory for all buses to commute till its final destination without distressing the commuters. An efficient system could easily be build to ensure they log out with the commuters at the last destination.

                          We are regular commuters from banashankari or sometimes koramangala to ramanmurthynagar. A few years ago, the bus mf6 used to ply till ramamurthynagar, currently it is either stopping over at swami vivekananda metro station or kfc indiranagar. We request bmtc to please get this route back till rmnagar. This is a very common travel route & there are many commuters looking forward to this.

                            I boarded 500ca bus (Ka01fa1847) at kundalahalli gate bus stop at around 5:00 pm on 16th march 2020. The bus reached multiplex stop and from there they stopped the bus at each and every bus stop for more than 10 min. Almost 10 500ca buses had overtaken us in this period. This is very unprofessional on the part of both driver and the conductor as they deliberately delayed the journey.

                              Today 15/03/2020 we students of chinai college of nursing bangalore travelled in ka01f9456 bus. The conductor said she will drop us at majestic. We were 54 students. The bus was going to kr market. We were not knowing that. We are poor in kannada. Conductor counted us at anekal and on the way she was not willing to give our balance amount 300 rs and made us get down at corporation circle

                                Complaint regarding bmtc bus driver.

                                Bus details - ka 57 f 3036.

                                Bus driver almost touched our car when questioned he said “how can u come in my way. I’ll run over ur car” and he still came close to the car and they was hardly any space between the car and bus... He threatened and started hitting the top of the car. Very arrogant coz he is a govt employee and no one can do anything.

                                Pls take action on the same and provide an update pls.

                                238U bus and 401K bus came together near maruthinagar and they did not even stop for a minute. It always happens this way. The drivers are not concerned about particular route travellers.

                                  Respected sir,

                                  I am spoorthi. S a regular passenger (Evening) of nice-6 (Bus no. Ka57-f-3148) i am raising a complaint against conductor mr. Ravi. He is making a problem to the passenger by coming late to the wipro bus stop.

                                  The evening timings of the nice-6 bus is at 6 o'clock but, the bus will come around 6:10 of 6:15 pm. The said conductor ask the driver to start late. If anyone of the passenger ask"why the bus is late?" the said conductor will give the reason "traffic jam". We the passengers will accept the reason for once, twice or thrice but this late coming is regularly been practiced.

                                  We the passengers asked again that other buses are coming on time or will be before the said time why not nice-6. The said conductor reply rudely and tell don’t teach the rules, i know what time i should leave the stop and threatens passengers “if you ask more question i will inform the depot manager to cancel this bus”. Because of these words said by conductor all the passengers will sit silently and there is no option to us to travel for magadi main road route. The said conductor has encatched the requirement of passengers and threatening us. So passengers are afraid to complaint against the conductor.

                                  Secondly, he will stop the bus in konapana agrahara for more than 20 mins. Because some of the passengers (Ladies) who calls to his mobile and asked the said conductor to wait till they come. If anyone raises the question against him, his reply is “i am doing marketing, collection is not happening i should report to the depot manager and the depot manager will cancel this nice-6” or he will threatens to the pass holders to take the tickets so that the bus will run regularly.

                                  Thirdly, the said conductor is misusing the conductor seat by chit chatting, giggling, laughing and making irritating jokes etc with the passengers those who sit on the bonet or footboard steps after crossing the electronic city toll.

                                  Few persons (Passengers) individually has complaint to the concerned competent authority through mail, in person to simanahalli depot (Depot no. 31) etc. The next day when he comes to the bus he will say “whatever complaint you people give nobody can do anything and use slang language”. So passengers thinks the said conductor behave like a third rated and if we speak there is no difference to him or us and mainly there is no other option for us to travel or reach magadi main road.

                                  So kindly requesting you to solve this issue and take necessary action against the said conductor mr. Ravi and do the needful to the passenger who travel in the nice-6.

                                  Today i picked up bus v-500d/44 (KA01f4379)
                                  From ecospace to Kalamandir. The conductor charged me 30 rs. But when he gave me ticket it was 19 rs bellanduru to Kalamandir. He forced me to get down at marathalli bridge.
                                  Every day i am going by BMTC bus . I gave only 20 rs .
                                  Currently there are only few routes operating in Sarjapur Road. Major routes like Sarjapur-Bannerghatta Road, Sarjapur-ITPL, Sarjapur-Banshankari are required urgently for better commute of residents in Sarjapur Road.

                                    Dear sir
                                    Yesterday 13th msrch 9.50 pm bmtc bus ka57f3872 route 320c made an accident on my car in front of swami vivekananda metro station old madras road,. The driver was very careless on driving. My cars left mirror side crashed. The driver dangerously took forward on signal and immediately turn right and bus's rear right portion touched my mirror. I immediately stop the car and bus conductor argued with me roughly. Nothing damage happen to bus, but my cars mirror crashed. I politely asked compensation from him for the mirror and he does not agree. The driver was silent on arguments and conductor was so rough on talking. My wife and me tried to convince them and i told them i will complain to bmtc commissioner and they were more annoyed and ask me to pice station which i am not agreed. Kindly check the track record of this driver and he can cause more damage and conductor should talk politely and admit their mistake. My damage of the mirror is not an issue and not going for a police complaint. Please ask their explanation and take action.

                                      The conductor didn't pay balance amount. When I asked he was ver rude and shouted at me and asked me to get exact change that is 25 rupees from nearby shop. The amount I paid was 200 and he didn't pay the balance amount

                                        BMTC checking inspectors even though we had tickets they took fine from us because of conductor didn't issue the ticket properly, they are not showing common courtesy also on ladies, they stopped us on 5 stops ahead of our stops, that to at late night. They took money on phonepay:[protected]

                                        Money laundering is going on please take necessary action on this. Please help public servants.
