Dear sir i am traveling tomorrow metro station from kumbalgudo. We are 15 candidates i have 500 note and give to conductor. When i reached metro station i forgot to receive 170 rupees.
I waiting 1 hour at that stop so that he will come. When he came he did not given me 170 amount.

BMTC checking inspectors even though we had tickets they took fine from us because of conductor didn't issue the ticket properly, they are not showing common courtesy also on ladies, they stopped us on 5 stops ahead of our stops, that to at late night. They took money on phonepay:[protected]

Money laundering is going on please take necessary action on this. Please help public servants.

Today me and my friend and friend were travelling in a empty bus... So we were sitting together and discussing about the project. But this conductor forced me to go to the ladies seat and i went. He started scolding my friend (Guy) and even slapped him leading to physical injury and damaging his glasses. Bus no. Ka-51-f-421.
Please suspend that cheap conductor for his bad deeds. And the glass charges should be provided to my friend...

My mg car was hit by a bmtc bus driver from the left side around 11.30 today 12th march 2020 near chamrajpet road. He had been overtaking from left side since a long distance. Even after repeated alerts about telling him that a barricade is present on the right side of our car he rammed into the car. Plz find the photo attached of the driver and bus number...

I do travel daily from baiyappanahalli to itpl, bus fare is rs.53. Bus conducter will never give change back unless and untill we ask... We will in so hurry to office that we ll forget to ask change back.. Seriously its very irritating.. Plz make cash less and go for smart card pay option.. Kindly have a look on this issue it's a sensior request.

I took the bus from bommasandra and wanted to travel till electronic city. I paid 10 rupees but I was given the ticket of hebbagodi to bomanahalli of 5 rupees. When asked about the difference he said it is closing time. And when I started insisting for 10 rupees ticket he started behaving rudely with me. And when I insisted for 5 rupees back he treated me like a dog. Shame on these government servants who is looting the money of common man...

Dear bmtc i am a student traceling college back home i have the change over point of my buspass as kempegowda majestic... Ant the bus conductor of the bus. No ka-51-f2787. Of bus no 333c on 11th march 2020... At 5:30pm... Force me to getoff the bus with disrespectful behaviour... And with a lot of foul language... And she says that the pass is not allowed in this bus... And he says without any scanning of the card that i am not traveling...

Individual ticket checking person asking me for ticket. I show him ticket as I traveled in Bus number KA -01 FA209 . He asking me something in Kannada language but I don't know Kannada . So I can't understand him.
I told him to ask either English or Hindi.

It's a common practice bmtc bus for not issuing ticket in the bus. The bus number ka 57 2108 entoute to hebbal. Today 10 march 2020, i board this bus from iblur juction abt 11. Am and gave 10 rs to issue my ticket to ecospace. The conductor took the money and started taking ticket from other ppl. He didn't issue me ticket. There is a very less frequency of buses from venkatala/baglur cross to either market or majestic during the very most peak hour ie 8-9am and from majestic to venkatala/baglur cross during 6-7pm. Every day without any choice many o[censored]s are taking the private buses and spending money inspite of having bus pass. This is a sincere request to allot more buses during the above mentioned period.

I'm a student who daily travels to college early in the morning during 5:30 - 6:30 am. I was traveling from majestic (Transit station) to mattikkere. I showed my student pass and college id. But there is no address option in my college id. I told him that i will show him my application receipt but he started scolding me for not having my address in my id card and threatened me that he will make me get out of the bus. I wad traveling from roopena agarhara to infosys electronic city around 11:30. I didn't have exact change. I gave 100 rupee, that guy returned 70 but didn't return 5 rupee change and said he don't have change and after that only other passenger came and he gave the 5 rupee change to him. Then i asked again when my stop came and again he denied that he don't have change. Then i thought i will take his picture and raise...

I travel from old airport road route to itpl which costs rs20. Everytime if i give 100, i get 80 back which will consist of improper and torn notes which i accepted. But on giving tha same to conduct for next day route, he will not accept any such notes. He was the only one who gave me the notes and now not accepting the same.. Can you please improve.. Am bound to argue with them always.....

Tmi boarded bus today at 8:00 am from mahadevpura. The bus was there in mahadevpura for 10 mins at same stop and there was no traffic nothing.
When i ask them to move the conductor gave me my money back and asked me to get down and started scolding.

There should be particular time for which bus should stop at a particular bus stop whatever may be the case.

And the behaviour of conductors should be polite...
