I took the bus no 119 in the morning at 8:45 and evening at 6:30. The problem is with the bus conductor of morning only. As i gave rs 50 for the ticket to indian express stop, he marked 35 at the back of the ticket. When i asked him for the balance amount at cantonment bus stop, he replied wait. My stop was one to next and i asked while i was stepping out and he stared at me... Another day i gave rs 20 and he didn't write anything on the back of ticket. Same way i asked him for the balance now this near to my drop then he asked me to give rs 5 so that i can gave you rs 10. And i've seen that 3 ladies gave him rs 5 coin and rs 5 note. As i have seen now, i cleared that he had enough of rs 5 with him but he forced me to give rs 5 or else i don't have the change.

This is ridiculous and please do provide your conductors enough currency of lower denominations. Otherwise people like him will continue harassing the passengers.

I hope some actions must be taken against such people.

    The 506 bus which is a regular bus at 6.30 from hebbal to itpl everyday. After the usual trip they go for factory trip everyday. Now that the factory trip is canceled they have canceled the bus for the whole route. This is unacceptable. There were at least 20+ people who traveled everyday in this bus regulary. They have routed this bus to 500d. There are so many 500d in morning and not a single bus to itpl at this time. Please look into this issue and arrange one bus to itpl at 6.30. Request your speed action on this.

      Today i was traveling from ecospace bus stop to marathahalli multiplex bus stop. I took bmtc volvo bus (Vajra) with registration number ka01 fa1751 at around 5:35 pm (3rd of march, 2020).ac was not properly functioning in this, it was just throwing air and no cooling was done. Some of the passengers ask to turn the ac on for which bus conductor told that it will take time but till my whole journey ac was not functioning correctly.

      My concern is that if we are charged for ac bus fare than same facility should be provided and if ac is not working than what is the point of charging more.

        On 29/02/2029 around 11am i was driving my maruiti alto from chikkalasandra near japamala convent and taken turn towards chikkaladandra bus stand. At that time a bmtc bus bearing no. Ka01f4552 come in opposite direction. The road is little bit narrow. I stopped by car to give way to bus. But driver come to full right and without stopping the vehicle moved on. This resulted in damaging my vehicle. The driver is so arrogant without stopping, without enquiring drove away from the place. I called him to stop but still drive very fast. I followed the bus, finaly stopped the bus at padmanabhangar bus stop. There also he rudely behaved with me and drove away the bus. It seems he has no basic knowledge of driving. I am using the same road from last 10 years, though road is narrow one bus and one car can easily pass easily. Driver come fast and taken sharp left turn which resulted in damaging of my car. Further the side body of bus was sharp due to bad maintaince
        I am attaching the photo of bus and my car photo showing damage.

        Please take action against driver for reckless driving. Also compensate the damages caused by driver due to rash driving..

          Sir, i have a monthly pass and the conductor asked for extra 5 rupees for going through flyover bus. It was a bmtc bus going to majestic (Kbs). I took the bus from the electronic city at 9.07 am on[protected]. The ticket number is 280471-gg 267. And i tried explaining to him in english as i did not know kannada and he told he don't know english.
          Sir, i want clarity regarding this and a refund if it is legal to travel with a monthly pass and don't pay for any tickets.

            I'm using the monthly pass for the first time which i got yesterday and was not aware of the id card has to be made prior to get the monthly pass. Even while getting the pass i asked the officers about the id card, they dint give proper information about the id card info.. Today while i got into the bus near roopenagrahara, i showed the monthly pass to the conductor and then got to know about the id cards has to be done and without it we cannot use the monthly pass. One of the worst bmtc staffs we have here in bangalore. Aren't they supposed to give proper information before issuing the pass... Just because of this i had to take 2hrs permission for office to get the id card done..

            From Shivajinagar to ejipura during evening from 17:30 buses are very less and even TR3 bus also does not come at this time and if the bus is in stop also they will stop it at least for 30 to 40 minutes in the Shivajinagar bus stop please check and do the needful.

              It was a 401R bus who never halts at vijaynagar ttmc while going to RR NAGAR. Even when we stretch hands to stop the bus he never does and just goes leaving passengers behind.. Suspend those ###. Just now he just passed behind 60A bus and again did not stop at Vijayangar Busstop. Public always suffers as these clowns just want to get to depot asap. They are irresponsible drivers leaving lady public behind w/o picking them at respective halt stations. Take some actions for god sake.

Today one of them straight ly refuced me to give back the change in a very rude manner. Please consider this complain as it is happening in this route evry day. Ka 01- FA 1744

                I took a bus today dated: 29:02:2020 with my family from gurguntepalya which costed rs 75 since i was not carrying exact change i gave rs 500 to conductor plus rs 5 change nd he told to collect the left over change of rs 430 later but i forgot yo collect change. Please help me in getting back my change.

                  Previous to this have been complaint &my complaint was taken serious action tq&now one o[censored]r inspector has misbehave with the bmtc driver in the bus &now driver has got a fine of 2k (For parking the bus in the mid road) that too after 2month of the incidence this is not fair&u have gaven the bus to pick&drop the passenger for public help if the driver parks the bus in the bustop also u guyz will put fine for that??? Driver has parked the bus in the bus stop during the incidence he was not parked in the mid road i[censored] wanna know plz check the surrounding camera evidence u will be knowing. I wrk nr devegowda petrol bunk&i travel daily since frm 3yrs in 210p&210n bus regularly but i have seen the only bus 210p bus no ka53f203 which comes on time to pick & reach the destination&the driver is very polite even have seen many passenger waits for that bus even if it is rush. But on 16th nov 2019 i went to alankar for shopping in the evening i got bus 210p bus in majestic may be around 7.25pm i step in it reach to market around 7.45pm the driver he park the bus in the bus stop suddenly the man inspector from sarathi jeep his name lakshmikanth he came near the bus&said to driver to go not to stop in the bustop so for that the driver said this is bus stop passenger has to get down and they are getting inside the bus so wait sir for 2 min let them come, so inreturn insptr came inside the bus he stood in foot board said to move but driver said this is the bustop dept has gaven bus to pick up the passenger and to stop in bus stand. For that inspector said i will issue the memo i[censored] not moving now means and you are talking too much if you not move the bus or else i will send you home evn he was scolding to driver. For that the driver said if anythning happens to passengers its come on my head if i move the bus suddenly. (Bcoz passenger was coming inside the bus at that time) the inspector he was holding a book he wrote something and asked the driver to sign even the driver was writting something on that same memo suddenly inspector stooled the memo from the driver hand&went off even driver he step down from the bus and went back of inspector in the road the driver askd for the memo inspctr said i will not give see what i will do further for you he said (En madtini ninge nodko). During this i was on call so could not make a video if else i would have made it now there is no mistake from the driver without investigation ur dept has putted a fine of 2k in that route the only bus which comes in time and had a good name in the dept/route also why u guyz have made like diz for good pple, if any of the mistake has made by driver means you ppl would have taken action on the same way the mistake is from the inspector side he has misbehaved in the bus even one man came and scolded to inspector not to talk lik that to driver&irritate the driver. Even the inspector is also a staff of bmtc same punishment/action has to be taken, plz do investigate and take back the complaint which inspector has filed on driver bcoz we are supporting the people who is right and driver he is not my relative or anything to support. Recently i came in the same bus driver was sad&silent i asked wat happen sir he said i got a fine of 2k madam i asked him why he said the thing even i said that day i was also in the bus sitting in the front i too absorved evrythng im the wittness, without investigate both how the fine has issued i asked. Let it be who ever investigate both sitting face to face 1st then you will be knowing the truth support the people who is honest for his work in the duty not for his designation. Let it be he is a manager/inspct etc.. Same rules will applicable for all. Ole avrge bele kodi inspector eno bardru adane complaint ag tagondre fine akidre but inspector tapp ide tane did anybody questioned on this why you people will not question bcoz he is in high post right but one thing mistake is mistake let it be who ever, investigate 1st sir and take back the fine sir bcoz they also works 2k is also a amount they work sincearly for taking that amount for whole day. Let us support for the honest people. Even the same mistake has done by driver means i would have complain.

                  Route No. 215x is not running on time. There is no fixed time schedule of traveling bus. Increase the number of buses to the route. Extend 215B buses to thippasandra village

                    Hi sir,
                    When i board bus (Ka57 f3001, 29 feb, 2020) from marthalli to kar market, the conductor issued ticket from kundanahalli to market.
                    I have faced the similar situation in bmtc buses several times.
                    Even sometimes few conductors will not give balance amounts, if we ask them they will tell us to wait and they will never give it. I have faced this situation when i travel from kadubeesanahalli to tinfactory.

                      Most o[censored]s (Electronic city) resident take airport bus to travel to our work places. However there is no nearby bus station that issues monthly airport bus passes. We have to travel till majestic or shanti nagar or to airport sometimes. Request you to kindly look into the matter of issuing airport bus passes to electronic city residents availing bmtc services regularly. Most airport buses taxi at e. City infosys gate 6. It would be of great help if a issuing service center is established there or if bus conductor can issue a pass to us. Thanks

                        Bmtc conductors take money for ticket but they are not providing the ticket. Daily i travel in bmtc bus atleast weekly thrice i experience this issue. Especially in non ac services. I asked twice for ticket but still the conductor didn’t respond. If we are unlucky, we will get caught by the checking team for conductor’s irresponsibility. It would be helpful if they are given strict advice to give ticket to passengers to avoid these kind of problems.

                          Sir/ madam i am student who travels from sapthagiri engineering college to system stop peenya. I have my bus pass but on my i'd card my residential address is not given as we stay in pg.. Our college doesn't provide address on i'd card.. We showed him our bus pass and i'd and he started to shout u should have ur pg proof. U need to carry ur document etc...
                          It had to be mentioned on our bus pass but it isn't.. We are scolded daily even if it is not out mistake... Bus no ka 01 fa-1275

                            Hi sir/madam,

                            This is an incident that i want to bring to your attention.
                            the conductor was simply collecting money (Whole money worth the ticket) and was not giving tickets to the school kids who were getting down at kr puram railway station.
                            not all conductors do it, and i don't want to demean other good conductors.
                            please refer to the bus number and date and give an appropriate warning.

                              Hello,
                              I'm abhay kumar working as a software engineer in an it company working from whitefield region.

                              I travelled using bus number ka 01 fa 1703 from stop near prestige shantiniketan signal. I boarded the bus
                              At around 8:55am on friday 28th feb for vydehi drop as it was last drop as per bus conductor.
                              First of all i sat on seat which was empty (Infact the entire bus was empty), hardly 3 passengers who also got down at vydehi only. The conductor suddenly shouted saying go n sit on the other seat and he sat on the seat i was sitting earlier.
                              I got up from there and sat on other seat.
                              After that we were approaching vydehi signal the conductor started pushing in the moving vehicle saying get down. I said let the stop come. He was so rude and showing rowdy nature. He was pushing me out. I challenged saying why you are behaving like this and are you giving us free ride, we have paid for the ticket charges. He still was misbehaving and yelling.

                              I told them that i would complain to which the conductor was ignorant and said you do whatever n call whomever and started laughing.

                              I want some strict action to be taken against such misbehaved conductor so that they at least learn to behave. Today they have done with me tomorrow they will do with your family too. As a public also can take things in hand and would fight with such conductors, but is that what expected.

                              I sincerely request to provide some safety and bmtc journey a good experience. Such misbehaved conductors are spoiling the name of bmtc.

                                I boarded the bus with number KA 57 F 3469 from Ecospace. I had to go to Whitefield and since direct bus is not common from there I would usually get down at Marathahali. But since I saw it is a Kadugodi bus i asked the conductor if it goes through Whitefield. He didn't reply yes or no he just gave the ticket to Kadugodi bus station which costs 22 Rs. I wondered why he gave ticket to kadugodi and asked him again but he didn't reply again and behaved awkardly that is just smiling. Since the bus was not crowded or anything I'm sure he must have heard what i asked. When it reached Marathahali bridge at about 3pm people in the bus stop asked the driver if the bus goes to Whitefield and he said no. That's when I came to know it doesn't go throught Whitefield. I asked the conductor 10 Rs back to get down at Marathahali since from ecospace to Marathahali the ticket fare is 10 Rs and the 12 Rs he took from me is just unfair. But he wouldn't give no matter how many times I asked.Another girl also came saying the same happened to her but he paid no heed to both o[censored]s. I got down at Marathahali and checked if there were any buses available to Whitefield. Since there were none and that I was not feeling well I decided to go on in the same bus itself. But when I got down i had thrown the ticket out. When I came back in he noticed i was not having ticket and asked me to show the ticket. I told him i threw it out. Then he said then you can't travel. By that time the bus took off from Marathahali and I asked him then he had to give me 10rs when i asked. He handed me the 10rs but i didn't take it saying I asked at Marathahali and at that time he didn't give. After some time he asked again and I gave the same reply. Then he said I'll take the bus to police station and I agreed to that. By the way he behaved I felt he is doing this not just because he is not aware of the route but also to cheat others of their money and he is not afraid of the consequences. If he doesn't get the punishment he deserves he will go on doing this and people will start hating public transports because of people like him. Apart from the money I lost I had to travel double the actual distance. I hope necessay action will be taken.

                                    Incident date: 27-feb-2020, bus number: 1868 route: itpl time: 11:30 am
                                    Lady conductor name: rajani or ranjitha not sure on that i can get the woman photo as i travel every day in a same route.

                                    I travel from banshankari to kadubesanahalli and the fair is 63rs. I gave a conductor 100+10+3rs, as i do not have 50rs.
                                    Also, i was the 1st passenger to take the ticket and a lady has a change in her hand as well. Even after that she told me to give 63 exact amount else get down from the bus. I got down and board another bus.
                                    This is not the 1st time i am seeing that lady doing the same.in a month i get into the same bus many times. Whenever i travel in that bus the misbehavior with the public is common
                                    She speaks very worse like 'do u forget to have your meals every day, like wise carry change'.
                                    Also, spoke to the person who will note the bus number in banshankari bus stand and to a person bhim kumar (Can give number if required).
                                    However, nobody is ready to take the complaint and re-directing to one another. Hope this will be taken care.

                                    As a public i do understand to carry a change, however after giving change also if this is the behavior. Good to stop the public service by the govt. Else, introduce applications which can be scanned and the amt will be deducted. It would really help people travelling daily. Monthly pass does not worth for few people

                                      Everyday in the afternoon the bmtc bus conductor issues me a ticket for doddanekundi and almost everyday these bus drivers take the doddanekundi flyover and instead of dropping the passengers in doddanekundi stop they drop them off at rainbow hospital stop. This is highly frustrating because in this hot summers i will take to walk almost 1 stop. This is highly unacceptable and irresponsible of the bmtc drivers and conductors.

                                        I am a daily commuter in the bus 369 g, that plies from chikkakamanahalli to majestic.
                                        On the 26th of february, as the bus approached richmond road it slowed down. So i decided to to deboard the bus at the stop once it comes to a halt. But to my surprise the driver just drove away.
                                        When i inquired to the conductor about this he replied in a rude and rather harsh manner.
                                        I am a well educated lady and could have understood it even if i was told politely. I understand his workload and stress but in my opinion he should have shown some courtesy.
