Everyday in the afternoon the bmtc bus conductor issues me a ticket for doddanekundi and almost everyday these bus drivers take the doddanekundi flyover and instead of dropping the passengers in doddanekundi stop they drop them off at rainbow hospital stop. This is highly frustrating because in this hot summers i will take to walk almost 1 stop. This is highly unacceptable and irresponsible of the bmtc drivers and conductors.

    I am a daily commuter in the bus 369 g, that plies from chikkakamanahalli to majestic.
    On the 26th of february, as the bus approached richmond road it slowed down. So i decided to to deboard the bus at the stop once it comes to a halt. But to my surprise the driver just drove away.
    When i inquired to the conductor about this he replied in a rude and rather harsh manner.
    I am a well educated lady and could have understood it even if i was told politely. I understand his workload and stress but in my opinion he should have shown some courtesy.

      On 25 feb 2020 i issued daily pass from bus conductor at karthiknagar.
      Since i travel daily from karthiknagar to indiranagar, issue pass daily.

      I don't have any knowledge of daily pass rules and regulations because of which bus conductor issue me a wrong pass.

      I don't have any idea of identifying in valid invalid pass so i kept it.

      On evening return time, 2 police fine me for wrong pass, despite of i unware of this.

      Since i travel daily i show them other 6-7 days pass as evidence but they didn't listen and force for fine pay.

      I am not convince with such rules where other guys cheats but i have to pay for fine.

      Where is fair in it?

      Did bmtc put any effort for public awareness about daily pass rule?

      How can a common person know about this?

      And how police find me guilty?

      I even doesn't know kannada.

        Dear sir/madam,

        I am regular bmtc bus passenger from vidyaranyapura last bus stop to cunningham road

        Off late it is observed in the evening 2 buses i remember only one registration no 2687 and another 276a both start from shivajinagar at 5.10 and people have no buses to this area till 6

        Request you to kindly allocate some time difference between both the buses so that we can take one bus atleast at 5.30
        It is observed that bus reaches last bus stop before 6.15 and they halt till the timings and then move to depo to adjust timings
        Request help for people whose office closes at 5.30 to board one of these buses. We are few women who miss this bus most of the days due to no proper timings.

          I was travelling from hsr layout to silk board in the 500 d bus on feb 25, 2020. Time: 9:45 am bus # ka57f0706. The fare was rs 10. When i gave rs 10 coin, the conductor did not accept the coin citing reasons that it will not be accepted by any other passenger. He started shouting and behaved rudely.

          Rbi has repeatedly confirmed that rs 10 is a legal tender. I request the authorities at bmtc to take action against the conductor and make him aware of the legality of the currency.

            I am travelling from agara to sarjapura everyday, during peak hours from 6am to 9am and 5pm to 8pm busses are too less. For more than half an hour will not get a single bus. During afternoon will get busses. But during peak hours will be relying on private busses. Please can you reschedule the busses for peak hours at least for 15mins or 20mins one bus. Thank you.

              I am traveling from electronic city to silk board, in bus no 356cw timing 8pm to 8:15 pm (24 th feb 2020). And while the passangers got up into bus near infosys, conductor had some argument with one of a male passanger and he started beating very badly to the passanger, while standing among ladies. He doesn't even care of ladies. And he thrown away the pasaager out of bus. And the conductor was very rude with his behaviour.
              We are corporate people and we are female employees, we travel in bmtc thinking like it is safety. How far it is worth enough to serve??
              The conductor should be punished.

                I travelled from kr puram to silk board in bus no. Ka57f2937. I paid 30 and the conductor lady asked for 3 rs change (Ticket fare was 23rs). I gave her 3rs change and then she started claiming that she gave me the ticket without me giving her the money and demanded 20 again on asking for 10rs balance. She was demanding twice the ticket fare and did not return the balance amount also.

                Bus conductor did not gave ticket after he collected full fare from us and also he did not stop the bus at Domlur bus stop after that he told us to get down from running bus. If at that time something gone wrong then who will be responsible for this?

                  Bus no ka01f8792. It's sbc railway station bangalore. Conductor told me at 11:50 pm they will start journey in 10 mins and then we take ticket from them instead book any cab. Now still we are in station. They are waiting for no reason. My wife had high fever but they didn't understand. What kind of service this is. Please take a action. It's not good

                  Hi team, today I have travelled from ITPL to kaadubisanahalli in bmts but I forgot to take change from conductor. Please give that money to some ppl who is in need. 50 rupees matters for me and it will be helpful for one poor person atleast they can have breakfast. Thanks
                  Mostly btmc Volvo bus conductors won’t give the change back.. if the change is less than 4rs..

                  This is become a norm.. conductors illegally make 2000 to 3000rs per day..

                  Btmc should consider keeping the ticket price as multiple of 5rs..

When i asked they could not respond me and when i am contacting depot no 35 only conductor name and badge number information collected i spend extra money for traveling from home to depot.. When i called customer care they only take my compliant and says their internet's server not working they will followup still i could not find any solution...

                      Today, i got up in bus bearing regn. No. Ka 57 f 0341 from city market to richmond circle bus stop. I asked the ticket for sr. Citizen. On producing the identity issued by you, the conductor refused and asked for aadhaar card. My question is this, "identity was issued on verifying the aadhaar card". Then why your people (Conductor) does not comply with the said identity? This is the third time, i have faced this. My suggestion is "why don't you issued the circular to your department (All conductors) to comply with the said identity?" further, if it so then why should we pay rs.100/- for such identity, which is invalid as per your conductors?

                        The bus route no. 215x from kr market to thippasandra is not running properly and trips are not following any schedules. The bus will not come to its last stop thippasandra all the times. The drivers will stop the the bus according to their wish like hotels, theatre or one stop before thippasandra. There is no control over the trips. Due to its irregular timings and not stopping the bus at last stop thippasandra for atleast 5-10 minutes, people are hesitating to use bus service.
                        Kindly take the proper action.

                        Till date no proper action taken. The residents of thippasandra are still don't have awareness about the timings of the vehicle 215x. Without knowing the proper timings, how the people can wait for bus and use the bus services?

                          After blocking the road of lalbagh west gate to south end circle, bus diverted to another parellal road, but drivers doesn't know where to stop the bus... Since bus stop is not fixed here,.. Some times bus stops before p/99 of metro and sometimes after lalbagh grand. People use to run here and there due to this confusion. It's a very dangerous place behalf of trrafic n all. So please look into it. And decide a fix bus stop here.

                            Hi,

                            As per schedule, there is supposed to be a service of kiab-14 from dlf homes to airport at 2:35 am. I waited at the pickup point from 2:15 am to 3:00 am on 21st feb 2020 but no bus was arrived. Called airport transport line to check and they confirmed 2:35 am schedule but could not help why bus is not running. This is big inconvenience in the morning hours and risk of loosing the flight as have to make alternative arrangements at last moment. Please investigate and advise the root cause and resolution steps taken.

                              This bus i took from hennur cross to nagawara. 500 d. The conductor kept the entire money and didn't give me change and misbehaved vary badly with me. I[censored] have cctv there @ nagwara signal u can check.. He gave direct threat to pish me out of bus. I went to the traffic police to help me. They didn't. They told it is a matter of bmtc go to hellur cross depot and complain... So disappointed with the administration here in bangalore.. I am a lady traveller.. Bus no ka57a3314.. I know u will not do anything but being a citizen of this country it is my duty to inform u.. Here in bangalore the administration is not at all supportive.

                                I travel daily between kundalahalli gate and bellandur in 500-ca, and the fare is rd. 29/-.
                                The country conductors never return the re. 1/- change and i end up paying rs. 30 (Extra re. 1 every day = extra rs. 26 every month).
                                On the other hand, if we don't tender exact fare or don't have change of small denominations (Re.1/rs.2/rs.5), the same conductors shout at us in the bus like anything! If they themselves won't return our change, how will i pay them? Atms don't give re. 1/2/5).
                                Please ask them to return each 1 oe 2 rupees instead of personal gaining, or don't ask from us for the change.

                                  Incident took place near marthalli the person on the bus is driving rashly and took the u turn without any indication. The bike behind the bus lost control and fell down due to the sudden turn by bus. Almost 12 people going on the route stopped the bus and questioned him and he answered so arrogantly. The bus number is KA-01-FA-1611. Happened on[protected]. I’m attaching the bus driver picture and bus below. Please take some action so that the people on the road won’t get hurt due to rash driving.

                                    Hi im a carrying women of about 7 months, the above mentioned driver was driving the bmtc bus very careless and rash. He never slow down near humps. And more over he started chasing one of the private bus and was in a race with that private bus. He was not in a position to listen to passengers in the bus. Please take action against that driver.

                                      I m traveling through bmtc yelahanka newtown 5th phase to shivajinagar bus stand daily basis by g9 bus today morning at 8:30am from 5th phase bus stand there is an one lady conductor, she talked like a hell she don't know how to behave. Bus no. Ka-57f 3126 she will not ask for ticket in first stop i m asking for ticket but she ignores, after 2-3 stop i will ask again for ticket then she behaves like rowdy kindly take legal action against the conductors.

                                        I boarded an bus 11.50 kia 9 from airport. Since bus was full and back side was full with bags and no space to stand, we were standing in alie i. E in front side of bus next to first row of seats. Conductor rudely told to come and stand in back side to which we politily refuse saying there is no place. Conductor continue his work and driver jumped in between conversation and said what you think of yourself you outsider don't try an seat our head. Get out of my bus and take another bus. He started speaking in kannada. Since i am too tulu i understand kannada very well, driver was abusive and conductor too join in started yelling. Thia behaviour is not acceptable by public servants.
