The bus conductor of 382c, bus number ka 57 f 1360, constantly kept using foul language on college students for commuting from that bus which started from halasuru to hoskote at around 12:45pm. He also blamed that the students were not allowing the passengers to get into the bus which was not true. He did not treat the students in a respectwell manner. Are students not passengers who wish to commute in buses?

    Already i given complaint about not giving stop in trinity metro station. But today again not given stop around 9 pm in trinity metro station & bmtc bus route is g2 & bus number is ka-01 fa-2220. So when this issue will resolve? But conductor is telling like there is no stop in trinity metro station. Is this true? Try to inform about this to the particular depo & solve this problem soon.

      Dear sir,

      I have boarded the kia 8 bus from airport and have been charged twice the amount of ticket as would be charged for my trip since the conductor billed for two tickets and did not let the bus move until i paid for other ticket that has been billed wrongly. Could you please help refund the amount of funds charged wrongly to my account?

        Hello, there are no buses fom summanahalli to nagavara. There is only few like only one bus for one hour. We saw continuos 4 buses of hebbal 502e, 501c which goes to hebbal all are not filled not even half also. Please look into this issue as this is affecting people in large numbers who are dependent on public transport.. There are many people who gets down in manyatha tech park, if you provide nagavara or manyatha tech park buses it would be really helpful. Please resolve this asap

          Today at 8:15 i had boarded a 305s series bus (Ka01 fa490) from mvjce college.
          The bus was crowded and i was on a call for a few minutes which you can confirm from the video cameras.
          At 8:20, the bus reached hopefarm and i got a seat and was asking the conductor for the tickets.
          Hopefarm being a check point, a ticket checker, nandish kumar k. S, got into the bus and i had to pay him 190 for no reason whatsoever.
          Just 5 minutes had passed and i was going to richmond circle. The ticket checker did not listen to anything and instead threatened taking me to a police station.
          I hope you would look into this matter and provide a valid solution.

            Hi team,

            Boarded vayu vajra kias 6 route bus from airport @ 3:00 am on 15th feb 2020 (Today) and gave 500 + 6 (Coins) rupees for a ticket of rs. 256 to domlur bridge. Since the conductor dint had exact change initially, he gave 200 and asked to collect 50 later (Wrote behind the ticket) but since it was night and i got down at once since the stop came, could not collect the change. Even conductor forgot to give same. Kindly tell how to collect back 50 rs. Change.

              I'd took journey from kempegowda international airport to yeshwanthpura ttmc by bmtc kia10 on 15/02. Driver mr. Patil ka57f899 didn't stopped at yeswanthpura ttmc though it's mentioned stop for route even though i'd requested him as i was with my family. Instead he has forcefully dropped at flyover. He was was arrogantly behaving as if i was doing a crime.

              Hereby bringing to your notice route buses248 n k-2 are not stopping at attiguppe metro stop (bunt’s sangha ) coming from kr market going towards Magadh road . Kindly give instructions to make a stop at the assigned stop. Senior citizens getting down at metro are finding it difficult to walk up to ttmc bus stop to catch connecting buses

                  This is a humble request from students of presidency university there is no proper bus facility to presidency university in morning and evening students have to wait for more than an hour for busses to reach college or home the bus no 285ra doesn't stop near college at 4:10 even seeing students running behind the bus. Even there is only one proper bus 285x which comes at 7:55 that too fully filked. When it reaches yelahanka nes. How can 500 people travel in one bus? Kindly provide few busses in presidency university route and oblige

                    Bus no ka 01 f 4373 route taverekere to majestic.
                    The conductor of this bus does not issue tickets for short distance even though the full amount is given need to ask him several times. He is assured that there is no checking in the route. Photo of the conductor uploded

                    Kindly take strict action. Ticket checking should be done from taverekere to chirst college as many people travel in this route. It will be a lesson for the conductor and people if they get caught.

                    Kindly let me know the action has been taken.

                    The conductor is charging more fare price than the ticket and he is harrasing the women's in the front area and harrasing people making issues in the bus please see through this issue and suspend the conductor for his cause of behaviour..!
                    As I'm a student and my college has not provided my permanent id card so still I am using my temporary id card and still I'm facing problems with some BMTC conductor as they are not allowing, so please kindly look forward to it.

                      Hi respected sir/madam,

                      I am gokul reddy from bellary, karnataka. Daily i travel from marathalli (Kalamandir) to doddanekundi bus stop (Which is now under the flyover). Since the introduction of bus priority lane it's been common that busses take that lane and go on the flyover leaving us (Passengers who have to get down at doddanekundi bus stop) at rainbow hospital stop. We have to walk almost 1km to reach our office (Bagmane constellation business park).
                      Nowadays, some busses take the priority lane and some come to doddanekundi bus stop (Under the flyover).

                      Date of incident: 14th february 2020
                      Bus number: ka -57 f-2432

                      About this incident, actually when asked about going over the flyover conductor has replied politely saying he has been asked to follow lane priority by higher authority and also told me to talk to the officials. Also, busses take the flyover only for the reason of traffic under the flyover.

                      This is very problematic for the passengers. Please do the needful.

                        The bus arrival timings in G4 bus is very much delayed. I am travelling through G4 bus since 3 months. I go to office from home through G4 and return to home from office through G4.
                        Initially, it was good. The average interval between buses is 20 min which is also delay. There is no fixed timing for any of the buses. Even though I adjusted. But now it is getting very worse. In have to wait nearly an hour daily in that bus stand breathing polluted air to get a G4 bus. Sometimes more than an hour. All other buses are coming in time and particularly G3 bus comes once in 10 min. I heard, there are 18 G4 buses. Then, why is happening like this? Poor management or Something else ? Not only me, many of the BMTC passengers( customers) are very disappointed, dissatisfied, frustrated over this. Though, I( many) have a bike, I chose bus as my office and home are near to bus stand and to avoid driving in that traffic. But now, I am thinking of changing to bike. As I am typing, 6 G3 have passed, but no G4. So, appreciations to G3 management and complaint on G4 management.
                        So, please take action to solve this issue. Other wise, you will be losing many customers, also increasing bike riders and traffic. Please stick with the timetable you have displayed in your website which shows bus once 15 min. And finally, I( many) am standing here( in bus stand) from 7 pm to 8.15 pm and still no G4 buses are there. Hope it will come soon. And even if it comes after an hour, just imagine the crowd in it. Kindly take some measures.

                        The conductor of rhe bus KA 57 F 27 47 miss behaved. While I was finding change to help him which took less than 30 secods, he misbehaved and threw the ticket on the floor. This was the first time I took BMTC and I was shocked to see his behavior. Time of travel 12.30 pm.

                          My name is dayanand k

                          Your printed daily pass in not visible letters ofter 8 hours.

                          I take printed daily pass. One day morning 7:00 o clock.

                          Night 9:00 o clock i am going, one bmtc bus. From office to home.

                          The conductor ask give pass
                          I show the pass. Printed is not visible perfectly.

                          Ofter big fight, i get down the bus.

                          Please take serious action for 'spot printed pass 24 hours visible' tipe.

                            I have travelled in bmtc 500d which goes to silkboard and the driver refused to write the amount which needs to be given a change of 77 rupees instead forced to take a torn 50 rupees. When refused was asked to get down the bus with the money thrown at me.
                            I need a necessary action to be taken against that conductor.

                            It is irritating to pay ticket amount even though there is pass ...so please provide them any machine to detect our place by scanning the bar code of our pass ...so pleae..you should take vision on it
                            We've been having same issue. Any change between 1 to 5 INR is always ignored and torn notes are given when we don't accept at most abusive words are used

                              Thought many people were waiting in the bus stop, the driver of bmtc never bothered to stop the bus for the people to board. He was driving rash and none could stop him.

                              Public held him at ramamurthy nagar signal.
                              When asked him the reason for not stopping, he started abusing people.

                                I wanted to bring into your notice that, i travel very frequently from shantinagar busstand and also using the platform attached toilets for urination which was free till last month, but today i have noticed that the two toilets one at the 1st platform and other at the last platform is charging for urination and without paying they are not allowing inside and i also have to pay for the same and for my surprise it's mentioned very clearly outside each of the toilet there is no charge for urinals, i have immediately called the bmtc helpline no mentioned there and explained what happend and also reconfirmed any such charges are implemented, then they also told the same thing that there is no such charges for urination. But the people who were not belong to karnataka and looking like roudies sitting outside the toilet and forcefully collecting money for urination also and behaving in a inappropriate way. Kindly take strict action against the same.

                                  Hello, there are no buses from rajajinagar entrance from 9:45 pm onwards to nandini layout namely 80 (A, b, g, 252f, 252 h and 251e.. The only buses available are 88. We saw continuos 4 buses of 88 from 9:45 pm.. All are not filled. Please look into this issue as this is affecting people in large numbers who are dependent on public transport.. There are minimum of 6-8 people everyday who are looking for buses after 9:30 pm.. Please resolve this asap

                                    Time : around 9:20 am

                                    The bus hit my car on flyover around 9:20 am while going towards mekhri circle.
                                    The driver was rude after i chased the bus and tried to talk to him.
                                    I was hit on the left side front wheel by the bus when i had stopped and was waiting for the traffic on my lane to move.

                                      Kindly inform the bmtc bus drivers to stop the vehicle till the passengers deboard the bus.
                                      On[protected] the driver of ka57f1334 didn't stop the bus in shirke (Near kengeri upanagar, bangalore) bus stop but was asking the passenger to deboard the bus.. It's not safe for the passengers and not fair for the driver to act so..

                                      Kindly instruct the driver not to behave and act in such a way to retain the safety of the passengers.

                                        Hi sir/madam,

                                        I'm writing to complaint against a particular driver (Ka 01 f 4526, 12th feb), who delays the trip by stopping unnecessarily at each stop for more than 5 mins. I have travelled with that driver more than 3 or 4 times, and this is the case everytime. If he wants to fill his bus, he should go to hebbal bus stop and fill people and start. But, he starts his trip from depot, and stops at each stop. It is really torturous when we reach late not because of traffic, but because of driver's lazyness).
