Hi sir/madam,

I'm writing to complaint against a particular driver (Ka 01 f 4526, 12th feb), who delays the trip by stopping unnecessarily at each stop for more than 5 mins. I have travelled with that driver more than 3 or 4 times, and this is the case everytime. If he wants to fill his bus, he should go to hebbal bus stop and fill people and start. But, he starts his trip from depot, and stops at each stop. It is really torturous when we reach late not because of traffic, but because of driver's lazyness).

    While i travelled in above mentioned bus number "ka01 fa-1926" in route 500d from hebbala to tin factory on 12 feb 2020, i purchased a ticket but conductor did not have change to return and i was fine to get it while i get off. But the lady conductor started using abusive kannada words and kept on talking while i was trying to tell her it is fine to return change at end of my trip.

    Her behaviour was same with my co-travellers.
    Please take action on letting her know how to behave with commuters, especially being a volvo bus staff.

      This afternoon, boarded bus number ka57 f 1758 around 2:45 pm and took a ticket to doddanekkundi bust stop (Which is under the doddanekkundi flyover). After coming to the point, the conductor informed that the bus will ply over and not under the flyover. First of all, he did not inform when taking the ticket. Second, i showed him the message from my previous complaint that bmtc is asking buses to ply under the flyover, and yet no result. I also showed the driver and conductor all the other buses going under the flyover and they still insisted that they will go over the flyover. There are several residential layouts under the flyover and if the buses do not ply there, it becomes very difficult for so many people to walk and more importantly cross the road at the edges of the flyover. It is very dangerous. Do kindly warn the staff to not repeat.

      Dear sir,
      Today I was travelled from kalamandir bus stop to kundalahalli gate bus fare 5/-. So the conductor not issuing tickets for minimum fare not only for me most of the people. Bus no is KA-57 F-3356. 500-F kadugodi bus. Around for 10 members he did not issuing tickets. Please consider and take the necessary action. Thank you.

        Route: shivaji nagar - nelamangala

        Sir, seats reserved for women were occupied by men even though people asked to leave seat he refused by arguing. Conductor was aware of this issue but was behaving very carelessly.

        This has become a major problem. People will listen only to the conductors who talk strictly, people leave seat only if conductors tell them strictly but conductor of bus ka 01 fa 1723 (258n) was not at all listening to the woman who was asking him to tell that person to leave seat reserved for ladies.

          Vehicle no KA01F4512 depot 33. Date Feb 11 2020 timing 3.30pm The driver was driving recklessly and rashly and almost hit a two wheeler at banashankari flyover. While asked by the bypassers the driver and conductor both misbehaved with the public and spoke rudel. Please take necessary action and a picture is attached for your reference. Thanks in advance

            Daily i am traveling in g2 bmtc bus & travel route is from sarjapur to mg road. Both conductor and driver are not at all giving stop in trinity metro station if we request also. But still i didn’t understand like why they are not giving stop at metro station? Daily we have to walk around more than 500 meters to get into metro station. This has become big problem for us. If they give stop it’s just a matter of second & there won’t be any problem of traffic jam as well. Consider this as a big problem so try to resolve this asap. If they still not giving stop after giving compliant also then sure i will take this problem to higher authorities or i will sure give complaint.

              Route: bayapanahalli - bagmane constellation technology park - marathahalli

              Most of the buses (Especially mf-1a) donot take the under bridge route even though there is no traffic jam. The conductors and drivers are giving false reason like traffic and half n hour delayes to avoid the under bridge route.

              This is causing inconvience to the employees of bagmane constellation technology park as they have to walk all the way from emc.

              Many a times the conductors and bus drivers have spoken rudely on the request to go below the bridge.

              Please let series of buses (Prefereably mf -1a) below the bridge so that we need not go through the inconvience everyday.

                Most of the conductors are reluctant to give the change. They go and sit in areas where they are inaccessible and makes it difficult for the passenger to get the change. This is really unfair especially when its some 2 or 3 rupees. I have been traveling in bmtc buses since 2 years and majority of the conductors are this way

                The first aid boxes are broken in many buses. It is of vital importance that there are some strict standard rules for this.

                  The bus no 3019 hesaraghatta route reached yashwanthpur around 2:40pm
                  The driver was so rash and so irresponsible i have ever seen in bmtc these bus drivers drive to compete with each other and don't care about two wheelers he almost hit a two wheeler rider. Please warn and take strict action against the driver.

                    Dear sir/ madam:

                    Buses (500 series) going and coming from hebbal are not stopping in the designated bus stop hbr layout. They speed away. We need to get down and walk from hennur cross or nagwara junction. It is done on daily basis for job. Please do the needful, thank you.

                    A new senior care centre has started and employees are joining. Bus stops with stop names are there for hebbal to silk board buses. Buses are not being stopped because it is a highway and they are speeding away. Please look into the complaint.

                      On friday[protected] early morning i had to go urgent in railway station. I had to wait for busses at sirsri circle for going majestic bus stand. At 4:48 am the 226n bus had to come, but did not stoping at sirsri circle. And again the 5:05 am 226n come, but not also stop at sirsi circle. Except 222a, 225c, in all busses did not stop at early morning up 5:30 am at sirsi circle. The driver and conductor's mind knows only one passenger why not to stop. Please take severe action those who driving at 4:40 am & 5:05 am 226n busses. He did't stop at early morning busses at sirsi circle. Please dismiss both driver & conductor. The mbtc always told that about losses.

                      Please go for privatisation.

                        I took bus ka57-f[protected]d hebbal) today from marathahalli bridge to doddanakundi. I gave rs.10 to the driver and driver gave rs19 ticket instead of rs.5 ticket and said now price has increased to rs.10 and will give different ticket by mistake he typed 19. After crossing kalamandir, he took back old 19rs ticket and gave me a rs.5 ticket starting from kalamandir and said from there it is rs.5 and was not ready to give back my 5 rupees. I think he might give the other 19rs ticket again to someone else, as it is till kasturi nagar. He has cheated me and will be cheating other people as well with that ticket. Please take necessary action.

                          I was boarding the bus from nes bus stop. Along with me there was a old man. The driver started moving the bus and i was about to fall. This is my humble request.                             I boarded the bus from silk board (Under flyover) and asked for ticket to iblur which is rs.40 he collected the amount and immediately asked me to move in.
                            When i asked for ticket he said "move in i ll give" after that 3 times i asked he said that he ll give with irritation tone.
                            Finally one station previous to iblur stop when i asked he gave 10 rs ticket saying station is closed cant give for 40rs. What kind of service is this? Is this fine for me or incentive to bus conductor.?

                            Regarding bus number, confused again it had 2 numbers inside and outside different number is it possible in a government bus to have like this.
                            Inside - ka01 fa1751
                            Outside - ka01 f4528.

                              I usually leave home by 7am from kalena agrahara stop on bannergatta road and don't have to wait long. But as of few weeks now the number of busses that come to the stop has reduced a lot. The wait time is mininimum 25 mins now. And no busses are come befr 7.20. So when a bus finally comes to the stop it is too crowded and has no place making the waiting timr longer. Please make it to the way it was before.

                                I was incorrectly charged by the conductor on my way from peenya 2nd stage to jalahalli cross even though i had a legit bmtc student pass.

                                He stated that it's valid only after 6am which isn't true. His photo is tagged with this complaint. I've heard from people he cheats many people in the same way.

                                I would request the concerned authorities to look into the matter.

                                  I want to file a complaint against bmtc bus ka 57 f 5998. Or 2998. That driver has poor driving skills. He was almost about to crush me on hal road. On 8th feb at 7:40, he drive the bus so dangerously, i was riding bicycle on the leftmost side. There was merely 2 inches gap, he tried to run. I couldn't catch him. But i seriously want you guys to take action against such rash drivers.

                                    378 bus which was supposed to start at 9:00 left at 9:20 even though passengers were fully borded and both driver and conductor were available.. The earlier vehicle started at 8:45... When questioned they started shouting on passengers... The next bus which was supposed to start at 9:45 they said followed us... Think there should be some action taken as this is causing huge delays to passengers

                                      Today the 9th feb 2020 at around 7:25 pm while i was travelling from byappanahalli to bhathrahalli, the conductor told me to go behind since i was standing near the entrance but i was not able to move because of the congestion. So the conductor started pushing me and to my surprise he slapped me on the head... I was really shocked... I had been travelling by bmtc for 4 years now... Because of what just happened i forgot to take a photo of the bus's no. Plate... Please take necessary action if possible... Please try to find out the bus which i was in during the time this incident took place... I can never forget the face of that conductor... Please take necessary action against such violent and disrespectful employee...

                                        Hi sir I am a frequent Traveller at ORR in Bengaluru recently the bmtc launched bus priority lane at ORR but there is no proper maintenance of it even the bmtc run outside of bus lane and all the private vehicles go through the bus priority lane there is no proper baracets alloted for the bus lane in ORR plz do allocate baractes in ORR at bus priority lane and proper maintenance of it see to it so that there is no entrance of private vehicles at ORR
