Dear sir,
The bus no 3019 hesaraghatta route reached yashwanthpur around 2:40pm
The driver was so rash and so irresponsible i have ever seen in bmtc these bus drivers drive to compete with each other and don't care about two wheelers he almost hit a two wheeler rider. Please warn and take strict action against the driver.

    Dear sir/ madam:

    Buses (500 series) going and coming from hebbal are not stopping in the designated bus stop hbr layout. They speed away. We need to get down and walk from hennur cross or nagwara junction. It is done on daily basis for job. Please do the needful, thank you.

    A new senior care centre has started and employees are joining. Bus stops with stop names are there for hebbal to silk board buses. Buses are not being stopped because it is a highway and they are speeding away. Please look into the complaint.

      Sir

      On friday[protected] early morning i had to go urgent in railway station. I had to wait for busses at sirsri circle for going majestic bus stand. At 4:48 am the 226n bus had to come, but did not stoping at sirsri circle. And again the 5:05 am 226n come, but not also stop at sirsi circle. Except 222a, 225c, in all busses did not stop at early morning up 5:30 am at sirsi circle. The driver and conductor's mind knows only one passenger why not to stop. Please take severe action those who driving at 4:40 am & 5:05 am 226n busses. He did't stop at early morning busses at sirsi circle. Please dismiss both driver & conductor. The mbtc always told that about losses.

      Please go for privatisation.

        I took bus ka57-f[protected]d hebbal) today from marathahalli bridge to doddanakundi. I gave rs.10 to the driver and driver gave rs19 ticket instead of rs.5 ticket and said now price has increased to rs.10 and will give different ticket by mistake he typed 19. After crossing kalamandir, he took back old 19rs ticket and gave me a rs.5 ticket starting from kalamandir and said from there it is rs.5 and was not ready to give back my 5 rupees. I think he might give the other 19rs ticket again to someone else, as it is till kasturi nagar. He has cheated me and will be cheating other people as well with that ticket. Please take necessary action.

            I boarded the bus from silk board (Under flyover) and asked for ticket to iblur which is rs.40 he collected the amount and immediately asked me to move in.
            When i asked for ticket he said "move in i ll give" after that 3 times i asked he said that he ll give with irritation tone.
            Finally one station previous to iblur stop when i asked he gave 10 rs ticket saying station is closed cant give for 40rs. What kind of service is this? Is this fine for me or incentive to bus conductor.?

            Regarding bus number, confused again it had 2 numbers inside and outside different number is it possible in a government bus to have like this.

              I usually leave home by 7am from kalena agrahara stop on bannergatta road and don't have to wait long. But as of few weeks now the number of busses that come to the stop has reduced a lot. The wait time is mininimum 25 mins now. And no busses are come befr 7.20. So when a bus finally comes to the stop it is too crowded and has no place making the waiting timr longer. Please make it to the way it was before.

                I was incorrectly charged by the conductor on my way from peenya 2nd stage to jalahalli cross even though i had a legit bmtc student pass.

                He stated that it's valid only after 6am which isn't true. His photo is tagged with this complaint. I've heard from people he cheats many people in the same way.

                I would request the concerned authorities to look into the matter.

                  I want to file a complaint against bmtc bus ka 57 f 5998. Or 2998. That driver has poor driving skills. He was almost about to crush me on hal road. On 8th feb at 7:40, he drive the bus so dangerously, i was riding bicycle on the leftmost side. There was merely 2 inches gap, he tried to run. I couldn't catch him. But i seriously want you guys to take action against such rash drivers.

                    late start - 378 from kengeri satellite

                    378 bus which was supposed to start at 9:00 left at 9:20 even though passengers were fully borded and both driver and conductor were available.. The earlier vehicle started at 8:45... When questioned they started shouting on passengers... The next bus which was supposed to start at 9:45 they said followed us... Think there should be some action taken as this is causing huge delays to passengers...

                    Today the 9th feb 2020 at around 7:25 pm while i was travelling from byappanahalli to bhathrahalli, the conductor told me to go behind since i was standing near the entrance but i was not able to move because of the congestion. So the conductor started pushing me and to my surprise he slapped me on the head... I was really shocked... I had been travelling by bmtc for 4 years now... Because of what just happened i forgot to take a photo of the bus's no. Plate... Please take necessary action if possible... Please try to find out the bus which i was in during the time this incident took place... I can never forget the face of that conductor... Please take necessary action against such violent and disrespectful employee...

                      Hi sir I am a frequent Traveller at ORR in Bengaluru recently the bmtc launched bus priority lane at ORR but there is no proper maintenance of it even the bmtc run outside of bus lane and all the private vehicles go through the bus priority lane there is no proper baracets alloted for the bus lane in ORR plz do allocate baractes in ORR at bus priority lane and proper maintenance of it see to it so that there is no entrance of private vehicles at ORR

                        Hi, my name is damodar reddy. Me and my friend travelled from marathahalli footover bridge to d mart at 2.15. On 08 feb 2020. The bus conductor took 20 rupees from us but didn't gave me the ticket. First i thought he forgot to give the ticket.. Later i asked him thrice for our ticket, he didn't responded at all. And at our stop and asked to leave. Please take this matter seriously as bengaluru is considered as silicon valley of india... The bus number is ka01f4810

                          I asked for tickets from marathahalli to tin factory but i got ticket upto nagawara junction, when i told him about this he started scolding me in kannada and passed wrong comments related to north indian. I request you to kindly hire those people who are well behaved and i guess you can find easily such people in karnataka.
                          I am going to file police complaint against him also.

                            We are paying for the stop which is for total mall (Soul space arena, doddenkundi), but driver & conductor force us to get down before the flyover that is near rainbow hospital or after the flyover emc2 campus.
                            I have always been going in 500 d volvo but now with this pressure of getting down which is not actually my stop is worrying. Why are passengers troubled like this?
                            Another issue is conductors don't return change, they are rude if you ask them for change. Some even write on the ticket that we can ask later which never actually works.

                              Bus no. Ka-57 f-106 shivajinagar to hebbal morning route around 7.40am. Every day am seeing the driver of this bus full time while driving used to talk with one lady in blue dress on front seat in a very loud way.. Full distracted from driving.. Sometimes very rash driving he does.. One day just because of this behaviour one incident happened on road while going to hebbal from shivajinagar. Bus wheel got effected, driving is a very responsible job, this is not good for safety purpose.. I have one humble request to you please take action against him and that lady who goes regularly in this bus in blue dress..

                                  The conductor from the bus 502c (Ka57f3311) asking passengers to get down before the marathali bridge stating won't go further though the bus ticket clearly says from 16th main btm to kalamandir and this doesn't stops here it, i have to go to mahadevpura to my office and i again boarded the bus 500d (Ka5712171) and while asking for ticket the conductor said that the fare is more than usual as this is not marathali that your boarding and also he gave me a ticket which says from kadabisanahalli to doddanekundi and kadubusanahalli is far away from marathalli. This is just unjust behaviour from the state goverment employees and lack of supervision has led it because the conductor have became so mean and rude towards passengers that it seems they aren't doing their job rather they have been forced to do this.. Seriously i know nothing gonna change norbany action to be taken but as a passenger and more a citizen complaining is my right and will do my part.

                                    Bmtc conductor ka57-3406, madiwala bus stop, 4. Jan.2020 misbehaved and asked extra money for ticket.

                                    Yesterday night i was going to my home. Conductor of ka57-3406 bus asked rs.5/- extra for madiwala to gb palya. When i denied extra money, he shouted and asked to get out from moving bus.

                                    Later i took another bus for same route, and conductor charged only correct fee of rs.10/-

                                    My compliant is only on conductor of ka57-3406 bus. Driver of this bus was nice but conductor very bad illegal behavior.

                                    Later i took another bus, that ticket is also attached.

                                      Date of incident:[protected]
                                      Issue : i got bus at sarjapur signal, next stop of iblur signal to go mahadevpura flyover.in genral the charge is 19inr. But the conductor charged 20inr, mentioning that i boarded at agara junction. When i asked why he entered agara junction, he didnt even respond.
                                      Bus was not full, he has enough time to issue the ticket.

                                      Please take necessary action.
                                      Desirable solution : expecting conductor not to repeat this again.
