I boarded a volvo bus (Ka 57f 330 - vydehi hospital) at 5:30 pm from marathahalli stop to spice garden on 4th february 2020. The ticket fare is 20 rupees. Since i didn't have change i gave him 100. He shouted at me, took 100 rupees and issued ticket. I would like to bring to your notice the following points against this conductor.
1. He refused to write balance amount (80 rupees) behind the ticket
2. When i asked for balance one stop before my destination stop, he refused to give
3. When it was time for me to get down, he made me go behind him and ask for change. Again he shouted and gave me balance.
I want to know what action will be taken against him? He should be given a strict warning to behave decently to passengers and avoid such instances in future.
I can give few solutions also for this kind of problems.
1. Ask the conductors to carry previous day's change with them for the duty next day.
2. Make the ticket system cashless through paytm or any apps. Then problem of change won't occur. Also these people won't steal money from passengers!

Looking forward to issue a warning against this conductor.

    This is related to bus route no. 224 da.
    Regularly this route bus come with orange colour small bus covering distance between k r market to devagere..
    Today bus got changed to mini bus, i climbed the bus @ nayandahalli metro station 6:30 pm & ask for the ticket till devagere but conductor denied to give ticket as bus is bigger than usual bus & it will not go till devagere..
    Is it ok if they are not coming till devagere but they didn't change the board..
    Because of this i ended up walking 400 mtrs extra till next bus stop..
    Behaviour of driver & conductor is also not good, when i asked for the above they were arguing & keep on complaining about road condition and bus size..
    Request you to look into this matter & allot right bus to the route and train your personnel

      I was travelling by 401k (Ka 57f 386) from nes, the conductor unessesarily deboarded me on the half way telling that, why i have boarded the bus from nes (Yelahanka new town) if my college is located in yelahanka new town. I hold a valid bmtc student pass where my origin and destination are nes and devasandra chikkamaranahalli (Via bel circle).

      He forced me to buy a ticket. On denying him, he forced me to get off the bus while i'm having the proper student pass with college id.

      I don't want his job to come under any trouble.. Instead educate these illeterate bus conductor.

        I was driving from hsr to hebbal on 4th feb, 2020. I boarded a vajra bus 500d (Bus no: ka 01, fa1518) at 10:14 am at hsr bda stop. The driver was stopping the bus everywhere, even if it is not a bus stop, and he used to stop minimum 1 to 2 mins in each bus stop. At agara, a military police even had to warn him and take a photo of the bus because he was not ready to move the bus quicker and was making traffic in the whole road. I saw 4 to 5 vajra buses crossing this bus on the way (More than 5 ordinary buses crossed meanwhile). When i asked him to move the bus at marathalli bus stop (After standing there for 3 mins exactly), he claims that he has another 1 hour 15mins to reach hebbal, that is what the time is given to him to reach the destination. He kept on shouting at me as i asked him to move quicker. I then got down at karthik nagar bus stop at 11:20 am and had to board a different bus, which in fact reached the crossed that bus and reached destination earlier. I feel some strict action has to be taken against such drivers, who are lazy to drive and just go slow to get less number of trips and waste passenger's time. I hope this complaint will not be ignored and some action will be taken against the driver.

          Hi this is santhosh from yeswanthpura. My complaint against conductor (lady) who is doing fraud to bmtc, bus no as fallows KA01 F9520 vidyaranapura, she is issuing old tickets which is collecting from the passenger who is getting down. And again same ticket giving to others . I and my friend travelled from sadashivanagar to Bel she had given 20 rupees ticket, my friend get down at Kuvempu circle, she collected ticket and given to new passenger time 17.35 today

            Bmtc bus no. 285 m from majestic to dodaballapur bearing no. Ka53 f 223
            Sir. My son who is going to school was waiting for the bus. When the above bus arrived at mekhri circle he ran to catch the bus and also waived his hand, but the bus dint stop. I would like to know has my son taken pass free of cost. Why do the drivers behave like this. Please look into the matter.

              Bus no. That i have mentioned in subject line is pathetic. It is not following timings not even route. I took this bus from ecospace to airport today at 10am and i dont understand what route this bus is following.
              As i know there is a good highway kind of road while got to airport from ecospace. But they took route from somewhere else. Where road was very conjusted and it was village kind of area.
              Bus driver was not active. He was in sleeping mode.
              Pathetic service this time.

                This is a complaint regarding the poor availability at coles park bus stop, since the last month buses coming there (300e/300d/300c/300a/302n/301e, particularly the ones going to kr puram) from shivaji nagar bus station avoid that route and come to coles road many people just like me miss the bus or arrive to late to our work due to these inconveniences, therefore please take notice of it and bring back the route through coles park

                  Today i was traveling from kengeri satellite town to hebbala.. I was waiting in bus stop hoysala circle. During that time the bus 501c with registration number ka-57 f-4026 came however they did not stop in the bus stand. They were trying to overtake the bus that was right in front of it.. Since we don't have regular buses to hebbala i had to literally go to the middle of the road and stop the bus.. When i pointed out driver mistake he was scolding me and asking me to stop the bus by raising hand. Why we have to stop the bus by raising hand when we are waiting in the bus stand for the buses. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior from this bus driver. Please take this complaints seriously. You can even have a look at the cctv camera installed in the area how he was overtaking the bus and i had to come in the middle of the road to stop the bus.

                    13 number buses many of the drivers in morning eventhough we are waiting for the bus.in madhavan park bus stop which is near malabar gold and diamonds, intentionally bus drivers are going away without stopping the bus. After seeing the waiting passengers also. We are not praying that bus should come soon. But we are praying that bus driver should stop it.

                      bus conductor not providing change

                      Bus tickets from Bellandur to Central silkboard is ₹19 ... if we give₹20, no conductor is giving a change of ₹1 and until ₹4 they don't give change...if we bus one day pass in Volvo bus its₹147 and if we pay ₹150 ..no conductor gives balance ₹3. Please round off the ticket rates.i have travelled on bus KA57F0322 volvo bus on 31st January 2020. I gave 150 and conductor did not give ₹3 back ...she said later and went front ....

                      Ticket was taken from kengeri to bel circle. Due to unavoidable circumstances had to get down at yelahanka. When asked for the ticket the conductor replyed with a very high and impolite tone. The conductor was very impolite in front of everyone. Hope he ll be warned about thus so that he ll not be repeating the same again..

                        Hi sir/madam,

                        I'm a regular traveler on itpl route.
                        I usually board bus from bpl to itpl stop.
                        Today i came across a rash conductor who abused to me and fellow female passengers while we requested to issue ticket after we paid fare. We were manhandled while we tried getting down near brigade ofc (Request stop) where he allowed many other people who paid fare but where not issued tickets.

                        Bus no. : ka 57 f 3685 (He spoke north karnataka accent)
                        Morning 10:30 -11 am.

                        I request your department to take necessary action against these disobedient workers.

                          Hi sir i'm chirag studying bba... I come from a very small village called challahalli... Daily i come from a bus that is 285-r (Challahalli) as we have only one bus at 6:20am but the driver who comes is very harsh and leaves the bus as per his timings... According to forum4 the timings is 6.20 but this driver leaves at 6.10 or more earlier and this is causing students and others a lot of problems as there are no other buses for next 2hrs so please take action about this..

                            500D buses do not go below flyover near Doddanekundi even if the road is free. It is causing inconvenience for people working in Bagmane Constellation Tech Park. When these buses can go below the flyover at Agara, then why not below flyover near Doddanekundi. 500D buses will waste time waiting for 5min in 3 stops in Marathahalli (Multiplex, Marathalli bridge, and Kalamandir). This is because you have set targets for your conductors. 15-20 mins gets wasted here.People taking bus, will anyways take the bus, either this or that. Ultimately the money will go to BMTC. Then why are you setting targets for your conductors? Please think about employees who have to reach office on time. This is the reason why most people do not opt to go by BMTC buses. BMTC should provide good service.

                              Residence of Doddagubbi are facing lot of issues in the evening time as there are not frequency of buses we have to wait for almost 45 to 60 mins, My kindly request to add some buses during 6 - 8 pm in the evening and there is only 1 bus at 8 pm which stops near hennur cross..

                              So kind request to whole team to help us out with this problem and add few buses in the evening time

                              KA01FA2341 G7 dipo 35 conductor was said there is no change aftrr the two stops went i was travelling from Sunkadakatte Magadi road to byadrahlli i gave 10rs he said i didn't have change get down on anjanagar stop i was get down on anjanangar stop these complaints r many happened daily kindly take a serious action other wise i may complain to the judiciary of Court
                              Hey im a daily commuter i wanted to go to shivaji nagar and from the past one hour im waiting in jeevanbhimanagar bus stop and there is no sign of bus at all.please solve this

                                I am first year student in ramaiah university.. And i already took pass for bmtc. And today 30/01/2020 when am coming back to my home in bus, i showed him the pass and he asked for address form and all.. And made me get out of the bus in road. I didnt do anything wrong to and i have the pass... The behaviour of the driver and conductor was very bad to as. We feel so ashame of bmtc and that peoples...! The bus number is ka-57-f[protected]a)

                                  I, Soubhagyalaxmi Sahoo, Geologist (Group A, Gazetted), Geological Survey of India, Ministry of Mines was on govt. duty and was carrying with me rock samples for lab processing on night of 29.01.2020 at time between 08:00 pm to 08:30 pm. I tried to enter the metro gate from the gate which opens from the subway from Railway Station (Back Gate), when the security persons asked about the details of stuffs in my bag. I explained them that these are mere rock samples for official purpose and also showed them my Govt. ID card. Despite this the security persons harassed me with their rude rough attitude and didn't allowed me to enter and told these are not allowed in metro. I insisted them to call their higher officer or head security incharge but they didn't. Can I get any clarification on this.

                                    Mf26 was a great help for many residents especially for working woman across many areas from kanakagiri till hormavu where bus access is an issue. From past 2 days this bus is not coming owing to some decision taken by some higher officials as per the rumours.
                                    This act of bmtc is very disappointing and actually may lead to many women lose their jobs as they have joined offices connected by metro.
                                    Bus was also getting full within 3-4 stops from the starting point that shows the number of people depending on this bus is very high and loss to their commuting service impacts them a lot.
                                    We condemn this route change and request for immediate resolution.

                                      Dear bmtc team,

                                      I am a software employee. I reside at bhadrappa layout.

                                      Since there is no bus service to jayamahal, shivajinagar and its nearby places from my place. I have to take shivajinagar bus (Bus no. 278) from nagashetty halli (Which is 1 km far away from my residence) to reach my destination jayamahal extension.

                                      Since 2 months i have been observing there is no frequent bus service between 9 am and 10 am and i have to wait for more than an hour everyday.

                                      Due to this everyday i reach 1 hour late to my office.

                                      With regard to this, i would request your team to please resolve the issue and help the public in the needful.
