impolite behavior

Bus no - ka 57 f 2422

Ticket was taken from kengeri to bel circle. Due to unavoidable circumstances had to get down at yelahanka. When asked for the ticket the conductor replyed with a very high and impolite tone. The conductor was very impolite in front of everyone. Hope he ll be warned about thus so that he ll not be repeating the same again.....

Hi sir/madam,

I'm a regular traveler on itpl route.
I usually board bus from bpl to itpl stop.
Today i came across a rash conductor who abused to me and fellow female passengers while we requested to issue ticket after we paid fare. We were manhandled while we tried getting down near brigade ofc (Request stop) where he allowed many other people who paid fare but where not issued tickets.

about the driver

Hi sir i'm chirag studying bba... I come from a very small village called challahalli... Daily i come from a bus that is 285-r (Challahalli) as we have only one bus at 6:20am but the driver who comes is very harsh and leaves the bus as per his timings... According to forum4 the timings is 6.20 but this driver leaves at 6.10 or more earlier and this is causing students and others a lot of problems as there are no other buses for next 2hrs...

500d buses do not go below flyover near doddanekundi

500D buses do not go below flyover near Doddanekundi even if the road is free. It is causing inconvenience for people working in Bagmane Constellation Tech Park. When these buses can go below the flyover at Agara, then why not below flyover near Doddanekundi. 500D buses will waste time waiting for 5min in 3 stops in Marathahalli (Multiplex, Marathalli bridge, and Kalamandir). This is because you have set targets for your conductors. 15-20...

less buses

Residence of Doddagubbi are facing lot of issues in the evening time as there are not frequency of buses we have to wait for almost 45 to 60 mins, My kindly request to add some buses during 6 - 8 pm in the evening and there is only 1 bus at 8 pm which stops near hennur cross..

So kind request to whole team to help us out with this problem and add few buses in the evening time

Please do the needful....

conductor made some issues

I am first year student in ramaiah university.. And i already took pass for bmtc. And today 30/01/2020 when am coming back to my home in bus, i showed him the pass and he asked for address form and all.. And made me get out of the bus in road. I didnt do anything wrong to and i have the pass... The behaviour of the driver and conductor was very bad to as. We feel so ashame of bmtc and that peoples...! mf26 route change affecting many commuters

Mf26 was a great help for many residents especially for working woman across many areas from kanakagiri till hormavu where bus access is an issue. From past 2 days this bus is not coming owing to some decision taken by some higher officials as per the rumours.
This act of bmtc is very disappointing and actually may lead to many women lose their jobs as they have joined offices connected by metro.
Bus was also getting full...

change on fare

Bus number: ka01 f-8925.

The conductor was rude and not ready to give the change. Purposely he was going behind so to avoid giving change. Everyday it happens with me. I travel from nayandanahalli metro station to nagarbhavi circle. Sometimes i dont have 5 rupee change. But when i gave him 10 rupees he was not ready to give me change. Started yelling at me. He also said i can give complaint to anyone but nothing will happen...

less number of route buses during peak hours

Please provide buses to shanthinagar/shivajinagar from banashankari ttmc during office hours (9 am-10 am). Only 3 buses work during this span of time and it is hell to travel. The crowd will be more and the buses available are highly not enough.
College students and working folks are every day facing this issue. Humbly asking you authorities to provide buses in peak hours....

about a bus driver

A driver in the bus of (250/1) his behavior was not good @ ladies he talks in singular language he said i i'll push u down from bus pls taken an action towards him (Depot-09) chikkabanavara to k. R market route bus number (Ka.53. F.0089) sir/madam it's my request taken action towards him he talks vry badly with ladies a driver not eligible to be an govt servent...

very less buses to hongasandra

Do not ignore this complaint. The problem of less number of buses is very prevalent in my area. People have to wait for 343, 344, 345, 362 buses in hot sun. People have to pay for high auto rickshaw charges. I'm extremely dissatisfied with bmtc services. I urge the concerned authorities to look into the issue and provide public transportation facility to all areas in a fair manner....

charged extra because I have no change

Traveling from udupi garden to silk board i had only 100 rs. I did not have change. So asked me to get down in between the route instead of waiting for time to return me full change he charged me 10 rs instead of 5 rs.
For other customers he did not do the same.
How can he ask to just get down on the way. And asking me why did i get into the bus with 100rs.

forgot to collect the money

There were two seats available in the bus while the bus conductor placed the water container on the seat and asked my friend to get up from the seat next to the container as he wanted to sit. There is place for the water container to be seated in a public transport bus. When we asked the conducter as to why we can't sit on the seat he bluntly told "what should i do about that?" in kannada language and sat on the seat next to the container...

We tried boarding the bus at stop palace guttalli, at around 8:15 am 27 jan 2020, i don't know why the conductor was in a bad mood and was forcing the driver to leave the bus stop even though there were passengers boarding the bus when asked he replays with an unpleasant tone that how long can a bus wait at stops and he is in a hurry, i did not understand what was the hurry rather than to do his primary job to serve the public who is paying...

very late arrival of bmtc bus

Dear sir/madam,
The bmtc service to silvepura banglore is very worst.. There are no buses in morning.. Which never arrives on time instead they stop hours together to have breakfast our side bus route is 254a one is silvepura direct bus and other is 254 byalkere bus..
I hope you understand our problem and please do help us.. By warning them not spend time chatting and stopping for breakfast...
