We were few of the fellow passengers travelled from vidhanasoudha and conductor of this route bus no. Ka01f4785 of route no.293k/h was not bothered to issue tickets to passengers despite of waiting for their turn. But, shamelessly this gentlemen received cash and failed to provide ticket and literally told every fellow passengers as "let it be, we will fell happy for our breakfast!!!"

Hope this is not the mistake of passengers to fight for? Else should they be fought in public?

Ashamed to write this complaint; would this employee been actioned?

Suggest to a surprise check of his collection vs tickets sold.

    I traveled with bmtc on 23.01.2020 5:30 pm from marthahalli bridge to devarabisana halli. Ticket fare was 10/-, i gave 20/- to conductor he gave me ticket and without returning the remain amount he left my place. After 2-3 minutes l approached him and demanded my amount. He denied to return remaining amount and he told "i am already given don't ask me again".

    Request you to look into this situation and save our money.

      Address: b-306, meenakshi classic, 27 th main. HSR layout, 560102

      None of the kias8 series bus want to go from below the bridge to stop at agara jn, in both directions. With luggage to/from airport, it is very difficult to go to the next stop.

      While agara jn is a scheduled stop, why is it not enforced.

      Heavy traffic cannot be a reason as silkboard has heavier traffic and kias buses do go through it.

        From 3 months the buses are not comming to our area. We are suffering from walking 2km every day twice. Even school and college students are not going at time college and school and old age people's can't walk 2km from bus stand and handicap people's are also suffering so please take some action quickly because i am a student

          500c buses going to itpl after taking left turn in kundanahalli signal, stop for 5 to 10 mins and wait for passengers to get in. This is causing delays for office commuters. People waiting to get down in hyercity stop are made to wait, if asked driver and conductor shout at us to get down and walk. They don't stop in the bus shelter space of hypercity stop, but stop way before that. Travelling in non ac bus is much faster than volvo bus ever after we pay hefty amount for the volvo tickets. Please take action.

            On 23/1/2020. I travelled from bommanahalli to electronic city in a bmtc bus numbered ka01f 9393
            At 12.26 pm. The actual rate is 19 rs. I had given 20 rs. When i asked for change of 1 rs. Conducter argued rudely. (If i ask you people that for a 11 rs ticket, 1 rs change is not there will you agree.) even our 1 rs has its value. Called to your customer care number. Most of the buses in the route do the same thing. Even if they have the change they will tell no change. Need an satisfactory reply from you

              Bus had displayed bus number as ckr8 and showed varthur, whitefield on its display. I got in from spice garden to go to thubarahalli. But the bus went to brookefield instead. This caused a great deal of inconvenience. Below are the details:

                Sir, the bus 308 to kammasandra not following timing. I have been seeing three to four bus 308 travelling in group one after another. If you stand at bidrahalli around 12 pm. You will see the buses all travelling together. It's a rural area and lot of people depend on these buses but drivers are not following the timings though it's a less traffic route.

                  There is a bus stop right infront of cult fit in the marathahalli orr right after the multiplex bus stop. Today at around 7:20 am, i got into a 500-silkboard route bus in karthik nagar. The driver refused to stop over there despite a bus stop being there and let me get down only in the next stop kadubeesanahalli which is 2km away. This is ridiculous. I had to take an auto rickshaw to come back. Please instruct drivers to stop there when needed or remove the bus stop.

                  Conductor didnt have change and owed 50rs which he told he will give later and wrote on the ticket.

                    Hello sir/mam,
                    There is no proper bus facility from tc palya. They wont maintain proper timings. They'll be very rude with passengers. As i have observed the bus which should come at 5pm was parked in front of jesse college and both driver, conductor were sleeping inside the bus. They are very careless. Even during mornings they'll be very late and sometimes they wont stop at bus stop as well. And even worse on saturdays. And there are buses from t palya to shivaji nagar, majestic, ngef so increase the number of buses and provide to hebbal also.

                      gps service not being used by bmtc

                      Dear sir/madam,
                      Really appreciate bmtc inititative to enable gps on all buses and tracking it through app. However route number krpmrhbskmtr /ka57 f-1485 is not using gps properly hence tracking of this bus trip is becoming very difficult.

                      Most of the times, gps is not working in this bus and have informed bus crew several times to use it properly but there is no response from them.

                      Please advise bus...

                      Really appreciate bmtc inititative to enable gps on all buses and tracking it through app. However route number krpmrhbskmtr (Kr puram to marathahalli to banashankari to globla village tech park mindtree) is not using gps properly hence tracking of this bus trip is becoming very difficult.
                      Please advise bus crew to use gps effectively so it will help commuters to use bmtc buses more frequently.

                        21/01/20, bus no 600c boarded at (09:20 am) btm udupi signal to ragigudda temple. Fare 5 rs, she gave 10 rs. Conductor asked for change she didn't have it. Then conductor started abusing her in a vulgar manner and pushed her down from the bus. This is very rude and harassing behavior from the conductor to a woman passenger. I'm going file a police compliant on this.

                        I entered the bus KA57F0704 from Marathahalli Bridge to Doddanekundi on 21/01/2020, for which the ticket price is 5 rupees. Despite my objections, the conductor charged me from Kadabisanahalli, for which the ticket price is 10 rupees.
                        Yesterday I was traveling from metro to bhattarhalli
                        Rs.83 conductor has not provided at the time of purchasing of ticket& at last I forget to collect also

                          Bus number ka 01 fa 1926. Time 9:40 am boarded from hennur cross at 8:30 am. The lady conductor was refusing to give change to most people and wanting them to get down in the crowded bus. She screamed at me for asking for change and was doing this to most people and smiling to herself when they got down and she earned the money in her pocket.

                            Hi,

                            I am shivakumar b a traveled by bmtc bus number ka-01-fa-1821 and route number 211n from kanakpura road nice bus stop to konanakunte cross at 7pm on 19 january 2020.
                            I asked conductor to issue a ticket and i gave rs100 he denied to issue a ticket instead he asked me to give exact fair or get down from the bus.
                            I denied to get down from the bus and conductor directly came to my seat and pulling me from the seat harshly using bad words and i opposed to get down so he beaten me very badly.
                            I observed that he is "alcohol" drank too much scolded me very badly and beaten on my face and i have taken video for proof.
                            Please provide justice and punish him for his wrong behavior.

                              Most of the bmtc buses lodge or stop their buses in bommanahalli signal even after stopping in the bus stop. Their ideal concept is to get many ppl into bus till then they stop their bus in the signal even if the signal is green and create a lot of traffic for the vehicles as they don't care about the vehicles behind because of which we can experience heavy traffic in bommanahalli. Kindly take action as soon as possible.

                                The bus number is ka 01 f 4700 and 171 is route number i was traveling with my friends to lalbagh from koramangala, and the fair per person was 17 and when i gave him 200rs note he didn't accept, and asked to give 34rs for 2person 1person had bus pass, then we gave 100rs and he gave us back 60rs and remaining 6rs he didn't give he told he will at the dropping point, while getting down the bus we asked him the change he arguing with us to provide 4rs so that he will give us 10rs, if we had the change we would have given at the first place itself. Even though he had the change he didn't give full change back he only have 2rs back. If it is 1rupee means ignoring is fine but what is the problem in giving our money back, we were not asking him to give his money. I know that from 4rs and all nothing will change, but it will not happen with us only, like us it will happen with many people. If the customer doesn't give proper fair means conductor will not allow us inside the bus only. Then can't they give us our money back.

                                  From tin factory to marathalli it cost rs 19 so many people travel in this route the change 1 rs they will not return back to passenger i travel daily 2 times in this route nobody return back the 1 rs change i[censored] caluclte 10 passenger daily goes by this route from 1 passenger 1 rs he takes daliy he gets 10 rs it’s just estimation think daily how much passenger using this transport and in volvo they never give a change upto 2 to 3 rs

                                    I have often observed that the conductor will avoid giving change or give one or two rupee less than what is supposed to be given. Today i was supposed to get 7 rupees and he gave 5 rupees and when asked for 2 rupees he started shouting at me saying i am supposed to get change. But he had change on his bag. I believe they do this to all the passengers. The conductor was fighting with a lady before having conversation with me. If we assume 1000 passanger will travel in one bus and they do this change scam for atleast 800 they will be earning 1600 and i believe there are more than 2000 local buses assume what is the amount of scam these people are doing.

                                      I was travelling in bmtc bus and i found a girl sitting in front of physically disabled people seat. So i've asked her that ladies seats are in front there are seats reserved for ladies but these are not. She told me that there is no rules like that. My request is that men's seats has to reserved.
                                      We shouldn't have to sit on ladies, senior citizens and physically disabled people seats so where should we have to sit on top of the bus..???
                                      Since from the next time we could shoe them that there is a rule that these seats are reserved for men's ✌
