I have often observed that the conductor will avoid giving change or give one or two rupee less than what is supposed to be given. Today i was supposed to get 7 rupees and he gave 5 rupees and when asked for 2 rupees he started shouting at me saying i am supposed to get change. But he had change on his bag. men's seat

I was travelling in bmtc bus and i found a girl sitting in front of physically disabled people seat. So i've asked her that ladies seats are in front there are seats reserved for ladies but these are not. She told me that there is no rules like that. My request is that men's seats has to reserved.
We shouldn't have to sit on ladies, senior citizens and physically disabled people seats so where should we have to sit on top of the bus..???br...

Bmtc buses going from itpl towards hope farm are not stopping @ gr tech park as they are diverted to the right side of the divider in front of gr tech park gate. Kindly ask the buses to stop in front of bhagini restaurant atleast after it takes a left turn. The next stop is bpl, which is almost 12 mins walk from gr tech park.
This is causing a lot of inconvenience to all the passengers....

There are no direct buses from silk board to whitefield and this transit becomes so difficult due to this. And in the mornings, buses to even nearby areas are very leas frequent.

There are people who land at the silk board in the mornings around 4.30 a. M. For whom the transit to whitefield is very difficult due to non availability of buses in this route....

Bus Number: KA 57 F 1261 at 5:30PM, near Babusapalya Bus driver without putting indicator took turn, crashed my bike, when told driver this is the way you drive?, Driver intentionally crashed my bike where i was on my bike, i got Hurt on my leg very badly, and side bike has been damaged, i request you to please punish the driver, as it was a harrasment, he was abusing too much,

complaint about bus service

Sir,

I travel every day surya city towards electronic city, the problem is evening while i return to home from electronic city to surya city towards anekal very rare buses go towards anekal. We need to wait 1/2 hour to 45 minutes catch for 1 bus. All buses go towards attibele or chandapura itself last stop. So many people are struggling by this problem. We request bmtc to solve this problem as early as possible

I was going from central silk board to sap lab (Bus stop) by bmtc bus. Bus no. Ka-57f-3415. I buy ticket with bus conductor that was of 23 rupees. I gave him 100 rupees note and he return 70 but he should return 77 rupees. I asked him to give my 7 rupees change but he told i will give at sap stop and he refused to give me 7 rupees. He had change but don't want to give and said i will not give you, i have not change and start talking rudely....

not giving ticket for 5 rs point

I am a regular commuter of bmtc buses from baiyapanahalli metro station bus point to benniganahalli. The bus sometimes stops at rmz infinty and the conductor collects 5 rs from all o[censored]s and won't give a ticket. This is a usual scenario. There will be atleast 10 people to get down here. 90 percent of the time they won't issue ticket. I want the authorities to look into this matter and take necessary measures to solve this. disrespect and wrong bus ticket

Ka01f3806 bus number conductor 271 r/3 bus travelling... The conductor was speaking disrespect to passenger.. Due to the issue of ticket which was charged high and its was previous passengers ticket... That conductor taken that ticket and given to me.. When i was asked to conductor about the issue of ticket which was wrong ticket abt boarding stop and which is previous stop and he raised voice against me... Plz see the msg and take the action...

bus ka57- f 1482 not stopped at cafe coffee day - before hope farm

Bus no ka57- f 1482 is not stopped at cafe coffee day bus stop which is before hope farm, when i was travelling with my child. Where 99% bus are stopping there.

The conductor who is on duty today (13th jan'20) was behaving very rudely.

This is the second incident with the same issue in last 30 days. Please take some serious actions to make sure it is not repeating....

rude behaviour of conductor without my mistake

I started from jn of hosur road. I took ticket to konappana agarhara but the bus didn't went to konappana agarhara, took turn before that.
Conductor asked where will u get down, i said i will get down at infosys gate 6. He started shouting at me stating that u should have told me before.
I don't understand that i took ticket to konappana agarhara, that conductor gave me the ticket, he didn't tell me...

I have forgotten my bag

I have left my bag in the back most seat in 500 d bus at 3:30 am 12/01/2020 from bagmane tech park to kadubeesanahalli. It is a black 20 inch bag with red outline and has 3 front zips and 5 side zips.

I have tried registering a complaint through bmtc lost and found website but there seems to be a server error. Please help asap as i have my important documents and medicines in that bag....

I forgot my lunch box today in vajra bmtc bus. I got into 500ca bus at 9:20am at agara junction and got down at saya sai hospital. I forgot my lunch box which is packed in yellow-orange mixed tupperware bag.

conductor misbehaving and lied for not giving change

500d bus no. F 4407, orr route
Going from agara to kadubesanahalli.
Time 9:30, jan 10

The female conductor was in a plan of keeping the extra change of passengers.
She did not return the change to anyone and wrote behind the ticket. All passengers had to come to her for asking the change (Almost 15 ppl came). Though she was holding the change, not getting up from her seat to return passengers change....
