conductor didn't give ticket and checking persons forced us to pay money, but no receipt for fine also

Even though we asked ticket, conductor was not ready to give ticket, and at itpl checking was there. They asked fine, they didn't give receipt for that. (Took as bribe)
As i am not from karnataka, i can't ask more for the ticket to him.

Please take action against this. As this become the usual thing for the people who are getting down at itpl...

regarding bus fare

Today around 9.30 am (10/1/2020) i was travelling from neeladri nagar to bhel bus stop. Total fare to bhel is 10 rupee. When i bought the ticket and gave conductor 10. Rupee coin. He asked me to. Give 10 rupee note. When i told him that i have only this coin. He asked me to get down the bus. We all know that 10 rupee coins are not banned but even people from government organization are not willing to take it....

driver conductor behavior

Ka 53 f-258 please make driver not to stop the bus if passengers shouldn't stand in steps or if bus is full. There is no space inside the bus to stand, driver and conductor are being rude to passengers. Most of the conductor and driver of bmtc buses quarrel with passengers in the peak time morning. If bus is full, please advice bmtc employee not to stop....

rude behavior and abuse from bus conductor of bus ka-01-fa-2021

I boarded the bus from Bellandur. I had a bus pass but before I could take the bus pass and before me confirming my destination, the conductor started printing the ticket. He asked me to pay the amount so I told him I don't have to as I have pass. Then he started abusing me and asked me to get out of the bus. forgot to take back the change

Hi team,

I took the bus from jayanagar 9 th block ragiguda temple to ecospace (Bellandur) kadabisanahalli which costs me 20rs due to unavailability of change i gave 100rs and couldn't take back the change while i was getting down the bus. I kindly request you to return me back the change.

I have board bus from marathahalli to shivaji nagar around 9.20am today i. E. 330 white bus. But the conductor charged me ticket upto shivaji nagar even though i was going to trinity circle. I asked him regarding charges, he said it's like that.

As it's not computerised ticket so destination details were not printed on that tkt. I asked him why he is giving me a ticket which is not my destination, but his behavior...

Hello... I am working in a showroom, i am complaing regards shortage of bus or the negligence of bus driver or conductor... Very harsh driving of this bus driver, attached a photo of bus details. Unnecessary fights with an auto driver, and bus driver gone to hit him. He was driving very harsh after this incident. Ppl in the bus are very unsafe bcoz of his temper. And he was shouting on passengers on silly things to getdown of the bus from back door without opening front door....

The number of 365 series buses plying towards bannerghatta road from 5pm to 7pm is so limited. There have been many days when i have not got a single bus in shanti nagar bus stop for more than 45 min. Due to this problem, the number of people traveling in each bus increases significantly. I gave rupees five hundred to the conductor and a ticket of 84 rupees and gave me the remaining change of rupees four hundred and sixteen back, out of the change... One hundred rupees note was slightly torn, so i requested the conductor to give me another note for which the conductor...

selling food items at higher price than mrp

I buyed some food items like biscuit and soft drinks at shanthi nagar bus stop.in each item i was charged 5 rupees extra. I tried to tell the shopkeeper but he was to adamant to understand. It is very difficult for commuters to buy if they sell like this
It is very un likely that the administration of karnataka is allowing these things in such a large bus terminus...
