Ka01f3806 bus number conductor 271 r/3 bus travelling... The conductor was speaking disrespect to passenger.. Due to the issue of ticket which was charged high and its was previous passengers ticket... That conductor taken that ticket and given to me.. When i was asked to conductor about the issue of ticket which was wrong ticket abt boarding stop and which is previous stop and he raised voice against me... Plz see the msg and take the action

    Near jawaharlal nehru planetarium., driver takes such a rash n negiligence turn.. He hits a 2 wheeler.. N that 2 wheeler hits a man.. Please take some action onnthe driver.. After hitting.. No sorry.. Or asking what happened.. Hopeless..3rd class driver n conductor..

      Bus no ka57- f 1482 is not stopped at cafe coffee day bus stop which is before hope farm, when i was travelling with my child. Where 99% bus are stopping there.

      The conductor who is on duty today (13th jan'20) was behaving very rudely.

      This is the second incident with the same issue in last 30 days. Please take some serious actions to make sure it is not repeating.

      Bus pass has been lost so iam applying new repirt plsss give me a bus apsss
      The bus with reg number ka57 f 2027
      is supposed to be mf1, and is near vivekananda metro station. The conductor boarded another bus and said this bus is broke. Waiter ng for more than an hour and not even a bus to board. You keep purchasing bus and enjoy the commissions
      From Chandapura iam not getting bus towards Anekal after 10:30 pm. And the more buss are there for attibele. Instead of sending more bus towards Attibele send the bus towards Anekal. Atleast half an hour one bus type up to 11:30. We daily taking cab/private vehicles so please accept this request. Thank you

        Sir, it would be great if you conduct a session for conductors and bus drivers. Their behavior is extremely bad towards thier passengers. I understand that there are pressures and they have to tackle alott many people whole day but not every person is same. We are holding a good job and we expect a healthy and gentle behavior from them. Many a times they don't have change to give and so they tell us to go out of the bus in between. We do support them but everything has a limit. Their rough behavior is out reach. Many a times they don't give the change back! And fight for no reason.
        It would be great if you kindly look on to this. They really have a bad behavior.

          Hi team,

          I started from jn of hosur road. I took ticket to konappana agarhara but the bus didn't went to konappana agarhara, took turn before that.
          Conductor asked where will u get down, i said i will get down at infosys gate 6. He started shouting at me stating that u should have told me before.
          I don't understand that i took ticket to konappana agarhara, that conductor gave me the ticket, he didn't tell me anything that the bus will not go to konappana agarhara and in return he started shouting at me. Which he is not supposed to shout at a girl that too being alone.
          Hope btmc will take an action against this.

            I have left my bag in the back most seat in 500 d bus at 3:30 am 12/01/2020 from bagmane tech park to kadubeesanahalli. It is a black 20 inch bag with red outline and has 3 front zips and 5 side zips.

            I have tried registering a complaint through bmtc lost and found website but there seems to be a server error. Please help asap as i have my important documents and medicines in that bag.

              My bus route is rajajinagar to bagalur cross via majestic
              So after reaching majestic from bagalur cross i got into this bus

              11th jan 2019 (Saturday) around 645

              I have a student pass[protected] valid till july but the conductor said i cant come to majestic and he argued that i cant get via majestic pass

              He even refused to give his name and id so i got out of the bus and took this bus number

              Many K2 buses won't stop at sandal soap factory stop which is on the way from Yeshwanthpur to rajajinagar.
              Worst Un-Maintained Buses In Route 36 A, 36 B .

              Before 3 months . We used have Good Buses In This Route .Suddenly They Changed The Buses and Replaced it with worst Unmainted Buses .

              I request bmtc offical's to provide us with Good Buses .

                264a bus is supposed to reach shettihalli cross by 5.26 am and reach rajajinagar esi hospital by 5.50 am. But what is actually happening is, bus stops at jalahalli cross for 20+ minutes for no reason and only starts at 5.50 am from jalahalli cross. Which actually should have reached rajajinagar esi hospital by then. This delay is affecting lot of early office / work goers towards rajajinagar big time now. When asked the driver doesn't even respond politely and was very rude to passengers. Please address this issue as soon as possible. Thank you!

                  Hi, i being a daily commuter of bmtc bus would like file a complaint against all the conductors of 500-d ac bus route. I travel from hsr to manyatha tech park on daily basis. The fare is inr 79/-. The conductor on this route never give 1rs change. I have observed that it is not the case with me but for almost all the fare tickets where the conductor has to give 1or 2 rs change, they never give. If you ask for it they will either laugh or will shout at passengers. I would request bmtc to change their fares to round of values so that the hard earned money of passengers can make some benefit which is currently of no use to bmtc. This one rupee amount can be used for extra services for the benefit of passangers and not conductors own benefits.

                    I forgot my lunch box today in vajra bmtc bus. I got into 500ca bus at 9:20am at agara junction and got down at saya sai hospital. I forgot my lunch box which is packed in yellow-orange mixed tupperware bag.

                      Going from agara to kadubesanahalli.
                      Time 9:30, jan 10

                      The female conductor was in a plan of keeping the extra change of passengers.
                      She did not return the change to anyone and wrote behind the ticket. All passengers had to come to her for asking the change (Almost 15 ppl came). Though she was holding the change, not getting up from her seat to return passengers change. Started shouting when people came asking for change.

                        Usually the conductor didn't give any tickets to me from early days. I'm from kerala and I'm not much fluent in kannada to raise more questions about tickets to him. And whenever I asked him tickets, he didn't give any response. The bus fare to my stop is only FIVE rupees. If he didn't give any tickets, the amount will not go to the govt.

                        Today when TC came, there is no tickets with me, even though I paid the bus fare. The TC asked me to pay 200 as fine & conductor was silent in that time. Even though the entire fault is with the conductor, I forced to pay 200 rupees as fine, when I paid the bus fare without ticket before.
                        So, I need the compensation and justification for this as soon as possible

                          Today around 9.30 am (10/1/2020) i was travelling from neeladri nagar to bhel bus stop. Total fare to bhel is 10 rupee. When i bought the ticket and gave conductor 10. Rupee coin. He asked me to. Give 10 rupee note. When i told him that i have only this coin. He asked me to get down the bus. We all know that 10 rupee coins are not banned but even people from government organization are not willing to take it.

                          It's been more than an hour No single buses aare coming at R R nagar petrol bunk stop.I agree due to traffic issues it might take some time but more than an hour is not a joke .

                            Ka 53 f-258 please make driver not to stop the bus if passengers shouldn't stand in steps or if bus is full. There is no space inside the bus to stand, driver and conductor are being rude to passengers. Most of the conductor and driver of bmtc buses quarrel with passengers in the peak time morning. If bus is full, please advice bmtc employee not to stop.

                            This is to inform that it is the duty of the crew to stop the bus in all authorised bus stops for passengers to alight/board the bus. Hence they cannot be advised not to give stop in authorised bus stops. Passengers have to co-operate by going inside the bus for their own safety. However regarding rude behaviour of crew if details of bus number, date and time of the incident is provided action will be taken on such crew.

                              The complain is of incident of the bus number ka 57, f3160 bmtc bus conductor named n chandershekaran.. Bus which commutes from attible to hoskote on 9 jan 2020 morning 8:40 am... As daily i commute on this route as i travel from gunjur to kodi. From kodi i commute from our office bus as i had missed my office bus i planned to continue my journey in bmtc bus as it was very rush conductor was standing in the door and i called the conductor for issuing further journey ticket till then next stop come... Conductor named n chandershekaran behaviour was extremely rude to me and using derogatory language. Does btmc does not sensitize them how to behave with female commuters on bus. Concerned higher authority should take serious action on him and i am expecting an action from btmc officials on him. Please do write in detail what measures and action are taken on this complain.

                                I boarded the bus from Bellandur. I had a bus pass but before I could take the bus pass and before me confirming my destination, the conductor started printing the ticket. He asked me to pay the amount so I told him I don't have to as I have pass. Then he started abusing me and asked me to get out of the bus. I got out of the bus best stop and took a photo of the bus with bus number.
                                Kindly take action against the bus conductor of the bus KA-01-FA-2021.
                                The date is 9th January 2020. Time of boarding :- 3:10pm. The name of conductor is not known. I have his photo with me.

                                  Hi team, i am dharmendra rathor. I was travelling madiwala to roopenaagrahara bus stop and the fare was rs. 17/-. I gave rs. 20/- to the conductor then he said give me change but i didn't have change, so he disputed and was showing rude behavior and he took rs. 20/- but didn't return my change. I requested to him to write remaining amount on ticket backside, so i can collect it later but he declined my request and said me that you can forget that amount. I faced such kind of issue many times bmtc buses and i am not expecting my remaining amount but kindly do the needful for bmtc service and fix such kind of conductor behavior.

                                    forgot to take back the change

                                    Hi team,

                                    I took the bus from jayanagar 9 th block ragiguda temple to ecospace (Bellandur) kadabisanahalli which costs me 20rs due to unavailability of change i gave 100rs and couldn't take back the change while i was getting down the bus. I kindly request you to return me back the change.

                                    Hi,
                                    I have board bus from marathahalli to shivaji nagar around 9.20am today i. E. 330 white bus. But the conductor charged me ticket upto shivaji nagar even though i was going to trinity circle. I asked him regarding charges, he said it's like that.

                                    As it's not computerised ticket so destination details were not printed on that tkt. I asked him why he is giving me a ticket which is not my destination, but his behavior was so rude and he told me to get down from bus and i did the same.

                                    It's really rowdyism by that uneducated conductor. So requesting you to take strict action against these types of employees who are cheating people and making a very bad name of btc.

                                    That's I missed to check, as it was huge rush inside bus I just get down and before writing bus number it went away.

                                    The conductor of bus was misbehaving because I was speaking hindi as I'm not a kannadiga. He started arguing with me and was repeatedly saying that if I am living in Karnataka then i have to speak kannada. As I'm a student so everyday i have to travel by bus but this thing is coming out to be a problem.

                                      Hello... I am working in a showroom, i am complaing regards shortage of bus or the negligence of bus driver or conductor... After 7 o'clock in the evening there is no bus towards tavarekere aladamara... It happen 3-4 times a week... We are waiting till 8:30 for the bus but we cant a bus towards tavarekere aladamara... After the work we are wasting our times searching for bus it's very disappointing and irritating... So provide a bus from majestic to shantinagar towards tavarekere... Hope u will solve this problem
