The above mentioned bus did not stop at kodipalya cross stop at around 8.30am and i tried following the bus and catch it at bgs hospital stop but the driver didn't stop there also. The bus was too rashly driven. The seats were still not fully filled. Bmtc services should be provided in the interest of public. My sincere request is please take necessary actions on the driver and conductor of the bus (Ka01 fa 1662), give them strict instructions...

bus not stopping at scheduled bus stop

We have very limited busses on our routes..
In that the available buses are not serving properly... Like following

Bus route no 229 scheduled to gaviyanapalya is not stopped at the bus stop on 3td jan 2020 (6:30 pm) at nayandahalli metro station.
This is not the first time..
Every time they do like this..
Please take necessary actions......

Today 03.01.2020 i boarded 401k from yelahanka new town bus stand at 8.30am to yelahanka old town by bus number
Ka 01 9298. It reached yelahanka depot at 8.44am.

The driver after yelahanka police station, there was a big signal near corporation bank, the driver asked us to get down in the signal. As the two wheelers were moving, few got down from the bus and few were not able to get down. Usually the bus stop is near...

kia 8 e not following bus timings

Am a resident of electronic city phase 1 and i regularly take kia 8 e from wipro avenue and regularly get down at horamavu which is my work place. Today's (3-1-20, 8.45am) driver and conductor do not stop at horamavu bus stop and also leave 5 mins early from scheduled time i. E 8.45 (As mentioned in the chart) from wipro avenue. They do this all the time. And i have questioned them many times but they keep doing this which is very harassing...

non issue of bus tickets

I'm currently working for a company located in itpl main road. Daily i take bus from prashant extension to itpl bus stop and on daily basis i pay bus fare and every bus conductor deny's to issue ticket in return. I see the same scenario being faced my co-passengers as well even after requesting to provide ticket conductor doesn't issue tickets.

I would request you to please address this problem asap.br...

Conductor has entered year of birth Instead of last 4 digits of voter ID number in the daily pass.Conductor refused to give another pass with proper details. I wanted to go to Yelahanka from Govindarajanagar but they dropped the bus at vidyaranyapura itself.hence I took another bus, I was made to travel till end and when TC came for checking they highlighted the mistake . I faced humiliation and had to pay fine of 500rs.

The conductors doesn't provide proper ticket, they manage by passing same tickets to different customers. From Peenya to sunkadkatte. If we raise voice against that they try to manipulate. Sir I have boarded the bus from Mahadevpura bagmane techpark to hsr bda complex.
Fare is 22/- I gave 500/- as I didn't have change. I have given him 2 rps change but he needs to return me 480/-
I have asked 2-3 times for change and he said he will give when I will about to reach hsr.
When I reach hsr he didn't give me 480/- .when I asked for change again and again he gave me 420 /- another 60 /- he didn't return it and...

This is regarding with the complaint against with conductor and driver of the bus (KA 01 FA 1054). The incident happened on 2 nd Jan 2020.
Where I have been asked to get out of the bus e ven after showing handicap bus of 2019. Which has grace validity period til Feb 2020. The same enquired with senior staff at Domlur However the conductor didn't listen to my words and asked me to get out in front of all passengers....

extended stoppage at bus stops - causing extreme delays to passenger

I travel from Marthahalli to RMZ ecospace eery day by bus. I see that, even after passengers have boarded the bus, the bus does not move. By this time 2-3 more buses join the line and there is traffic jam in the entire stretch of Marthahalli all the way leading up to Kadubessanahalli.

This happens every day in all the bus stops in Bangalore and I see no logic in occupying the road / bus stops after passengers have boarded....

Out of 10 buses from itpl bus stop 8 buses are for silk board, marathahalli and banashankari. There are hardly 2 buses travelling to itpl. It doesn't make any sense to have line of buses queued up to same destination at same time..

Number of travellers from bel circle to itpl are high.. Morning there is only onr bus at 7:30 and next one is at 9 where in there are bus to silk board every min from hebbal.br...

no other mode of payments other than cash

You should introduce electronic modes of payment for tickets in your busses than ask for cash to issue tickets.

The whole idea of demonization is to reduce cash in circulation. You should understand that liquid cash in the system is the cause of black money proliferation and ensuing corruption.

All the travellers need to draw cash from banks/atms pay for the tickets in cash which you deposit into bmtc accounting...

complaint- this above bmtc bus was came to bus stop at 8-35 am.. the bus moved at 8-50 on bus stop the conductor was collected the ticket at bus stop on 15 min...then after moving the bus bus was very to railway station bus stop at 9-10...and he collected toll tickets and moving slowly...the bus was came to marsandra at 9-20... and another bus...

lack of service during that time

I live in hirandahalli, on rampura road and need to go to katamnallur stop daily for going to my office in whitefield. I have a monthly pass.

In the last few days, i have noticed that the route no.280f which used to ply from yelahanka to hoskote used to come anytime between 6.45 a. M. To 7.30 a. M. But now that bus doesn't come during that time.
No other route bus comes during that time, and me alongwith many other passengers...

fine charged for not producing bus pass

I've a monthly pass issued on my name. I boarded a bus from Itpl bus stand for kadugodi considering I have my pass with me. As usual, bus was fully loaded with passengers, no space to even stand properly and the conductor asked to show pass. I couldn't show as it was very crowded and the conductor also didn't recheck.
At hopefarm junction 3 inspectors boarded the bus and started checking. By the time they came to me I reported them...

conductor refuse 10 rs coin.

I board to BMTC bus(DEPOT 41, LP-KBS-1I/5, T.No-375) today morning (31 December 2019) i was paying ticket amount in 10 rs coins but conductor refuse to accept coins.

As per the RBI all 10 Rs coins are legal tender, what conductor did is illegal.

According to RBI rules, those who refuse to accept the India currency can be liable for action under section 124A (sedition) of IPC.

I would like the conductor...

For ticket 10 rupees i gave 100 he told he doesn't have change and made me to get down in middle of the road bus no. Ka 57 f334. I can raise a complain for assault. Atleast 100 people would have got in n got down how come he doesn't have change if so is the case display to get exact change. Then why the hell it is public transport when you can't give services to public....

bad condition of bus

I travelled in a bmtc bus ka 01 fa 1221 last month end from bangalore majestic to tin factory. I should say the bus was in a very bad condition. The cushion seat was not fitted and it was coming out. All the nut and bolts were clinging in a loose way that for every speed break the bus has to cross over, passengers inside were jumping here and there. It could have even rammed somewhere due to the poor condition of bus. Please take some action...
