Today around 9.30 am (10/1/2020) i was travelling from neeladri nagar to bhel bus stop. Total fare to bhel is 10 rupee. When i bought the ticket and gave conductor 10. Rupee coin. He asked me to. Give 10 rupee note. When i told him that i have only this coin. He asked me to get down the bus. We all know that 10 rupee coins are not banned but even people from government organization are not willing to take it.

It's been more than an hour No single buses aare coming at R R nagar petrol bunk stop.I agree due to traffic issues it might take some time but more than an hour is not a joke .

    Ka 53 f-258 please make driver not to stop the bus if passengers shouldn't stand in steps or if bus is full. There is no space inside the bus to stand, driver and conductor are being rude to passengers. Most of the conductor and driver of bmtc buses quarrel with passengers in the peak time morning. If bus is full, please advice bmtc employee not to stop.

    Dear Sir,

    This is to inform that it is the duty of the crew to stop the bus in all authorised bus stops for passengers to alight/board the bus. Hence they cannot be advised not to give stop in authorised bus stops. Passengers have to co-operate by going inside the bus for their own safety. However regarding rude behaviour of crew if details of bus number, date and time of the incident is provided action will be taken on such crew.

    Very sad as govt people tell we will always be there for women's security but bmtc bus driver and conductor, get down us in the middle of the way and denied to go destination even after lot of request.       The complain is of incident of the bus number ka 57, f3160 bmtc bus conductor named n chandershekaran.. Bus which commutes from attible to hoskote on 9 jan 2020 morning 8:40 am... As daily i commute on this route as i travel from gunjur to kodi. From kodi i commute from our office bus as i had missed my office bus i planned to continue my journey in bmtc bus as it was very rush conductor was standing in the door and i called the conductor for issuing further journey ticket till then next stop come... Conductor named n chandershekaran behaviour was extremely rude to me and using derogatory language. Does btmc does not sensitize them how to behave with female commuters on bus. Concerned higher authority should take serious action on him and i am expecting an action from btmc officials on him. Please do write in detail what measures and action are taken on this complain.

        I boarded the bus from Bellandur. I had a bus pass but before I could take the bus pass and before me confirming my destination, the conductor started printing the ticket. He asked me to pay the amount so I told him I don't have to as I have pass. Then he started abusing me and asked me to get out of the bus. I got out of the bus best stop and took a photo of the bus with bus number.
        Kindly take action against the bus conductor of the bus KA-01-FA-2021.
        The date is 9th January 2020. Time of boarding :- 3:10pm. The name of conductor is not known. I have his photo with me.

          Hi team, i am dharmendra rathor. I was travelling madiwala to roopenaagrahara bus stop and the fare was rs. 17/-. I gave rs. 20/- to the conductor then he said give me change but i didn't have change, so he disputed and was showing rude behavior and he took rs. 20/- but didn't return my change. I requested to him to write remaining amount on ticket backside, so i can collect it later but he declined my request and said me that you can forget that amount. I faced such kind of issue many times bmtc buses and i am not expecting my remaining amount but kindly do the needful for bmtc service and fix such kind of conductor behavior.

            Hi team,

            I took the bus from jayanagar 9 th block ragiguda temple to ecospace (Bellandur) kadabisanahalli which costs me 20rs due to unavailability of change i gave 100rs and couldn't take back the change while i was getting down the bus. I kindly request you to return me back the change.

              Hi,
              I have board bus from marathahalli to shivaji nagar around 9.20am today i. E. 330 white bus. But the conductor charged me ticket upto shivaji nagar even though i was going to trinity circle. I asked him regarding charges, he said it's like that.

              As it's not computerised ticket so destination details were not printed on that tkt. I asked him why he is giving me a ticket which is not my destination, but his behavior was so rude and he told me to get down from bus and i did the same.

              It's really rowdyism by that uneducated conductor. So requesting you to take strict action against these types of employees who are cheating people and making a very bad name of btc.

              That's I missed to check, as it was huge rush inside bus I just get down and before writing bus number it went away.
              Blocking road in the signal at hosur road..
              The conductor of bus was misbehaving because I was speaking hindi as I'm not a kannadiga. He started arguing with me and was repeatedly saying that if I am living in Karnataka then i have to speak kannada. As I'm a student so everyday i have to travel by bus but this thing is coming out to be a problem.

                Hello... I am working in a showroom, i am complaing regards shortage of bus or the negligence of bus driver or conductor... After 7 o'clock in the evening there is no bus towards tavarekere aladamara... It happen 3-4 times a week... We are waiting till 8:30 for the bus but we cant a bus towards tavarekere aladamara... After the work we are wasting our times searching for bus it's very disappointing and irritating... So provide a bus from majestic to shantinagar towards tavarekere... Hope u will solve this problem

                    Hi,
                    I boarded the bus ka 01 fa 1930 at tin factory this morning at around 7.25am and paid 30rs for a ticket that costed me only 29rs to reach doddanakundi bus stop. But the driver stopped at emc2 since he wanted to go above the flyover.
                    When i asked the driver as to why he wouldn't stop at the place i paid to get off at, he in a very rude manner told me that there was no stop at the place printed on the ticket and that i will have to question the transport department. Is this some kind of a joke? This is not the first time that this is happening in this route. Kindly take an action on such irresponsible drivers.

                      I boarded a BMTC Bus at Hebbal, Bangalore.. traveling to KR Market, and I paid the conductor 50 RS, as he didn't have change he said I'll get you the change and came back and gave me only 10 Rs/- instead of 30. When I inquired why I got only 10 he said He gave it to me which he completely did not give and started behaving very Rude. This happens on a every day basis to many students travelling across Bangalore. This is Harrassment and should not be tolerated. The Bus number is KA01F9516

                        Very harsh driving of this bus driver, attached a photo of bus details. Unnecessary fights with an auto driver, and bus driver gone to hit him. He was driving very harsh after this incident. Ppl in the bus are very unsafe bcoz of his temper. And he was shouting on passengers on silly things to getdown of the bus from back door without opening front door.

                          While traveling from Electronic city towards kengeri, experienced a very scary drive from this bus driver, attached photo of the bus. Driver has gone to hit a auto driver and was fighting with him in middle of the road. After that incident, his driving was very harsh, ppl in the bus especially ladies were worried. And without any reason he started shouting on passengers. And ordering to getdown from back door without opening front door. I feel ppl who r traveling with that bus driver are not safe bcoz of his temper.

                            Dear sir / madam,

                            Today i travelled in multiple buses between emc2 to kadubisanahalli.

                            In all the buses whenever ticket is given remaining balance of re.1 for each trip never returned in exchange

                            For eg. I paid rs.30 for ticket amounting to rs.29 (From mahadevapura ring road-emc2 stop to kadubisanahalli) but i never got the change of re.1.. When asked about change i was told by conductor that there was no change..

                            Similarly while returning back in 2 different buses, same incident happened with those 2 buses.

                            I request the authority to look into it and make sure that conductor have enough change with them

                            It would be difficult to tender exact change when the bill is amounting to Rs.19/- or Rs.29/-. Either the bill amount should be rounded off or conductors should be provided with exact change.

                              The number of 365 series buses plying towards bannerghatta road from 5pm to 7pm is so limited. There have been many days when i have not got a single bus in shanti nagar bus stop for more than 45 min. Due to this problem, the number of people traveling in each bus increases significantly. This can easily be resolved if the number of buses plying is more.

                                Dear sir/ma'am,

                                My name is dheeraj chourappa, i am currently traveling in bmtc volvo bus number ka01 f 4408. From central silk board to hebal. I gave rupees five hundred to the conductor and a ticket of 84 rupees and gave me the remaining change of rupees four hundred and sixteen back, out of the change... One hundred rupees note was slightly torn, so i requested the conductor to give me another note for which the conductor got very angry and said in kannada "it is torn only little", "nothing will happen if you take it".
                                I told the conductor very gently that i don't want a torn note and want another note. The conductor went on shouting for almost fifteen minutes and only then the conductor replaced the note with another one.
                                The conductor was very rude and unprofessional. Kindly give the conductor proper training and make sure that the conductor gives respect to the passengers. Kindly make sure the conductor learns basic discipline and how to respect passengers.
                                This conductor is a lady conductor.

                                Ps: if there is no action and intimation of the action taken on this regard, i will post the same on social media along with a screenshot of this email.

                                    I buyed some food items like biscuit and soft drinks at shanthi nagar bus stop.in each item i was charged 5 rupees extra. I tried to tell the shopkeeper but he was to adamant to understand. It is very difficult for commuters to buy if they sell like this
                                    It is very un likely that the administration of karnataka is allowing these things in such a large bus terminus

                                      Hi,

                                      I just personally want to file a complaint if you would really believe and consider respect is more important within people.

                                      Bus no :ka01f9299

                                      I boarded this bus from shivaji nagar, it shown as 300e krpuram when i boarded, everything was gone fine, suddenly he stopped the bus in ramamurthy signal as that is not his last stop i believe. One lady conductor started threatening all passengers to get down as if "we are all an accused in jail and she is a warden in police station".

                                      As she threatened all passengers got down but i told that lady this is not your last stop she replied nothing and suddenly driver called me then i stood in front of him, he looks like old experienced driver that is why i asked him in polite way this bus has to go till krpuram. Then he started abusing me by his filthy words... Saying that"don't you have brains other passengers got down and why don't you get down", he said. When it just goes with an argument he starts his bus heading back to shivaji nagar. I told him to stop he is not stopping the bus till i end up with argument..

                                      This clearly shows he is not ready to argue with me and so he started his bus. Which means he threatened or kidnapped. Finally i told him ill file a complaint he replied that you can't do anything to me and iam a government staff and nobody knows what i am doing here, indirectly saying that he can cheat the government and the people. There was no respect, no courtesy, tried to cheat me but i found it he is not accepting and told that bus number is 300 its not 300e so see properly. I clearly know and even swear that bus was 300e last minute he changed that.

                                      I sincerely request you to escalate this matter to take serious action against this driver or to terminate his service.. It's good for we kind of passengers and even for government. Having this corrupted driver will not worth anywhere except in garbage or drainage. So please don't take this as normal. Its kind humble request.

                                      I left one polythene bag consisting of one medical prescription note book, one medicine nose spray and some stationery in bus mostly 326/328 from command hospital to carporation circle at 1300hrs on 19dec19

                                        The above mentioned bus did not stop at kodipalya cross stop at around 8.30am and i tried following the bus and catch it at bgs hospital stop but the driver didn't stop there also. The bus was too rashly driven. The seats were still not fully filled. Bmtc services should be provided in the interest of public. My sincere request is please take necessary actions on the driver and conductor of the bus (Ka01 fa 1662), give them strict instructions not to repeat it again. Thanks.
