I boarded bmtc bus : KA-01 FA 2155 at 7:20PM on 11 Dec 2019 at Sathya sai bus stand and the driver did not move the bus until 7:45PM . I don’t think that much wait time is even allowed. All the seats were filled in 10 minutes still the driver wanted more passengers. I was among the first few unlucky ones who boarded the bus and had to tolerate a wait time of 25 minutes before it started moving. Since i had already bought the tickets I couldn’t get down. I take less than this much of time to reach my destination which is spice garden road. This has often happened with me hence raising a concern, BMTC should respect the precious time of the passengers especially at such late hours and in such insane traffic.

    There is drastic decrease in number of buses towards sarjapura road from agara, even after waiting for 30-45minutes rarely one or two buses arrive.

    Also the buses get over crowded making people hanging from bus, women's facing severe safety issues.

    A serious action should be taken at the earliest.. Atleast in the evening hours 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm it's better to start buses from hsr deport itself to sarjapur.

      The bmtc bus services on route shivajinagar to jeevanahalli by number 127, is most dependable.
      It is not gps compliant and few buses are provided, some of which are constantly in breakdown condition (As mentioned by the staff). The schedule is almost always disrupted and never as per tc details. Tc is rarely present to monitor the trip count at shivajinagar. Passengers are greatly inconvenienced and multiple discussions with shivajinagar enquiry counter is a pointless exercise.

        I am kusuma pg student of ms ramaiah college i travel from yelahanka, i lost my bmtc bus pass yesterday and i dont know what to do, could u please kindly insist me what procedure i have to follow to get my new bus pass it's being to difficult to pay bus fairs daily for traveling as even it's far too travel from home to college as bmtc bus pass is much necessary for traveling for college

          This situation is happened on 10 dec 2019 at 9.50am and the bus number is ka57 f 2984 and bus is travelling from marthahalli to silk board side.
          At the time of getting down from the bus at my stop (Sarjapur circle) my phone was stolen by thiefs and i immediately realized that my phone was stolen and at that time im in bus only.
          And i informed to both driver & conductor about this and they told that they will keep the bus aside and will check for thief.
          At that time before me two guys was there and those are just getting down from the bus and iam came outside and checking those two guys.
          The conductor said they will kept the bus to aside and what they done is while iam checking these two guys they doesn't stop the bus aside.
          Iam just ran away with the bus for some distance and im not catched that bus, finally i lost my phone.
          Atleast if they stop the bus for 5 mins, there might be a chance for me to get back my phone.
          And my concern is if they are not willing to stop the bus, they should inform to me. Why they said like that.
          That means what i understand is they doesn't have any responsibility towards the passenger or they might be encouraging this type of thefts.

          So my wish is take some action on this people and i need justice.

            Hello team,
            Below are the request for easy way to travel using public transport.

            1) requested driver/conductor to provide stop near "nagasandra metro" station as it will be convenient to travel to metro instead walking from deepak stop.

            2) in nagasandra long queue for bag check, though there is 2 doors.
            Please ass another machine for bag check process.
            As it will be long queue inside and waste of time and not convenient to public.

            3) please increase the metro train frequency - from 6-9 min to 2 min train from nagasandra to yellachenahalli (Green line).
            During peak hours (Morning and evening) very difficult and time consuming.

            Please consider request and take action, hopping there will be change soon.

            , I am currently in a Vayu Vajra Bus number KA01 FA1926. It's 2.30 a.m and the driver is driving in the most weird manner. The bus is swaying, the speed suddenly picks up and then suddenly drops and he almost hit a taxi just now. I am worried he is under the influence of alcohol and would like an enquiry please.

              Everyday i go in bus and conductors not issue ticket if there is only one stop they take money and not give ticket. If ask for ticket give half money to people. Whether bmtc not giving salary to them that they collect coins for feeding themselves everyday. Please make sure all conductors issue tickets if there is one stop also and some people take half money and feel happy.

                This complaint is against a 500f bus conductor.

                I boarded the bus from vyadehi hospital stoppage and asked for ticket to my destination itpl.

                The conductor issued me a ticket from graphite india to hope farm, which is approximately double the distance and charged 15rs, (Ticket image enclosed).

                When i asked, he said it's the same. I almost reached my destination and didn't have time to argue with him about this as i was in a hurry, so i got down.

                The complaints are:
                1. He gave incorrect ticket
                2. I'm remember ticket should be 10rs or so and he over charged

                  Bus number ka01f9471 displayed express bus on the board. After boarding, the conductor cut my ticket and told this is not an express bus. I asked him to cancel my ticket and allow me to deboard as the bus hadn't moved. He refused and took away my money. I had to board the wrong bus and wait in the traffic for 1 hour. Do you all have any respect for time of others? Really disappointing to have suffered because of wrong information displayed by you all. What a waste of my tax money. If the information on the board is wrong, atleast allow us to deboard.

                  They simply come and go for breakfast. No passenger is able to go office on time.
                  Passengers are runnning around buses as no one knows which bus will start, some of passengers are following the drivers and conductors please take a look at mentioned time you will get to know the struggels.

                    This is to inform you that mfa1 from swami vivekananda to vaidehi bus is not following the schedule timings, when passenger asked about this inconvenience to conductor and driver. Driver misbehaving like anything and acting as if he owns bus. This is one or two days complaint. When this driver attends this bus behaves like unethical, rude with passengers, asking passengers to do what they want. We all passengers request you to take appropriate action and convey the smooth service for bmtc users. Govt. Is requesting to use public vehicles, if these guys behave like this, and not addressed ontime, then we will take this issue to higher authorities.

                      Today i was travelling in bmtc bus no. Ka01 f9111. He gave ticket which was 29 rupees. I asked him 1 rupees change. He started scolding very badly and while getting down from bus he started spitting and threw 2 rupees coin. He used very bad words.
                      Everytime this is happening in almost bmtc buses where conducter refuses to give change. When people ask their money they starts scolding and raising their voice.

                      He was trying to touch when i ask also he is telling where i’m doing. After fighting and scolding in bus, while getting down from bus, he is telling i will think that i gave 1 rupee to beggar and take it. He started giving 2 rupees. What kind of behaviour it is??
                      Is it good way to spit on somebody??
                      I would request you to take a necessary action on that person. Please find that person who is he and take necessary actions against him.
                      I feel it’s scary to travel in bus where conducter is coming very near and shouting. Driver is asking me to leave 1 rupee and go.
                      If passengers starts giving 1 rupee less, will they take??
                      Matter is not about 1 rupee. It’s about behaviour of conducter.

                        I got into a bus today to silk board from marathahalli. This is a first time a transgender got into the bus and started asking the passengers for money. Before getting down she gave some money to the driver and conductor.
                        My question is why does the bus driver open the doors at the traffic signals or in the traffic. It seemed like the conductor and driver had decided this. I respect the transgender people but getting into the bus and forcing the passengers to pay isn't the right thing. The bmtc staff supporting this is absolutely not done. I would want the officials to look into this matter

                          Today morning[protected] travel from marathahali bridge to bellandur. Conductor stopped bus for more than 10 min near kadubisnahalli for ticketing taking for not more than 10 people. I asked with smile face how much time will it take for not more than 10 people. And he replied in kannada as "thika muchuko". He asking me take ticket from people. He seems drunk also.

                            Dear sir/ ma’am,
                            I’m the resident of dubasipalya, kengeri, bangalore. Everyday many people like me work in various places of bangalore, uses bmtc bus as commutation. Everyday morning it’s hectic to get the bus in our stop during morning hours from 7.30am to 8.30am. Even though buses plies in our route, most of the buses won’t give stop in dubasipalya bus stop, kengeri. Bangalore at 7.45 am, the driver of bus no. Ka53 f232, depot no. 36, route no. 226b didn’t stop the bus in dubasipalya stop and most of the days the drivers do the same. This inversely affect the passengers where they are forced to travel in private bus. Nearly 10 passengers in this stop travel in this bus. It’s a great loss for government as they miss the passengers and profit for private vehicles. Kindly take action immediately and do the needful to all the residents of dubasipalya.

                              On[protected], i was travelling on 25a. The driver refused to ply the bus from udupi garden bus stop to the last stop ie, kuvempunagar (Btm layout) at 2:35pm stating "this is the last stop. Get down here".
                              I told him i am a senior citizen affected by polio and requested him to drop me till the last stop. He rudely yelled at me saying "you get the road repaired first and then i will take the bus till kuvempunagar bus stand." later he took a u turn at udupi garden signal and asked me to get down.
                              Is this the way public transport works? The buses are supposed to ply from the start point till the last drop point.
                              Also is this the way senior citizens are treated?

                                Hello team,

                                I would like you thank you all for providing us round to click support and a sweet journey. I love travelling in bmtc buses more than my private vehicle. A lots of good memories and happy faces of your team, who is always looking for customers help. But there are some people who is making this good image down.

                                I believe this is not only me who suffered but there are many who is suffering.

                                Today i am travelling from marathalli to graphite road and the fate cost is 20 rupees, usually i carry change along with me to have a fast and happy transaction. But today is bit unfortunate day for me, i don't have any loose money and pass my 20 rupees note to ticket collector. Ticket collector also promised me to give my 5 rupees change back and he mentioned on back. On departure time i asked for change and he started i don't have change with me but i can see he is holding full pocket of loose coins. I asked, if i have i already given you that time, then he is like talking something something, really this sounds bad. At last he didn't return my change.

                                Sir, i am not asking for change here. Like me there are other lakhs of my brothers and sister's are travelling they may also faced this issue number of times.

                                Please look into this and kindly reply on this mail.

                                Sir,
                                Earlier 210V and 210T were operated from Banashankari.Both these routes were very useful for commuters from Vasantapura to reach metro station and also to reach Jayanagar via Banashankari.Both these routes have been cancelled.
                                Kindly arrange to reintroduce these routes.

                                  Dear sir,
                                  I have been taking the bus from the orr-kaggadaspura junction towards marathahalli. Since the last few months, all passengers find it difficult to use the buses for this stop and even for the emc stop, since buses (500d, 500n etc) on this route (Both volvo and non-volvo buses) prefer to go over the flyovers rather than stop for commuters wanting to get down at the emc, or kaggadaspura junction stop. There is even a hand written sign at the kaggadaspura-orr junction, saying the bus stop has moved to the end of the flyover - for the convenience of buses, and inconvenience of commuters.

                                  What is the point of priority lanes for buses - if buses care more about speed and punctuality, rather than the basic service of picking up/dropping commuters at bus stops.

                                  Request you to please look into this at the earliest and rectify the situation. Buses should not be using the flyover at all, specially if they have a stop below the flyover.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    Sub: misbehavior of the conductor and also not issuing the ticket

                                    This to your kind information and needful action that the issue is related to conductor of “byatha” going bus which comes to rajanukunte at 7 am. The conductor on duty (5th dec 2019, thursday) did not issued the ticket though i paid rs. 10 to go to dibbur cross. When i enquired for ticket, he said entry is closed. When i demanded for the ticket he spoke to me in singular and abused me. The same conductor about a week back issued rs. 24 (Old ticket of someone else) for my fare of rs. 10. When i enquired he said that for some passenger knowingly i issued this ticket from market so keep this and no problem for you. Like this till now he plays the same trick everyday collecting ticket from outgoing passengers and using it for uneducated people. Even for educated people he cheats and how about uneducated people in this area?.

                                    Also in this route (Rajanukunte to byatha, hessarghatta) in the morning the buses (6.30 to 7.30 am) will not stop at rajaniukunte when enquired the conductor says we will stop in the next stop for tiffin for 45 minutes. But these buses contain vegetable, fruits and other luggage which they carry and drop to interior villages.

                                    I request bmtc authorities to have a frequent vigilance since the driver and conductors knows that nobody comes for checking in these remote areas. Also please do not make any staff permanent in these routes.

                                    Also i request to take severe action against the conductor of byatha bus who misbehave with me on 5th dec morning (7 am) though i paid the money for the ticket.

                                      Today morning dated 5th dec 2019 timing :8:00 am, bus no. Ka-01 fa 2188 did not stopped in bus stop, we were running behind the bus but still they didn't stop. When we got up bus in kamakshipalya & asked driver why you did not stopped the bus, he answered that there were private bus in stop so we did not stopped, then i asked you can stop behind the private bus, he answered they should stop bus in stop & there was no place to stop,
                                      I told we will give complaint, driver answered go & give the complaint & told that we have informed to pick only seat which are available.

                                      Bus was not at all rush there was so much place in the bus also. But still he did not stopped. Kindly take a action & inform they to give the stop.

                                      I'm a student who travels Daily from Maratahalli to Rajajinagara . But during morning Time Busses r very less in MARATHAHALLI Route and I'm not able to reach college at time. And moreover we r not getting any seats to sit. I sincerely request the management to pls increase the Busses in Maratahalli route . It's my humble request

                                        Why the conductors of bmtc are not giving the balance amount back at the time of ticketing itself. If they have the all money and required coins also no one give the money back. They will keep it for the last stop and there are chances of forgetting to ask for the balance amount at the last stop and all the money goes to the conductors pocket. This is really pathetic and illegal where no actions never take by bmtc at any point of time. We are losing money sometimes it will be in count of ten of hundreds.
