letting the transgender people into the bus

I got into a bus today to silk board from marathahalli. This is a first time a transgender got into the bus and started asking the passengers for money. Before getting down she gave some money to the driver and conductor.
My question is why does the bus driver open the doors at the traffic signals or in the traffic. It seemed like the conductor and driver had decided this. I respect the transgender people but getting into the bus...

poor behaviour of conductor with passengers

Today morning[protected] travel from marathahali bridge to bellandur. Conductor stopped bus for more than 10 min near kadubisnahalli for ticketing taking for not more than 10 people. I asked with smile face how much time will it take for not more than 10 people. And he replied in kannada as "thika muchuko". He asking me take ticket from people. He seems drunk also.

non completion of bus route - 25a

On[protected], i was travelling on 25a. The driver refused to ply the bus from udupi garden bus stop to the last stop ie, kuvempunagar (Btm layout) at 2:35pm stating "this is the last stop. Get down here".

I have been taking the bus from the orr-kaggadaspura junction towards marathahalli. Since the last few months, all passengers find it difficult to use the buses for this stop and even for the emc stop, since buses (500d, 500n etc) on this route (Both volvo and non-volvo buses) prefer to go over the flyovers rather than stop for commuters wanting to get down at the emc, or kaggadaspura junction stop. conductors misbehavior

Why the conductors of bmtc are not giving the balance amount back at the time of ticketing itself. If they have the all money and required coins also no one give the money back. They will keep it for the last stop and there are chances of forgetting to ask for the balance amount at the last stop and all the money goes to the conductors pocket. balance refund against ticket payment

I am a regular commuter of 500d ac bus between veeranapalya and kadabeesanahalli. The fare for my route is rs.69, for which i always pay rs.70 as the conductor never have change. If i am travelling 250 days a year, i forego about rs.500 every year on travelling both sides.
Considering even the small food stalls have started accepting the digital payments, it is a surprise why an organization such big as bmtc is still stuck with old...

corrupt employees and insensitive ticket inspectors

Bmtc government services, like any other govt service is corrupt too. Some conductors won't give ticket. Some won't give change. Some are rude. I had an experience with corrupt ticket checking officers. I got in to the bus from front end and conductor was at the extreme back end. By the time he could come to front, ticket checkers got in probably in a gap of 2minutes. They did not let me take ticket and instead gave me fine for 500rs. For...

forgot to collect the change from bmtc collector

I have taken the BMTC AC bus from Kadubeesanahalli Bus station to Karthik nagar bus station on 500D bus, on 03/12/2019 (Tuesday). The ticket fare was 53 rupees.
I gave the conductor 500 rupee note and additional 3 rupees change. I am supposed to get back 450 rupees back, but conductor wrote on back of the ticket.
I have forgot to collect the amount and got down in rush.

buses not stopping at channasandra bus stop

Today i faced an issue with your services and this experience was nothing new.
The drivers of the volvo buses for route 304 k and other routes that pass through channasandra do not stop at the designated channasandra bus stop.
When hailing them to stop they often abuse and just pass through. This is an unacceptable behaviour from the employees of a government funded organization where they are not ready accept passengers...

Bmtc bus number 328ha bus ending with number 1547 didnt stop at bidaraguppe bus stop (Shriram apartment bus stop) at 14.00 hrs. This bus is a repeat offender. Take severe action against the driver. Inspite of seeing me from a very long distance he didnt care to slow down or stop the vehicle in a designated bus stop. This is many time in a row he has done it. He needs severe punishment....

The driver behaves very arrogant, speaks harsh to passengers.
Since that was the morning start of the day, it disappoints many of them.

Incident: though the seat available in the entrance was vacant. He did not allow anybody to sit, many o[censored]s had to stand ideally, (Me in spite of illness).

rude unruly behaviour of bus conductor

Boarded the bus with bus number ka57f-1209 of bus route 500ca where we 5 people with a fare of rs142 from cosmos mall to park square mall.
We provided a note of rs 500 to the conductor and he was so rude about the change that though he had bundle of changes he didn't give it and asked for change to us. Then he started arguing and forfeited our money....

irresponsible driver

The bus coming to chikkatirupathi (304v) the drivers are irresponsible
They stop in the midway to have food and tea
They stop sometimes at ettakodi or sometimes near nisarga college to have lunch etc whereas the passengers wait in the bus for them to come back
Sometimes they stop the bus in the night also to have their dinner
They stop anywhere they feel
It’s not safe for ladies passenger sitting alone...
