wrong ticket issues with high price

I traveled in bmtc on 25th nov 2019, boarded the bus from kadubisanahalli stop, and asked for ticket to hsr bus depot. Inspite of asking 3-4 times, the bus conductor still gave me ticket till hsr si apartment. Instead of 40/- i was charged 45/-.

When i asked the conductor you have given me to the next stop, he was rude in his reply. The issue is both rudeness in the service, and excess charge fared....

extra bus fare on ka57 f2311 vajra 325737634

Today, i traveled from byappanahalli to new horizon college bus fare is rs 53 but they charged rs 58. I don't know why. Later i asked him regarding the extra fare but is argued with me charge is rs 58 only.
Past 3 months i used to travel from byappanahalli to new horizon college bus fare is rs 49 (Normal vajra) or rs 53 (Airport vajra).
Kindly take the immediate action on conductor on this and do the needful for all the passenger....

bus not stopping in the bustop even if we show hand for a stop in the bustop (kanmanike colony)

I board bus from kanmanike colony (Bidadi route buses 226n and 231). Daily morning i stand at the bustop and show hand for the bus to stop. Then also they don't stop at the bustop. This is not happening once., daily morning i have to wait more than 20 minutes because they won't give a stop at kanmanike colony even though the bus are not so filled. At least when people are there at bustop and they show hand for a stop, the least they can do...

bus parked in front of house gate

Kamalanagara last bust stop buses are parked in front of our house house no 49. And we are not able bring out our vehicle. Driver and conductor parks bus there goes for tea break we have to wait till they come. Please ask them not to park in front of house gate. After requesting them certain time start fighting with us and using bad word. Please take proper action....

how bmtc bus conductors cheats

I take bmtc buses on a daily basis. My ticket price is not an exact multiple of rupees ten. Let’s say 18 rupees.in case i have change, i do provide exact changes, but else i would normally pay 20.
Basic expectation is the conductor returns 2 rupees back. But strangely, around 90% of the times the conductor just would just tell that he/she doesn’t have the change and won’t return any money back. Sometime when you ask once again...

extreme misbehavior of bus conductor

overcharged by conductor and rude behavior

Hi, we boarded an airport bus from kalyan nagar and wanted to go to verranapalya. But conductor gave us the ticket till hebbal and charged ₹74 (We were 2 people). Usually it is around ₹20 per person.
When we asked him the same he started shouting on us.
Please look in this matter, we want to report his behavior and can you please give us the extra charged amount, as this was very unfair.

complain about bus conductor

Bus no ka-57-f-3545, 90e route (Majestic to yeshwanthapur railway station) bus conductor behaviour is very rash. She is not allowing students who have bmtc student pass and if anyone enters the bus she is telling that student pass is not allowed in that bus and she is arguing and forcing students to buy ticket. Her behaviour towards passengers is very rude. Please take immediate action, i have put her photo in the add photo place....

issue with bus conductor

We were travelling in bus at around 11 pm in night from banashankari to btm water tank in bus no : ka-57 f-3016 on 16th november 2019.
The conductor has taken the money and refused to give ticket even after asking twice.. And the same has been observed for 6 other passengers. And almost every other conductor is doing the same on every day basis... Specially from the root "btm water tank to silkboard".

muneshwara block bus stand

Today, as i was travelling from muneshwara block to mysore bank, i observed that there was no seats provided in the bus stand for the elderly to sit and eventually unable to stand they had to sit on the footpath with mosquitoes buzzing around them. I request the concerned authority to look into this matter and put a proper seating in the bus stand for the convenience of all....

I boarded the bus from jyoti nivas bus stop asking for a ticket till shantinagara bus terminal.

The ticket was charged rs.15 and i provided a rs.100 note and a 5 rupee coin to the bus conductor. On asking back the change of rs.90 he started making faces and then only provided me a change...

overcharged by bmtc

I got into the bmtc today[protected] from tinfactory to nagawara signal. Normaly bmtc charges below rs.20 but this time conductor charged rs.29. When i inquired the conductor the overcharge he said this trip come under night trip. I onboarded the bus at 4.50 am. I request you to bmtc to respond on overcharging and please let me know there is any rule of charging as per bmtc or conductor unfairly over charged.
