Bus no ka-57-f-3545, 90e route (Majestic to yeshwanthapur railway station) bus conductor behaviour is very rash. She is not allowing students who have bmtc student pass and if anyone enters the bus she is telling that student pass is not allowed in that bus and she is arguing and forcing students to buy ticket. Her behaviour towards passengers is very rude. Please take immediate action, i have put her photo in the add photo place.

    I boarded (Bus number - ka 57 f 1676, tkn number - 4056) the from kempagowda bus stand by 5:15 on 23/11/2019 and reached my destination in about 6 in the morning. The bus refused to stop in my bus stop rather than going through the service road which is the bus route they went through the highway. I had earphone pulged to one of my ear but i've heard him and replied that i want to get down at the next stop. The conductor replied to my question "why they didn't stop and why should i go near the door before a stop and why they didn't take the main bus route" in a very impolite way, insulting me in front of other travelers that i didn't know the language. The picture of the place where the bus stopped and the ticket is hereby forwarded with the complaint. Kindly take the necessary actions.

      We were travelling in bus at around 11 pm in night from banashankari to btm water tank in bus no : ka-57 f-3016 on 16th november 2019.
      The conductor has taken the money and refused to give ticket even after asking twice.. And the same has been observed for 6 other passengers. And almost every other conductor is doing the same on every day basis... Specially from the root "btm water tank to silkboard".
      Kindly take an appropriate action on this... And despite asking for the tickets... The conductors say..."its ok ticket not required"

      As the price from btm water tank to silkboard" is rs 10/- they will return the change of rs 2/-... And they will not give the ticket... After asing for twice or thrice and shouting some conductors will give tickets... But few others they will just move and stand to other end of the bus.

      This is huge loss to government.

        Today, as i was travelling from muneshwara block to mysore bank, i observed that there was no seats provided in the bus stand for the elderly to sit and eventually unable to stand they had to sit on the footpath with mosquitoes buzzing around them. I request the concerned authority to look into this matter and put a proper seating in the bus stand for the convenience of all.

          I was travelling alone and the conductor gave me the ticket of 1 adult and 1child and told that extra charge at night. Then i showed him in google that after 3:30 no night charge then more than ten conductors came on me and was talking with vulgar language. I told him to give me only 1adult ticket then he and many others came as if they will kill me. This situation happened in majestic bus station today morning nearby 3:35am. The bus number was ka57f1214. It was starting from majestic bus station to attibele.

            I boarded bus from muneshwara temple (Christ college) to richmond circle in kbs-3c (Ordinary bus). As soon as i get into the bus, driver moved the bus which makes to slip down but some how managed. After that, when i was supposed to get down @richmond circle bus stop, he didn't stopped at the right place, then he stopped some where on my request. That too end in embarrassing, because he just move the bus when i'm preparing myself to get down, this cause me to fell down on the road. This kind of action should not be encouraged and banned strictly. I attached the copy of ticket number, please take necessary action.

              Hi.. This happened near kengeri the bus driver is having a race with the person in front of him and we have seen this happen to almost most of the drivers these days. When we stopped he just ran over our car i am pregnant if something would have happened will the driver take accountability.. What is the department doing.. I will post in all
              Social media and i want you to take action on the driver. We have logged a compliant and also who will bear the cost to repair my vehicle.. These drivers need to checked before they board the bus as they are drunk..

                Hi,

                I travelled on bus no.: ka01fa0819, ticketed exactly at 19:49:24 on[protected] and the token no. Is 7025.

                I boarded the bus from jyoti nivas bus stop asking for a ticket till shantinagara bus terminal.

                The ticket was charged rs.15 and i provided a rs.100 note and a 5 rupee coin to the bus conductor. On asking back the change of rs.90 he started making faces and then only provided me a change of rs.50 and torn note of rs.20.
                On asking the remaining of the change he simply denied it on my face and asked me to wait. He then went to the ladies section and avoided coming back to the men's section of the bus until new passengers arrived. On asking the change back and a replacement of the rs.20 note he started abusing me in his mother tongue (Presumably kannada) making noises and on completion he again went to the ladies section.

                On arriving my stop i had to get down from the overcrowded bus and was not able to collect my change.

                I request you to kindly look into this matter and take strict actions on the conductor and provide me back my deserved change.

                  Today morning i was travelling to my clg around 9.00am and i got into 45g bus bus number (Ka 53 f 029) from kathriguppe to srinivasnagar the conductor doesn't know the rules and how to behave with passengers she looked at my pass and i'd card and she said that this pass doesn't work ur college belongs to kathriguppe and she pinned a ticket for me this is the second time i am facing the situation i am an daily traveller many conductors looked aty clg i'd and pass and let me go how can she just make nonsence to me not only me many clg students were suffering from this not giving their clg i'd and pass for just not taking ticket for one stop sir this is my sincere request to look after this issue

                    On 21'st of november 2019, i got into a bmtc bus t-3 starting from ejipura with its last digits as follows (Fa-2147). The bus was scheduled to move at 11:10. I asked the lady conductor to cut my ticket which she declined saying, after the bus starts moving she will do so. I waited for 15 minutes and it started to move at 11:20. After traveling for 1.5 km she came to me. I gave her the exact change. She told me in a very rude manner she is not accepting the change as there was oil stains. I looked at the note and was shocked because the stains were not even that prominent. Then i told her i have 500 note, then she started shouting at me and told me to get out of the bus, she was extremely rude. The verbal assualts continued till i was kicked off the bus. I was late for an event which i was to attend as i had to walk the 1.5 km back to the starting stop and wait another 20 mins. This is extremely disappointing. I have attached the note which she rejected.

                      I got into the bmtc today[protected] from tinfactory to nagawara signal. Normaly bmtc charges below rs.20 but this time conductor charged rs.29. When i inquired the conductor the overcharge he said this trip come under night trip. I onboarded the bus at 4.50 am. I request you to bmtc to respond on overcharging and please let me know there is any rule of charging as per bmtc or conductor unfairly over charged.

                      I noted down the bus no which is written inside of the bus (Not sure that is the bus no or something else).

                        Today morning just 10mins back two 171 from kormangala dipo did race.
                        I got the bus from kalyan mantapa kormangala and got down at audogodi police station.
                        I was about to leave bus and he started the bus to run.
                        And at forum they were stuck while doing race who will move first.
                        They were too fast that's why i couldn't take pictures of buses.
                        But it happened just today morning around 7.07 am from kormangala.
                        Take strict action against them

                          I travel to work using the volvo service from byappanahalli to prestige shantiniketan 3-4 times a week. Since i work from 1 pm to 9 pm, i board the bus around 12-12:15 from byappanahalli metro station.

                          Even though there is a bus stop at prestige shantiniketan, the driver refuses to stop and argues with me saying there is no bus stop there. This has happened multiple times and both the conductor and bus driver take advantage of people and stop only when they want to.

                          Even though i requested them to stop, they started arguing rudely and did not stop.

                          Please take necessary action. Already a lot of people are fed up of the service as both drivers and conductors misbehave plus tickets are not issued for short distances by them.

                            Between tc palaya and rammurthi nagar bus services are very less. Number of people who are depending on buses also increased. Please include more services in this routes especially morning and evening time. Atleast start some shuttle service between tc playa and rammurthi nagar signal.

                              I travel from Command Hospital bus stop to Domlur Bridge bus stop which is just 2 stops and usually it charges Rs. 10 or less in non-AC buses. On 18 November 2019 I got on the BMTC bus KBS-1I/9, non-AC (vehicle number KA57F0303) from Command Hospital bus stop. I repeatedly said to the conductor that my get down stop is Domlur Bridge, but still he gave me a Mayo Hall to NAL Manipal Hospital stop ticket and charged Rs 15 from me. The attitude of the conductor was pathetic despite saying to return back my money. These type of people should not be employed in social service activities. I have attached a copy of my ticket with this grievance.

                                I am regular commuter of bmtc from bsk to bellandur. Though bmtc poeticizes the best transport to all the bangalorians, the ac controller installed in the most volvo buses doesn't work. This causes lot of inconvenience as drive and conductor denies to reduce the ac. I have complained many times to the depot managers, but don't see any resolution. Pls help to resolve the issue and help me to address the issue too the concerned department to take necessary action.

                                According to bmtc schedule G 2 busses from mayo hall should go to sarjapur. But here no busses are going to srjapur thy are stopping at jakkasandra as last stop. How people have to comite ths way if there are no direct busses. It's not at hall public friendly. Public is struggling.

                                  Buses 287 & 288 always arrive late at bus stop and both the buses arrive together exactly at the same time. Once the bus arrives due to rush one bus driver asks us to get down and board the other bus which is following but the other bus also does not stop as there is already a bus ahead. Eventually i ended up missing both the buses.
                                  This has happened many a times and it is really bad that we have to have this as i have missed many classes due to this.
                                  Please take immediate action as we have to suffer a lot

                                    Rash driving by bmtc bus led to an accident and damage to my car which was stand still at the domlur signal. The bus driver tried to over take at a signal and did not care the back side of the bus hitting my stand still car. I asked him to wait and he did not even care to stop even after people on the road yelled at him for what the driver did. The conductor was threatening and asking me to just go. Bus number. Ka57f3791. Need some disciplinary action to be taken and who will pay for the damages?

                                      The bus conductors are with high attitude now. I am travelling from marthalli market to marthalli stop. And gave 10 rs.. The conductor reaction was like i don't have change and ge stopped the bus and told to get down in the middle of the route.. Have commonsense.. The bus conductors everytime correct me most of the time won't provide ticket for me for the same route and they will come to ask the ticket when marthalli stop is reached so that in hurry burry we won't ask ticket. They think like that.. Sometimes even we can think like these are busy and can't provide ticket for 5 rs in crowd. But the way he behaved today is totally horrible. First tell them to be correct then follow rules.. Horrible conductors.

                                        charging fare to pass holder for night traveling in bmtc

                                        Hi my self rohith, i am having monthly pass, today when i am traveling from tin factory to hebal (Bangalore) the conductor asking to take ticket because monthly pass is not allowed and after asking about rule he argue with me like "this is night service vehicle it for collection purposes so we r not allow any pass" why these conductors r telling like that and then why we need to buy pass.
                                        Finaly i came in bus ka57f3289.
