Today morning just 10mins back two 171 from kormangala dipo did race.
I got the bus from kalyan mantapa kormangala and got down at audogodi police station.
I was about to leave bus and he started the bus to run.
And at forum they were stuck while doing race who will move first.
They were too fast that's why i couldn't take pictures of buses.
But it happened just today morning around 7.07 am from kormangala.br...

I travel to work using the volvo service from byappanahalli to prestige shantiniketan 3-4 times a week. Since i work from 1 pm to 9 pm, i board the bus around 12-12:15 from byappanahalli metro station.

add more bus services

Hi sir/madam,

Between tc palaya and rammurthi nagar bus services are very less. Number of people who are depending on buses also increased. Please include more services in this routes especially morning and evening time. Atleast start some shuttle service between tc playa and rammurthi nagar signal.

the conductor gave a wrong ticket and charged extra from me

I travel from Command Hospital bus stop to Domlur Bridge bus stop which is just 2 stops and usually it charges Rs. 10 or less in non-AC buses. On 18 November 2019 I got on the BMTC bus KBS-1I/9, non-AC (vehicle number KA57F0303) from Command Hospital bus stop. I repeatedly said to the conductor that my get down stop is Domlur Bridge, but still he gave me a Mayo Hall to NAL Manipal Hospital stop ticket and charged Rs 15 from me. The attitude...

ac control doesn't work in most a/c buses

I am regular commuter of bmtc from bsk to bellandur. Though bmtc poeticizes the best transport to all the bangalorians, the ac controller installed in the most volvo buses doesn't work. This causes lot of inconvenience as drive and conductor denies to reduce the ac. I have complained many times to the depot managers, but don't see any resolution. bus route nos. 287/288

Buses 287 & 288 always arrive late at bus stop and both the buses arrive together exactly at the same time. Once the bus arrives due to rush one bus driver asks us to get down and board the other bus which is following but the other bus also does not stop as there is already a bus ahead. Eventually i ended up missing both the buses.
This has happened many a times and it is really bad that we have to have this as i have missed many...

rash driving by bmtc near domlur

Rash driving by bmtc bus led to an accident and damage to my car which was stand still at the domlur signal. The bus driver tried to over take at a signal and did not care the back side of the bus hitting my stand still car. I asked him to wait and he did not even care to stop even after people on the road yelled at him for what the driver did. The conductor was threatening and asking me to just go. Bus number. customer insert because of no change and never give tickets

The bus conductors are with high attitude now. I am travelling from marthalli market to marthalli stop. And gave 10 rs.. The conductor reaction was like i don't have change and ge stopped the bus and told to get down in the middle of the route.. Have commonsense.. The bus conductors everytime correct me most of the time won't provide ticket for me for the same route and they will come to ask the ticket when marthalli stop is reached so that...

problem with bus pass appointment

I have applied for bus pass and i got a message that my application is approved and i should choose appointment timings in bmtc website to collect the card. I can't properly fill the appointment page, there is no display of options for the selection of appointment timings, appointment bus stop and appointment timings. bus driver and conductor attitude towards passenger

Bus is over crowded because driver and conductor allow people to board even if it is full. It's not a service from their side that we will take the responsibility of accommodating people in any manner. There should be proper space to stand atleast. misbehaving

I boarded bus from new horizon college towards marathalli. Bus number-ka-5 f3264.
As the bus was crowded and overloaded asusal, i was standing near by gate by holding a phone in my hand.
The bus driver shouted so badly to go inside, and shown the gesture for slapping me and he has also abused me publicly.
As i was having language problem i would not reply back.
I feel so ashamed infront of everyone. And a tear...

less bus facility during peak hours and no direct bus to banashankari

Hi,

I am resident of jp nagar 7th phase close to rbi layout big bazaar,

1. There is not regular buses from here, for each bus we need to wait for more than 15 to 20 minutes during peak hours. Even after waiting so long bus will be arrived with overcrowded no place to stand inside the bus.
2. Not much bus for other routes - there is only buses coming with final destination kbs and jayanagar 4th block...

bus taking different route

I travel from kalamandir to hsr bda.
A bmtc ac bus, bus number: 1800 took different route dropping me in between, instead of my stop.
This happened twice in this bus, in last 10 days.
Instead of going towards hsr bda complex bus stop, they went towards koramangla.
I tried to oppose also, but they didn't listen.
I want you take action against bus driver and conductor as both were involved taking this...

hijra boarding the bus at signal for collection

This is to bring to notice that hijra started boarding the bus at silkboard for collecting money and gets down immediately when the bus is about to cross silkboard junction signal. It seems that conductors will not give/issue any tickets and insted they get commission from them.
I witnessed such incident several times. One such incident took today (14th november)
I boarded the bus (No. Ka-57 f2964) at 8:20 pm from hsr bus stop...
