Bmtc driver brushed my car near jayadeva/j d mara and was arguing and tried to snatch my phone while i was taking photo..

He was shouting and did not even pay a single rupee for the damage..

In spite of having space he purposely hit my car and damaged it... Action should be taken against him and compensation to be given..

These drivers take rules for granted and donot care about public

    36 from srinagar to vidhana soudha which leaves at 9:05 am from srinagar and reaches at 9:40 am in vidhana soudha back gate. But now they are not going to vidhana soudha back gate, instead giving last stop at ms building front gate. All other buses from nr colony, hosakerahalli and south bangalore area buses are still coming on same route and giving last stop at vishansoudha. But this bus conductor and driver is not ready to spend extra 10 minutes on same route. We are difficult to reach office within 10am. Requesting to give last stop at vidhana soudha back gate. Thank and regards

    Today early morning 4.30. majestic to chandapura bus conductor took extra amount for ticket. Normal charge 25 but he took 40. I denied to give extra amount but conductor behaved badly over me and told getdown from buss on the way. Bus number KA-51 F-2983. He argued that this is special bus.

      Subject - bmtc driver didnt stop the bus in the bus stop when went directly even though ladies where in bus stop. When i chased in my pvt vehicle and questioned he spoke rashly that no one showed hand to stop bus. As i of my knowledge its wasnt any request stop to show hands. His negligence is indirectly effecting the women safety who cant reach home safely and early due this type of drivers irresponsibility.
      It should be considered seriously as women safety in india is at peak. When such things are made correct no special safety is needed for women.

        19th december 2019 morning bus going from banashankari to tin factory 500n vehicle no 1851 lady conductor has not returned exact change. Ticket cost was 63 rs, i have given 500 rs note and she returned me back 430 rs only. And she was very rude when i asked for change as if i can make coins at my home and give her. This was my second encoumter with the same conductor when she didn't return me exact change and behaved rudely.

          I was traveling from kadabisanhalli to silk board by Volvo. The conductor asked me to get down as he was not having change. Then he misbehaved and dropped me in middle of the bridge.the bus number is attached in photo. The time is around 5:45 pm, 19th December., 2019

            Hi sir/ madam,

            I am a regular commuter of nice2a bus which runs from uttaralli to wipro gate, electronic city. The quality of the bus was good till october. Later they changed the bus and the quality of the bus is pathetic, slow, rocking seats etc.

            The bus breaks down every 5days once and very irregular. As the return trip start from electronic city wipro at 7:10pm. It's difficult find alternative way of commuting.

            One more point to highlight is, as the bus runs on nice road and it's highly unreliable if it breaks down in the middle of the road, we will be stranded as the frequency of public transport is very less or neutral.

            This is not only my complaint. More than 200 people are suffering due to this everyday including bus crew.

            We have given complaint on this issue to depot manager and still no action taken neither we got any acknowledgement. It's painful to travel on the bus in the longer run.

            I would request bmtc to take a quick action on this and provide quality busses atleast on the nice road route.

              Description:
              1. One of the passenger (Senior citizen) boarded the bus and asked for roopena agrahara ticket. The lady conductor denied giving tickets and literally shouted at him to get down from the bus. She told the bus will not stop at roopena agrahara and there will be traffic jam and bla bla. He got down from the bus in silk board after embarrasment. But the bus stopped in ropena agrahara for 10mins.

              I traveled from silk board to ITPL in a Volvo with charge of 74 rupees. I didn't have change so I gave 500 rupees but I forget to get change from conductor. Please help. I have the ticket with change noted on ticket by conductor. I should be getting change of 426 rupees. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

                  I am student of private university. I travel through BMTC and have a yearly student pass 2019 and 20 and on 16-December-2019 at 5:15 PM near Hennur Cross I took BMTC to Babu Sab Palya, bus number KA-57-F[protected] D). When I took the BMTC bus.I showed my College ID card and BMTC Pass 2019-20. He told that my home address is not written in the ID card which is given by my college and made me to get down at the middle of the way. Whenever we join a new college they give us temporary college ID card with my photo and college information with out home address after a period of time of 6 to 7 months they give us a permanent ID even though I told him.He made me to get down at the middle of the way and also I told him that without college approval pass cannot be generated however he did not listen. So I request you sir to take required action and this should not happened to other students also.

                    I travel from vydhehi to hoodi everyday.
                    Today i boarded the bus ka 57 f 3010..
                    I purchased the ticket till hoodi and paid 20 rs.. He was very reluctant to pay back the change which had in his hand.. And while paying he roudly shouted "take your money"..
                    Worst part is 7 people (Bihar construction workers) boarded till big bazar.. Ticket will be 70 rs.. But he gave 76 ruppees old ticket which he was hiding in the currency notes.. I was continuous watching this corruption through my naked eye..
                    It's a high time you take action on this conductor..

                    Bus operators are very unreliable for there schedule and provides wrong timing details, i have to wait for 1 hour 30 min today and operator kept saying will reach in 10 mins. Am almost going to miss my flight. Atleast KIAS -6 airport bus should provide correct time information even if they are getting late.
                    Hi team, bmtc conductors charge ₹15 from iblur signal to eco space. It is just two stop but still. They issue ticket from agara signal to kadubisnahalli. Hence they charge 15 which is unfair.

                      I travelled from silk board to hosur road junction, but the conduter delayed to give the ticket and given the ticket from madival junction, that is in the cost of 5 rs and he took 10 rs, if i ask he knowingly says you traveled from silk board, this is 1 of the reason how conducter will make violence in public transport, and stealing the money from government.

                        On 14th december 2019 at 4pm i got onto a bmtc bus (Ka 57 f 2215) from babusapalya to tin factory. The bus conductor asked me for two rupees change when i gave him a 20 rupee note. When i told him i don’t have change he charged me rs 15 for just four stops. These bus fare is very unreasonable.

                        I got another ordinary bmtc bus (Ka 57 f 3327) from marathahalli to babusapalya alone on 13th december 2019 at 11.15 pm. The bus conductor charged me 30 rupees for the ticket. The ticket said that it is for an adult (Rs 20) and a child (Rs 10). He conductor said he was charging me one and a half. Is this valid or not?

                        I spoke to the BMTC officers in their Tin Factory centre about the same. They confirm that these bus fares are valid.
                        There are no direct buses from tin factory to graphite(which is a hub of IT industries). People are changing bus at big bazar which is a waste journey from hoodi to big bazar(much traffic in this area in peak hours). If possible can arrange buses from hoodi to graphite(SAP labs) and igate.

                          I am a physically handicapped man residing in papareddi palya, nagarbhavi, bangalore. I am working in high court of karnataka. As i am not able to drive a vehicle i depend on bmtc bus for my daily commute. The bus to vidhana soudha from our area is very irregular. Per week it comes for a maximum of two times. If its regular it helps many office goers.

                            As there are fewer buses from rmc to shivajinagar bus stand between 6.30 pm to 7.30 pm, daily we have to wait for 1 to 1.30 hours approximately to travel to in this route, also due to fewer buses and peak hours it will be very crowded and senior citizens and physically challenged persons can not board the bus in heavy crowd.
                            Hence please requesting you to kindly increase the number of buses in this route in peak hours.

                              Me and my friend were travelling from kadrenahalli to uttarahalli, we were issued a ticket of Rs. 10, Rs. 5 for each person.
                              I gave Rs. 20, but the bus conductor did not return the remaining amount of Rs.10, when askd he refused to pay and when i said i will complaint to BMTC, he abused me with vulgur words and misbehaved with me and did not return the remaining amount.

                                Dear sir,

                                Today on 12 december 2019 at 5 pm i travelled from emc (Near marathhalli) to tin factory. I travelled in 500d volvo bus.

                                Bus number ka 01 fa 1551

                                The conductor is somewhat middle aged (Around 40-45 maybe). Not bald headed, somewhat darker complexion. Has a moustache. No beard.

                                Driver is older.

                                I gave him rs.100. He asked me if i have any change. I didn't have it. He gave me rs.29 ticket. And returned rs. 10 at first. And wrote something on the ticket.

                                After that he gave ticket to a lady sitting behind and gave me another rs.10. He didn't strike out anything written in ticket as is customary once change is completely returned. He had to return another rs.50.

                                After my stop at tin factory came i asked him for remaining rs. 50.

                                He took the ticket and told me he has already returned the change. He claimed it is only rs. 10 written behind the ticket and he has already returned it.

                                I told him no, and explained him i have given him rs.100 which was a little old note. He refused to listen. And asked the driver to show me the rs. 50 i supposedly gave him for ticket (Instead of the actual rs.100). Driver showed me some old rs. 50 note.in fact i never even had that note.

                                Why would a conductor give money to driver in the middle of travel (Other than to create some sort of dubious and fake evidence)? Isn't it clear both are involved in stealing something from some helpless travellers.

                                After all, i can't really be expected to fight with them..

                                I suspect both these are stealing from travellers this way...

                                Ask him how much extra he and driver are making this way at the end of each day.

                                  Boarded airport bus from hsr bda with luggage. My destination was sony world.
                                  Bus conductor: sekar
                                  Bus was near greenwood. I had 200rs. Sekar wanted change but i didn't have any. I said he can give me after he gets from other passengers.
                                  But he started shouting and wanted me to get down immediately. He didn't listen to other options.
                                  Another passenger gave me change luckily.

                                  Sekar wanted only high-value passengers in bus, i. E. People going to airport. Not people getting down in middle.
                                  It's illegal to discriminate between passengers on the basis of their ticket price.

                                    Hi, this complaint is regarding the rash driving by one of bmtc bus driver. I faced the over speed plus plus unwanted cuts they takes during the driving.in morning time i am passing through doddanekundi and one bmtc blue bus is overtaking 2 bus which were already parallel on over bridge. And the bus was running on middle way only from doddanekundi to kartik nagar and from kartik nagar it took their bus lane (I guess because most of other vehicles takes right so they can not go straight). Many cases i faced that some one or me might closely saved from meeting accident. Please take this as a note this overtake practice can lead to traffic or accident. So please take action on that. I am sharing details which i was able to collect.

                                    Bus info : 500a (Going towards b s k).. (Not sure for bus info but bus no is correct.).

                                      The idea was really good and i appreciate that it helps bmtc and ambulance for the faster transport, but what is the use if it is not maintained properly. People are using bus bay, i travel by bike from hsr to eco space and i see so many police and traffic people standing on bus bay line diverting traffic from bus lane. But people once they cross police they are again going to the bus lane. Could you please initiate fines for people who comes in bus lane. You can put detachable barricade too for smooth transport, once vehicles come inside there is no go they will be caught and this way your implementation will be successful. Otherwise its waste of money painting yellow lines on road and extra work of police.

                                        Everyday traveling to gandhinagar (Near kaggalipura, kanakapura road). Buses which used to come from market via basavanagudi police station has got stopped since one week. It used fo take 1.30hrs to reach but now as we have to come to banashankari and change the bus, it's taking more than 2hrs. All buses to somanahalli, harohalli, ravugodlu are not coming fr market via basavanagudi. They are all starting from banashankari only. It's creating lot of problems for the people who travel everyday to basavanagudi or gandhi bazar. Kindly get the buses back from market to somanahalli, harohalli, ravugodlu etc...
