bus fare

Hi

On 14th december 2019 at 4pm i got onto a bmtc bus (Ka 57 f 2215) from babusapalya to tin factory. The bus conductor asked me for two rupees change when i gave him a 20 rupee note. When i told him i don’t have change he charged me rs 15 for just four stops. These bus fare is very unreasonable.

irregularity of service

I am a physically handicapped man residing in papareddi palya, nagarbhavi, bangalore. I am working in high court of karnataka. As i am not able to drive a vehicle i depend on bmtc bus for my daily commute. The bus to vidhana soudha from our area is very irregular. Per week it comes for a maximum of two times. If its regular it helps many office goers....

fewer buses from rtc bus stand to shivajinagar between 6.30 to 7.30 pm

As there are fewer buses from rmc to shivajinagar bus stand between 6.30 pm to 7.30 pm, daily we have to wait for 1 to 1.30 hours approximately to travel to in this route, also due to fewer buses and peak hours it will be very crowded and senior citizens and physically challenged persons can not board the bus in heavy crowd.
Hence please requesting you to kindly increase the number of buses in this route in peak hours.br...

misbehaviour of bus tc

Me and my friend were travelling from kadrenahalli to uttarahalli, we were issued a ticket of Rs. 10, Rs. 5 for each person.
I gave Rs. 20, but the bus conductor did not return the remaining amount of Rs.10, when askd he refused to pay and when i said i will complaint to BMTC, he abused me with vulgur words and misbehaved with me and did not return the remaining amount.

volvo bus conductor not returning the change

Today on 12 december 2019 at 5 pm i travelled from emc (Near marathhalli) to tin factory. I travelled in 500d volvo bus.

The conductor is somewhat middle aged (Around 40-45 maybe). Not bald headed, somewhat darker complexion. Has a moustache. No beard.

Driver is older.

airport bus conductor unruly: ka57 f316, sekar

Boarded airport bus from hsr bda with luggage. My destination was sony world.
Bus conductor: sekar
Bus was near greenwood. I had 200rs. Sekar wanted change but i didn't have any. I said he can give me after he gets from other passengers.
But he started shouting and wanted me to get down immediately. He didn't listen to other options.

new bus bay initiation

no buses at peak hours

bus won't move even after all the seats have been filled

I boarded bmtc bus : KA-01 FA 2155 at 7:20PM on 11 Dec 2019 at Sathya sai bus stand and the driver did not move the bus until 7:45PM . I don’t think that much wait time is even allowed. All the seats were filled in 10 minutes still the driver wanted more passengers. I was among the first few unlucky ones who boarded the bus and had to tolerate a wait time of 25 minutes before it started moving. Since i had already bought the tickets I couldn’t...

regarding bus shortage towards sarjapura from agara

There is drastic decrease in number of buses towards sarjapura road from agara, even after waiting for 30-45minutes rarely one or two buses arrive.

Also the buses get over crowded making people hanging from bus, women's facing severe safety issues.

A serious action should be taken at the earliest.. Atleast in the evening hours 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm it's better to start buses from hsr deport itself to sarjapur....

The bmtc bus services on route shivajinagar to jeevanahalli by number 127, is most dependable.
It is not gps compliant and few buses are provided, some of which are constantly in breakdown condition (As mentioned by the staff). The schedule is almost always disrupted and never as per tc details. Tc is rarely present to monitor the trip count at shivajinagar. complaining about carelessness of both conductor and driver

This situation is happened on 10 dec 2019 at 9.50am and the bus number is ka57 f 2984 and bus is travelling from marthahalli to silk board side.
At the time of getting down from the bus at my stop (Sarjapur circle) my phone was stolen by thiefs and i immediately realized that my phone was stolen and at that time im in bus only.

regarding ticket issue

Everyday i go in bus and conductors not issue ticket if there is only one stop they take money and not give ticket. If ask for ticket give half money to people. Whether bmtc not giving salary to them that they collect coins for feeding themselves everyday. Please make sure all conductors issue tickets if there is one stop also and some people take half money and feel happy....

bmtc conductor issuing incorrect ticket

I boarded the bus from vyadehi hospital stoppage and asked for ticket to my destination itpl.

Bus number ka01f9471 displayed express bus on the board. After boarding, the conductor cut my ticket and told this is not an express bus. I asked him to cancel my ticket and allow me to deboard as the bus hadn't moved. He refused and took away my money. I had to board the wrong bus and wait in the traffic for 1 hour. Today i was travelling in bmtc bus no. Ka01 f9111. He gave ticket which was 29 rupees. I asked him 1 rupees change. He started scolding very badly and while getting down from bus he started spitting and threw 2 rupees coin. He used very bad words.
