Hi my self rohith, i am having monthly pass, today when i am traveling from tin factory to hebal (Bangalore) the conductor asking to take ticket because monthly pass is not allowed and after asking about rule he argue with me like "this is night service vehicle it for collection purposes so we r not allow any pass" why these conductors r telling like that and then why we need to buy pass.

    I have applied for bus pass and i got a message that my application is approved and i should choose appointment timings in bmtc website to collect the card. I can't properly fill the appointment page, there is no display of options for the selection of appointment timings, appointment bus stop and appointment timings. Please solve the issue with my appointment

      I was traveling from kaikondahalli to sarjapur signal in bmtc bus of check post. The bus number is ka-57-f-2123. I was waiting for the conductor to cm give me a ticket he didn't cm, at last when my stop was about to cm so i nodded to driver for ticket he then called the conductor, who was comfortably sitting on the seat instead of doing his duty. The conductor came & raised on me stating that i haven't purchase the ticket. He was so rude the bloody conductor i really want govt. To screw him & fire him from the job. Should i search for the conductor or the conductor should cm & ask for the ticket. Not just with me he was rude with all the passengers who were traveling in the bus, also do inform that disgusting conductor that he don't own the bus its bcz o[censored]s he have got the job which he really don't deserve. The date i travelled was 16.11.2019. Saturday, i was in bus around 3.43pm. Please do take a strict action on the non deserving conductor. He was using some abusive language as well which was harassing me.

        Bus is over crowded because driver and conductor allow people to board even if it is full. It's not a service from their side that we will take the responsibility of accommodating people in any manner. There should be proper space to stand atleast. And no body has the right to treat in a bad attitude to adjust be it a driver or conductor. We pay and hence we travel. We are humans and have some dignity which nobody has right to cross by. I don't know will my words be enough to take some action or not but i as a responsible citizen complained against the wrong happening.

          I boarded bus from new horizon college towards marathalli. Bus number-ka-5 f3264.
          As the bus was crowded and overloaded asusal, i was standing near by gate by holding a phone in my hand.
          The bus driver shouted so badly to go inside, and shown the gesture for slapping me and he has also abused me publicly.
          As i was having language problem i would not reply back.
          I feel so ashamed infront of everyone. And a tear roll out from my eyes.

          Kindly teach them some respect towards woman.

            Hi,

            I am resident of jp nagar 7th phase close to rbi layout big bazaar,

            1. There is not regular buses from here, for each bus we need to wait for more than 15 to 20 minutes during peak hours. Even after waiting so long bus will be arrived with overcrowded no place to stand inside the bus.
            2. Not much bus for other routes - there is only buses coming with final destination kbs and jayanagar 4th block 215h or 215ca. But not much buses which goes to shivaji nagar/mg road.
            3. There is no direct bus to banashankari from rbi layout. Even though banashankari is quite closer - we need to change two buses from rbi layout to banashankari. (Rbi layout to marenahalli and marenhalli to banashankari).

            Suggestion:

            Kindly link a bus route from brigade millenium to bannerghatta road through mico layout route. It will be very easy to connect to that route otherwise we need to go by cab or auto.

              I travel from kalamandir to hsr bda.
              A bmtc ac bus, bus number: 1800 took different route dropping me in between, instead of my stop.
              This happened twice in this bus, in last 10 days.
              Instead of going towards hsr bda complex bus stop, they went towards koramangla.
              I tried to oppose also, but they didn't listen.
              I want you take action against bus driver and conductor as both were involved taking this decision.

                Respected sir, i am the passenger of bmtc bus where this days conductors are not providing tickets and they are abusing this the bus no ka f 2862 and where conductor provided half destination ticket i gave him 10rs and he printed me 5 rs ticket. Ticket no 75 114a/3 date 15/11/2019, 9.11.18sec deport -14 this are the details please make sure that this was daily happened please today i took the lead please look into it. Thank you.

                  I'm complement about sbj as bmtc bus driver rash driving and tuch the my bike, so driver is very bad and full rash driving. Bus nor is ka57cf356 address is rm nagar baglr 560016, iti circle sbi bank atm opst and bmtc bus is iti employees company bus. So action with driver he is rude behever pls action sir, i request humble sir, time is morning 7-45 am.

                    This is to bring to notice that hijra started boarding the bus at silkboard for collecting money and gets down immediately when the bus is about to cross silkboard junction signal. It seems that conductors will not give/issue any tickets and insted they get commission from them.
                    I witnessed such incident several times. One such incident took today (14th november)
                    I boarded the bus (No. Ka-57 f2964) at 8:20 pm from hsr bus stop and it is heading towards silkboard junction. Due to huge traffic bus moves slowly, somewhere in middle, a hijra boarded the bus, the bus is dtoll far away from the silkboard signal and would take minimum 10 min to cross the signal hijra started collecting money from passengers seated in the bus. Even though bus approches near to her and he did not issue any ticket and she paid some commision to the him while getting down from the bus just before the signal.
                    Kindly note down such incidents, gives lot of inconvenience to the passengers in the bus.
                    It's become good business to both hijra and bus conductor.
                    Reguesting to take action against such bus conductor.

                      We traveled in ac vayu vajra bus from new horizon college to ramamurthy nagar bridge. And gave 100 rupees and conductor have to given change.
                      At the time of get down i asked my change, he missed behaved with me and said like chi chi and something nasty words used in kannada in front of everyone. When a trying to took his photo, he forcefully took my ticket from hands and said take change at hebbal bus depot. Not even consider my gender also. This is very shameful to bmtc and that too happens in ac bus.
                      We paid 3 times to normal bus charges to travel in vayu vajra to avoid that crowd but still that conductor behavior is very valugar and rash and ridiculous

                        I had got on volvo bus on 14november 2019 (Route 500ca) at new horizon college bus stop and asked ticket till kala mandir. The conductor has issued me ticket wrongly (Bellandur to kundanhalli gate) and charged me rs.30. This is cheating and looting publicly. I request you to take action against the conductor.                             On 14th november morning around 10:15am i was travelling to shantinagar from corporation in volvo bus towards bannerghatta, bus no ka57 f229 depot 13. There were around 12-15 passengers in the bus & conductor was sitting in the left side third seat speaking with a passenger. Near subbaiah circle conductor got up and started asking for tickets, a non kannadiga passenger gave money to conductor for ticket. Conductor raised his hands on passenger shouting "bolimagne allinda hange kutidiya, kodo 40rs, bolimaga allinda sumne kutkond bandidane" in return passenger said sir u were sitting there now you came up and am taking ticket. Conductor continued his abusive words giving him 40rs ticket. Passener was saying again "i don't know kannada, im a doctor and why are you scolding me like this, conductor continued to blabber same vulger words the passenger got insulted and got down from bus in double road. Conductor abused and insulted that passenger very badly. Passenger said i will go to court. Being a co-passenger i felt very bad for the person. Becoz conductor was sitting and speaking to some one. When he got up asking tickets passenger gave money. How can he use such vulger words to a passenger just becoz he understand anything. Dear bmtc, passengers have many commuters like taxi, metro. The city is growing. Please teach your drivers and conducors to behave politely with passengers. Conductor raised hands on the passenger. What do he think of himself. If its a loaded bus, in the pressure he might have said some casual words but in a bus with around 15 passengers conductor raises hands on passenger and continue to use abusive words. Its shameful to know bmtc is paying salary for such manner less ediot and loosing the dignity of department. It things continues to be same bmtc will never have a future.

                              Hi am a college student doing my b.com in indian academy coll hennur cross... I travel in that route for past 4 years... I bored bus from kalyan nagar i stay in old baiyappanahalli.. I travel in mbs 8 bus and the bus is very rare in kalyan nagar... Today's incident made me to burst my anger there was a conductor in ka57f0690 the conductor's behavior ws so indecent... My pass is valid only in mbs8 the conductor was like ur pass is not vaild in this route u cant travel by this route u should take ticket... Were as i refused to take ticket n he dint live me n my friend hr made us to get down from the bus... These is happening for me is 6th time... Every time wen i take that thr conductor does the same thing... This doesn't happen only for me... With all the college students he does the same thing... He forces everyone to buy ticket... And once if he takes money he doesn't give ticket... This is the worst behavior of the govt employees wo is a conductor... I would plz to take sever action against him... These should not happen again for anyone...

                                Hi sir/madam,
                                I want to lodge a complaint against a bus conductor of bmtc bus route number ka 57 f 3190 between hope farm to majestic (Not sure of destination, i just noted down the bus number). This incident occured on 13th november 2019 6.34 pm. I and my 2 friends boarded this bus at itpl. I only took ticket for all three o[censored]s. So i asked for the 2 ticket to kundalahalli gate and 1 ticket for aecs layout cross from bus conductor. So the ticket costed rs 55 in total. I gave rs.200/- got the ticket but change was not given. When asked for the change, he gave 45 in return and started arguing that we had given only 100 rs.
                                Most of the people in bus has seen me giving 200 rs, still he was not listening and was very rude.
                                I lost my 100 rs, so i sincerely request you to take action against this conductor who was in charge that day.

                                  I'm travelling in BMTC Buss KA 57 F 3250.
                                  And it's just 11:30 and and people are charging extra fare just to reach their target.

                                  We are only 3 people.. the ticket should be 60 and they had added extra people and charged us 88.
                                  Please look in to it.. it's a loot

                                  Please take this issue seriously. It's not just my problem it's a public issue.

                                    Bmtc busses from thammenahalli gudadhahalli kudregere 250 b, jb are irregular around 10 to 11. Their end point is mostly from jalahalli metro station. Even if busses come they come back to back literally one behind another. They used to be a time interval between 15 min for each bus, but they come together go together. If they want to be together just change time interval to 30 min. People just waste money on auto rather wait for these irregular bus. These buses also wait for bagalakunte signal for around 10 min saying we need more people. If they want more to board bus ask them to be regular or just cancel those buses, people travel faster by auto.

                                      Sir,
                                      I want to lodge a complaint against a bus conductor of bmtc bus route number kbs3e running between electronic city wipro gate to majestic. This incident occured on 09th november 2019 around 8.45 to 9.00 a. M. I boarded this bus at velankani bus stip and asked for the ticket to bommanahalli from bus conductor. I gave rs.100/- got the ticket but change not given he said i will give & fiinally he mentioned on the ticket. I asked change twice before reaching the destination but he is not responded & finally i also forgot to take change & the same person i meet in the same bus on tuesday i, e 12.11.2019at same time kbs3e 2222 i asked him to give the change but he is mis behaving, harshly & rudely, & that person is not having sense how to behave with women

                                      So, i would like to lodge a complaint against the conductor for his misbehavior towards the public & also for getting back my money. I seriously believe in ksrtc officerwhich will be the sole responsible for taking against the bus conductor.

                                      My ticket details for which i was charged

                                      I would request the concerned officer to give the maximum punishment to the conductor., so that it make sure the same wouldn't happen to any bangaloreans again.
                                      Also i would like to know the status of this issue via telephone call.

                                      Hi I have missed my lunch bag in bmtc (G3) near wipro gate on November 7' 2019 at 10 am.

                                      Item : Signoraware lunch bag with 3 boxes.
                                      Bus no. is not mentioned in ticket.
                                      Bus route is to wipro gate (G3) green colour.

                                      Bmtc non-AC buses didn't stop in the bellandur city light apartments stop today. Only AC buses stopped. I ended up spending Rs.20 instead of Rs.10. Not only me but many others like me were pushed without any option to step in to Volvo bus.

                                        Respected sir/ madam,
                                        Please increase the bus frequency from abbigere. Or atleast 507 c which is from chikkabanavara to kr puram that passes via abbigere.
                                        It is really horrible during the morning hours. It is the time where we students go to schools/colleges and people go to work. It's just because i didn't get bus morning i miss classes.
                                        So dayavittu bus frequency increase madi.
