We traveled in ac vayu vajra bus from new horizon college to ramamurthy nagar bridge. And gave 100 rupees and conductor have to given change.
At the time of get down i asked my change, he missed behaved with me and said like chi chi and something nasty words used in kannada in front of everyone. When a trying to took his photo, he forcefully took my ticket from hands and said take change at hebbal bus depot. Not even consider my gender...

issue of wrong ticket

I had got on volvo bus on 14november 2019 (Route 500ca) at new horizon college bus stop and asked ticket till kala mandir. The conductor has issued me ticket wrongly (Bellandur to kundanhalli gate) and charged me rs.30. This is cheating and looting publicly. I request you to take action against the conductor. misconduct of conductor with passenger

On 14th november morning around 10:15am i was travelling to shantinagar from corporation in volvo bus towards bannerghatta, bus no ka57 f229 depot 13. There were around 12-15 passengers in the bus & conductor was sitting in the left side third seat speaking with a passenger. Near subbaiah circle conductor got up and started asking for tickets, a non kannadiga passenger gave money to conductor for ticket. Conductor raised his hands on passenger...

Hi am a college student doing my b.com in indian academy coll hennur cross... I travel in that route for past 4 years... I bored bus from kalyan nagar i stay in old baiyappanahalli.. I travel in mbs 8 bus and the bus is very rare in kalyan nagar... Today's incident made me to burst my anger there was a conductor in ka57f0690 the conductor's behavior ws so indecent... My pass is valid only in mbs8 the conductor was like ur pass is not vaild...

Hi sir/madam,
I want to lodge a complaint against a bus conductor of bmtc bus route number ka 57 f 3190 between hope farm to majestic (Not sure of destination, i just noted down the bus number). This incident occured on 13th november 2019 6.34 pm. I and my 2 friends boarded this bus at itpl. I only took ticket for all three o[censored]s. So i asked for the 2 ticket to kundalahalli gate and 1 ticket for aecs layout cross from bus conductor....

extra bus fare scam at night

I'm travelling in BMTC Buss KA 57 F 3250.
And it's just 11:30 and and people are charging extra fare just to reach their target.

We are only 3 people.. the ticket should be 60 and they had added extra people and charged us 88.
Please look in to it.. it's a loot

Please take this issue seriously. It's not just my problem it's a public issue....

Bmtc busses from thammenahalli gudadhahalli kudregere 250 b, jb are irregular around 10 to 11. Their end point is mostly from jalahalli metro station. Even if busses come they come back to back literally one behind another. They used to be a time interval between 15 min for each bus, but they come together go together. If they want to be together just change time interval to 30 min. People just waste money on auto rather wait for these irregular...

shortage of bus service

Respected sir/ madam,
Please increase the bus frequency from abbigere. Or atleast 507 c which is from chikkabanavara to kr puram that passes via abbigere.
It is really horrible during the morning hours. It is the time where we students go to schools/colleges and people go to work. It's just because i didn't get bus morning i miss classes.
So dayavittu bus frequency increase madi....

I boarded the bus from royal layout at 12.15 pm for work at electronic city. Conductor was in front giving tickets to ladies. The bus was very over crowded where i got in. Me being a man, went right at the back because i would be getting off at electronic city about 13 kilometers away after about 12 stops.
The next stop gottigere most people got down but people also got up. Though i got a seat it was the last seat and the conductor...

molesting and assaulting a girl

I took 600f at 7:50 am on 11-11-19 at jp nagar 5h phase bus stop, the bus is too crouded so i was standing near the gate, the bus conducter is forcing me to get inside by touching me 4 timese unnecessarily so i insisted him to give my ticket money back so i can get down from the bus because he is misbehaving then he denied to give money and also the ticket after taking my money and forced me to get down near jayadeva hospital by taking 15...

regarding 10 rs coins

We travelled from bellandur petrol bunk stop to KR puram railway station in KA 57 F 2645 AC bus, 500D. We boarded the bus at 10.10 pm on 8th Nov 2019. Our total ticket cost is 105. We gave 500rs and the conductor didn't give back 400rs. Ticket number 10563. The conductor already had change in his hand but refused to give it while we bought the ticket....

stoping of bus

I, representing the people of vinayak nagar, sarjapura like to bring to your notice that the buses are not giving the stop in vinayak nagar, opposite to dmart. Inspite of having a bus stop, the stop is not been given. This has been a problem to us as we have to walk back to the next stop to board the bus, i hope you consider our request and find a solution at the earliest.

The bus conductor behaviour was reduculus when i asked to stop the bus at my reapective stop, he asked driver to continue and not stop when questioned he asked to me speak in kannada when i was speaking in english and behaving with bad words.

If not taken action on such bloody fools... The respect to bmtc and bangalore will be loosing if some forigners and other state people will not be able to survive here in bangalore. Take...

I was having 100 rupees note only with me and as ticket cost is 10 rupees bus conductor started shouting on me to give the ten change or get down in very loud voice. When i said i do not have change if i would have i would give him he took money from other passenger for me and asked me to give her the ten...

no frequent buses to sanjay nagar/ bel road from shivajinagar

There is no bus to sanjay nagar or new bel road from shivajinagar even after waiting for 1 hour. Bmtc should have proper schedule and frequent buses to this area. Everyday waiting time will be more than 30 min. Buses are always crowed. Please make some arrangements to make it convenient for public. Cant wait for more than 30 min each and every day....

buses in route number 13 bus are not frequent

This is issue regarding public transport i. E, bus. Location: bangalore, 13 number bus from banashankari to shivajinagar is not frequent because of which bus will be crowded. This route is where people look for connectivity from many locations.. If it could at least be maid to have free more buses in peak hours it would be good.

I my self experience 30min wait time in evening....
