I got BMTC bus with number KA-57-F-4036 at Kottigepalya.
My stop was Lakkuppe which comes after Channadasipalya and before Ganesha Temple stop.
They didn't stopped at Channadasipalya even if one of the passenger requested. Now it was my turn to get down. I requested driver and conductor sir both. But they didn't stopped at Lakkuppe and Ganesha Temple stop too.
Finally I got down at Tavarekere.
I am not getting whether the BMTC is for public or for their self as they will stop as they wish.

    Today while i was traveling to kadubesanahali fro. Banashankari i lost my wallet.

    I have my bus ticket. Bus number that travelled KA57F2974. Timing: 8:48am. Date: 26/4/2023.
    Bus series: 500L.

    Who should i contact for help

      I was traveling in the bus and the bus conductor of bus no. KA53F-080 at 10:30 AM, 24.04.2023.
      I was traveling in the said bus at the above-mentioned time and date from forum check post to Agara route.
      I didn't have the change and only ₹200 and one ₹5 coin. I gave the same to bus conductor for ticket, he didn't provide me with the ticket and said that he doesn't have change, after a while some more passengers entered into the bus and all bought the tickets and by that time the conductor had the enough change money to give me ticket with the money and he showed me the same.
      When I asked for ticket and told him that you have change now and you can give me ticket he started shouting at me in unparliamentary language, he threatened me, he misbehaved with and forcefully made me get off the bus midway.
      I was in severe stomach pain as I was in my periods (menstrual cycle), in that condition he forced me to get off the bus and misbehaved with me so arrogantly.

      I request you to handle my concern and complaint with utmost importance. I expect justice and equity from end.

        Address: Vidyaranyapura last bus stop

        Hi,
        I traveled today from Vidyaranyapura to Rajajinagar 1st block from local BMTC bus number 401E @ 12:11:21 on 23/04/2023.

        Issue in detail:

        When I was about to get down at Rajajinagar 1st block.. he stopped be before the flyover.. i asked conductor politely stating that will you go on the flyover or will go down.. as the actual stop is near Rajajinagar singal.. he told i don't know.. this was really rude answer I got from conductor.. ideally he should have told me to ask driver.. As per the rules they should not go on the flyover in Rajajinagar 1st block.. I am not sure about his name he has abused me i public.. As I know how hard work our drivers and conductors does and their pressure.. what ever it may be they are for public.. They should not abuse a person when he is asking a question.. i would request you to take this as an example.. so that others who are doing like this can learn a lesson.. I want that person/conductor who has insulted me in public to apologise..

          I am Vasanthi S..On 20/4/2023 i was traveled from Tinfactory to Bellandur City light Appartment and i gave 50Rs for the ticket the ticket cost was 20Rs and they did not gave change they mentioned balance 30Rs on back side of the ticket and they conducter was forgot to give 30Rs

            Hii bmtc we all have a common timing for work and board a bus at hebbal at 8:05 so that we reach office on time (500 DF) vydehi stop.But got a news that the bus will be available at 9 or 7 in the morning which is making uncomfortable to travel in buses.Personally i have taken a pass worth 1800 even though it becomes less if ticket is purchased for my convenience i take a pass but here no proper bus facility is provided and even in evening we require buses between 5 to 6 there is a bus at 5:40 so please maintain as it is.

                We don't get buses in the afternoon daily. People are walking kilometres even on providing a bus route to Muddinpalya. We can see the driver resting roadside in the attachment. They park the bus for leisure time during the afternoon. Whether one or two people are commuting in the bus we want it to run regularly.

                    We were 2 adults. But the conductor charged us for 2 adult and 2 child. And he wasn't willing to reverse the charge and asked us to get out if we dint pay for 2 adult and 2 child. We did not have any child with us

                        I have travelling from Baiyappanahalli metro station bus stop to Hope form. But they told that it's last stop is ITPL. I don't have any problem about this but they give ticket from Baiyappanahalli to hope form. Why they didn't give to ITPL if it is the last stop. And in bus board showing channasandra.

                          Following Incident has taken place in KA 57 F. 4578 on 28/03/2023 at 18:39:41.

                          The bus conductor was very rude to me and refused to give me change for 20 rupees for a 5 rupee fare even when he was in possession of it. He continued to speak in a rude tone to me. After a couple of minutes of him insisting on not giving me the ticket he gave me the ticket reluctantly.

                          After this he said something to me in Kannada which I did not understand as I do not speak the language. After I informed him about this his tone became even more rude and I can only guess that he must have said something unpleasant about me in Kannada from it.

                          This has been a very unpleasant experience for me and I have never faced anything like this on any other BMTC bus.

                          It would be very helpful if BMTC asked its employees to be considerate and understanding towards ALL passengers who use their services. A large population that lives in Bengaluru has relocated due to work commitments which results in us not knowing the language. I do sympathize with the employees as their job does become astronomically hard at times due to this. All that I am asking for is that the employees treat ALL o[censored]s in a humane way and respect us not because we are paying for the service but because every human being deserves basic respect from one another.

                          I believe that the behavior that was displayed by this employee on the bus does not represent what both the people of Bengaluru and the city stands for.

                          Reporting this incident to you with the hope that everyone strives to represent the best in us at all times.

                            I travelled in BMTC on 7/Apr/2023 evening 6:30 from aecs layout to Majestic. I paid 500 rs for 90 rupees ticket conductor gave me the ticket by writing 500 on top of it but i forgot to collect the change from him. I have the ticket with me and bus details are below. Can I get the change anywhere.

                              He is not even stopping the bus ..
                              We went on the rode and stopping it he was driving right side of the rode ..

                              Today I came to mis of the rode u guys just need to die ppl by just to stop this stupid bmtc busses ..

                              Bcoz of these driver stupidity, they r not doing there work actually it's became a problem to the ppl who come and stand in bus stop early ..

                              Wen i asked him y u r. Not stopping the bus he saying another bus is coming ..
                              and he is telling that we should step in the bus where he stops he won't stop where is the Bus stop situated. . then why and whom the hell he is wrking for .. he just skipping the stop and we r late fa the work ..

                              And how daringly these driver doing THIS Things everyday.. its clearly shows that bmtc is not taking any kind of action .. pls don't do like that if you guys do like that one day ppl will throw stones on the bus and stops cos we r done becos of these kinda a driver not stopping the bus in Stop

                              And we daily do is litterly talk war we do just bcoz of not stopping in bus stop .. i request you that please take action against this driver and the depot also .. wen i inform the depot also they are like careless litterly avoiding me am my complain.

                              This is not fair in public service they do this every day and after that our mood will completely off that day is like feels hell . If morning only it happens entire day also will be like tat .. it could be happen any thing So please to avoid this take action against the depot first .. #Request

                                From byrathi cross to east point college in morning time from 9.15am and, east point to college to byrathi evening time after 5.45pm, there is no frequent buses, if we miss one bus we have to wait for 1 to 1and half hour for next buses. That to evening time as women it's became a difficult to travell, as there is all drunken people in bus stand. Evening from 5.45pm onwards there is no bus.. Next bus is at 7pm..being in city like Bengaluru we are facing this issues. If something happened to me BMTC authority is responsible. As that place is not safe after 6pm but we women's have no option, we have to wait till 7pm

                                      Dear sir/madam

                                      It's a very appreciative thing that the department is providing AC buses to many long routes. Likewise if the department could provide AC buses to route 600F, 600FC and all the 600 series, it will be convenient for passengers to travel comfortably.

                                      Considering that the number of passengers who travel are huge, request the concerned authorities to do the needful and oblige.
