Bus conductor didn't give Rs.5. I asked him more than 3 times. very bad service. they are looting peoples money.

also surprising bmtc grievance tab in the website is not working. they intentionally took it down i guess.

    Bus number, V-500A which goes from Banashankari to Hebbal through outer ring road, there is no proper scheduled timing mentioned for this bus. Need to wait for 1 hour or even 1 and half hour in mornings, There is no proper response from Banashankari TTMC, when called, they say "Its coming on the way" ( yet does not come for 30min ) or "Some problem with the bus". Some or other reasons they tell. this is a huge problem for people who travel daily from Banashankari to Manyata Tech park. We are reaching late to office. Please kindly suggest proper scheduled timings so that we reach on time for our office. Or if buses are not available, please mention it. ( so that we could make other arrangements). They say these buses (V-500A) run every 15 min, but during morning times, we are waiting for 1 hour. Kindly check on this issue.

      It was a uncomfortable situation faced in Banglore Shivaji Nagar BUS terminal on 2/04/2023 8:30pm evening.When i went to the Public Toilet The Maintenance Personnel sitting out side was smoking cigarette which is first of all wrong and demanding 5 Rs for Urinal and I gave 2Rs but he did not allow me to enter inside, While it has been clearly mention that Urinals are Free.When asked they used foul languages. & They were so disrespective. kindly request to take action soon .

            Bmtc buses in the morning are late first off all the buses from route electronic city to kengeri 378 even if they are late
            Some buses dont give stop even if there are 2buses back to back they are busy in doing race without giving stop everyone has school and colleges i request you to please take action for the above complaint

                Date of the incident : 28th Mar 2023

                While I was waiting in my car for the traffic police to give the signal in front of the Varthur Police station, bengaluru to cross the road the BMTC bus KA -57-F0077 came and took the negligent turn and scratched and damaged my car.

                i would request you to provide a compensation of amount RS10000/- ( rupees ten thousand only ) towards the repairing of the vehicle .

                I have attached the photo of the bus along with the driver that damaged my car and portion of the damages in the car .

                  Unruly and careless Driver - KA51 F2051

                  Almost hit my car while taking a turn, even though I was waiting on the side for the bus to pass. On top of it, was abused by the bus driver, when I asked him to be careful while driving. Request you to ask drivers to be more careful while driving and maintain civic sense. They should not behave like they own the roads of Nagarbhavi.

                    Dear sir/madam,

                    Now a days the gadgets and valuable items theft has become a biggest problem in BMTC buses in Bangalore City, i found many of them have lost there phones. Laptops, wallet etc. My mobile is also stolen in BMTC buses and my colleagues have also lost there mobiles recently in the BMTC buses, today while traveling in Volvo vajra bus two more mobile phones stolen this is horrible. Even Volvo buses are not safe to travel in Bangalore City

                    My request to the BMTC staffs to take strict action and atleast try to make some rules against theft in government buses and avoid over crowd in buses where we find difficulty to save our belongings. Public has some trust to travel in BMTC buses, further if continuous the same people will refuse to travel in BMTC.

                        When I cought Vayu vajra bus no KA57 F138 from Hope farm to Silk board at morning 7 35 AM, asked driver to in rease AC. But conductor rude behaved with me and create d scene in front of all passengers which is completely unacceptable. I need strict action to be taken against the conductor

                          Conductor of Bus no KA01 FA2224, I travelling from srinivasapura cross to kengeri, with me 500 and small cellotape pasted 10 rupees. Conductor came after my next stop, I gave above said 10 rupees gave the ticket, enclosed. He said, Sir please change 10, I told this is only one 10 rupees otherwise I have 500. He said immediately, if have seen at the bus stop, I would have not allowed you to get into bus. Why you early morning for simple reason unnecessarily speaking like. I request please talk to conductor.
                          I hope this will be done.

                            I boarded a bus at Singainapalya pheonix market city bus stop. I asked for a ticket to pattandur Agrahara gate and gave 200 rupee. But conductor gave me ticket for hope farm(ticket price -20 rs) and gave only 80 rupee and when I asked for change, he used bad words and said this is not andhra and he won't give. When I asked for another 100, he abused me again and told me to get down from the bus. When I'm getting down he cursed bad words about andhra and andhra people.The bus depot is hope farm and the bus number is KA-57-F2652. Please take necessary action and update me regarding this. I believe BMTC will take necessary action. Hence I'm trusting you. These type of people will spoil the image of Bangalore and Karnataka

                              I m sad to say this, since my school days the peenya 2 nd stage BMTC bus stop is no less than the slum areas . There is neither proper sitting for oldage people nor for feeding moms . The worst part is there is a police station near the bus stop still public rules are not followed (smoking in public place without any fear ) .
                              We want our bus stop to be maintianed clean and hyginic .
                              Please take as soon as .
                              Every local people deserve good and hyginic bus stop.

                                  Bus should come more in my area

                                  I am a student from Kammadanahalli. In my area buses are less to chikkabanavara. I need more buses to my area to chikkabanavara like 507C, MF 23, 271Q, and 271F .In my area bus should come because of it final examination time and board exam for state schools. Bus should come 15 minutes after 15 minutes buses should please accept this....

                                  I was travelling from Corporation to MG Statue on 15.03.23. The ticket charge is Rs. 5/- and I gave the conductor Rs. 10/- . He did not give me the balance Rs. 5/-. This is not the first time it is happening to me. Another time, when I was travelling in the same route, the conductor told me they did not have change to give me back and kept the Rs. 10/- without giving me the balance Rs.5/-
                                  I request the authorities concerned to take strict action against this.

                                    Fine was imposed to me unnecessarily saying ticket was not taken. I had just boarded the bus 2mins before the checking officers arrive, as the bus was completely rush I was waiting for the conductor to come and issue the ticket. But these officers claimed that I was transporting without the ticket.
                                    Although many co passengers were supporting me, officers denied that and made me pay the fine.
                                    Also the receipt the issued wrongly. I boarded at the previous stop of Satya Sai baba hospital (don't know the exact stop name as I was new to Banglore)and wanted ro reach vydehi TTMC.

                                      Hello respected sir or ma'am
                                      I was traveling 215 from kothanur dinne water tank to jayanagar around 10.15 AM !! The bus conductor was so rude to his passenger he didn't give tickets for 2 elder woman's even though they were asking repeatedly asking and got down from the bus since there stop came in brigade and abused a girl who was college student since she didn't have change and was asking her to get down from the bus so I started talking in favour of her so he started to yell at me saying mind your own business I sincerely want to take action on this conductor who misbehaved bus number KA 53 F-129 on 15/3/23
