Today at 11:25am approx two g3 bus came together and left without stopping at madiwala stop.both the buses were so busy in racing with each other that they were least bother to pick passenger from stop. Even they ran behind it so that at signal they can catch it but by the time the reached it left. It's really not acceptable that after waiting so long two buses comes and non of them stop at stoppage. And no one knows when next bus will come as two buses already left. Kindly look into this as what the use of competing with each other when they are not picking the passenger.

    Hi .. today @ 7 pm route no.252A bus no. KA 57 F 1767 driver didn't stop the bus at MEI bus stop even after waving hand. It's their duty to stop bus at home all specified bus stops...why he didn't stop.
    The concern officials please instruct all the drivers and conductors to stop the bus at all the specified bus stops without fail.

      Today morning I sat in bus number KA57F4881 from Shanti Nagar to bam sandra I have monthaly bus pass of bmtc yet the conductor took more money from me and gave me toll pass ticket while the bus did not go to flyover, they abuse me while speaking and It is said that all of you have come from the North, so you have to follow our rules, what I say will happen, what you say will not happen.

        Hi Team,

        I took BMTC Bus today from 16th Main BTM Layout to ITPL] which costs 40 Rs, but as I didn't have change I gave 100Rs but conductor didnt gave me Rs 60 change back. I have ticket with me. What to do to get back the change?

          As I was traveling from Attibele to garvebhavipalya i paid Rs 100 but the ticket price was just 25 when I asked my change the conductor not return it
          And he suddenly closed the door and move on

              Can you please provide me the clarification about the bus route in my bus pass. It has led to a lot of misunderstandings.please mention through which route I should go from the endpoint vasanth nagar or guttahalli .

                Traffic police allegedly stopped me without any reason. I was crossing the road at left side and he just stopped me and ask me Rs. 1000 initially and threatened me to go to court to take your vehicle. When I got ready to give fine and asked to mention correct reason on the challan, he was not ready to give correct reason and just to get money he give the reason as obstructing the traffic. The police was totally sameless. I asked to show his ID card and give me his name but he started shouting on me and was not even ready to give his name also. Please take appropriate action against the traffic police at Nagwara jn. Who was on duty on 22nd Feb 2023 at around 12:45PM.
                I am hopeful to get some positive result from this bangalore police atleast.

                  The bus conductor is very arrogant towards the clg girl. Becoz she forgot the original pass and showed the Xerox pass he behaved very rudely. The girl payed the money and took the ticket but still he didn't return her pass and talked very rudely to her and her father.

                    I have travelled with Bmtc bus #KA57 F 5246 yesterday (Feb 20, 2023) from Chandapura to Electronic City at around 11.30 am.

                    My travel costs 15 rupees, however I didn't have the exact change and hence I gave 100 rupee note to the conductor to which he issued the ticket with a marking that change has to be issued to me.

                    All along the journey I have reminded him that he needs to give me a change of 85 rupees couple of times for which he asked me to wait. But when I was about to get down at my stop, he started arguing that he doesn't have change to give it to me and he started yelling and behaving rude. He was adamant that I can complain to police and he doesn't care.

                    He was behaving rude with other passengers too as I noticed during my journey.

                    Please take necessary action against the concerned conductor and make sure such incidents doesn't occur again so that people aren't discouraged to use public transport.

                      Actually I asked ticket for (Marathahalli market to Borewell stop). But he gave (HAL maingate to Murugeshpalya) And he asked Rs.15/- . Actual ticket price for my stop Rs.5/- only.

                      And also he didn't stop on Borewell busstop. Then he stop the bus near Foundary and Forge Division. And his spoke very roudly because of Language.

                      On that day I feel very bad infront of the all passengers. Please take action to him and refund my remaining amount Rs.10/-

                        I gave the money and my aadhar card to conductor and asked for ordinary day pass. He printed my pass with wrong aadhar number and refuses to give me another pass or refund. After lots of argument he just signed on the pass and told me it won't be a problem. I have to travel a lot today and I don't have extra cash with me. He is even asking me to pay to get new pass even though he is at fault to give type wrong number.

                          This regarding wrong ticket issued by conductor. I got into bus at ESI stop Rajajinagar and asked for ticket till Rajajinagar metro station and he issued govt soap factory when I asked about wrong ticket he started shouting one and he argued that I told wrong metro station
                          Plz do look after this type of conductor where they cheat people
                          Hopefully u people will solve this problem

                                This is a tragic situation for people coming from other states and dont speak Kannada. The conductors are rude to start with, however the most tragic sitiation is when the conductorsbdo not gove back 5 to 10 rupees changes to customers. They should be earning more than the government. We dont speak the language and get cheated by govt employees. If anyone from Karnataka is visiting Sabarimala or Padmanaba swamy temple, we treat then like guests. Very sad about the Kannada culture.

                                  The bus conductors doesn't render proper change. They print wrong busstop names (area names) and take extra amount from the passengers.
                                  I hope a proper action will be taken.
                                  I have attached a receipt which was given by the conductor, i took the bus from hennur but for extra amount he has printed as babusabpalya.

                                    I used bmtc fly over bus service from chadapura to checkpost everyday by giving 20rs extra.
                                    Yesterday 6th feb 2023 when I was returning to chandapura, driver refused to give stop at chandapura bus stand as they stopped at signal nd asked everyone to get down. I said them I did not noticed that nd requested humbly to stop at chanda bus stand. After so many request they didn't stop. When I started crying then they stopped at somewhere in highway dark place. Being a girl if anything happened to me on that day who will be responsible for that. Bus driver nd conductor both behaved same with me.

                                        Iam new to Bangalore and at night one conductor has maken fraud at me he has taken the money 5 rs but didn't get the ticket i asked twice but i didn't get any reply from him but in tin factory check-in officers came but i have no ticket i asked Conductor you taken money but you didn't given ticket so that he said i asked him twice he didn't taken like that so my kindly request to BMTC to keep cc cameras in bus so that the new passengers are protected from the that bloody few fraud conductors, even without passengers mistake they are paying fines
