Iam new to Bangalore and at night one conductor has maken fraud at me he has taken the money 5 rs but didn't get the ticket i asked twice but i didn't get any reply from him but in tin factory check-in officers came but i have no ticket i asked Conductor you taken money but you didn't given ticket so that he said i asked him twice he didn't taken like that so my kindly request to BMTC to keep cc cameras in bus so that the new passengers are...

I forgot my suitcase and hit off from bus. 5 th Feb. Then called conductor after 30 Montreal he located the bag. Made sure I it is mine. Took my call nicely many times. What’s up the picture promptly delivered to me on his return trip from electronic city. Called me and coordinated on time and spot. Politely refused money for token of thanks. Happy to see many of these conductors on Bangalore transport.

I forgot my suitcase on airport trip and got off Then I got phone number of Ashoka depot 25 conductor of bus. He promptly located my suitcase made sure it is mine what’s up the image took my call promptly many times and called me on his return trip from electronic city and delivered to me at silk board station promptly. He also politely refused money when I offered as token of thanks. Appreciate Bangalore transport conductors of this honesty....

I took Bus from Isolation Hospital to Garudacharpalya on[protected] which costs 20/- Rs, but as I didn't have change I gave 100Rs but forgot to collect change from conductor. What to do to get back the change?

Hello sir,
This is to inform you that from shivajinagar to banerghatta route (G4) Buses are not at all running on time due to shortages of buses, this is highly critical for daily passengers on this route, I'm requesting to you that please do survey on this and rectify the problem as soon as possible.

Hope BMTC will understand the daily commuters problems.

Dear sir, It was a uncomfortable situation faced in DOMLUR Bus station on 16TH JAN 2023 MORNING When i went to the Public Toilet in the DOMLUR Bus stand, The Toilet Maintenance Personnel sitting out side demanding 5 Rs for Urinal and Latrine, While it has been clearly mention that Urinals are Free.When asked they simply say we need to clean the Toilets so u must pay or get out, when i said that i will complain, he is threatening with orther...

The bus conductors are behaving very affending behaviour against the school and colleges student . he is literally scholding the girls to travelling in his bus even the I complined about this in office too they too didn't respond correctly...

I have travelled from Marathahalli to ITPL (Big Bazaar).
The ticket price is Rs 25/-
I've given Rs 50 and they returned me Rs 20.
Due to unavailability of Rs 5 coins.
They didn't given me the remaining amount even at my last stop.

I take the AC bus and the ticket is ₹15. I can’t always have ₹5 change with me. I pay ₹20 and most of the times the conductors don’t return the change stating they don’t have coins either.
This happened so many times now.
Either enable online payments in all the buses or provide the conductors with sufficient change.
