I travelled from kadabisanahalli to Mahadevapura Ring Road and it is 20 rupees, i gave 100 rupees to conductor and i forgot to take change from them at my stop. Please help me with this

    On 11-Nar-2023 around 2-2:30 pm, my friend and I availed the BMTC public transport from koli form gate to Doddathogur cross, electronic city-560100. I was charged rupees 40 (20/- per person) as bus fare however, the conductor refused to give the tickets even after asking multiple times continuously. As a consumer not I was denied the tickets even after paying the transportation fare. The bus no. KA-01FA-1683

        Sir i used to take BMTC bus from KR Market bus stop to NIMHANS bus stop aroung 2:40 o clock and when i get down from the bus i forget to take one parts box from my seat.. The part was a medical device part it's a lithium ion Battery for defibrillator monitor.. And one main thing that i m using Bus pass so i don't know the bus number Or Route number.. Please if any one found the part please give me a call.. My mobile no is [protected]

          I was travelling in 335a bus from Leela palace to Whitefield. Bus conductor didn't come to collect ticket . Then later he came to collect ticket from someone else I voluntarily asked for the ticket . He suddenly started shouting on me saying that I have been here for 3 time, even though he came only once and started fighting.

            It was observed by few Bangalore senior citizens on 9th March 2023 at 9:45 am that driver of 265A MBTC bus (which was going to Majestic via 6th block, okalipuram route) was not following or adhering to lane discipline and blocking ways for vehicles to overtake him. When the citizens tried to overtake, he used to block the way and shout on them rudely using foul language. It looks like the rowdies are now government employees, with no manners and respect to citizens they are driving the public transport vehicles!
            We will reach out to PMO office if there is no action taken on such rude drivers. BMTC should take serious actions to teach them not to drive rash as there is no hurry for a public vehicle, its not an ambulance!! they have to behave in a civilized manner, respect the citizens and be responsible. Now they are all rowdies behaving rudely and shouting using foul words. I could not take a photo as cant use my phone while driving and observing the incident.

              Attibele towards majestic exp morning 8-9clock, a passenger from hebagodi get to bus and ask stop near veersandra but the conductor didt give the stop he got angry and he asks for a stop but then conductor had a fight with the passenger and even passenger supports him and beat the young guy ruthlessly. Please consider this request to stop the bus from this route or exit him from service. Please enquiry about this with the staff as their behaviour is not good. In future we face that situation it will be problem for us. Thank you.

                The incident occurred around 8pm on 7/3/2023 when I boarded the bus from Pallanhalli gate bus stop for Guttahalli bus stop. Even though I had boarded the bus from Pallanhalli bus stop, the conductor gave me a ticket from IAF bus stop to Kodigehalli gate bus stop. At Kodigehalli bus stop he told me to vacate the bus and when I confronted him about the same, he started shouting and abused me in Kannada and when I tried to control the matter, he said in hindi that "if You don't understand Kannada then get out of the bus and don't talk to me". Me being a north Indian who have come here for my undergraduate studies just few months ago, how am i to understand the language in such a short span of time. I was abused and humiliated by the racist bus conductor on the basis of language which violates my basic fundamental right to equality.
                Please look into the matter and take strict action against these wrongdoers or else the state will lose it's value as being one of the most hospitable to outsiders and this is also a damage on the sovereignty of this nation.

                  V-365 Bus is not stopping. It just pass over the stop without even stopping for a second. I was even waving from the stop. Please check this issue as some some people specifically come to travel with this bus only.

                    They said there is 201 bus for every 30 min
                    But many people with me are facing the this problem. we wait for more than one and half an hour for one bus .
                    On the other side i see many 201 bus going simultaneously one after other during 3 40 to 5.
                    I hope you will as I am not the only one who is facing this issue.

                      Complaint against Bus conductor & Checker
                      Incident date : 04/03/2023
                      Time : 8:45 - 9:05 am
                      Bus route - Attibele to Kempegowda Bus Station
                      Bus number - KA57F5166

                      I was unnecessarily forced to pay Rs.250 Fine by checker because of the conductors' mistake as he didn't come in the front to collect ticket from ladies side. I took bus from Hosaroad but before the ticket is issued the next stop arrived, i.e, Singasandra where the checker got in the bus.
                      Me and the other lady who got in the bus from Hosaroad had cash in hand itself to collect ticket but as the conductor took time to issue tickets from backside didn't issue the tickets in the front. The conductor is not even bothered to apologise or claim that it was his mistake. Instead keeping quite in front of the checker. Whoever it might be they must have some sense to investigate what actually happened and who made the mistake and then ask for fine. It was not even asking, It was ordering tone to pay fine. I was having cash which i needed to pay to college but these officials without even bothering that was conductors'mistake Forcefully asked me to pay fine. I have also raised Complaint via Mail.

                      When I reached out to the BMTC Helpline they don't even bother to listen to the issue instead they directly told me to raise complaint in the website.

                      While raising complaint through BMTC official website the bus number itself is not visible in the list. Then how would people register complaint in the website.

                      I would request to please take action against the conductor as well as the checker & refund my amount paid. I hope atleast this message will reach the concerned officials.

                        500QK Volvo bus ending trip in hebbal on March 1st. Bus leaves itpl 5.30 pm and stops trip at hebbal.

                          Today at 11:25am approx two g3 bus came together and left without stopping at madiwala stop.both the buses were so busy in racing with each other that they were least bother to pick passenger from stop. Even they ran behind it so that at signal they can catch it but by the time the reached it left. It's really not acceptable that after waiting so long two buses comes and non of them stop at stoppage. And no one knows when next bus will come as two buses already left. Kindly look into this as what the use of competing with each other when they are not picking the passenger.

                            Hi .. today @ 7 pm route no.252A bus no. KA 57 F 1767 driver didn't stop the bus at MEI bus stop even after waving hand. It's their duty to stop bus at home all specified bus stops...why he didn't stop.
                            The concern officials please instruct all the drivers and conductors to stop the bus at all the specified bus stops without fail.

                              Today morning I sat in bus number KA57F4881 from Shanti Nagar to bam sandra I have monthaly bus pass of bmtc yet the conductor took more money from me and gave me toll pass ticket while the bus did not go to flyover, they abuse me while speaking and It is said that all of you have come from the North, so you have to follow our rules, what I say will happen, what you say will not happen.

                                Hi Team,

                                I took BMTC Bus today from 16th Main BTM Layout to ITPL] which costs 40 Rs, but as I didn't have change I gave 100Rs but conductor didnt gave me Rs 60 change back. I have ticket with me. What to do to get back the change?

                                        Traffic police allegedly stopped me without any reason. I was crossing the road at left side and he just stopped me and ask me Rs. 1000 initially and threatened me to go to court to take your vehicle. When I got ready to give fine and asked to mention correct reason on the challan, he was not ready to give correct reason and just to get money he give the reason as obstructing the traffic. The police was totally sameless. I asked to show his ID card and give me his name but he started shouting on me and was not even ready to give his name also. Please take appropriate action against the traffic police at Nagwara jn. Who was on duty on 22nd Feb 2023 at around 12:45PM.
                                        I am hopeful to get some positive result from this bangalore police atleast.
