I want to lodge a complaint against a bus conductor of bmtc bus route number kbs3e running between electronic city wipro gate to majestic. This incident occured on 09th november 2019 around 8.45 to 9.00 a. M. I boarded this bus at velankani bus stip and asked for the ticket to bommanahalli from bus conductor. I gave rs.100/- got the ticket but change not given he said i will give & fiinally he mentioned on the ticket. I asked change twice before reaching the destination but he is not responded & finally i also forgot to take change & the same person i meet in the same bus on tuesday i, e 12.11.2019at same time kbs3e 2222 i asked him to give the change but he is mis behaving, harshly & rudely, & that person is not having sense how to behave with women
So, i would like to lodge a complaint against the conductor for his misbehavior towards the public & also for getting back my money. I seriously believe in ksrtc officerwhich will be the sole responsible for taking against the bus conductor.

I would request the concerned officer to give the maximum punishment to the conductor., so that it make sure the same wouldn't happen to any bangaloreans again.
Also i would like to know the status of this issue via telephone call.
