forgot to collect change from conductor

Hi,

I forgot to collect change from conductor for ₹ 80. I boarded the bus from sarjapur outer ring road junction to sulikunte, sarjapur road.

I didn't had change for ₹19 so i gave ₹100 and the conductor have mentioned the change of ₹80 in the backside of ticket.

I went to sarjapur bus stop to find the conductor and collect the balance amount but the conductor denied saying that it's not...

ticket checker behaved rudely need justice

We boarded the goverment bus from bpl to itpl. And tok ticket of 5rs, the bus was fully rush. By the time conductor came to ask ticket we reached our stop rventhough i paid money he was colecting from others he didn bot provide ticket to us. The ticket conductors closed the bus doors and asked us to pay fine for rs 100 and they started the bus and they went nearly 3 to 4 kms from the stop where we need to get down. only 2-3 buses to shivaji nagar from bannerghatta road

Plz add some new buses to shivaji nagar and bannerghatta route
From bhannerghatta only 2-3 buses are available to shivaji nagar but the requirement is more
And for other places like mejistic, and in shivaji nagar bus no 13 is more then required
Plz add some new buses it would be a great help
I have personally met many of them who said me that there are very less buses to shivaji nagar from bannerghatta...

We complained earlier also
Why don't you work on this
I don't understand why you are getting paid
I'm waiting for half an hour everyday but no bus to shivajinagar
And no direct bus to vasanth nagar also
Unnecessary too many busses of 335 which is always free
There are so many people on road waiting for the same bus
Worst service ever...

getting cheated with money

I was sitting on the bmtc bus 342 from iblur to check post
My amount was 17rs but the conductor charged me 30 rs and he gave me the 17rs ticket hence i knew i got cheated at
He tried to stuff the ticket inside my bag when i was putting something inside my bag but i grabbed the ticket from his hand
Bus number is ka 01 fa 0937
Time i got into the bus was between 7:30 to 7:45...

I'm a student at presidency University, I'm stay at vidyaranyapura I travel nearly 18 to reach my college. Till rajanukunte i get the proper bus because buses from Yelahanka are more, but from rajanukunte to presidency University it's very difficult. Like buses are there but do not have the proper and accurate timings . Sometimes I have waited for 1 and half hour, but still never got a bus...

not returning the exact money

We had to travel in a volvo ac bmtc bus from tin factory bus stop to hebbal bus stop we were in a group of three. The ticket cost was rs 174 and i gave a 200 rupee note but the bus conductor instead of returning me rs 26 he only gave rs 20 when i asked him for 6 rupee, he asked me whether i have 4 rupee or not. I did not have 4 rupee so i said no, he said he will give near hebbal but instead of returning my money he made fun of me.

complaint on bus conductor

This morning I travelled from arehalli to channasandra via 375D bus number F1071
I total bus cahrge is rupee 5, I paid 5/- but the driver dint give me the ticket. But on the way there was a ticket checking the person asked me to should the ticket, I said him that the conductor dint give him even though I asked him many times.
But when when the checking person asked him he said I have given it to everyone why would I forget...

conductor behaviours

Hi,

This is regarding condutor behaviour, bus no ka 57 f 3531. Travelling from devarabeesanahalli to banashankari.in that route very rare buses to banashankari, after waiting if we get inside bus, he will fight for change even if he is having change in his bag and showing very rude behavioue with lady passengers. He will tel to directly to get down on the spot. I am facing this second time. He is scolding all lady passanger...

charged unnecessarily extra

I was travelling from laggere to goraguntapalya. I usually take this route and am well aware od the pricing. He forcefully gave me a ticket to yeshwanthpur and charged me extra. I insisted that the price to goraguntapalya is 10 and not 15 but he was adamant. I did not want to get into a fight because i was late for office but would really want him to learn a lesson. not stopping in the bus stop

Today i.e.,[protected], between 11.40 to 11.55 AM, i wanted to alight an airport bus in cubbon park area opposite to KSCA stadium. Route No. KIA 5 arrived and since I was the only passenger, I waved my hand for the bus to stop. However, the bus driver did not even bother to stop and sped away. I am very upset at the rude behaviour of this bus driver and request strict action against the discourteous driver....

lost my student bus pass

Iam an bba student pursuing 5th sem in seshadripuram main college, seshadripuram. As i lost my purse in the bmtc bus itself and i'm sure that it got lost in bus itself.

Please with regards to above complaint can you please help me out to get back at least my bus pass which was in that purse itself. I'm finding difficult to travel please help me out to find it.

I boarded kias-8c bus on november 2nd 2019 at 3:21am from kempegowda international airport to electronic city toll gate. I paid the ticket fee and dropped at electronic city toll gate at 5:15am. jayanagar ttmc car parking illegal fees

Jayanagar ttmc car parking, contracted to a third party by bmtc, is fleecing and cheating customers by charging parking fees and not issuing receipts
The person collecting money says collect in ground floor where no one is there. This has happened multiple times. The money is going to the touts operating the parking. Next time customers should refuse paying unless receipt is issued....

disagreement to bus pass

I took the flyover bus to reach electronic city from roopen agrahara. I had the daily pass and on showing the pass the conductor refused to accept the pass. He asked us for the full amount. When we refused he even stopped the bus midway in flyover and asked us to deboard. So we had to pay the full amount even with the daily pass. The conductor was rowdy and was abusive.

non availability of any direct buses in the below mentioned route

There is no direct bus facility in the below mentioned routes please provide atleast teo buses in the peak hours for the below mentioned route.
It is very difficult for the commuters in this route to suffer the bangalore traffic spend more and more time and energy on road because of non availability of buses

378 bus conductor during morning hour

378 bus from ecity to kengeri, 8:05 the bus reached today in wipro gate on[protected], the conductor shouts and doesn't respect women, he pushes the women. He doesn't dress properly.
