On 14th november morning around 10:15am i was travelling to shantinagar from corporation in volvo bus towards bannerghatta, bus no ka57 f229 depot 13. There were around 12-15 passengers in the bus & conductor was sitting in the left side third seat speaking with a passenger. Near subbaiah circle conductor got up and started asking for tickets, a non kannadiga passenger gave money to conductor for ticket. Conductor raised his hands on passenger shouting "bolimagne allinda hange kutidiya, kodo 40rs, bolimaga allinda sumne kutkond bandidane" in return passenger said sir u were sitting there now you came up and am taking ticket. Conductor continued his abusive words giving him 40rs ticket. Passener was saying again "i don't know kannada, im a doctor and why are you scolding me like this, conductor continued to blabber same vulger words the passenger got insulted and got down from bus in double road. Conductor abused and insulted that passenger very badly. Passenger said i will go to court. Being a co-passenger i felt very bad for the person. Becoz conductor was sitting and speaking to some one. When he got up asking tickets passenger gave money. How can he use such vulger words to a passenger just becoz he understand anything. Dear bmtc, passengers have many commuters like taxi, metro. The city is growing. Please teach your drivers and conducors to behave politely with passengers. Conductor raised hands on the passenger. What do he think of himself. If its a loaded bus, in the pressure he might have said some casual words but in a bus with around 15 passengers conductor raises hands on passenger and continue to use abusive words. Its shameful to know bmtc is paying salary for such manner less ediot and loosing the dignity of department. It things continues to be same bmtc will never have a future.

    Hi am a college student doing my b.com in indian academy coll hennur cross... I travel in that route for past 4 years... I bored bus from kalyan nagar i stay in old baiyappanahalli.. I travel in mbs 8 bus and the bus is very rare in kalyan nagar... Today's incident made me to burst my anger there was a conductor in ka57f0690 the conductor's behavior ws so indecent... My pass is valid only in mbs8 the conductor was like ur pass is not vaild in this route u cant travel by this route u should take ticket... Were as i refused to take ticket n he dint live me n my friend hr made us to get down from the bus... These is happening for me is 6th time... Every time wen i take that thr conductor does the same thing... This doesn't happen only for me... With all the college students he does the same thing... He forces everyone to buy ticket... And once if he takes money he doesn't give ticket... This is the worst behavior of the govt employees wo is a conductor... I would plz to take sever action against him... These should not happen again for anyone...

      Hi sir/madam,
      I want to lodge a complaint against a bus conductor of bmtc bus route number ka 57 f 3190 between hope farm to majestic (Not sure of destination, i just noted down the bus number). This incident occured on 13th november 2019 6.34 pm. I and my 2 friends boarded this bus at itpl. I only took ticket for all three o[censored]s. So i asked for the 2 ticket to kundalahalli gate and 1 ticket for aecs layout cross from bus conductor. So the ticket costed rs 55 in total. I gave rs.200/- got the ticket but change was not given. When asked for the change, he gave 45 in return and started arguing that we had given only 100 rs.
      Most of the people in bus has seen me giving 200 rs, still he was not listening and was very rude.
      I lost my 100 rs, so i sincerely request you to take action against this conductor who was in charge that day.

        I'm travelling in BMTC Buss KA 57 F 3250.
        And it's just 11:30 and and people are charging extra fare just to reach their target.

        We are only 3 people.. the ticket should be 60 and they had added extra people and charged us 88.
        Please look in to it.. it's a loot

        Please take this issue seriously. It's not just my problem it's a public issue.

          Bmtc busses from thammenahalli gudadhahalli kudregere 250 b, jb are irregular around 10 to 11. Their end point is mostly from jalahalli metro station. Even if busses come they come back to back literally one behind another. They used to be a time interval between 15 min for each bus, but they come together go together. If they want to be together just change time interval to 30 min. People just waste money on auto rather wait for these irregular bus. These buses also wait for bagalakunte signal for around 10 min saying we need more people. If they want more to board bus ask them to be regular or just cancel those buses, people travel faster by auto.

          Conductors asking extra piece for tickets before 12am. This is very disappointed and conductors are very arrogant. They don't know how to speak with passengers.

            Sir,
            I want to lodge a complaint against a bus conductor of bmtc bus route number kbs3e running between electronic city wipro gate to majestic. This incident occured on 09th november 2019 around 8.45 to 9.00 a. M. I boarded this bus at velankani bus stip and asked for the ticket to bommanahalli from bus conductor. I gave rs.100/- got the ticket but change not given he said i will give & fiinally he mentioned on the ticket. I asked change twice before reaching the destination but he is not responded & finally i also forgot to take change & the same person i meet in the same bus on tuesday i, e 12.11.2019at same time kbs3e 2222 i asked him to give the change but he is mis behaving, harshly & rudely, & that person is not having sense how to behave with women

            So, i would like to lodge a complaint against the conductor for his misbehavior towards the public & also for getting back my money. I seriously believe in ksrtc officerwhich will be the sole responsible for taking against the bus conductor.

            My ticket details for which i was charged

            387452 tt 74 & 377929 gg 247

            I would request the concerned officer to give the maximum punishment to the conductor., so that it make sure the same wouldn't happen to any bangaloreans again.
            Also i would like to know the status of this issue via telephone call.

            Hi I have missed my lunch bag in bmtc (G3) near wipro gate on November 7' 2019 at 10 am.

            Item : Signoraware lunch bag with 3 boxes.
            Bus no. is not mentioned in ticket.
            Bus route is to wipro gate (G3) green colour.

            Bmtc non-AC buses didn't stop in the bellandur city light apartments stop today. Only AC buses stopped. I ended up spending Rs.20 instead of Rs.10. Not only me but many others like me were pushed without any option to step in to Volvo bus.

              Please increase the bus frequency from abbigere. Or atleast 507 c which is from chikkabanavara to kr puram that passes via abbigere.
              It is really horrible during the morning hours. It is the time where we students go to schools/colleges and people go to work. It's just because i didn't get bus morning i miss classes.
              So dayavittu bus frequency increase madi.

                I boarded the bus from royal layout at 12.15 pm for work at electronic city. Conductor was in front giving tickets to ladies. The bus was very over crowded where i got in. Me being a man, went right at the back because i would be getting off at electronic city about 13 kilometers away after about 12 stops.
                The next stop gottigere most people got down but people also got up. Though i got a seat it was the last seat and the conductor was right at the front giving tickets to the ladies. The next stop after gottigere, ticket inspectors got in and fined me rs 200 for ticket less travel. I felt harassed, insulted and humiliated.
                I had only travelled two stops and the conductor was still giving tickets to the people in the front. I was only waiting for him to come back. Also, they did not have any other mode of payment except cash. So i was be boarded and made to withdraw cash.
                I was travelling with a fractured right hand. Normally i drive but have been taking the bmtc bus since nov 1st because of my fracture.

                I don't want the money. I am an avp in a prestigious bank and self respect and pride means a lot to me. I want my self respect to be restored.

                Usually everyone go to work by 8 or 9 but the buses are not at all available, either 3 or 4 buses come at the same time or no bus for 1hour.So i would like the bmtc commissioner to sanction two buses from gottigere to kengeri via uttarahalli. It would helpful for the college going students and people heading for work.

                  I took 600f at 7:50 am on 11-11-19 at jp nagar 5h phase bus stop, the bus is too crouded so i was standing near the gate, the bus conducter is forcing me to get inside by touching me 4 timese unnecessarily so i insisted him to give my ticket money back so i can get down from the bus because he is misbehaving then he denied to give money and also the ticket after taking my money and forced me to get down near jayadeva hospital by taking 15 rs without giving ticket and when i am getting down he started assulting me and grabbed my hand bag, tried to snactch my phone and throw it away. I got angry and stood in fron of bus to stop the bus but the conductor is insisting the driver to run over me, i guess this is beyond what i thought how can a responsible man being a bus conductor will tell to kill unknown girl.                     Hello officer myself varun and i'm from jalahalli cross today i met with accident and i spent nearly 4000 in hospital and in garage and i have to travel to my home from yelahanka to jalahalli (401a) cross there is no metro from there so i decided to take our bmtc bus to travel but soon after i board the bus i came to know i don't have money excluding four 10 rs coin which was govt fieted original coin but lady (Don't know the name) conductor not ready to take single coin at all if it is cancelled by government please convey the notice to public first we don't know anything about 10rs is not valid in india specifically in bmtc. If it is there only in bmtc please put post in the visual of passengers while boarding and deboarding. Bus registration number is : ka 57 f 662

                      We travelled from bellandur petrol bunk stop to KR puram railway station in KA 57 F 2645 AC bus, 500D. We boarded the bus at 10.10 pm on 8th Nov 2019. Our total ticket cost is 105. We gave 500rs and the conductor didn't give back 400rs. Ticket number 10563. The conductor already had change in his hand but refused to give it while we bought the ticket.

Inspite of having a bus stop, the stop is not been given.                           The bus conductor behaviour was reduculus when i asked to stop the bus at my reapective stop, he asked driver to continue and not stop when questioned he asked to me speak in kannada when i was speaking in english and behaving with bad words.

                          If not taken action on such bloody fools... The respect to bmtc and bangalore will be loosing if some forigners and other state people will not be able to survive here in bangalore. Take appropriate action.

                            To pass signal, bus driver has gone on wrong side (Right side) and when opposite side vehicles came he started quarrel with car driver asking him to go back, when car driver refused he has taken back and started scolding all the other vehicle people to give way.in a hurry to cross signal again he gave dash to another bmtc bus who again is going in his lane with tail light indicators properly. When the another driver asked abt this, this driver stopped the vehicle right in the circle and reluctant to move a little ahead. Later they asked all the passengers to deboard the bus without any substitute bus.

                              Hi,

                              I was travelling from itpl to hope form on 8th nov at 6.50 pm in 335e volvo bus with number ka01f8835.

                              I was having 100 rupees note only with me and as ticket cost is 10 rupees bus conductor started shouting on me to give the ten change or get down in very loud voice. When i said i do not have change if i would have i would give him he took money from other passenger for me and asked me to give her the ten rupees. When i said when i dont have how can i give that lady and why is he forceably taking money from others he started shouting again that we know the ticket cost and still we get into the bus without having change and took money from that lady for me and finally unnecessarily she had to pay for me. Bus was completely full and he could have easily given me the change but he didn't.

                              Is it that we have to get into the volvo bus only if we have change. Can you please take action on this conductor in this mentioned bus number above?

                                There is no bus to sanjay nagar or new bel road from shivajinagar even after waiting for 1 hour. Bmtc should have proper schedule and frequent buses to this area. Everyday waiting time will be more than 30 min. Buses are always crowed. Please make some arrangements to make it convenient for public. Cant wait for more than 30 min each and every day.

                                  This is issue regarding public transport i. E, bus. Location: bangalore, 13 number bus from banashankari to shivajinagar is not frequent because of which bus will be crowded. This route is where people look for connectivity from many locations.. If it could at least be maid to have free more buses in peak hours it would be good.

                                  I my self experience 30min wait time in evening.

                                    forgot to collect change from conductor

                                    Hi,

                                    I forgot to collect change from conductor for ₹ 80. I boarded the bus from sarjapur outer ring road junction to sulikunte, sarjapur road.

                                    I didn't had change for ₹19 so i gave ₹100 and the conductor have mentioned the change of ₹80 in the backside of ticket.

                                    I went to sarjapur bus stop to find the conductor and collect the balance amount but the conductor denied saying that it's not...

                                    We boarded the goverment bus from bpl to itpl. And tok ticket of 5rs, the bus was fully rush. By the time conductor came to ask ticket we reached our stop rventhough i paid money he was colecting from others he didn bot provide ticket to us. The ticket conductors closed the bus doors and asked us to pay fine for rs 100 and they started the bus and they went nearly 3 to 4 kms from the stop where we need to get down. If they asking us to pay fine they has to colllect fine on that stop only. Cknductor didnt do the job and we paid the fine on top they took us somewhwere on the office hours. We are late for office paid money. And took auto from there. What is the mistake from my side i lost 250 rs for getting ticket. Is this the procedure says. One of the ticket checker name ganga talwar they treated hs like one criminals pushed inside bus they are not ready to listen also. This is very bad

                                      Sir.
                                      Plz add some new buses to shivaji nagar and bannerghatta route
                                      From bhannerghatta only 2-3 buses are available to shivaji nagar but the requirement is more
                                      And for other places like mejistic, and in shivaji nagar bus no 13 is more then required
                                      Plz add some new buses it would be a great help
                                      I have personally met many of them who said me that there are very less buses to shivaji nagar from bannerghatta and from shivaji nagar to bhannerghatta
                                      So this is a really a needful thing which should be provided
                                      So please..
