Today morning i have taken bus from krishnarajapuram to bellandur bridge (which is near salarpur satva). The ticket clearly has mentioned bellandur city light apartments. I regularly travel by this route and i am sure about the stop name. But then the conductor dropped at before stop and asked me to get down. When i said that while taking ticket i clearly mentioned you that the stop is bellandur bridge... he said give me 5rs I’ll drop, and he even said that’s not bellandur, it’s sarjapur junction. I said i know sarjapur junction and i dont want to get down at sarjapur junction, i want to get down in between stop... this is not the 1st time that conductors are behaving like this, many times same thing happened... i don’t really understand when drivers stop at that point to pick up public, why can’t they stop at that point to drop them as well... and clearly it’s a skywalk... many people would like to get down there as it is convenient to cross the road from there. Finally i had to get down at the before stop itself and walk from there. If anyone who’s looking at this complaint i would request you to inform this in the meeting and let conductors know that they have to stop at intended stops.

    We were waiting at the railway station in kengeri at 10.00pm and waited for 1 hour 30 minutes, no buses at that time for a passengers and they don’t gives stop even if buses comes. This is how the bmtc cares for passengers. The drivers of bmtc are ment to public service but they dont care about passengers especially at the might time and it was a raining at that time. How bangalore is safe for people???

      Today when I was travelling from madiwala to myore bank I have boarded KBS bus 365n bus number KA-9383 around night 7:15 pm from madiwala took ticket to mysore bank. The driver denied to provide stop at mysore bank where where the ticket was taken too..when i asked the conductor he suggested driver to provide the stop at nearest of mysore bank after crossing the designated bus stop.Even after that the driver didn't agree they made me to get down near santhosh theator which is about 800 meters from mysore bank bus stop.. in middle of moving traffic where no bus stops where there around.Very shame to BMTC to have such viloent behavioured driver.From past 6year I have travelled in BMTC buses but have never come across such a rude behaviour of drivers towards female like me.Please take a strict action on them.

        Today i was travelling by a bmtc bus from aecs layout, at 8:30 am, it was a bmtc ordinary bus. The bus was to kadugodi. From the time i entered the conductor was touching my shoulder. As i have reached big bazar i approached the driver to ask him to stop as there was huge traffic, i was watching the bikes passing and was trying to get down, the conductor tried to touch my waist, i could feel his hands moving on me and i said if you want to say something say, but i don't want to touch me.

        Kindly keep some good people in bmtc buses, girls, people who don't know kannada are also travelling. Kindly look into this.

        Description :a lean man was the conductor.

        I asked for ticket from bomssandra to btm, I gave him 50rs and he returned 20rs. When I checked the ticket it was of 22rs. I asked to return 8rs change many times but he did not returned it. He was very rude with other's as well, mostly with women. He purposely pushes them inappropriate way. Please take some actions.
        There are lots of people working in marathalli, who resides near shivajinagar.plzz plzz arrange some more direct buses from marathalli to shivajinagar in peak hours- Morning and evening..
        Most of the female waits for more than 2 hoursin bus stand to get bus

          I was travelling in bus 25a. I boarded the bus at 9am at udupi garden, took ticket till jayanagar 4th block bus station. Lady conductor wrote 5/- behind my ticket. On reaching jayanagar ttmc, i quickly reached out to lady conductor for my 5rs. Another guy was giving her 10rs. Note for 5rs. Ticket. Rather than checking in the bag, she said to us - "you both get change from bakery & divide among yourself."
          Bus driver already started moving the bus, so without saying anything, i turned to bus door to step out & within blink of eye, bus driver shut the bus door & my backpack got stuck between the gates & he had already gained speed, i was hanging out of the door helplessly. I shouted - "open the door". As soon as he stopped the bus & opened the door, lady conductor abused me in kannada, she shouted - "le naayi". I stepped down & before i could say anything, bus driver shut the door & started speeding the bus & went away.

          This incident have me a very bad experience with bmtc. I'm daily passenger & never such thing has happened with me before. Though i see & hear a lot of incident about bad treatment by bmtc staff.

          @bmtc, i want you to train your employees in treating the passengers well. Most of them just shout at the kids to move at back of bus, whereas they can say it politely. And also they fight for change even though they keep bag full of coins with them.

          You are supposed to give convenience to the passengers/customers, but looks like some of your employee causing inconvenience to us. Do something about it.

          As a regular passenger, i always try to give exact change. I check my pockets twice to gather change. Rarely when i really run out of coins, i give 10rs note & request for change but 95 times out of 100, i have given exact change to bmtc making it easier for them to issue tickets. So, is it not your duty to make commute easy for us?

          If i don't get a reply soon, i'm going to escalate this complain to higher authority.

          Even after showing the bus pass the conducter didnt accept the pass and made us leave the bus or pay the full money . He was arguing with us even after we showed the pass..

            "conductor refused to stop in kengeri old bus stand near gov school"
            Today evening that is 22nd october 2019, at night around 7:30 i was travelling in bus 401m with bus no: ka57 f-2896 as usual there is stop near kengeri government hospital instead it was raining, passengers requested to give stop in the bus stand, but conductor argued badly like there is no space and finally gave stop in kengeri main bus stop.
            But there was lot of space near old bus stand.
            Request you to take proper action and give passengers happy travelling rather than arguments.

            All the buses moving from various places towards KR market and majestic via lalbagh is not stopping in lalbagh hopcoms bus stop. This has troubled so much for common people like me. Please take strict action on the drivers or do the needful at the earliest.
            Rash driving followed by bad conduct of driver and conductor of bus KA-57-F-2930. Bus number: 320

            Driver almost hit me riding my cycle, didn’t honk and conductor started abusing when questioned.

              Hi,

              I was traveling from majestic to kundalahalli colony from ka-57 f-3189. The fare is rs 24. I gave the conductor 30 rupees. He gave me 5 ruppee from the pack of coins. He denied giving me 1 rupee.
              The driver started laughing seeing the incident and he didn't say a word.
              Day - tuesday
              Date - 22nd october
              Time-2:13 pm
              Please find who the conductor and driver was. Please train them, they can't keep people's money be it 1 rupee or 100 rupee.

              I have faced this incident a lot. But this time the it blowed my mind.

              Ticket price 79.
              Conductor had to return me 430. But gave only 30.

                I am travelling from swami vivekananda metro station to vydehi hospital by mf1 bus.

                Really since from 3 months i m checking really worst bus facility either they will come in a bulk or no bus will come after 10am, whenever they feel they start the bus. Before 10am we have 30 min gap between each bus it's really bad.

                The hoskote busses will be full empty every 5 min 1 bus we can get. But mf1bus is there for 30 min 1bus, so many people is there to travel from sv station to vydehi.

                Please i request you to provide at least 15 min gap between each bus at least from 9am to 11am.

                  I travel to mg road from shivajinagar past few years and the ticket cost is 5rs. I noticed few conductor issues ticket few doesn't. Recently i travelled in a bus 3 to 4 times bus number ka01 fa0129 this lady conductor is not issuing the tickets to passengers may be she thinks it's just 5rs or mg road is very close to shivajinagar so there will be no checking. After asking her the ticket she's not bothered to response when we doesn't have change 1rs or 2rs they fight with us but how conductor can do it please check and do the needful

                    We can see many buses that are waiting at silk board and at wipro gate.
                    The first bus in the queue is typically overcrowded and the driver-conductor usually take their sweet time in starting the bus.
                    If each bus that is at the top of the queue takes their own time in leaving the starting point, fuel gets wasted and the undue delay causes irritation and frustration among the passengers.

                    We need a rule, by which,
                    A. The driver should start the bus once all the seats are filled or
                    B. 5 minutes after the first passenger gets in and there is at least an additional bus in the queue waiting for passengers.
                    C. Or, a bus can wait for a minimum number of passengers for break-even of costs.

                    The other suggestion is that few 356cw buses can start from doddathoguru cross so they can pick up many on the neeladri road instead of keeping the buses in idling.

                    Could you please provide some possible solutions to the above mentioned request? I see many waiting near Wipro Gate for bus no.378 which is overcrowded during peak hours. Extending route 356CW to Doddathogur cross will help hundreds of commuters.

                    If not all 356CW, at least 50% of these buses can go till Doddathoguru cross.

                      Bus stopping for 10 minutes each at beml layout, kundalahalli, spice garden. I regret travelling in your so called volvo buses. Don't have punctuality, only waits for passengers and passengers. It's office hours already there is jam and then such nuisance by your drivers. 5 buses of the same route passed this one but still it didn't speed up. What kind of serivice is this?

                        There are not many direct buses from wipro gate, electronic city to tin factory, k. R. Puram.
                        One has travel by ordinary bus till silk board and switch to other buses towards tin factory.
                        Few requests:
                        1. Please increase the frequencies of a/c buses from wipro gate, electronic city to tin factory, k. R. Puram.

                        2. Or, add few a/c buses from wipro gate, electronic city to silk board

                        3. Or, at least provide vajra gold day pass in ordinary buses

                          Irrespective of the route or travel destination, all the volvo bus conductors don't return the balance if it's 1 or 2 rupees. Recently i traveled from majestic to kadugodi in a volvo bus. I gave rs 100/- for purchasing the ticket, and the conductor returned me rs 10/-, but the ticket is printed with rs 89/-. Despite asking he never bothered returning the balance. There's a big cheating by all conductors of all the bmtc buses. Each one of them is a acting like a beggar. Think about atleast 1000 passengers a day and atleast 20 days full strength of passengers a month, each conductor had cheated rs 20000/- public money.

                            I had boarded bus from nilgiri thop bus stand to jalahalli cross on 19-10-19 around 4:45 pm. Bus 502f, conductor had to give me rs. 3 change, where in he wrote it on ticket, ref no. 611749-ll89. Before reaching my destination i had asked him for change but he did not give, he wanted the bus to stop @ jalahalli cross. Then when asked him, he had to give change of rs. 6/- to 1 person & rs. 3/ to another person & rs. 3/- to me. He gave rs. 12/- to 1 person & asked us to divide. What do we do. 1 person took rs. 2/- & left we both were left with rs. 10/- when asked conductor how he could do so he says no change available, this is jalahalli cross you have lot of shops & can get change. Normally these buses stop about 400 mtrs far from cross & the other lady had to catch a ksrtc. Who will take responsibility to go & collect change or rather wait missing other buses?? Such an irresponsible conductor

                              Driver of the bmtc 212 route bus with registration number ka-57-f-3540 in which i was traveling from tataguni to banashankari was driving recklessly, endangering the life of pedestrians and other vehicles on the road. The bus was overspeeding and trying to overtake every vehicle on the road by honking continuously. Also, the bus conductor was trying to scam passengers by not giving required change for the bus ticket. Overall, it was a horrible experience. I request the authorities to look into this matter to prevent it happening once again and ruining the reputation of our bmtc.

                                I am one of the daily passenger of bmtc. After the office around 7:30 pm i got a bmtc bus with above registered number at forum checkpost to bommanahalli. I gave 15 rupees to the conductor and he didn't issued ticket. I asked him thrice and he is asking me to wait. If some checking people comes means passengers will be blamed for these mistakes.
                                Please give counselling to the employees about these things. Due to these type things not only people but also bmtc will also be lose something like money, faith etc.

                                  Hi team,

                                  I was travelling from madiwala to vishwapriya layout.. I reached vishwapriya layout begur road at 9:25pm on oct 18th 2019.. Driver was supposed to give me 5 rs change, i asked him to give the change when my stop came and while giving he whistled and bus moved.. I told to stop the bus and he asked me to get down in next stop.. Being a lady how can i get down in unknown stop at 9:30pm.. When i asked him to stop the bus, he started quarreling and dint stop.. Bus moved further and dropped me somewhere in between... This is not at all acceptable.. Now a days all the citizens are bothered to catch the bmtc bus because of the drivers and conductors rude behaviour.. Please do train them properly.. And i want this issue to be resolved and that conductor should be punished on this matter.. What if his mother or wife or daughter was there in my position.. I need a immediate reply on this.. I need a details of the bus and the conductor that i was travelling at that time as per the schedule and will take further actions on this once i get the details.

                                    Driver didn't stop at the bus stop and when i got into the bus by catching a running n bus n asked him he started argument with me and scolded me me very badly he didn't even care i was a girl and started misbehaving n using vulgar words he told that i don't have any rights to ask him why he didn't stop the bus there is lack of buses to kbs if he didn't stop then i need to wait for a long time for another bus he doesn't seemed to be concerned about public he was behaving as if i got into his personal vehicle how can common people go in public transport like bmtc, ksrtc or railways everywhere there are many people like him plz do something to avoid this bus number was ka 01 f 3637 bus was from banshankri to kbs (12).

                                      Today i. E on 18/10/2019 morning at 9 am in banashankari traffic signal (Towards kr market, opposite anjaneya temple) your route no.211e which is bmtc depot 20 operated bus hit to my car from backside... When i asked driver by name vajrappa... Replied rudely and shouted like "what can i do... Traffic is more and i didn't see your car. Go and lodge a complaint with police..."
                                      The bus was full... So i felt like if i go to police and lodge a compliant all the passengers will be troubled, both the vehicles should be in front of the police..
                                      So i brought my grievance to you... Please make an inquiry and reimburse
                                      My damage expenses.
                                      And i also request you to give that driver proper driving training with behavior.
                                      And also i am awaiting for your reply.

                                        Hi,

                                        My name is jackson, everyday i take a bus from majestic to basaveshwar nagar (Bus no.96), i know the conductor as well, but yesterday (17 october, 2019) it was some other conductor who had been in the bus, who insisted me to get down 1 stop before my stop pavithra paradise & took right shortcut towards basaveshwar depot, when i told him to drop me at the stop, he told me get down here itself, i had to walk in pitch dark to my house which is almost 1km, i called bmtc helpline no[protected] & complained, he heard & directly hung up my call without taking complaint. I did not make a note of the bus number as it was pitch dark.

                                        But what if it was a lady passenger
                                        What if something would happen to me in the night as this area is well known for anti-social elements.
                                        Just to save 2 mins of their time he took that turn & that to no traffic in night.
                                        Lastly is bmtc a public sector or private sector... Every month i take a volvo pass with gst... This is how you treat your passengers... I want a complaint to be registered against these drivers.
