Today 17-10-19, @ 7:35am, morning, lady commuters and school / college going children waiting near depot44 gate as usual for daily travel, driver and conductor playing merigo round with buses not stopping to get into bus. Purposely they dont stop even though letter from lbsnrwa assn is given to ho, appraised depot manager many times. This is usual. Kindly put a full stop for this behaviour of staff and instruction to stop in notice form deduct wages if any complaint occurs. Vp v. Nandakumar [protected].

I am suffer this problem last 3 year.i want plz take action and solve this problem

Stopping the bus for more than 5 minutes in each bus stop.
I am raju I am studying in Mahesh PU College on 3rd October 2019 at 3:15 I was traveling from Modi hospital to Vijayanagar while coming I traveled in Bmtc KA57 F 3094 Depo No 26 conductor used such a bad word to me there itself I may slapped me but I haven't done it I thought our government is with me. Please take a severe action on him.

    Suprem court orderd don't play music through mobile loud speakers and don't creat noice in public transport. But college students are playing songs 3 times i complained to conductors, and 2 times i tried to inform about new supreme court orders to that college guys. No one will hear my words. Please strictly take action about this things.

    U said u HV 8 shedules n about 116 trips per day .. BT y we aren't getting proper bus .. we r waiting fr hrs together in d bc7 route.. we r seriously tired of improper service
    There is not enough 378 busses in the night.as in the morning there are busses in every 5 mins.AND in the night they would not complete the trip.they only go halfway.moreover there is no connecting busses too..

      All buses are making calls to eachother and maintaining there timings by slowing down to make a way for other buses which were delayed due to there personal reason.

      It takes hardly 1hr in morning to travel to electronic city but they are taking 1:45 min... Very rearly i am reaching for 1hr from past 5 months hardly reached twice or thrice for one hr... Always they are making delay.

      If i took bus around 5:20 am or 5:45 am both will reach electronic city for same timings.

      Can't explain toomuch sir... Need some improvement.

      Can't go office late always.

        Hi,
        Kindly provide the exact return routes taken by kia-4 and kia-6.
        Sometimes the buses pass in front of canara bank on millers road straight towards coles road, opp the mosque and sometimes the buses take the nandidurga extension road taking a right turn to coles road.
        Kindly provide the exact route as the bus does not stop for customers to board even at designated stops.

        On 17.10.2019, I boarded the bus KIA-4 at 9:00 AM from HAL to the airport and my stop was Nandidurga road, the conductor and driver both were rude and made me get off the bus right in the middle of traffic in front of the Mosque.
        When I said I ll get down on the other side, both of them started speaking very rudely.
        They never return the change properly specially 1 and 2 rupees.
        Have been calling the toll free number but it’s never answered.
        Someone please resolve this

          To whom ever it may concern
          I boarded bmtc bus today from itpl bigbazar bus number ka01faz09 at 7.35 pm while i offered conductor 100 rs note he was extremely rude and was fouling me in native language and ordered me to get down when i disagree he pushed me and ordered the same. As i was single lady and it was not even a busstop i was feeling helpless and panicked by his behavior and then he stoped the bus for 5 minutes stating he will start the bus once i get down then some how i had to beg money from my co passanger and buy the ticket.

          It was a horrible experience in karnataka for the first time other than this i use to respect the natives for their honesty, integrity, and politeness

            My daughter is studying in vbr college and the college timing is 8am to 8pm and the conductor abused in very bad manner he pushed her out of bus in next stop after having all the required documents the bus number is ka 57 f3432 i request you this need to be taken as the immediate action because there would be less busses and students leaving at this time would face lot of difficulties he has used worst language which can be told its my humble request that u take it as important complaint thanks in advance.

              There are very few busses from high grounds, racecourse road to majestic or market. There is a gap of 15-20 minutes between the buses, sometimes more. Some busses they don’t stop and sometimes after some people get in they start moving, they don’t give time to get in and make place for others. There is a metro station, vidhanasoudha metro station, but no bus connectivity, we have to walk for 20 minutes amidst the traffic or take an auto both the ways (From metro station to telephone exchange and vice-versa). Please do the needful, it is very difficult to travel.

                So i've been waiting at the shantinagar bus stop (Outside ttmc) from forty-five minutes, waiting for one or the other connection to ashrama. There has not been a single bus towards ashrama though google maps shows that 4 have already passed by. More buses are required at peak times! There are 10 other passengers here just waiting for the public transportation but i guess it doesn't matter to them!

                  I boarded a bus to itpl big bazaar at 9:25 am at horamavu, the ticket costs rs.58, i paid rs.100 for the same at the time of boarding.
                  The same bus changes the route number at big bazaar to silk board (Route 500 na), i continued in the same bus to reach my final destination (Satya sai), the cost of the ticket from big-bazaar to satya sai is rs. 10.

                  1. The conductor did not issue a ticket from big-bazaar to satya sai
                  2. When we arrived at the destination - satya sai, the conductor refused to pay back the difference (Rs.32 : (100 - 58 + 10) and started abusing me for not tendering the correct change.
                  It has become an un-written rule these days that the conductors never bother to return the rs. 2, i asked him to just return rs. 30 but there was no stop to his rantings and he continued shouting at me.

                  I have been travelling in bmtc for over 6 years now in different routes but i have never faced such rude behavior by a conductor before. Please ensure that you take strict corrective measures against the conductor for not issuing the ticket and behaving rudely.

                    401m which moves from yeshwanthpur to kengari.
                    I used to travel from nelamangala to mallathalli (Dr. Ait college).
                    While applying for student bus pass i gave goraguntepalya as place of change over, but the bus conductor of above mentioned vehicle refused me from traveling in the bus from gotaguntepalya, in spite of me showing the bmtc application form about place of change over..
                    Above all the was very rude and taking very badly..
                    One of the worst conductors, i have ever come across. Just unfit to serve as public servant..
                    Is that the way to speak with passengers, i don't understand why this conductors hate students, are they allowing us to travel for free??

                    I hope u guys will take necessary actions...
                    I don't want bmtc to lose its reputation due to such conductors
                    And teach conductors to behave properly...

                    Hoping authority will at least reply for my compliant...

                      Sir / madam, bmtc bus route 501c, reg ka 57-f-3424 going towards hebbal flyover from kuvempu circle at 10:20 pm today, tuesday, oct 15, 2019 came so fast and crossed the signal even though it was red for him.
                      At this time, i came perpendicularly from sadashivnagar police station to kuvempu circle and was turning right towards hebbal flyover because i had the green signal to turn.
                      Bot this bus came so fast though he had red signal that i had to slam my car brakes, otherwise i think the accident would have been fatal for me and my wife. Dear sir/ madam, please take action against the driver for such rash driving. Thank you.

                        The conductor of bus number ka 57 f-1599 who was in the bus 248 was not accepting the bus pass that was given by the bmtc people for proof purpose i had even showed the filled form of my bus pass application but still he was not in a position to listen to my words and was rudely behaving in the public and this is not the single person did like this i don't know why some of the conductors hate the students who has a student pass and this was the 4th time that i had faced this problem with different conductors i request you people to please take the required action towards such issues faced by the students i hope you resolve this soon and gain the trust of the passengers by your action.

                          Route: electronics city to uttarahalli/kengeri
                          Bus number: 378

                          Complaint: buses from electronics city after 9:00 pm are not reliable. Most of the times buses will not available after 9:00 pm.

                          I have waited for bus for more than one hour and then booked cab.

                          Request to increase the frequency of buses till 10:00 pm as there are many people commuting in this route after 9:00 pm.

                            At 7 pm, I got a bus (KA - 01- F - 8943) at HSR BDA Complex. It takes 17 rs from BDA to Bellandur central. I gave the conductor Rs.50 and he didn't give me the remaining amount back. I asked him to give me Rs. 30 back but he refused to do that and said I gave Rs. 20 only. There was one girl also who told him that I gave Rs. 50 but he still didn't give me. And behaved with me so poorly. Do you really think that a person who's working in a reputed MNC would lie about Rs.30. Please, ask your conductors to write the remaining amount at the back or give the change at the time. This isn't how you take passengers.

                              Sir,

                              I am a regular traveller between kalasipalaya and bommanahalli.

                              Pls note that whenever i tried to board a bus at city market which is coming fro hosur raod side and move towards the same route, bmtc crew will not allow to board the bus. As the kalasipalay bust station is nearly 1 km away from city market stop and it is very difficult to walk such a long distance for the elderly persons and ladies with children

                              In view of the, i would request you to instruct your bmtc crew to allow the passengers at the city market for those who is having a valid bus. It will be of immense helpful to the senior citizens.

                                1. Please put atleast 6 coach train during peak time over. And evening time

                                2. Only 3coach train will traveling up and down.

                                3. Few days back there was 6 coach metro train.

                                4. At least from nagasandra to yellachani and yellachani to nagasandra y can't be put 6 coach metro train.

                                5. Morning time full rush in metro train.
                                6.in 3 coach metro there are many people are traveling in the morning.
                                Instead 3 coach metro train. Why can't you people put 6 coach metro train in the morning and after work in the evening.
                                7. During monday morning there will be lots of rush in 3 coach metro train.
                                8. There will be no place to stand because of rush. There some people will be push to inside. Sometime i will feel discomfort will travelling.

                                9. And evening time there be more rush.

                                10. Before you people use to put 6 coach metro train that time it was very comfortable.
                                11. You cant people cont same thing now also. If you put 6 coach metro train everyday people will be more happy. And they will travel in 6 coach train.

                                You one thing i love to travel in 6 coach metro train. I am comfortable in very last coach. Because there be no rush in last coach of 6 coach.

                                This is my humble request to you people. Please don't ignore this.

                                  I lost my student pass, when i checked the procedure for getting my duplicate student pass dey are asking me to pay the whole year's pass charges again. This is not the worth as i have already paid once. You can charge the penalty but asking to pay whole amount is not worth. Its a cruelty on students pocket who are poor and middle class. I want this to be taken to the higher authorities and the problem should be resolved.

                                  I have paid ticket fare from Tin factory to Bhattarahalli but, conducter has not issued the ticket intentionally not only for me but also for 15 travellers in the bus. Bus number KA 57 F-1437 morning 4:30 to 5:00am. So i request with BMTC to you have to take the action on the cheaters like these to save and make BMTC in profit

                                    On 13/10/2019 from majestic railway station to itpl bus number ka 57 f-1174
                                    T. No - 275 and ticket issued timings 17:54:22

                                    Reason giving complaint
                                    1. Waited bus more than half hour
                                    2. Less number of passengers were there
                                    3. If traffic more means passengers can't reach their destination in time.

                                    Please tell the conductor as well as driver not to wait more than 10 minutes

                                    Please educate all the drivers and conductors

                                      I was about to board a metro towards yelachenahalli from megestic. And the door where closed unexpectedly. This is a irresponsible action by the pilot of the train. I have vitnesed the same situation, where doors are close while still the passengers are boarding.

                                      Such irresponsible actions could lead to some unfortunate incidents. Some one cloths could get in the way of doors and worst could happen when the pilot never noticed it. Hope such could be resolved by having little patience and allowing some buffer time before closing.

                                      I have boarded the bus from kr Puram railway station to Sathya Sai hospital. But they told me to get down at brook field and take another bus with the ticket ..the bus number name is MF -1A and bus number is KA-57-F-3010 ..I want to take serious action against this else I will file a complaint..

                                        Hi, i m have to travel st. Johns.. I got into a bus ka57f0683.. But when it came to hosa road.. Some problem occurred in the bus so condundur asked everyone to get down from the bus.. We hav catched other bus from hosa road.. But they charged again.. Bus no is ka01fa2050... Please take action according.. I don’t know what kind of people are they.. Taking extra money from people.. Is this a real government??
