I was about to board a metro towards yelachenahalli from megestic. And the door where closed unexpectedly. This is a irresponsible action by the pilot of the train. I have vitnesed the same situation, where doors are close while still the passengers are boarding.

Such irresponsible actions could lead to some unfortunate incidents. Some one cloths could get in the way of doors and worst could happen when the pilot never noticed it. Hope such could be resolved by having little patience and allowing some buffer time before closing.

Conducter issued daily pass by using last four digit of mobile number, but other conducter not accepted same result additional tickets taken for further journey,
Total 7 daily pass, 490 rupees got wasted
I have boarded the bus from kr Puram railway station to Sathya Sai hospital. But they told me to get down at brook field and take another bus with the ticket ..the bus number name is MF -1A and bus number is KA-57-F-3010 ..I want to take serious action against this else I will file a complaint..

    Hi, i m have to travel st. Johns.. I got into a bus ka57f0683.. But when it came to hosa road.. Some problem occurred in the bus so condundur asked everyone to get down from the bus.. We hav catched other bus from hosa road.. But they charged again.. Bus no is ka01fa2050... Please take action according.. I don’t know what kind of people are they.. Taking extra money from people.. Is this a real government??

      Hi,

      Today i boarded bus from amc engineering college, bannerghatta road, bangalore to majestic bus stand around 3:20pm. The ticket cost was rs.23 where i had given rs.30 due to i never had exact change with me.

      He kept on delaying to return my change of rs.7deapitw of he had enough coins in his bag.in midway of travel, he gave me rs.5 that too because i noticed him getting change of coins from other passenger. And, he said, he would return me rs.2 at majestic.

      Once the bus reached majestic, i walked towards him to get the remaining amount of rs.2 for which he gave me re.1 and he said, he doesn't have coins despite of he had required coins that i noticed in his bag.

      When i asked for a change, he was behaving so rude with his harsh words and left the place without returning my change of re.1.

      Added to that, i had noticed him being fraudulent with few passengers too without giving the exact change.

      And so, i request for the necessary action to be taken against him.

      There is very less number of bus to kumaraswamy layout but lot of passangers travel in that route and need to wait for longer time to take bus and bus is always very rush please provide more bus to this route

        I am raising this complaint against a bus conductor who misbehaved and used filthy launguage and insulted in front of passangers and refused to give my change back as i was travelling from spicegardn to marathalli market on 11th oct 2019 at 9.02 pm

        I paid 20 rupes to conductor and asked for ticket he gave me ticket of 5 rupes and wrote 15 rupes back of ticket. While getting down whn i asked my change back he is blaming me only that i have given him only 10 rupes. Vry unprofessional conductor who takes advantages of womenn no respect for women. So i requeat you to take nessary action on him or else i will fail a complaint at consumer court and women cell

          I had taken the 500ca bmtc (Ka01f4403) from east end bus stop to rmz ecospace bellandur on 11th october, 2019 morning and paid 200 rupees, but i forgot to collect my change of 142 rupees.

          Please help me.
          What should i do to get the refund?

            I would like to complain about the unexpected misbehaviour of the bus conductor. Bus numb is : ka-57-f-2383
            Today i. E. 11th october 2019, i board this bus from marathahalli bridge around 3.40 pm to go to innovative multiplex. Firstly i take out my bus pass n made to see him but he refused to see only and told me first to sit in da back side seat. I told him i have to step down at da next stop only which takes tym only 2 minutes to reach there then why will i sit.. By the time i go to back side n seat, that time only bus will reach the stoppage.. Then he started shouted at me very badly, abusing me and told me to get out of the bus and told the driver to stop the bus and driver also stopped thr bus in the middle of the road and continue tellng me to get out. I told its not ur personal bus ok why will i step down. The driver told me only not to shout after all this happened.
            I would request to take strict action against him please. I have to go by bus daily on thr samr route. If you will not take any action then may be it will happen again with anyone.

              I am student of st vincent pallotti school bangalore studying in class11 and i stay in lingarajapuram. I travel by bus from hennur bande bus stop to lingarajapuram. This is because my school lies in the middle of both hennur bande bus stop and babusahibpalya bus stop. I usually take my bus back home from hennur bande bus stop as this is more convenient and nearer to my school also there is no direct bus from babusahibpalya to lingarajapuram. I have a bmtc student pass which i used to use. Everything seemed to be fine until today on my way back home when the conductor asked for my id card but when he saw that my school had babusahibpalya in its address he started yelling at me for getting in at hennur bande bus stop. He spoke in a very rude tone and forced me to get down from the bus. This is causing a lot of inconvience. I request you to look into the matter and do the needful

                Your driver of ka 57 f 2060 does not accepted one day pass and asked me to get out of the bus. I[censored] don't accept one day pass why you provide one day pass. This type of behavior is not acceptable. The driver also not given valid reason by he had not accepted the pass. He also show disrespect. This type of behavior is really shameful. At least they must have basic manner's.

                  G-9 bus coming from esteem mall at 8:15am or 8:30am, bus lady conductor with dark complection and well built personality and wearing specks.

                  I have seen her hitting kids and even few weak people every day. Looks like she has some mental problem. She keep scolding everyone and ask people to get down from bus if they don't have change. And leen on people and stand. Also purposely she keep falling on everyone and pushing while she walk around to get tickets. I have seen her hitting school children everyday even if they dont touch her, she scolds and hits them continuously for some 5-6 times. They get scared and never say anything.

                  Same thing she tried on me by trying to hit me, i screwed her infront of everyone. But kids literally get scared in situations like this.
                  Kindly ensure this women gets good action against before anything major a child face because of this lady conductor.
                  Thank you for your time. Hope this will be taken into action soon.

                    G-9 and G-9A bus bot coming to MG road after 6:30pm. This is a serious problem every day. As this is the last stop for these buses, after 6:30pm they turn back from Shivajinagar bus stop instead of coming to MG road. Most of the days after work many people waiting from 6:30 till 8:30, we get no bus nor auto at that time. Kindly ensure each bus complete their route till the scheduled timings by making some entry books along with timing. Almost all cases, two buses compete and go at same time instead of maintaining their scheduled timing. This creates more problems for every passenger living in bangalore. Thank you for your time and hope to see some changes in bus timings and bus routes.

                      The lady conductor on the bus (Ka01-f-8984) is transferring the same ticket to the passengers. Mainly the ₹10 ticket. Also on the way she didn’t provide the ticket to many who gets down on the next stop.

                      She has been transferring the ticket since i boarded the bus. I boarded the bus in dasarahalli (Toll-gate) at 11:56am 10-oct-2019

                      Please take necessary action to stop this fraud.

                        I am a frequent user of the bmtc bus services between the marathahalli to bellandur route. Although every time i try tendering the exact change to the conductor, it is not always possible. The conductors instead of carrying sufficient change on them, start to hassle with you and ask you to get down from the bus in a very rude manner. I am completely digital with all my transactions be it paytm or upi and bus is the only reason why i have to carry cash. Now from where am i supposed to get change? Instead of trying to understand the situation the conductors turn a blind eye towards you.

                          I was travelling from bellandur to kadubeesanahalli. I paid 5rs to the conductor. He started going ahead without giving the ticket.

                          I asked for the ticket to which the conductor replies "it is okay, koi tension nahi hai" (Meaning police checking won't happen)

                          To this, i replied "aisa hai to 5rs bhi wapas de do, koi tension nahi hai". With this, he gave me the ticket with a frustrated look.

                          I frequently board this same bus as per my timings and he never issues a ticket to other fell passengers as well. I, being an aware citizen took the ticket.
                          Other fellow passengers get convinced by the conductor and do not take the ticket.
                          Yes, bmtc has written to 'take the ticket' and it should be the passenger's responsibility. But at the same time, i wanted to complaint about this 'theft' which the conductor has been trying.

                          Looking forward for action against him. Home my grevience will be recorded.

Is there any law to fix this I cant share this in social media but now I dont want to as of now as I want to see what bmtc does. The photo shows who are those people..I see so many similar complaints against conductors why the bmtc officials taking this lightly do u people also support them on this. This is the safety provided to women

                              The subject line is self explanatory. Every bmtc passenger faces this issue. This complaint is not against one bus conductor, but against the entire system. We have to lose 4-5 rupees per day which is not even accounted for in the ticket. This is a way of looting the passengers as all this money goes additionally to the conductor/driver without any proof. I would like to request bmtc to reconsider the bus fares and at least keep it as multiples of 5 which would be easier to handle. It is difficult for passengers to have coins/change all the time.

                              I cannot agree more to this complaint. I've been facing this almost every time I take a bus who's fare is not a multiple of 5.

                              In fact, the bus charge is say 59/-, the conductor directly say 60/- completely ignoring the fact that they need to return 1 rupee.

                              Something seriously needs to be done regarding this. Either the BMTC should supply several coins to the conductors each morning or modify the prices to a rounded-off figure so that the money reaches BMTC and not in the pockets of these greedy conductors.

                                Whenever it rains the rain water is entering the bmtc bus and we are not able to sit in the bus the leakage is so high that almost the person sitting in the window seat (Window closed) gets wet as though he/she has been standing out in the rain, the ticket prices are so high but why are we not getting quality bus. Paying all the taxes and paying high amount for tickets and bus passes still we get these kind o[censored]seless bus. Kindly make arrangements for good buses and get the leakage rectified.

                                  Hello madam/sir
                                  I board a bus from mahadevapura towards itpl everyday.
                                  The frequency of buses around the time 9.15-10.30 am is very low.
                                  The few buses which do come are super crowded.
                                  I am not sure if many buses come at once, and so later on buses are not available or the number of buses in that route itself is less.
                                  Many people travel in this route at this time and it's inconvenient for all of them.
                                  It would be great if you could help us out.

                                      I regularly travel from ecospace bellandur to brookfield in between 5 to 6am morning. But the frequency of buses is zero in 45 min but in the same time the buses towards hebbal is 20 buses. Bus conductor will drive the buses on their own time and schedule. Waiting from last 1 hour not even single bus towards itpl but 20 buses passed towards hebbal.

                                        Dear bmtc,

                                        I am a regular traveler of bmtc shuttles between marathahalli bridge and itpl. My one way bus fare in volve is 48rs and received 2rs back from conductor on rare situations. I cant provide the bus no and ticket no to give complaint against bus conductor who didn't return 2rs. If i started providing the list of ticket no, the whole complaint will be filled with ticket no's only.

                                        My question to authority is why the bus fare is incomplete. Everyone knows that getting 2rs or 1re change is difficult. Its uncomfortable situation for conductor as well as customer. If anyone dare to ask conductor to return 1re or 2rs, they receive the change with full of disrespect.

                                        Its better to keep the fare as full amount, which will be good for customer as well as conductor. Hence requesting bmtc authority to consider this request and change the bus fare to full amount.

                                        Most of bmtc staff, pushes somany customers to make their business even though bus is full. Hence requesting bmtc authority to train bmtc employees in such a way that they will not disrespect customers.

                                        Requesting authority to remove 3 seat buses which are very uncomfortable for not only ladies, including gents as well.
