Hello sir,

i missing the ticket that time i forgot also, bus route no 255 K.R. Market to Makli ( last stop is pillahalli) date 18.9.19 eveing 7.15 p.m. i finesh my duty always i am waiting for bus Kaveri Bhaven i given the 100 rupees the conductor given the change Rs.70 ticket is Rs.22 and Rs.8 is not given i ask but he say you getdown that time i give i asked change in jalahalli cross but the conductor rudely say i can't give change way sir, how many times i say no change but in her pocket so many changes 2 rupees 1 rupees & 5 Rupees coins but he can't give and he say come and take change in depot last i get down in chikkabidarekallu but the conductor not given the change so please take the action to conductor next time i can't go bus i can go for metro please give him to punishment how to talk to married women other wise i go hyer officer not only 8 rupees i can spend 8000 but teach lesson next i am going to metro so many peoples taking in buss problems but no use

    Today i boarded ka-01-fa-1364 at 9am from kundanahalli gate. I did not have change and handed him rs.100, i saw that the conductor had change like literally a bundle of notes he had.
    He refused to give me the change at that time saying he had to pay it to others. But then i noticed that he did not give change to literally any person in the bus and people were asking for it at all the stops because of which the bus had to wait for long at the stops.
    When finally my stop came at vaidehi, i asked for my change again to which he rudely said he didn't have change again. He asked the driver to start driving and let me get down at the next stop to which driver asked him to give the change to me.
    This ridiculous attitude of the conductor caused inconvenience to many in the bus.

      bus not stopping at the designated stop

      I travel regularly in the ac bus v 500g/3 from goreguntepalya bus stop to veeranapalya bus stop. The bus does not stop at my destination stop but the conductor asks me to get down before the flyover starts. He wants to avoid the signal and take the flyover.

      Am a law college student from ramaiah. Today morning (19th sept 2019), i climbed bus route no. 330 from hal police station stop around 7:45. The conductor asked me to show my pass, and when i did he said it was invalid. I have renewed my pass just 3 days back and the majestic office printed ren 2019-20 and all the conductor's from then have excepted that. But this conductor was too adamant that mine was not valid and that i made a fake one. He also insulted me by shouting at me in front of the other passengers that i had to get down. The next bus i took didn't have a problem with my pass. I request bmtc to enquire and take action on the conductor as the conductor him self doesn't know if a pass in valid or not.

      Some BMTC driver to flay the BMTC buses in BGS flyover, mysore road and avenue road. two wheelers and other passenger face lot of problems in this BMTC buses drivers so pls stop theto flay the BMTC buses in BGS flyover, mysore road and avenue road.

        Yesterday i travelled by volvo bus no 365, the driver was seeing a vedio on phone and drove the bus...in signals n traffic also his phone was on all the time.. Either he would not move the bus or he wud apply sudden breaks due to this.
        The bus no. Was ka57 f229.
        The driver had a big mole on his left cheek.
        It becomes very dangerous for passengers if the driver does such things.
        There should be some minimum rules for them, they can't do as they like.

          Dear sir,
          I travel everyday from suryacity anekal road to electronic city. But i don't get buses after 8.30am we need to wait 15 to 20 minutes, some buses don't give stops in suryacity arch busstop. Express and flyover buses also don't give stop. It is very difficult to get buses in the morning. We can't go for office ontime. Please allow some buses in morning time.

            This is about bmtc bus ka 57 f 0296 wipro gate electronic city to st. John's hospital around 6:30 pm. The bus conductor on duty didn't return back the change he owed not only to me but to several people who de-boarded the bus. This is a recurring event with the conductor who was in charge. I've seen him do the same drama, he will say he will spare change while de-boarding the bus and when it's time to de-board he portrays as if he doesn't have change. I myself have seen him keep change in his pocket. And this ways he cheats everytime that i've seen. And all this money goes unaccounted for straight in his pocket. Kindly take a stern action regarding this matter.

            Buses which comes around 6 o clock will not stop in ITI gate bus stop. This is happening daily. I am also a Govt employee facing much difficulty. Please look into this issue.

              Dear Sir/Madam,

              I would like to file a complaint against a bus conductor who refused to give me my remaining balance amount of Rs.5/- only because one of the Rs.10/- note out 2 happened to be torn that was given to me by a bus conductor today morning.

              I work hard for every single penny and if I travel in government bus doesn't it mean that whatever the bus conductor says I just need to bow my head even if he steals my money. What kind of government rule is it for BMTC BUSES.

              If a passenger does not have petty cash change like 2 or 5 Rs, he needs to sacrifice his hard earned money? Is BMTC expecting passengers to beg to arrange for 2 or 5 Rs change? Does BMTC think passengers are very jobless so they need somehow arrange for change. Or Does BMTC thinks passengers are all fools so bus conductors can cheat them anyhow.

              I want a justification and my Rs. 5/- back that is my hard earned money, it not for charity.

              I believe the bus number is KA 01 F 4758, when asked the bus conductor's name he abused and denied to give his name.

              I boarded the bus at around 5:35 pm, I believe it was MF6 or 201 not sure the exactly. But that bus was going to Indiranagar. I'm sorry I could not take proper pic of this bus because the conductor asked the bus driver to quickly drive.

              So do you expect passengers to run around for 2/-, 5/- change when he just withdrew cash from ATM especially during the rush hour while going to work? I told the bus conductor that I have only 100/- note and all he says is you need to arrange for change for 5/- otherwise he can't do anything. What sort of service you guys are providing? This is seriously ###...

              According to your so called "government rule", you don't care whether passenger needs to run around for the change in peak hours and if he is not able to give that exact change then he needs to forget about the remaining money?

              No wonder the government is so worse. You guys are the most respected thieves... stealing innocent citizens money. You people should be awarded for giving such Noble service you do to the citizens.

                As i'm studying in presidency university every day i travel through bmtc. But here no sufficient busses are available for us to travel. If any bus comes it will be full and we can't get in to it. There are only few direct busses from k. R market to dibbur.

                  Respected sir, its a sincere request of all nitte meenakshi institute of technology engineering students to kindly provide a bmtc bus facilities from baglur cross to nmit as many students are not affordable to pay college bus transportation fees.
                  Ther are 1000 of students and nearly 500 workers who work in this college and government is unable to take any action on this and from which college peoples are making money.

                    Bus number: 0399966 mm78... That lady conductor charged extra fare.. Firstly she did bad behaviour with me. She was jealous dnt knw why.. After that she charged extra money. Then before my bus stop she ordered that she had given me udupi garden ticket not btm water tank. I cleared her 1000 times that i want the ticket of water tank but she dint listen. And she order you should leave this bus before your stoppage.. Without any reasn she did all these things i always travel in 45 ruees but sje charged 56 rupees from bellandur to udupi garden. Udupi garden was not my bus stop but she did very bad behaviour thats why i left that bus before my stoppage. Please do something.. I face this problem two times.

                      Hi team,

                      The bus no 278 or 278e which starts from nagashettyhalli to shivaji nagar has very less frequency. It comes once in 35 minutes. I generally arrive to the bus stop at 7:30 am or 7:55 am. I noticed that bus arrives at 7:30 am and 8:05 am. But there are days (Most days), when the bus does not come at 7:30 am and we are left waiting till 8:05 am. Today, 8:05 am bus also did not come. I board from sanjay nagar.

                      Sometimes, there is so much rush due to the number of people who are boarding the bus and less frequency also does not help.

                      Could you please consider increasing the frequency of 278 or 278e in the mornings towards shivaji nagar. Atleast they should arrive on time.

                        Bus no.215ca travelling way jayanagar 5th block to 4th block time exactly 10 am 17th september.
                        Details : at 5th block took bus and i gave 10 rs to take ticket for 4th block. Cundoctor told no change and gave me 10rs back. I said no change i have. After some time he asked me again for change and told to getdown from bus i[censored] dont have change. Actually he collected change from many passanger at that time only for 5rs change i gave only 10 rs not 500 r something he scolded me infront of many people and insulted me that getdown from bus like. After reaching 4th block again he make me to wait untill all the passenger getdown from bus. And also not given me change i got late to office bcz of him and got shamed infront of many people

                        Today same thing happen .but different bus i have number too 215CA Bus no-KA 57 F2994 they r talking to passangers with me. like thier koolis he said i[censored] go to. Shop they wouldnt give change means u will go without talking .but coming to bus simply with 10 rs note . like so much things he said . y we hve to get scoldings from these conductors, ? If they have change balso talking too much .. I have gave 10 rs and for 5 rs chnge they r talking much ..many times if v give exact 5rs they will not give ticket also. For 15 rs charges they will give 5 rs but for single stop they r talking much kindly i request u to give solution to this problem and teach them how to behave with passengers very bd experience with bmtc

                          Date & time - 17th september, 19 at 10:00 am (500 ca) - crossing grafite india signal.

                          I'm anjali - a regular volvo bus traveller. I travel every morning from cmrit to vydehi bus stop but this happened with me for the 1st time that drive has misbehaved and used a rough slang at me to take the tickets. Since it was so crowded in the bus and i was standing near the bus driver, waiting for the lady conductor to come towards me so that i buy tickets. The driver trashed me for standing ideal and not approaching for the tickets. I don't understand why can't they tell this softly? Why these people wants to dominate over the commuters? Why they use abusive language?
                          While qualifying them to be a driver, why they are not taught to keep a positive attitude towards us? We are also a responsible citizens and we follow the government rules but if this is the case then this matter will reach to the pm of india. Every day i see either the bus driver or the conductor thrashes some or the other people. We the travellers wants a strict action to be taken towards these situations or else this will reach to the higher authorities of india.

                            Everybody understands traffic from banashankari to itpl is beyond anybody's control durle to metro construction. Volvo bus conductors and drivers are taking advantage by stopping the bus in a single stop for more than 10 mins making travellers journey miserable. If we question them about this they are showing arrogance.
                            I asked the conductor employee id and he refused to give it. Bus details - ka01fa1384

                              Hi in bmtc main thing is conductor will not give us the tickets properly, this happened with me i gave 105 rs he should give the change back 80rs, i asked him 1 stop before i get down his bloody answer was like this, you will get down in next stop right then sit after that in that rush that conductor went inside we can't even move right or left in that bus, who the hell will go and ask for change, and these drivers won't even stop the bus for 1 min also in that rush and their scolding will be like this, people will get seat so they will sit nicely they should stop the bus atleast for 2 mins right how can say like this. And one more thing because of your timings only those drivers and conductors will do like this. People are struggling more kindly action on this.

                              Conductor took money but not giving ticket.

                              Hi Sir/Madam,
                              I travelled from Kalyan Nagar to Veeranapalaya in 500A around 5.30 pm, depot 10 mentioned in that ticket. I left my lunch box bag along with key. Please help to get it back

                                Bus number 356, i took bus from st john's to lalbagh main gate on 16/09/2019 at 1.35 pm. Bus conductor refused to give my change back (6 rupee) and misbehaved with me. If this portal works then please take strict action against conductor as he was behaving as a goon. I just hope you take strict action against him and please improve the quality of public transportation. Because of such people serving for public transportation we millenials prefer ola and uber rides. Please improve quality of service for us. Even if we speak politely with them they just misbehave.

                                  Hi,

                                  I am complaining against the bus driver cum conductor in the bus (Ka 53, f-038) itpl bus 500 ca, which i boarded today at 2:30 pm which comes from banashankari.

                                  1) the driver was very rude to passengers
                                  2) he was not giving change properly.
                                  3) the ticket which he will issue to passengers will take back from them while getting down and issue same ticket to other passengers who will board the bus.
                                  4) bus driver is cheating passengers as well as government.
                                  Please take action against this driver, hope this will not continue.

                                    Vijayanagar to jayanagar route there will be no proper busses during afternoon time. Sometimes for 1 hour there will be no busses. Please make sure busses arrival and departure time maintenance correctly.in this route people travel a lot in 60 series bus only till jayanagar they do up and down so put some more busses in peak time. Evening time from 4 to 8 make sure every 15 mins there should be a bus.

                                      I was traveling alone from mejestic to subbiah circle on 16/09/19 at 3.41am bus number ka57f1164
                                      I gave 20rs to the conductor (I know the ticket is 15rs) and asked for the ticket he told me "i will give wait"and collected other peoples tickets after some time i again asked for the ticket, this time he was
                                      Refuse to give the ticket and said"your stop is so near no need of a ticket" i told him i what my ticket (He got upset) and asked me to give 23 rupees ticket (He gave me a ticket from mejestic to wilson garden police station the ticket mentioned adult 1×15 and child 1×8 a total of 23) i asked him why you gave ticket for a child where is the child he said the ticket comes like that only. Then bus reached the my stop. (Ticket see the photo)
