The bus no 278 or 278e which starts from nagashettyhalli to shivaji nagar has very less frequency. It comes once in 35 minutes. I generally arrive to the bus stop at 7:30 am or 7:55 am. I noticed that bus arrives at 7:30 am and 8:05 am. But there are days (Most days), when the bus does not come at 7:30 am and we are left waiting till 8:05 am. Today, 8:05 am bus also did not come. busses stopping at each stop for almost 5-10 mins

Everybody understands traffic from banashankari to itpl is beyond anybody's control durle to metro construction. Volvo bus conductors and drivers are taking advantage by stopping the bus in a single stop for more than 10 mins making travellers journey miserable. If we question them about this they are showing arrogance.

Hi in bmtc main thing is conductor will not give us the tickets properly, this happened with me i gave 105 rs he should give the change back 80rs, i asked him 1 stop before i get down his bloody answer was like this, you will get down in next stop right then sit after that in that rush that conductor went inside we can't even move right or left in that bus, who the hell will go and ask for change, and these drivers won't even stop the bus...

rude and ill mannered conductor

Bus number 356, i took bus from st john's to lalbagh main gate on 16/09/2019 at 1.35 pm. Bus conductor refused to give my change back (6 rupee) and misbehaved with me. If this portal works then please take strict action against conductor as he was behaving as a goon. no busses since one and half hour

Vijayanagar to jayanagar route there will be no proper busses during afternoon time. Sometimes for 1 hour there will be no busses. Please make sure busses arrival and departure time maintenance correctly.in this route people travel a lot in 60 series bus only till jayanagar they do up and down so put some more busses in peak time. Evening time from 4 to 8 make sure every 15 mins there should be a bus....

bmtc early morning in buses

conductors charging extra due to unavailability of electronic ticket machine

I'm writing to you with regard to the ticketing issue that i've faced 5 times in past one month, and twice today (13 sept 2019) while traveling in bmtc ac buses from and to hebbal and hsr bda complex.

Due to the unavailability of the electronic ticketing machine bus conductors are issuing tickets of higher price than normal citing that they don't have tickets for the said price.

The bus didn't stop at check post bus stand and in spite of repeatedly telling the bus driver to stop, he continued driving and stopped at christ college. They were more than 5 people who had to get off at check post.
We had to walk back to check post and were late to college by 20 mins and were penalized...

misbehaviour of conductor

Hello bmtc,
This is regard to misbehaviour of a conductor of bus number: ka 57 f-2864, yelahanka bus.
I got in cbi and the conductor asked me pass and i showed and the same way he could have asked for id card but instead he started shouting to show id card. And while showing id card, he was rising his voice for unnecessary reasons.
He has been arrogant most of the times.
Hope the value of bmtc doesn't come down...

conductors not giving me ticket

The conductor is not giving back the change and the ticket. I pay him 10 for a 5 rupees ticket he doesn't give me the change not gives me the ticket. Bus no. KA 01 FA 0606.And he scolds me in Kannada if I ask him for change.This happened to me on my way from Aladamara stopping to Channasandra bridge at around 6:45 to 6:55 AM.
