On 03/10/2019, at 6.00 am, I was traveling from majestic to electronic city in the bus number KBS3A . I got daily bus pass(Thursday) from the Bus conductor. But he gave me the previous day (Wednesday) as he was in the sleepy mood. I got fined from bus inspectors for having wrong day pass . So please take the action regarding the issue. The full day was ruined by this incident. Please refund the necessary amount(70rs+500rs) as early as possible.

    This incident happened on 3.10.2019.
    I boarded 401K/36 bus of depot 12, from Gokula bus stop to get down at Divaranapalya. The bus number as I could gauge from the ticket is KA07FA1321 or KA07FA1327.
    I gave the conductor ₹10 for the same and he was delaying in issuing me a ticket. It was just before the stop I had to get down that the conductor issued me a ticket of ₹5 only and that also after being insisted that I demand a ticket. I tried asking him again for complete ₹10 ticket but he murmured something and didn’t give me the complete ticket. This has happened with me a few times now and therefore I request you to take a prompt action against it

      Hello Sir/Mam,

      I and my friend boarded this bus at Silkboard for Forum mall, I asked the conductor that we don't know the route and if you are going through forum mall to which he said - "yes come we are going through forum mall". He asked us to pay 20 Rs [Didn't give us any tickets] and dropped us to a complete opposite location 2.6 Km from the destination at Sony Center. He told us to get down at Sony Center and go on walking. We argued with him that it's still 2.6 Km from the destination & he started shouting. We told him that we will complain about you to which he replied - ya go and complain to whoever you want to complain.
      Please look into it.

        Respect sir/madam
        I came across 2 buses which will put out more smoke than the required. I was sitting beside the window and couldn't sit there as the smoke was coming inside the bus. You may imagine the amount of smoke put out by the bus.
        There was drive by bmtc that the polluting vehicles number if given would be checked and solved. So i am posting here.

          Ka01f548 bus didn't stop even after asking to stop. I wa waiting g for a bus at 4. 20 am. This bus came but even after seeing he didn't stop ..thus has been a regular action taken by this bus number I had to wait for 15 mins for another bus at this time on the morning thirumenhalli route

            Bus number: ka 57 f 1082
            Driver is stopping the bus at kudlu gate signal, hosur road, even when the signal is green. Building up the traffic unnecessarily. When questioned, driver tried to run the bus on my bike. Driver also scolded me in bad words in the public.

            Who gave the authority to stop the bus at signal when it is green. Even traffic police is not questioning the bmtc drivers. This looks to be a big mafia which is making traffic build up in hosur road.

              Hi sir/madam, notice hijaras are asking for money within the bus inside, and no protocol maintained to object it. Secondly the transparent window glass pans, direct sunlight is creating too hot and uneasiness. Kindly take appropriate steps to ensure and prevent such occurrences. The security within the government transport buses has to be strictly followed and to be implemented by the staff.

                I still haven't got any resolution for my complaint docket number: bmtcc10235777. I had filed a complaint against a bus conductor from bus licence plate number: ka 01 f 4758, ticket number: 0290984 / gf5, bus number: 201d. I boarded the bus from madivala, purchased ticket till military bridge (Ejipura signal). I had 50 rs and a 20 rs notes, so i gave 20 rs note for the ticket value of 15 rs and i even told the conductor that i only have 2 rs change. He just abruptly demanded for full change and just gave me the ticket and moved forward even though i showed my wallet. I kept quiet thinking he will give me later as the bus started getting almost filled and eventually got crowded half the way to my destination. When i reached my destination and asked for my change again. He had the audacity to tell "i can't give you any change it is you who has to give me the change even after telling him that i only had 2 rs change that he refused to take at the beginning. And continued in a very rude tone"... I can't give you change, you can do anything you like. You want to give complaint go ahead but don't mess with me now... Just step down the bus"

                Even after filing the complaint in this platform, i still don't see a proper resolution or action taken, all that i'm informed is action will be taken. I need a proper resolution and compensation because it is not my fault. If this doesn't happen then i will be forced to take it to the court.

                Okay but how is that compensating my public humiliation and hard earned money. You guys must be thinking, after all it is just 5/-. I use that 5/- as my breakfast from Indira Canteen. Does it not make any value?

                This shows how BMTC just don't care if it is citizen's loss; only when it is your loss you will do everything possible and even scrutinize money from innocent citizens in the Fake name of Law.

                BMTC IS A SELFISH, INHUMANE, SENSELESS & PATHETIC GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATION.
                The busses of bmtc is doesn't maintain the very well the suspension will be in very worst case in many bus and greasing sense like vomitation they are not using bus for public the conductor thinks that it is his own bus

                There is no proper bus facilities here in Doddaballapur, Bangalore rural. If we get into bus by 7:25 or 7:30, bus moves after 40 minutes. Till then no buses are provided. This is affecting to everyone. Please do take required action in this area.
                Bus number KA 53 F-143 as but the break suddenly as a result one small guy n grandma has got hurt, need to take serious action on this driver.
                Don't send drivers without giving training, peoples will be sufferers
                KA-57 F3616 evening 8.30 pm Konapana agrahara to silk board ticket cost 19 rs. But the conductor told the ticket cost as 20rs. And not returned the 1 rs. This happens more often and with every passenger. Either Bmtc has to change ticket cost in multiples of 5. Else any action should be taken to the conductor.
                This is an issue that every BMTC passenger faces. One possible solution to this problem can be to keep the bus fares in multiples of 5 (in case of Volvo buses) as it would be easier to deal with.
                It is not a matter of 1 or 2 rupees, when counting up the 4 rupees that a passenger loses every day (two way travel), it adds up to a significant amount by the end of the month. And this money is not accounted for in the ticket as well. It goes additionally to the conductor without any proof.

                  Dear bmtc,

                  From vidyaranyapura to majestic bus, no: ka01-f-4636 (Time: 7:30am on 29/09/19)

                  This driver drives the bus very rashly & wheeling happens especially on the humps.
                  If in case of any unnecessary maintenance of this bus, please deduct that amount from this driver salary. Then only this driver will learn a lesson.
                  If there was any pregnant women in this bus, no need to go for hospital. Delivery might happen in the bus itself.

                  I'm a college student. Every morning, we barely have buses from Kengeri to Banashankari, but when we do, it's always crowded. Also, the bus is never available when students most want them. Please increase the frequency of buses from Kengeri to Banashankari via Nayandahalli.

                    Boarded bus in kr puram at 5.00 am but conductor charged 1.5 fare when i enquired with conductor he told that night fare. Yes i do know that 11.30 to 4.30 night fare but he told that bus started before 4.30 am wherein bus started from kr puram at 4.50 am itself then he bus is night service if that is the case they need to mention that by putting board and in ticket it should say night services. If any poor person board the bus keeping the exact normal fare what will happen, so request the authorities to put intimations or any form of indication by that public will come to know about the night services

                      I am writing this regards to file complaint on one of the minor accident which had happened today at big bazar signal whitefield. Bmtc driver had tried to jump the signal inappropriately and turn the whole bus when it was red signal.

                      I was coming from kardugudi side and after the green signal only i cross the signal and bus hit me very badly, it might cause to death penalty to me if i couldn't balance my 2 wheeler at right time, however unfortunately bus thrased my hand very badly and blood came out and you know this is very painful.

                      I asked driver to come along with me to police station or bus stop, but he refused to come along with me, after all the incident he never said sorry to me and was trying to threaten me, misbehaved.
                      He said in his statement like the same "go and complaint anywhere nothing will happen, this is not my fault i am driving heavy vehicle and i drive like that, you should drive slowly to be in safer side".

                      Request you to please enquire and file a complaint against bus driver, take strict action, so that they should not go beyond their limit, i believe bmtc has not given any right to drive very unsafe, which may cause big accident. As you know if you will not take any appropriate action they again dare to challenge bmtc rules and regulation which is absolutely wrong.

                        I m traveling in bus number ka 01fa 2134 g4.
                        I have taken the bus from hulimavu gate and the bus conductor is taking very harshly he even pushed me hard and called 2 of the passengers to beat me. Just because the back side of the bus is over crowded so i told him that i would prefer to be near to the gate.
                        Bangalore busses are not at all safe.

                          Bus no : 13 ka-01 f-139 time 11:20 am

                          Passengers are not always expected to keep change with them. I was travelling from wilson garden police station to richmond circle. I took bus 13 at wilson garden ans gave rs.10 for ticket. Conductor denied ticket saying he dont have change to give and forced me to get down. His way of speaking was very rude. At shanti nagar he was continuosly forcing me to get down or else provide change amount for ticket. Conductors treat passengers like they are illiterates. I request you to take immediate action on this issue.

                            Hi, i am a regular passenger in bmtc bus. I travel everyday in the bus. I couldn't notice the name of the ticket inspector, she came to me today and said loud speakers are not allowed in the public. As being me educated i know well which is disturbing to others and what's the limit that i shouldn't cross and i even asked my fellow passengers that if it is disturbing she mentioned no. But then ticket inspector lady says me that we have made a new rules of bmtc 3 days ago, and such that i didnt read news papers.. Rules haven't been thoroughly gone through the people if created so but if there are no such rules created and just coz they are working for govt she cant over talk. If she has rude behaviour she dont deserve to be an employee for the govt. I request to take action after going through whatever happened.

                              Conductor while giving the ticket asked to get down immediately as he doesn't have change to give. He was forcing me to get down and he didn't provide me ticket until i gave him required change amount. His way of speaking was not good. His behaviour is very rude. As soon as bus came to shanthi nagar he forced me to get down and not to sit in the bus.

                              Conductor misbehaving with commuters just because we have pass and not availing ticket from him. He is also forcing us to get down in between.

                                I travelled from hebbagodi to kempegowda but station.. Conductor not issued change immidetly after giving me ticket... I want to catch a train and i went in hurry. I want my 80 rs back... Plzz show me way.. I am travelling daily from 2 months, this is what happening daily... Bmtc conductors doesn't give remaining money properly... Even 1 ruppess also has its own value.. Our money is important to us.. Almost around 100 ruppess money i lost in this way. Conductors are not giving money, if we ask them means they will shout at us...

                                  Sir,
                                  1. Please refer trail mail which was issued by you for renewal.
                                  2. I took an appointment at yelahanka[protected] h today.
                                  3. Mr r prasad sitting at this counter insists on print out of bmtc approval and does not accept it on mobile phone. Why can't you accept it on e copy on mobile?
                                  4. He says, above pass is for initial issue, so student's presence is mandatory. I had applied for renewal of pass. This confusion is created by you. Even if there is difference in amount to pay as of initial issue and which is more than renewal fees, why is it that you have a policy of student's presence mandatory. There is no ambiguity that only a student with a bmtc pass would travel and not any person who collects it.
                                  5. I think you people need to change your thinking in this regard and make it more user friendly.
                                  6. I am ex defence, group captain. Even talking to my colleague, classmate shri s kalsad, chief secretary cm karnataka, did not help since, your bmtc person mr r prasad was merely following rules as per policy set by you.
                                  7. Request call back [protected] or give me feedback. Change above pass from initial to renewal so that i don't face similar problems again.

                                  This is to inform that it is mandatory for students to be present at the time of issuing pass for verification of documents and if the smart card is damaged photo will be taken on the spot for issuing new card.

                                    I stay at avalahalli, girinagar. There are no proper bus service in our area, at morning time there is rarely one bus in half a hour and in afternoon no bus service is avaliable.
                                    There were buses 37a, 37b, 37e, 36a, b, d, 36g which used to come to our village previously, but now none are seen

                                    I been a college student travel from avahalalli to lalbagh road, so its very difficult to take a bus journey.

                                    This is to inform that, 1 schedule with 13 trips in route number 37B, 1 schedule with 16 trips in route number 37E, 1 schedule with 16 trips in route number 36A, 1 schedule with 12 trips in route number 36B and 2 schedule with 31trips in route number 36D and 1 schedule with 16 trips in route number 36G are being operated in the said route. Please avail these services and co-operate.

                                        There is metro pick up stop near ramesh nagar main bus stand. Till today there is hardly any connectivity provided by bmtc from ramesh nagar to the nearest metro station. Since i am an individual who stays in ramesh nagar. Pretty sure if bmtc provided small buses from ramesh nagar to metro station for every half an hour would really help normal office goers. While keeping a mini bus for every half an hour from ramesh nagra to metro stations it would increase people using bmtc services, decrease traffic to a considerable percentage especially during the peak hours (Morning and evening). This would indirectly reduce the pollution as well.

                                        If this is implemented people staying in the nearby areas such as basvanagar, vignana nagar and kagadasapura would be benefited.

                                        Therefore my humble request to bmtc and bmrcl to kindly make sure this is implemented. By doing so both the entities would be benefited.
