bmtc driver break signal & hit my 2 wheeler

I am writing this regards to file complaint on one of the minor accident which had happened today at big bazar signal whitefield. Bmtc driver had tried to jump the signal inappropriately and turn the whole bus when it was red signal.

I was coming from kardugudi side and after the green signal only i cross the signal and bus hit me very badly, it might cause to death penalty to me if i couldn't balance my 2 wheeler at right...

drunk conductor

I m traveling in bus number ka 01fa 2134 g4.
I have taken the bus from hulimavu gate and the bus conductor is taking very harshly he even pushed me hard and called 2 of the passengers to beat me. Just because the back side of the bus is over crowded so i told him that i would prefer to be near to the gate.
Bangalore busses are not at all safe.

rude behaviour of conductor while giving ticket

Bus no : 13 ka-01 f-139 time 11:20 am

Passengers are not always expected to keep change with them. I was travelling from wilson garden police station to richmond circle. I took bus 13 at wilson garden ans gave rs.10 for ticket. Conductor denied ticket saying he dont have change to give and forced me to get down. His way of speaking was very rude. At shanti nagar he was continuosly forcing me to get down or else provide change...

complaining on rude behaviour of conductor while giving ticket

Conductor while giving the ticket asked to get down immediately as he doesn't have change to give. He was forcing me to get down and he didn't provide me ticket until i gave him required change amount. His way of speaking was not good. His behaviour is very rude. As soon as bus came to shanthi nagar he forced me to get down and not to sit in the bus....

I travelled from hebbagodi to kempegowda but station.. Conductor not issued change immidetly after giving me ticket... I want to catch a train and i went in hurry. I want my 80 rs back... Plzz show me way.. I am travelling daily from 2 months, this is what happening daily... Bmtc conductors doesn't give remaining money properly... Even 1 ruppess also has its own value.. Our money is important to us.. Almost around 100 ruppess money i lost...

bus service not available in our area, and delay in arriving.

I stay at avalahalli, girinagar. There are no proper bus service in our area, at morning time there is rarely one bus in half a hour and in afternoon no bus service is avaliable.
There were buses 37a, 37b, 37e, 36a, b, d, 36g which used to come to our village previously, but now none are seen

I been a college student travel from avahalalli to lalbagh road, so its very difficult to take a bus journey.

no connectivity to metro

There is metro pick up stop near ramesh nagar main bus stand. Till today there is hardly any connectivity provided by bmtc from ramesh nagar to the nearest metro station. Since i am an individual who stays in ramesh nagar. Pretty sure if bmtc provided small buses from ramesh nagar to metro station for every half an hour would really help normal office goers. While keeping a mini bus for every half an hour from ramesh nagra to metro stations...

They always raise their voice for asking the same... I have been humiliated manier times for the same reason and today 8.15am thursday 26 sept same incident happened... Today in bmtc bus the conductor had used harsh words for student resident of varthur because of standing near the door and there was no place inside. Then too he took the money and not gave ticket. For asking about the ticket he made him to get down of the bus without returning his money. Not only that conductor many of the others also are like this....

I'm complaining about bmtc buses

1) due to the fear of bus checkers, the bus drivers of bmtc buses are driving slowly and are stopping the bus in between until they give tickets from all passengers. Due to which public is getting late to their respective offices, schools, colleges and this is one of the reason for bangalore heavy traffic. Kindly take an action on this.

2) there are more ac bmtc buses than non-ac bmtc buses in bangalore, and the cost of ticket...

I'm complaining about bmtc conductor

One conductor is not giving any ticket from bagaluru cross to dwarkanagar.. And if he is not returning full money back also.. For example it cost rs 5 from bagaluru cross to dwarkanagar but he cut 6rs without a reason.. Most of the time not giving tickets to us.. If we are asking tickets he just ignore... So many time just say go out fast dwarkanagar etc. When we are going from dwarkanagar to bagaluru cross that time...

The driver did not stop the bus at Puttenhalli bust stop and when I asked him to stop the bus in bust stop the conductor said that I’m talking in my phone and so that he can’t stop in puttenhali bus stop and and the driver slowed down and stopped the bus near railway hospital . But while I’m getting down...

In the morning there are two bus services. Our problem is with the first bus which starts at 7.00 am., (Approximately) at r. R. Nagar and reaches r. V. College at 7.50 a. M, and it reaches infosys by around 8.50 a. M,, to 9.00 a. M.,

The problem with the first service is that it reaches infosys...

We are facing a hell a lot problems with 201 bus frequency for the past 15 days 9 am bus coming at 9.30 and we are struggling with this if we miss a bus at 8.40 then 9 am bus is there if we miss that 9.30 only we are struggling with frequency of 201 buses from halasuru. Today and last 15 days we are going late or going by auto for office. Please help in increasing the frequency of buses from 8 am to 10 am today...
