Ka 53, f-074, 507a, k r puram to chikkabanavara route.. Morning 8.00am. Conductor always asks passengers to get down after we board giving lamest reasons possible... They always raise their voice for asking the same... I have been humiliated manier times for the same reason and today 8.15am thursday 26 sept same incident happened... They doesn’t come to the busstop and we have to run behind busses... I take this bus since it goes via tin factory and it is comparatively earlier than other buses.. Conductor and driver does the same and ask us to get down abruptly... They use displeasing tone if we ask why they do so.. I request you to kindly look into this issue many o[censored]s prefer this route because it saves time and faster...

The number of buses plying on sarjapur road - kalasipalya route are over crowded all the time and buses are over loaded. Request you to add more buses in sarjapur road - kalasipalya route.       Today in bmtc bus the conductor had used harsh words for student resident of varthur because of standing near the door and there was no place inside. Then too he took the money and not gave ticket. For asking about the ticket he made him to get down of the bus without returning his money. Not only that conductor many of the others also are like this.

        1) due to the fear of bus checkers, the bus drivers of bmtc buses are driving slowly and are stopping the bus in between until they give tickets from all passengers. Due to which public is getting late to their respective offices, schools, colleges and this is one of the reason for bangalore heavy traffic. Kindly take an action on this.

        2) there are more ac bmtc buses than non-ac bmtc buses in bangalore, and the cost of ticket in ac buses are very high due to which very less people are boarding ac bmtc buses. So kindly increase the number of non-ac bmtc buses in bangalore.

        This is to inform that all conductors should follow "issue and start" rule, hence conductors have to issue tickets to all passengers before the bus reaches next bus stop.
        Further BMTC operates 5451 non-ac buses while only 752 ac buses are operating

          Respected sir
          One conductor is not giving any ticket from bagaluru cross to dwarkanagar.. And if he is not returning full money back also.. For example it cost rs 5 from bagaluru cross to dwarkanagar but he cut 6rs without a reason.. Most of the time not giving tickets to us.. If we are asking tickets he just ignore... So many time just say go out fast dwarkanagar etc. When we are going from dwarkanagar to bagaluru cross that time also he kept rs 5 in his pocket without a ticket.. I have a photo of his with me.. He has done this thing so many time with me and other passengers near me. Bus no 287 reaching time to bagaluru cross from yelahanka is 4:00pm.

            My daughter studying in 2nd year b. Sc. Has lost her bmtc student bus pass and hence we need a duplicate pass issued. Can somebody advise me about how i will need to proceed to get a duplicate pass issued. I am ready to pay the fine amount for the same. Here is my email address...               I was travelling in the bus ( KA 01 FA 2097 ). I boarded at Presidency University at 2:55 pm and have to get down at puttenhali.. The driver did not stop the bus at Puttenhalli bust stop and when I asked him to stop the bus in bust stop the conductor said that I’m talking in my phone and so that he can’t stop in puttenhali bus stop and and the driver slowed down and stopped the bus near railway hospital . But while I’m getting down he started the bus and because of which I had fallen down from the running bus and I have got minor head injury.. By law I have actually entered into a contract where it is the duty of the conductor to ask the driver to stop the bus at my bus stop.. failing so will result in breach of the contract and also in this case the harassment is also being witnessed.. Thereby I request you to take necessary action against the driver and the conductor. Failing so will lead in suing against BMTC..

                We wish to register a complain about nice 5 services from r. R nagar to wipro gate and from wipro gate to rr nagar.

                In the morning there are two bus services. Our problem is with the first bus which starts at 7.00 am., (Approximately) at r. R. Nagar and reaches r. V. College at 7.50 a. M, and it reaches infosys by around 8.50 a. M,, to 9.00 a. M.,

                The problem with the first service is that it reaches infosys very late. Moreover the condition of the bus is very poor as it breaks down at nice toll in kengeri itself. There are around 50 commuters who regularly travel and they are totally relying on this nice 5 service.

                We will be really grateful if a new bus is allotted to nice 5 service. Moreover if one ac bus could be allotted we will wholeheartedly welcome. Let this ac bus be a trial for a week and if the collections are poor you can take back your decision. All we want is to help us with a good service in the morning as we have to punch our bio metric in our organization in time.

                In the evening there are three services from wipro gate to r. R. Nagar. We face problems with the second bus as most of the time it gets break down. Once again the condition of the bus is very poor. You may even hike the price but please provide us with good quality bus for both morning and evening and give us good drivers who can help to drive faster to connect destinations.

                Hope and trust you will definetly do the needful as early as possible.

                There is no proper bus availability in d route byadrahalli to 8 the mile .. we should wait fr hrs together to get buses in d evng especially after 6:00

                Bus number bc7-b .. provide more buses in d route byadrahalli to 8 th mile
                Very less bus between 8am to 9 am from marathahalli hebbal route.
                500D Non A/C busses are very less...
                Hope BMTC will take necessary action for this issue
                I am in a bus (43A) which was supposed to leave Vivekananda Nagar bus stop at 13.25 but the bus hasn't moved as the conductor is missing. It's been 13.45 now and no trace of him. Please take necessary actions on the conductors indiscipline.

                  We are facing a hell a lot problems with 201 bus frequency for the past 15 days 9 am bus coming at 9.30 and we are struggling with this if we miss a bus at 8.40 then 9 am bus is there if we miss that 9.30 only we are struggling with frequency of 201 buses from halasuru. Today and last 15 days we are going late or going by auto for office. Please help in increasing the frequency of buses from 8 am to 10 am today bus no 1014 came at 9.25 with 25 mins delay.

                  Any update on my complaint still no resolution. Please do the needful soon. We are struggling to reach office in time because of shortage of buses and incorrect timings. And its a peak time too.

                    I was boarded vayu vajra from majestic yo jakkur aero drum stop, while taking ticket i told aero drum stop and they didn't told there is no stop.
                    When nearing to my stop i came near front door, driver asked where you want get down. I told aero drum, driver told there is no stop. I told while taking ticket you were not told sir like that i told. Driver told its not my problem when i asked conducted he was helpless.
                    Asper driver for the stop we need to beg and talking arrogantly.
                    There is no coordination between driver and conductor.
                    Please speak to hom, i have video also for any further enquiry.

                    The bus no 291k which is traveling from Yelahanka to tarunse which comes at hunsmaranhalli 9.30 which will not stop at the hunsmaranhalli bus stop since the we are having bus pass. Kindly do the needful
                    AC is more and stops in non bus stops to pick people between kundallali gate to graphite india. KA 01 F-9114. Sudden stops lead conflict with one of the water tanker. Informed to conductor to reduce AC but no actions. These two miss behavior lead to delay and uncomfortable. Please take actions. Bus ROUTE-BANASHANKARI TO WHITEFIELD, 500 CA
                    I'm daily traveling from Hosur to HSR layout. But on flyover traffic is stopped more than a hour. As because of BMTC Busses stopped in middle road in ROOPENA AGRAHARA stopping because of that lot of people suffering and reaching late to office and getting loss of pay. Need immediate action on this and do the needful

                      The driver of the bus ka 01 f 9034 response to the passengers is very rude. When the passengers who are new to the place ask about the address, he replies very rudely. This creates wrong opinion on bangalore people and it makes outside people think wrong about kannadigas. Request to advice drivers and conductors to respond people very politely when they ask about any place

                      Most theft of mobile phones in nagawara to marathahalli route. bus 500(KA-3572) ( middle part i didnt saw properly).Conductor is suspicious.He didnt stop the bus even i protested.
                      Bmtc buses are very less for manyata tech park from kengeyri shirkey, from past one week I'm waiting for one hour to get manyata, today bus was fully rush because of no bus from 11am to 12pm
                      Early morning buses charge 1 and half for tickets. Ex a ple. Bus I'd Ka57F3670. This us I took from nagavara till herbal on 16 sep. At 4.36. The co doctor is charging 1 and half to every passenger.

                        I am here by trying to bring to your notice that g3 buses are not maintaining their time.
                        Every morning i catch g3 bus to go from electronic city to adugodi. I reach bus stop at 6:25 and wait till 6:55/7 am. The bus is never on time. And this makes me late to reach the office. According to the bus conductors whom i enquired, they said there is a bus every 5 mins. So there should be at least 2 buses between 6:30 and 7 am. But unfortunately there aren't. And the bus that is supposed to reach velankanni bus stop at 6:30 am reaches and 7.
                        Kindly pay heed to this problem. There are many commuters who are suffering like me.

                        I boarded bus at SBI circle and took ticket for Systems(Peenya). Ticket cost is 5 Rs, I gave the conducor 20 Rs note, as I didn't have exact change. Conductor asked me to give exact change or get down from the bus and board another.

                          Dear sirs,
                          The bmtc bus route nos-287l, 287t, low frequency of 287k, from dasarahalli (Hebbal) to kbs, kr mkt, shivajinagar, respectively was totally stopped from last 12 months app, (Except 287k). The commuters from dasarahalli, (Hebbal) to kbs, kr mkt are facing lot of problems, i. E, they are catching autos, cabs from d. Halli to kodigehalli gate, particularly ladies, working women, sr. Citizens are facing serious problems. Even buses from coffee board layout, amruthanagar is also withdrawn.
                          There is no proper bus stop shelter in kodigehalli gate stop, and public are catching buses from signal points which is risky. Similarly at byatarayanapura also there is no proper bus shelter, and public catching bus from signal points.
                          It is suggested that, resent bus route from jakkur to kbs, kr mkt can be rerouted via d. Halli (Hebbal), bhuvaneshwarinagar, kodigehalli gate, and hebbal as per existing route. It will help public & bmtc will also have sizable revenue, ridership.

                            While waiting at pes college bsk 3rd stage bus stop on september 21 1:29 pm two buses arrived simultaneously and they did not stop at the bus stop but 50 mts ahead of it as they did not want to be overtaken. Due to which everyone had to run to the buses (Refer picture) and in an hurry they they do not give sufficient time for people to get in the bus and start moving before everyone can get on the bus which is denying service and putting public life in danger, in the picture attached the the number plates are not visible but the time was 1:29 pm sharp, hope this matter will be looked into.

                                Hello bmtc, i had to travel to bommanahalli, so i entered into 356 cw bus that i don’t know it doesn’t have stop near the fly over bridge. But before entering into fly over itself i asked conductor to stop before bridge it self. He was so rude and said there is no stop and he was scolding something that i can’t understand.

                                  The busses to marathahalli via whitefield is not available from 6.20- to 7.10. It's being very difficulty for the passengers. Only one bus comes after 40- 50 min of duration so it is very difficulty for all the passengers to fit into the bus. Even during emergencies it is very difficulty to find other vehicles since it's the peak time. Before busses were available for every 10 - 15 min but now a days it's taking a long time. All are facing problem due to this and all won't be able to make a own vehicle and go due to their economic conditons.
                                  Requesting you to consider our complaint and provide atleast 1 bus for 10-15min once to marathahalli from kadugodi via whitefield road.

                                    I am akash borker from kereguddadahalli, chickabanavara.
                                    I study in dayanand sagar college.
                                    I travel in bmtc buses.in the place where im staying there is shortage of buses service.
                                    Since abbigere region is a fast developing area the number of people commuting to and fro this area has increased drastically.
                                    Bus service is insufficient for the people commuting. It become too crowded and students hang out of buses due to which students have fallen from the bus and injured themselves, the conductor cannot issue ticket to many people and hence people travel without a ticket.
                                    I request the concerned authority to deploy more buses in the chickabanavara route via abbigere.

                                      I am a college student. I was travelling in the bus ka 57 f 3048. I have renewed my pass and the bus conductor lady was not ready to accept it. She says that this renewed pass doesn't work and made me pay for the ticket when i have already renewed my pass and have paid for the renewal. This is a serious problem. She not only took money from me but from other students as well. What am i supposed to do when i have already renewed my pass and paid rs.1070. Please look into this matter.

                                        I took (20 sep 2019, 8:45 am) bmtc bus from hsr apartment bus stop to mahadevpura bus stop, coductor did not booked my ticket then i called him and tell please give me tickect, then they book my ticket from depot-25 gate bus stop to mahadevpura bus stop and they took money 25 rs but in tickect price is only 20 rs (From hsr to mahadevpur ticket price is 22 rs for normal bmtc bus) so i asked him please give me tickect from hsr to mahadevpura and return my 3 rs extra money then they told me if any checking will happened tell them i took bus from depot-25 bus stop, then i told to conductor this is not good why i will tell lie i paied extra money to you then they started argument with me inside bus only and ready to start fighting with me then i told to conductor sorry then they calm down.
                                        When i get down to mahadevpura bus stop they came and hold my hand and forcing me to come inside the bus an telling like i will teach you how to book ticket and so many thing and abusing and they told me clearly i will kill you what ever you want you can do but i will kill you, what should i do please help me.
