Early morning buses charge 1 and half for tickets. Ex a ple. Bus I'd Ka57F3670. This us I took from nagavara till herbal on 16 sep. At 4.36. The co doctor is charging 1 and half to every passenger. This sis everyday behaviour of the conductor. If this is the case then why ty dont give us ticket of 1 and half. Driver are so abusive a dad I'll behaved. They thi k they own the bus. Its public property. If bmtc cannot take action to fix then please let us know se can co.plain some where else

    At kempegowda international airport bmtc airport shuttle (Ac shuttle) facilities available. The minimum tickets will be ₹ 140, for the long distance journey if we give ₹ 2000 or ₹ 500 note then change is not available with bus conductor if we want to bmtc ticket counter the credit/debit card machine is not working from last 7-8 month, in last 8 month i have travelled more than 43-44 times on this route but every time situation is same machine not working, compliment book is not available asked for compliant book staff is misbehaving with customers

    Either stop the advertising about digital transection or get the issues resolved, in last 7-8 months why this issue is not resolved???

      Hello,

      I'm writing to you with regard to the ticketing issue that i've faced 5 times in past one month, and twice today (13 sept 2019) while traveling in bmtc ac buses from and to hebbal and hsr bda complex.

      Due to the unavailability of the electronic ticketing machine bus conductors are issuing tickets of higher price than normal citing that they don't have tickets for the said price.

      It costs me 84 rupees, one way ticket, from hebbal to hsr bda complex. Conductors are charging 85 instead and when asked about it says they either don't have a ticket for 84 or that they cannot give 4 tickets of 1 rupee.

      It is bad enough that they don't give the change back (1, 2, or 5 rupees), they the buses are not in good condition with broken ac or braking systems, rash driving and waiting in ecospace bus stop for more than 4 mins. Now, as a commuter, i have to face their harassment for being over charged.

      Bus number - ka 01 fa 1818. Traveling from hsr bda complex to hebbal. Charged 85 rupees instead of 84 rupees.

        Dear Sir/mam,

        Today morning (i.e 13, sep 2019) I was travelling from Chowdeshwari bus stop to Corporation stop in 177 bus number (KA57 F 2316) the conductor in that particular bus is so ill mannered after collecting the money for the ticket he speaks irrelevant things to passengers and when I dint respond to him he speaks about family and teachings, who gives the rights to these conductors to speak about someone's family and their way of life,
        Kindly look into the matter, take care of such illiterate conductors please do teach them ONLY to do their part of work and not get into other matters.

          Dear Sir/Mam,

          I am Anirban. I took a bus from Roopena Agarahara to Johnson Market and I gave him Rs. 100 for ticket he gave me a ticket of Rs.17 which is not a automated printed ticket and ask me to wait he will give back the remaining amount. When I asked him to write the amount in Ticket then he said just wait he gave that renaming back now and he gone towards ladish section. On next stop when I asked him again he asked me to wait since he is busy with other passenger for ticket at last he deny and did not give me back and said "you don't know Kannada ? speak in Kannada & you did not not give me 100 rupees" and also said some more thing in Kannada which I didn't understood.

          I know I will not get my money back but I wants you to take action against this type of people.

            Today at 7:35am BMTC Bus no 378J did not stop and driver & conductor behaved rudely for a senior personal in a singular words dictating to come to next stop in Nice road junction. This bus leaves from Depot44 via 80ft road to reach electronic city. When monthly pass available, why the bus driver or conductors take to dictator type of behaviour with a rude nature.             Today 17-10-19, @ 7:35am, Morning, Lady commuters and school / college going children waiting near depot44 gate as usual for daily travel, Driver and conductor playing merigo round with buses not stopping to get into bus. Purposely they dont stop even though letter from LBSNRWA assn is given to HO, appraised depot manager many times. This is usual. Kindly put a full stop for this behaviour of staff and instruction to stop in notice form deduct wages if any complaint occurs. VP V.Nandakumar [protected].

              Time-7:50am
              Pick up from kudlu gate
              Drop at checkpost (Jn of hosur road)
              The bus didn't stop at check post bus stand and in spite of repeatedly telling the bus driver to stop, he continued driving and stopped at christ college. They were more than 5 people who had to get off at check post.
              We had to walk back to check post and were late to college by 20 mins and were penalized for coming late.

                Hello bmtc,
                This is regard to misbehaviour of a conductor of bus number: ka 57 f-2864, yelahanka bus.
                I got in cbi and the conductor asked me pass and i showed and the same way he could have asked for id card but instead he started shouting to show id card. And while showing id card, he was rising his voice for unnecessary reasons.
                He has been arrogant most of the times.
                Hope the value of bmtc doesn't come down with having such arrogant people.

                  The conductor is not giving back the change and the ticket. I pay him 10 for a 5 rupees ticket he doesn't give me the change not gives me the ticket. Bus no. KA 01 FA 0606.And he scolds me in Kannada if I ask him for change.This happened to me on my way from Aladamara stopping to Channasandra bridge at around 6:45 to 6:55 AM.                     Bus route from kadugodi to shivaji nagar, sbs to kadugodi route. I travel from domlur to trinity circle. Conductors are not providing tickets. Ticket cost 10rs. But they give back 2rs and doesn't provide ticket. If double ticket is taken. They provide ticket with 1 person. And gives 2rs. If we as for ticket they are either saying next stop, or sorry wrongly typed 1 person, or they say keep the money, or they say, no one is going to come for checking in this stop.

                        Sir route no 285RA from market to Haniyuru bus no KA53F0214 is not stopping at the bus stops so many times especially on 11 sep 2019 morning around 7 am didnt stop the bus at kodigehalli gate and I reached the office 1 and 1/2 hour late and I am fined too.There were around 10 passengers waiting for that bus and he didn't stop the bus.so many people who depend on BMTC please do consider all the points and help us in resolving the problem

                          I daily travel through tannery road to go to market. Since there was pipeline work going on all the bus were going on different route.
                          But the work was completed before august 25th and still the buses are not travelling in tannery road. Only few buses are coming to tannery road like 1 or 2 for one hour.
                          It is very difficult for thousands of people to walk 3km till frazer town to get buses.
                          So please look in to this problem and solve it soon.

                            This is regarding one incident that happened with me today when i was travelling from kudlu gate to adugodi in g3 bus.

                            Date and time : 11th september 2019 and 08:00 am (Kudlu gate bus stop)

                            He didn't pay the balance amount. He treated me very bad. He refuses to pay balance amount. Also he is not respect to others. He is using badwords also. I don't know why he is like this. Please take immediate action.

                            He is such a rude person.

                              I boarded the bus ka 57 f 3321 on 11th september 2019 around 2.15 pm from nagavara to hebbala, the driver’s was very rash driving not bothered about passengers in bus, not bothered about elderly people in the bus and people on road, it was like scary roller coaster ride. Donno who is going to lose life because of this driver.

                              This is really horrible if bmtc is training the drivers like this, being a government firm it is your responsibility to think about safety about passengers and people to the country, such negligence should not be entertained. Please bring discipline among your employees.

                                I traveled in bus number ka01 fa 1871, from dommasandra to varthur kodi. Many men are sitting in ladies seat. Even though there were many ladies standing. Conductor either interfere or atleast men sitting in one corner of the seat. Many are sitting mid of the seats. How can other passengers (Lady) can use that seats. Top of it conductor is leaning on ladies seat even though it is not required.

                                There are very few 119 buses to Chinnappa Garden. If we miss one bus then we have to wait for another hour to get another 119 bus. My complaint is that the driver doesn't halt at Indian Express stop since there is a signal. It continues in movement even if people are waiting for the bus.

                                  On[protected] evening when i was travelling from sathya sai hospital to hope farm bus stopped a few meters behind hope farm signal. Conductor asked passengers to get down if they want to.
                                  A old day was getting down when bus stopped and door was open. Suddenly bus started and lady fell down near the wheels so i asked him to stop as passengers were getting down but conductor raised his voice and started using vulgar words saying who are you to ask.
                                  Please take necessary action on him or else i am taking this issue to the media.
                                  What if something has happened to that lady.. Will he give his life back if something went wrong.
                                  As a public i have all the rights to question if something going wrong.

                                  Is carrying laptop bags or backpacks not allowed in BMTC buses because conductor on bus route Bommanahalli to begur which reaches hongasandra nearly at 5:00 PM asked me very rudely to leave my laptop bag at home and come.

                                    Bus no 213, ka 05 1110, very rashly he drives on kanakpura road, and this is the 3 rd time he didn't stop at shanimahatama bus stop kanakpura road, i have catched next bus and saw the same bus was waiting for the passengers to get at raghuvanahalli bus stop this i have observed lot of times, even when ingot into the bus also they stop at raghuvanahalli until that 2 passengers get into the bus, please take a strict action against the driver to stop at all the bus stops, it was raining and we were stranded on the road today.

                                    297 A, Depo no. 11 every day in second shift it is not operatin. If I contact to depo regarding the same no one is responding, even manager is so irresponsible he is just disconnecting the call. No one is taking this complaint creasly. In this route we have only one bus. So I require you to send the bus every day without fail at correct time.
                                    Bus number KA-57 F-2436 this is third time I'm travelling in this bus from majestic to Bel circle. The conductor name is Mr.jayarama i noticed him that he always behaves rudely with the passengers especially with Ladies. This is not acceptable at all.. kindly brief him regarding this.

                                      The bmtc bus number ka 57 f-3215 rout no 378 time 7 10 to 7 15am on 7th september did not stop for any passenger at the bus stop and choose to continue on and when asked by stopping the bus in the next stop by chasing it via a bike the driver replies that it's not a bus stop to stop the bus and also he insisted that the passenger to run towards the bus even if the passengers are old people. Behaves very irresponsible and non cooperative

                                      Requested Sir/Madam I lost my pass in bus due to the over crowd
                                      After the match I have withdraw 1500rs minimum 7days over still not came
                                      Sir, I am a degree student and my wallet along with the bus pass was stolen two weeks before].What am I supposed to do to get it replaced or for this problem?. its very difficult to travel without a pass. please help at the earliest.
                                      I have lost my purse in a BMTC bus 328B on Aug 23 2019 around 8PM near seegehalli, Bangalore.
                                      It has some original documents and my cards.
                                      Where can i check the lost and found section for this bus?
                                      Please let me know.
                                      401 buses from ms Paula to bel circle are always late. There are no buses immediately after 7 30, and they all move in packs which really affects our time of schedule. We lose our attendance due to this. Please make sure that this does not happen again. Or provided a letter apologizing for the delay and allowing us attendance for the missed hour.
                                      I was travelling from Lalbagh main gate to Lakkasandra in your bus KA01F4331 Route 345A. But I was issued Diary circle ticket (#260). Would like to know why Lakkasandra stage was not mentioned?

                                        I travel from koramangala to binnamangala. Daily its very difficult to get bus to binnamangala in the morning and also evening. We have to wait for hours sometimes.

                                        Bus no.201d vehicle no. Ka53 f0023 which is from silkboard to binnamangala daily around 8.00am. Final stop is binnamangala but he stops in indiranagar kfc junction one stop before the main junction.. When asked about, conductor shouts saying we can stop bus anywhere.in the morning we will be in hurry to reach office & have walk to office as there is no any other option.

                                        Not only this bus there are many buses which stops only upto kfc this is making difficult to reach office in time. I request you to kindly check towards this. & please provide buses to binnamangala in the morning & evening.

                                        Hope action will be taken against this complaint.

                                        There are least number of NON AC buses available to ITPB via AECS Layout. Many AC buses in the morning with very negligible non AC buses. On the other hand no buses will be available after 8:30 from ITPL. Buses will be mostly available only towards Tin factory. Please increase the frequency of buses.
