Morning 6:30 am to 7:30 am buses are less and even we are waiting up to 1 hour no buses will come from this route. College is commencing from 8:00 am, for this time so many students and staffs are going to colleges and get down in ramakrishna ashram and ganesh bhavan. Kindly consider the request and provide the bus for every 15 minutes for this route and oblige....

about not stopping the buses at bus stops properly

Sir route no 285RA from market to Haniyuru bus no KA53F0214 is not stopping at the bus stops so many times especially on 11 sep 2019 morning around 7 am didnt stop the bus at kodigehalli gate and I reached the office 1 and 1/2 hour late and I am fined too.There were around 10 passengers waiting for that bus and he didn't stop the bus.so many people who depend on BMTC please do consider all the points and help us in resolving the problembr...

all bus travelling in different route rather than going in correct route

I daily travel through tannery road to go to market. Since there was pipeline work going on all the bus were going on different route.
But the work was completed before august 25th and still the buses are not travelling in tannery road. Only few buses are coming to tannery road like 1 or 2 for one hour.
It is very difficult for thousands of people to walk 3km till frazer town to get buses.
So please look in to this...

This is regarding one incident that happened with me today when i was travelling from kudlu gate to adugodi in g3 bus.

Bus number ka 57 f 3616
Date and time : 11th september 2019 and 08:00 am (Kudlu gate bus stop)

He didn't pay the balance amount. He treated me very bad. He refuses to pay balance amount. Also he is not respect to others. He is using badwords also. I don't know...

rash driving from ka 57 f 3321

I boarded the bus ka 57 f 3321 on 11th september 2019 around 2.15 pm from nagavara to hebbala, the driver’s was very rash driving not bothered about passengers in bus, not bothered about elderly people in the bus and people on road, it was like scary roller coaster ride. Donno who is going to lose life because of this driver.

This is really horrible if bmtc is training the drivers like this, being a government firm it is...

I traveled in bus number ka01 fa 1871, from dommasandra to varthur kodi. Many men are sitting in ladies seat. Even though there were many ladies standing. Conductor either interfere or atleast men sitting in one corner of the seat. Many are sitting mid of the seats. How can other passengers (Lady) can use that seats. Top of it conductor is leaning on ladies seat even though it is not required....

The bmtc bus number ka 57 f-3215 rout no 378 time 7 10 to 7 15am on 7th september did not stop for any passenger at the bus stop and choose to continue on and when asked by stopping the bus in the next stop by chasing it via a bike the driver replies that it's not a bus stop to stop the bus and also he insisted that the passenger to run towards the bus even if the passengers are old people. Behaves very irresponsible and non cooperative...

I travel from koramangala to binnamangala. Daily its very difficult to get bus to binnamangala in the morning and also evening. We have to wait for hours sometimes.
