I'm writing to you with regard to the ticketing issue that i've faced 5 times in past one month, and twice today (13 sept 2019) while traveling in bmtc ac buses from and to hebbal and hsr bda complex.
Due to the unavailability of the electronic ticketing machine bus conductors are issuing tickets of higher price than normal citing that they don't have tickets for the said price.
It costs me 84 rupees, one way ticket, from hebbal to hsr bda complex. Conductors are charging 85 instead and when asked about it says they either don't have a ticket for 84 or that they cannot give 4 tickets of 1 rupee.
It is bad enough that they don't give the change back (1, 2, or 5 rupees), they the buses are not in good condition with broken ac or braking systems, rash driving and waiting in ecospace bus stop for more than 4 mins. Now, as a commuter, i have to face their harassment for being over charged.
Bus number - ka 01 fa 1818. Traveling from hsr bda complex to hebbal. Charged 85 rupees instead of 84 rupees.
Kindly do the needful.
