Today morning 30/8/19 friday on 7.00am i experienced a bitter experience from a conductor. Usually for last 3 months i am travelling from cbi to esteem mall. I used to give as much change i have. Today when i get into the bus unfortunately i doesnt have the change. I told the conductor i have 100 rupees only with me.
The exact charge of ticket is rs 10. He refused to give ticket and asked me to get out from the bus after travelling a 50 meters. Later he forcefuly pushed me out of the bus. Due to this experience i had notted the the number of bus. Bus no is
Ka-57 f-2295. Please trace the the conductor and make him accountable for the defame i had faced infront of the public.
I strongly believe that the authority will take a necessary action against this.

    Bus no f 1608 in the morning between 10 am to 11 am, the driver named usman was rudely ram the bus without stopping the bus at above mentioned bus stop. When i ask over, we are not stopping all the bus stops

    Are this a valid one? If so then why bmtc bus stop constructed here and wasted public money. The scheduled bus stop is very much essential for techno star work place, otherwise walking from kundanahalli bus stop or graphite india bus stop is horrible during this dust and traffic hours

    I would request stringent action against above driver atleast show a professional manner

      Hi sir,
      I m traveling in 500d from garvepalya to doddanakundi in ka01fa1767 volvo ac bus. We generally prefer this buses for our comfort and we pay such high ticket price for that comfort only. But this particular bus is having suspension problem at rear wheels and impact is directly on the passengers body. Can you please take required measure to ensure the buses are in condition.

        I go to office daily with bmtc bus, bus fair is 10 rs. I always have to give change note of 10rs, as ticket collector says they don't have change. Many times it happens that if i don't have 10₹ change, they simply say get down from bus. It's nearly impossible that one will always have 10₹ change and also there is no option to pay through digital mode (E. G paytm, upi...). Then how one can like to use public transport, one hand govt promote to use public transport, but other hand because of change issue it is discouraging people. My suggestion is to please also provide an option to pay through digital payment e. G. Paytm, upi... Or provide options like metro card.

          Dear sir, at 515 pm dt 28.8.19, i boarded a bus from hesarghatta depot no.26 at gopal vidya kendra stop near soladevanahalli. The bus was racing with another bus from madhure temple. I got down in janapriya nivas apt stop. The driver was so rashly applied the brake i was about to fall out of the bus. Over that both driver and conductor are scolding me. Please take proper action and oblige. Thank you, usha. S

            Today around 1:45 i travelled from teachers colony koramangala to new horizon college, kadubeesanahalli. I gave rs. 500 for 48 rs ticket and forgot to get the change from the conductor and even he didn't give it back and this is thse second time which shows the wrost behavior of bmtc conductors and purposely they are not giving change eventhough they have and they are using people's forgetfulness. So i don't have a clue how to get the amount back from the condutor. I have the ticket given by him but he didn't written the balance amount on it.

              Location-indian express route-13 time 8.38 am
              Bus driver moved the bus before the passengers board in. Before this bus came another route 13 bus came which was completely rush so immediately this bus came it was empty he stopped for 2 mins approx n moved the bus before the bus got full and stopped in the signal near indian express, requested to open the door as the bus was still empty but he denied to open this was a request as he might have thought its full and moved the bus from indian express, neither the people were standing near the footboard nor the conductor gave the whistle to move, it's a bus driver mistake. No responsibility nor respect to the passengers waiting for the public transport.

                Hi,
                Bmtc buses in the kengeri route to majestic will not give stop at many bus stops. They stop at kengeri and next stop will be at rr nagar there are 5 stops in between where the drivers will not stop for the passengers to board the bus unless there is someone in bus who want to get down.

                I think the buses are for people to travel and not just to drive it empty.

                This is during the morning time when people will be rushing to office or college 7-8 am

                Request you to inform the drivers to give stop and do the service to public.

                  298-p hoskote to devanahalli bus comes to the bus stop at 5:15 pm and do not wait even for 3 minutes. But 5:30 pm is the actual bus leaving time. Since it is the peak hour all the school and college students must go to their homes. Since hoskote is the starting point, bus wants to wait atleast for 15 minutes. Even the next bus leaves for 6:05 pm and reaches devanahalli for 7:45 pm and it would be difficult for students. Even a minute is important in students life. I request bmtc to look in to the problem facing by the students and make the bus schedule for the correct time. We would be happy if the problem is solved as soon the complaint has reached to you.

                    Tickets not issuing for people. From madivala to bomanahalli if i gave 5rs contractor will ask will u getdown near signal r after. If say signal then no ticket and they keep in pocket. Same thing happen today from bom to madivala not giving ticket. Bus no: ka57 f-1216. If i caught in checking i have pay fine 500 r 1000. I asked for ticket they told i gave already and check.

                    I'm travelling from mejestic railway station to kundalahalli gate, lot of leakage water most of the seat near ac duct. On bus KA01FA1680 please refund for the ticket we paid. Which is 147 for two person.

                      Few months ago the regularity of 171 from kormangala to majestic was good.
                      Now a days don't know what happened, buses r not running properly..
                      Half an hour atleast we have to wait for bus..
                      Morning we don't have much time to wait for bus..
                      Now it's been a almost half an hour to wait..
                      Waiting from 7 am now it's 7.20am
                      No buses..
                      How we ll manage
                      It's totally wastage of time..
                      Take a strong action regarding this.

                      Still no improvement of regulatory of 171 bus from kormangala to majestic..
                      This is my humble request to you please strong action against this ..
                      Morning time it's very difficult to wait for bus..
                      This bus driver used to run bus in the morning around 7 am.
                      He has no patience to stop bus on the stop .
                      Sometimes he starts bus before boarding ..
                      And sometimes he don't stop .
                      And he used to show anger to the passengers whenever u will try to tell him

                        I actually am from different district. I am staying in my relatives house in bangalore to pursue my degree. I have a student pass but i have to show my college id to confirm myself. But my college id has my permanent residential address in it and the conductors are demanding that it should have the address of where i'm currently staying. I can't get a new id just because of the address in the id. If i have a bus pass isn't it enough?? And even if i think in their way if i don't live where i'm living currently how can i use the pass?? So it's not even possible to misuse it... I don't know why they provide pass and then ask for address proof everytime we travel.. That's so illogical... And why should we even get a pass when we have to pay for the ticket anyway... Damn bmtc

                        I actually didn't notice the bus number... But I'm happy that I heard a response from the BMTC... And I hope that no one would ask me pay for the ticket even though I have a pass from now onwards... And if anyone asks I'll definitely note down the bus number and register a complaint again...

                          Ka57f1054 - this bus driver on[protected] at around 1.20 pm on hosur road towards kudlu gate showed the reckless driving... Almost about to clash our office cab (3 times attempted)... It seems he was drunk and driving.. So horrible driving which is really punishable behaviour..

                          Looking for very honest justice which will really create healthy socity.

                          I got into this bus from silk board to ITPL. Through out journey even after requested the bmtc employees didn't switched on the AC. And the experience was so bad. So requesting the bmtc authority to take necessary actions to prevent such incidents in future.

                            Hi team,

                            I happened to travel from marathalli bridge to dmart siddapura today by 2.50 pm. I gave the bus driver 20 rupees for the ticket and he gave me a ticket got 10 rupees and as the bus was crowded, i got into the bus without getting the remaining 10 rupees change. Then when we were nearing kundalhalli gate, i asked him for the remaining 10rupees that he has to return me.

                            He said that i gave only 10 rupees to him and he was very reluctant on that and told in a rude way that if you want you can be in the bus if not can get out and that is not the right behaviour to the people who doesn’t knew the language. I tried hard to make him understand that i gave him 20 rs but he was not ready to turn his ears to me also with a change of facial expressions.

                            Note: there is no conductor in the bus and only the driver was issuing tickets.
                            I managed to take a side pose click of the driver.

                              I was looking for bus to kodathi gate from bangalore airport. When i enquired this to bmtc bus driver standing there he asked me to sit in the bus mentioned above. He told me that i will get a bus from jakkasandra to kodathi gate & convinced me to sit in his bus. I got a jakkasandra ticket worth rs 245/- from the conductor. Later when i checked jakkasandra in map, i realised that it is in the far from & in opposite direction from kodathi gate. I was fooled by bus driver just to get the seat occupied in the bus. Later i asked conductor to drop me any nearest location to iskon temple. He asked me where do i exactly want to go. This time i told him to get me any stop in core bangalore city. He laughed at me sarcastically & asked me again to tell him exact stop in bangalore city. I told him any stop near to iskon temple. He gave me multiple metro railway station stops. I watched in map & asked him to stop near mg road. But driver was so rude that understanding my intent of raising a complaint against them, he stopped the bus near diversion away from the stop. I am very much disappointed by the unethical, unprofessional & rude behavior of the bmtc bus crew. My money went in vain is another part. These kind of crew are responsible for corrupting bmtc image for any new traveller in the city. Please investigate & let me know at earliest. Also let me know about next level escalation details. Thanks.

And as a student i have bmtc buss pass of 2019 but in many buses the conductors are checking our college i'd card and demanding as money even after showing the current bus pass. They are demanding that for accepting our pass there should be our hostel address in our college id card instead of our home address.

                                My travel route is from muneshwara devastana to townhall. And today[protected] me along with my friends were asked to go out from a kbs3a bmtc bus.

                                And he didn't bothered to check the id of kannada students. There attitude towards non-kannadian students are too rude.

                                If it's too much necessary that our hostel address should be on our college i'd card then why you people are approving our online application for bus pass as we are forced to take ticket's even after having bus pass

                                And sir to be really honest do you people really this is it possible to find hostel address or any address in bangalore behind our college id cards as those i'd cards will be having the address we gave while applying for admission in college

                                What these bmtc conductors are expecting from us. That we should come to bangalore after completing our puc. Take a pg for staying and then apply for college admissions as this is the only way in which local address will be there in our id card.

                                We payed money for entire year and still we are facing these rude behaviours only because we don't know kannada. They are simply asking us to study it when we say we don't know kannada to communicate with them and asks for other alternative languages like hindi and english

                                Please consider this issue as my students are facing this issue in bmtc bus's

                                  Some conductors are issuing light print 70₹ day passes because of which commuters are suffering as other bus conductor do not accept if date, id number or something is not clearly visible. Bus conductor from depo 26th saw such ticket with one of the boarder and he has asked bus driver to stop the bus for 10 minutes and all passengers suffered untill that person took new ticket though already he had a day pass with him. B us running in route passing modi hospital rajajinagar to kempegowda bus nildana. 1 among the 6 ppl had been charged to take ticket even tough he gad day pass with him. Problem was the conductor who had issued him ticket did not bother that his ticket print machine had gone out of ink. So all 6 ticket were printed with very light print. For this commuters had to suffer. This negligence from bmtc has to be corrected. Day pass tickets must be printed with visible dark prints. So that if the commuters boards another bus he don't have to buy ticket again just because print in day pass ticket issued by other bus conducted is very light and not visible. This conductor had stopped bus in between for 10 minutes asking commuter to get down from bus if do not buy ticket as he said your pass ink is not visible.in this he was also doing his duty but it trouble d all the commuters in the bus untill d person who had day pass with light ink had got 1 mire ticket till majestic with 15₹. I was one of the passenger in the bus. My request is to issue good printed day pass tickets so that no body faces problem in future for these lightly printed paper tickets which a user has to carry whole day so it must be of considerably good quality and print. Thank you for understand and listening my concern. Hope some needful measure will be taken by bmtc to resolve light print in day pass ticket issue.

                                    I happened to travel in one bmtc bus with number ka01fa 1152 from hope farm to channal andra. And there were some school students also getting in to the bus from hope farm. They were getting in one after the other and driver slapped one of the girl saying her to move fast towards inside of the bus.. I am scared to travel in these kind of bus when people are treated like this. You may just ignore this complaint by saying we don't have any proof. But i felt like this is an atrocities against women so thought to bring this to your notice.. I have that drivers video that took immediately after he slapped the girl. W hat ever may be the reason he do not have any right to touch a pass3nger. That's what my thought is. There was one more person sitting in conductors seat and he was also shouting at that school student. Driver video attached.

                                      I took the bus ka-01-fa-176 from koramangala to mg road i had my bus pass with me but the conductor refused to acknowledge the fact. After that he had the audacity to be rude to me to the point that he was going to make sure that i get down of the bus. Not being to understand the language i was calm and composed but the driver was super rude and i totally do not approve of that fact. I paid 1350 for the bus pass and yet i'm not able to make sure of it. I checked online the cost from koramangala to mg which is supposed varry between rs5-rs15 he charged me rupees 17. This is highly unacceptable and very rude

                                        Before this i had complaint again this bus driver who is running in the morning around 7.10 am.
                                        He is such a rude person.
                                        Sometimes he won't stop the bus on the stop and sometimes he use to start bus before passengers boarding the bus.
                                        He has no patience.
                                        For this kind of profile person should be calm and kind.
                                        This not happened in the evening
                                        It happened in the morning..
                                        What kind of stress he has in the morning.
