I go to office daily with bmtc bus, bus fair is 10 rs. I always have to give change note of 10rs, as ticket collector says they don't have change. Many times it happens that if i don't have 10₹ change, they simply say get down from bus. It's nearly impossible that one will always have 10₹ change and also there is no option to pay through digital mode (E. G paytm, upi...). Then how one can like to use public transport, one hand govt promote to use public transport, but other hand because of change issue it is discouraging people. My suggestion is to please also provide an option to pay through digital payment e. G. Paytm, upi... Or provide options like metro card.

BMTC regrets the inconvenience caused. This is to inform that conductors are not provided any change on administrative reasons. Digital mode of payment for purchasing tickets is under consideration. Until then Please co-operate by providing appropriate change amount for the ticket.
