Hi team,

I happened to travel from marathalli bridge to dmart siddapura today by 2.50 pm. I gave the bus driver 20 rupees for the ticket and he gave me a ticket got 10 rupees and as the bus was crowded, i got into the bus without getting the remaining 10 rupees change. Then when we were nearing kundalhalli gate, i asked him for the remaining 10rupees that he has to return me.

He said that i gave only 10 rupees to him and he was very reluctant on that and told in a rude way that if you want you can be in the bus if not can get out and that is not the right behaviour to the people who doesn’t knew the language. I tried hard to make him understand that i gave him 20 rs but he was not ready to turn his ears to me also with a change of facial expressions.

Note: there is no conductor in the bus and only the driver was issuing tickets.
I managed to take a side pose click of the driver.
Please action immediately as the same thing happened to another lady in the bus while i was boarding the bus.

    I was looking for bus to kodathi gate from bangalore airport. When i enquired this to bmtc bus driver standing there he asked me to sit in the bus mentioned above. He told me that i will get a bus from jakkasandra to kodathi gate & convinced me to sit in his bus. I got a jakkasandra ticket worth rs 245/- from the conductor. Later when i checked jakkasandra in map, i realised that it is in the far from & in opposite direction from kodathi gate. I was fooled by bus driver just to get the seat occupied in the bus. Later i asked conductor to drop me any nearest location to iskon temple. He asked me where do i exactly want to go. This time i told him to get me any stop in core bangalore city. He laughed at me sarcastically & asked me again to tell him exact stop in bangalore city. I told him any stop near to iskon temple. He gave me multiple metro railway station stops. I watched in map & asked him to stop near mg road. But driver was so rude that understanding my intent of raising a complaint against them, he stopped the bus near diversion away from the stop. I am very much disappointed by the unethical, unprofessional & rude behavior of the bmtc bus crew. My money went in vain is another part. These kind of crew are responsible for corrupting bmtc image for any new traveller in the city. Please investigate & let me know at earliest. Also let me know about next level escalation details. Thanks.

      Iam studying in banglore and my home town is kerala. Iam in bangalore to complete my degree course. And as a student i have bmtc buss pass of 2019 but in many buses the conductors are checking our college i'd card and demanding as money even after showing the current bus pass. They are demanding that for accepting our pass there should be our hostel address in our college id card instead of our home address.

      My travel route is from muneshwara devastana to townhall. And today[protected] me along with my friends were asked to go out from a kbs3a bmtc bus.

      And he didn't bothered to check the id of kannada students. There attitude towards non-kannadian students are too rude.

      If it's too much necessary that our hostel address should be on our college i'd card then why you people are approving our online application for bus pass as we are forced to take ticket's even after having bus pass

      And sir to be really honest do you people really this is it possible to find hostel address or any address in bangalore behind our college id cards as those i'd cards will be having the address we gave while applying for admission in college

      What these bmtc conductors are expecting from us. That we should come to bangalore after completing our puc. Take a pg for staying and then apply for college admissions as this is the only way in which local address will be there in our id card.

      We payed money for entire year and still we are facing these rude behaviours only because we don't know kannada. They are simply asking us to study it when we say we don't know kannada to communicate with them and asks for other alternative languages like hindi and english

      Please consider this issue as my students are facing this issue in bmtc bus's

        Some conductors are issuing light print 70₹ day passes because of which commuters are suffering as other bus conductor do not accept if date, id number or something is not clearly visible. Bus conductor from depo 26th saw such ticket with one of the boarder and he has asked bus driver to stop the bus for 10 minutes and all passengers suffered untill that person took new ticket though already he had a day pass with him. B us running in route passing modi hospital rajajinagar to kempegowda bus nildana. 1 among the 6 ppl had been charged to take ticket even tough he gad day pass with him. Problem was the conductor who had issued him ticket did not bother that his ticket print machine had gone out of ink. So all 6 ticket were printed with very light print. For this commuters had to suffer. This negligence from bmtc has to be corrected. Day pass tickets must be printed with visible dark prints. So that if the commuters boards another bus he don't have to buy ticket again just because print in day pass ticket issued by other bus conducted is very light and not visible. This conductor had stopped bus in between for 10 minutes asking commuter to get down from bus if do not buy ticket as he said your pass ink is not visible.in this he was also doing his duty but it trouble d all the commuters in the bus untill d person who had day pass with light ink had got 1 mire ticket till majestic with 15₹. I was one of the passenger in the bus. My request is to issue good printed day pass tickets so that no body faces problem in future for these lightly printed paper tickets which a user has to carry whole day so it must be of considerably good quality and print. Thank you for understand and listening my concern. Hope some needful measure will be taken by bmtc to resolve light print in day pass ticket issue.

          Dear sir /madam,
          I happened to travel in one bmtc bus with number ka01fa 1152 from hope farm to channal andra. And there were some school students also getting in to the bus from hope farm. They were getting in one after the other and driver slapped one of the girl saying her to move fast towards inside of the bus.. I am scared to travel in these kind of bus when people are treated like this. You may just ignore this complaint by saying we don't have any proof. But i felt like this is an atrocities against women so thought to bring this to your notice.. I have that drivers video that took immediately after he slapped the girl. W hat ever may be the reason he do not have any right to touch a pass3nger. That's what my thought is. There was one more person sitting in conductors seat and he was also shouting at that school student. Driver video attached.

            I took the bus ka-01-fa-176 from koramangala to mg road i had my bus pass with me but the conductor refused to acknowledge the fact. After that he had the audacity to be rude to me to the point that he was going to make sure that i get down of the bus. Not being to understand the language i was calm and composed but the driver was super rude and i totally do not approve of that fact. I paid 1350 for the bus pass and yet i'm not able to make sure of it. I checked online the cost from koramangala to mg which is supposed varry between rs5-rs15 he charged me rupees 17. This is highly unacceptable and very rude

              Before this i had complaint again this bus driver who is running in the morning around 7.10 am.
              He is such a rude person.
              Sometimes he won't stop the bus on the stop and sometimes he use to start bus before passengers boarding the bus.
              He has no patience.
              For this kind of profile person should be calm and kind.
              This not happened in the evening
              It happened in the morning..
              What kind of stress he has in the morning.

              I have a humble request to you take action against him..

                Today (22nd august 2019), a bmtc bus with the route no. 356cw going from silk board to wipro gate, was stopped at roopena agrahara for more than 20mins without any reason. And when we (Public) asked them about it, they told us that they are waiting for collection and when one of the passenger asked the driver about it, the response from the driver and the conductor was rude and unethical. The registration number of the bus is ka-57-f-3076. Please ensure that this will not happen again.

                  At veeranapalya, there is karle tech park. So many people travel from hebbal to veeranpalya on daily basis. Most of the bmtc buses stop in the flyover start and tell people to get down. The service road is very congested and there is no place for people to walk, especially during rainy season. One side of the road is flooded with water, the remaining is filled with vehicles which is making dangerous for people to walk.
                  Even if the bus takes the service road and stop at the designated bus stop, rather than taking fly over, it would help many people getting down at veeranapalya, also many people who would be also waiting to board the bus.in either way it will be helpful for the public.
                  Bus drivers are saying that is advised by the comissioner to take fly over in peak hours, but during peak hours only its dangerous to walk on service road.

                  So kindly advise all the buses to take the service road and stop the buses at veeranapalya bus stop which will be helpful for many people, rather than going on flyover.

                    We are not getting Bus from mayhall to agra after 6 pm (G-2). We would request BMTC to provide bus more and frequent bus service for the same specially after 6 pm.

                    Please consider this as my high request and make it implement as soon as possible.

                    In addition to this so many people are travelling in this route for employement and labours.

                    For them it becaming too difficult to reach thier home due non availability of bus facilty between the the requested route.

                      Hi sir,
                      There are very few buses to ayyapanagar, and the popultion is too much now in ayyapanagar in that most of the bus stops at kr puram itself and don't proceed towards ayyapanagar when asked the answer from them is there is traffic so we are not going to that area. Is this the reason???
                      People wait for hours for the bus and when they come this is what happens
                      Please take action as soon as possible.
                      Or provide us with mini buses at least hope you will do the necessary changes.

                      Today my bike got repaired so went and left it in garage while coming frm jaydheva I walked n came to BTM bus stop in rain n due to traffic volvo was there I went near bus and asked driver and conductor to open the door but they both refused to open and asked me to go back and check for another bus wit very disrespectful behavior plz do look after

                          Hello,
                          Every day travelling from kasturinagar to phoenix bus stop has become very tough job because of no bus facility. There are plenty of buses going for silk board and marathahalli in seconds but 30 mins one bus for itpl road. That one bus will also be super crowded. Sometimes buses even doesn't stop then need to wait for hours. This is unbelievable failure of bmtc in this route. If 5% of silk board which goes empty can be moved to itpl road will have great help. My sincere request to you to consider this on high priority as this is real problem every day for everyone who is traveling on this route.

                            I asked the conductor to give me the ticket as i gave him the money rs.20, he said he will give in sometime. He kept ignoring me as i asked him to give me the ticket and then he went onto the backside of the bus. I told the driver and he tried calling him but in vain.
                            I asked him again as i was getting closer to the drop location and then he said he will not give any ticket and started shouting and talking in the language i didn't understand. Drive and other co-passengers tried helping me but he raised his voice and shushed everyone.
                            I didn't like his tone and i didn't understand the reason for him shouting at me when he was at fault. I didn't want to get in the argument with him as i didn't want to step don to his level.
                            This is not about money but about the rules and ethics and situation like this is not safe for any passenger be it men or women.

                              Sir my student bus pass application is approved and I had received the SMS
                              But when I'm trying to schedule the appointment it's showing there is no application with this number. I'm attesting the screenshot of error. Please look into this matter as soon as possible as there is no other option to travel and the last date of pass issuing is about to end

                                Today i visited bangalore. When i was going from tin factory to bayappanhalli metro station i took bus whose bus number is ka-57-f-0438.
                                The bus conductor misbehave with and became physical to me and he pushed me at the end of bus just because i was not understanding what is he saying.
                                Is this the way how bmtc employees behave with outside visitors?
                                This was ridiculous. I am requesting bmtc to take strict action against this. So that this will not repeat with others.
                                I know no action will be taken on this issue because i am outsider but still i believe some strict action will be taken. Thank you.

                                  Today morning i was standing at doddanekkundi crc bus stop (Between borewell bus stop and marathahalli market bus stop) on old airport road. Not a single bus was stoping on the above said bus stop, while so many bus no are written on the bus stop. I want to know if it is not a bus stop then why ksrtc made this bus stop. It is totally disappointing and big inconvenience for public.
                                  I hope concern administration will take necessary action and will do needful.

                                    I am complaining about the BMTC Bus Number 316F it's arrival time in cheemasandra stop is 7:15 AM but now a days it was arriving at 7:40 AM so we are getting trouble. We have to travel far for offices so we are getting late everyday for offices and also for students going to schools . please Consider the complaint and do the needful as early as possible.

                                      This is to bring to your notice that there are only very shivajinagar buses from mekhri circke, bellary road (Airport road) to shivajinagar bus station.. It's very difficult to travel everyday for work. This request is not only for me.. There are other commuters who are having this problems. Pls add more buses to this route..

                                      This issue is not happening for the first time, it's been there for more than 20 years.. I[censored] need to get a shivajinagar bus from mekhri cirvle, bellary road, u need to wait for 278 r g9 buses, the number of buses for these routes r very few.. U will find lot of buses going to majestic which is good but u should consider adding more buses for shivajinagar as well.. I don't get a bus on time, i need to for 1-2 hours to get another bus r find a way to reach mekhri circle by walk r auto to get shivajinagar buses.. I reside in sanjaynagar, keep these problems in. Mind, i take k2 bus to reach sadashivanagar police station n change to shivajinagar bus from there.. This route is quite long n time consuming bt whereas if i get 278 r g9 i can reach 10-15 minutes earlier..

                                        My daughter travelling from banashankari to hsr layout this morning around 11 am (Bus# ka-57 f-2311 depot no.29) showed a volvo monthly pass (Rs.2363) & voter id as proof. But the conductor has told that voter id is not accepted & demanded money. Has been very rude told her to give a complaint. I inquired in the control room[protected] who clearly said all govt. Id's like voter id, adhaar, dl are accepted as proof of id. Why the conductor is not aware of this? Above that he has been very rude and unprofessional? I request you to take proper action on the concerned conductor & repay our money with additional compensation for all the mistakes & trouble.

                                        Worst service.. Not even one G4 bus for half an hour at 1pm and 3 g3 buses gone with lot of empty seats.
