rash driving and rude behavior from driver

The bus number ka 57 f 3667, route hennur friday 9august2019 at 11:30am the road condition was horrible inspite having to take a side step by the bmtc driver, he drove over taking even two wheelers. I was a victim where the above mentioned bmtc bus's driver over took my bike by coming extreme right and when looked he yelled "yeehh" this is not what is expected.

Would want the driver to be immediately be given a proper counselling...

I told my son to reach at 3pm. He had to bunk his classes and reached bmtc tt. But

tickets not giving

I traveling from last 20 days from marathalli market to marathalli bridge continuously 20 different conductors not given ticket, not only for me for other people also as same as my destination, this is how bmtc system works, even checking officers also taking money from conductors 100 to 500 rs as a corruption, really this is very danger to bmtc corporations to face these problems in future.....

conductor's rude behaviour and he took extra money than the charge

I was travelling to the electroniccity in BMTC 600 F series bus KA 57-F-163. I have boarded in bommnahalli into a standing bus. I have called the conductor many times for ticket which he obviously unnoticed as he was busy taking with driver. When I got seat and finally sat down I called him where I got very rude and disgusting replies, his behaviour is so hurting, he didn't let me explain myself. I have been using bmtc volvo bus pass with government i'd from past 6 months. Yesterday also i took pass for the month of august in bus 500-ca with government id, but today the bus conductor denied me boarding the bus saying we need bmtc i'd. I don't understand why now and if that is the rule (Which btw is not as u can check it on bmtc website) the conductor should have denied issuing the pass yesterday itself....

While travelling in bus today ie. 1st Aug 2019, due to careless behaviour of conductor I lodged a complaint with Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation [BMTC] Complaint [ID: 2411826].

Dear sir,
I travelled from banashankari ttmc to kundalahalli gate on 31st july 2019 from 5.10pm to 7.00pm. The ticket cost was rs70, but i had given rs 200. I forgot to take the rs 130 change. The bus was 500 ca, volvo.
Vehicle number has last two digits as 43 on the ticket, the rest is erased due to the ink being feeble.
Please let me know how this could be solved....
