Bus no: ka57f3527, 201d, silkboard to domlur (Indiranagar). Sunday 1pm boarded the bus at silkboard. Conductor is looting people money. My tickets costed rs.43. I gave 105/-, he returned 42 rupees, looted by rs.20/- one lady gave rs. 500/- he returned change for 100. Didnt give back rs.400/-. Everyone has to fall behind. Other lady rs.8, he didnt return. Like this he troubled all passengers around, looting their money. When i aslked for rs.20 politely he used all bad words. How the conductor looks? - thin, lean, dark.
I didnt get a chance to capture his picture. Every condutor should wear a badge that displays his name. This conductor is not wearing any badge. Hencei didnt get his name.

    For the past few days, few buses starting from slikboard towards marathahalli does not have separate conductor and driver. Same person is doing both job. We can clearly see the person is struggling to give tickets for the people who enter in stops and drive at the same time. It wastes everyone's time also. Please take immediate action as its a problem for the staff, passenger both.

      Dear sir/madam,

      I resident of yarapanahalli bande is hereby writing this complaint to bring to your notice that in our route we have 2 buses 293l market to yarapanahalli bande and 295d shivajinagar to yarapanahalli bande which is operating from more than 8years but not even a single day these buses have been arrived in time to yarapanahalli bande they never come at all and they have never halted these two buses in yarapanahalli bande for a single day and mainly they never do their duty as per scheduled form4 at all. I kindly request you to make a survey on this route and if possible kindly remove night halt and make general shift the main reason why they do like this is all drivers and conductors in this bus belong to yarapanahalli village which is 2nd away from yarapanahalli bande so they halt their buses near their home and they sleep in their home. I kindly request you to change the route to these drivers and conductors and also kindly take necessary actions to see that buses operate properly from the given destination and as per the scheduled form4.

        Hi,

        Bmtc volvo bus to itpl route (Reg number ka-57-f-2289) scratched my car on the side and ran away.

        The incident happened on 14 aug 2019 evening, around 6.30 pm on the narrow road connecting orr (Kalamandir road) to marathalli bridge. My car stationary as i was dropping a colleague of mine at that time. This volvo bus driver, ran past my stationary car, scratching it badly in front over the wheel (Pic attached). He was driving rashly and fast.

        He tried stopping him/honking but he ran away unbothered. I chased him down and stopped him at marathalli bridge bus stop. He was rud and unaccepting of his misdeed. I even showed him fresh blue paint of his volvo bus on my car scratches, but he kept denying and was rude to talk to.

        I can't do much at that time since it was raining and he was carrying passengers. But, i request concerned authorities to take action against such rude and rash drivers.

          Not a single bmtc bus stops on the dedicated babusapalya bus stop which has dedicated bus bay. It stops at the intersection of service road and orr road which causes lot of traffic jam both on the service road and orr. Only when police is there they will stop in bus stop. Please request the bus drivers to stop at the bus stop and close to the bus stand, so that there is no interference to the traffic.

              This is to inform that if you have lost your student pass you have to register police complaint and pay fine and pass amount for the remaining period and new pass will be issued at KBS pass counter. Further no duplicate student pass will be issued and all student pass is issued only for school address and not for tuition.

                The below mentioned bus details
                Ka 57 f 3580 bus num 305 channasandra date 12 aug 2019 nit 8:30.. When i was travelling from kr puram to hoodi with heavy luggage, bus driver not stopped the bus at hoodi even i requested him to stop that i have luggage i can't walk.. He said here no stop but last 2 yrs i was taking same bus stop everyday to reach my offz.. He simply closed the door & stopped at next stop which 1km away from my place.. At nit time i walked 1km with my heavy luggage.. Such a rude & duty-free driver kindly take action & warn him..

                My sister is lost student pass in one week back & the pass is geting one month back only. she is name pothuka pavani 1st PUC please issued the duplicate pass we haver new applied time application number if it use means please rectify this issue ASAP.

                  Hi,
                  I've been thrown out of the bus at 10 pm while travelling from bellandur to udupi garden. Even though i had a valid monthly pass with pan id as proof the bus conductor refused to accept it saying in his bus he'll not accept pan or adhaar as proof of identity.

                  I've been using monthly pass with the same government id card from last 3 months in bengaluru bmtc and none of the conductors raised any issues nor the ticket checking people. I was forced to get down in the middle of the road and embarrassed in front of all the other passengers. Even after explaining that i'm using this from 3 months the conductor didn't accept my statement. Later i had to walk almost a km to catch other bus coz none of the buses stopped in between the road!!

                  I tried to raise a complaint through toll-free no but that no is not working and also website!! Raised complaint through twitter but there's no replay from last 2 days!!.

                  This is so pathetic that i've clearly asked the conductor but id card while availing pass and she told that all the identity cards can be used for the proof!

                    I still didn't receive the refund amount of the bmtc bus pass. Last year while applying for bus pass, i did online payment. Then when we went to the bmtc office to collect my pass, they are like it is not updated, data error and gave all sorts of reason and they asked to avail the pass by paying money again. So i again paid 1800 and availed my pass. Then we had been to the office 6 to 7 times and they are asking us to go to shanthinagar.in shanthinagar they are asking us to go to majestic. They also said that we need not go to the office, they will refund the money within a month. It's been a year and still i have not received any refund.

                        The bus number ka 57 f 3667, route hennur friday 9august2019 at 11:30am the road condition was horrible inspite having to take a side step by the bmtc driver, he drove over taking even two wheelers. I was a victim where the above mentioned bmtc bus's driver over took my bike by coming extreme right and when looked he yelled "yeehh" this is not what is expected.

                        Would want the driver to be immediately be given a proper counselling and driving lesson else terminated from the job.

                          Today morning i went to jayanagar bmtc tt for a new student bus pass for my son. He

                          Is studying be @rns engineering college. Server was down and i was told that my son

                          Should come for a photo which will be taken while issuing a pass.

                          I told my son to reach at 3pm. He had to bunk his classes and reached bmtc tt. But

                          He told me that server is still down.

                          Pls. Let me know when server will be up? Thousands of students are wasting time

                          Because server is down since morning.

                          I am not sure what is the issue and why it should take time to fix the issue.
                          We are in bangalore and not in village!!!

                          Pls. Fix this issue asap and help students.

                          Daily i used to travel in volvo bus from kundanahali to vydhei ticket price is 29 but they charge me 30 daily.. if they do this for all customers then how much they will cheat daily... They dont even bring change for customers. I want server action to be taken

                              Dear Team,

                              Right now, my wife is travelling from BTM 2nd stage MICO layout stop to Wilson Garden in the bus KA 53 F-180. As she boarded the bus, the immediate next stop is Jayadeva and the conductor came for ticket collection there. The lady conductor was rude and was shouting at my wife saying she rendered the money for ticket late. Though ticket amount is 15, total 17 rupees were collected, upon enquiring back she got the irritant response that 'I am collecting more money as you purchased the ticket in the next stop'.
                              Is this the way to treat people? We understand it is hard to do the job during rush hour. But can't the conductor be courteous and sensible while talking to customers?

                                I traveling from last 20 days from marathalli market to marathalli bridge continuously 20 different conductors not given ticket, not only for me for other people also as same as my destination, this is how bmtc system works, even checking officers also taking money from conductors 100 to 500 rs as a corruption, really this is very danger to bmtc corporations to face these problems in future..

                                  Please help., I'm not getting any response from them.

                                  Adding the email I sent to BMTC,

                                  I visited BMTC bus pass counter at majestic bus station on 03/07/2019.
                                  I asked for Vayu vajra bus pass, the person at the counter misunderstood and asked me for gold and swiped my card for Rs.2363
                                  Later when I asked him again he said he said he will cancel the transaction and pulled out the card, but by that time my account got debited for Rs.2363, I showed him the message for which he replied that as he did not receive any receipt from the swiping machine the transaction will be cancelled and my money will get refunded back in 24 hours.

                                  I got the Vayu vajra bus pass for Rs.3570 which was swiped again in my card.
                                  I was not refunded the money for the wrong swipe of RS.2363., I was told that I'd get back the money in sometime. But I waited for nearly 48 hrs and still the money is not refunded.
                                  I've reached to BMTC whatsapp helpline for assistance and they've asked me to write to this email.

                                  I've been emailing them for over a month, they have stopped responding also now.

                                  I don't know whom to reach, kindly help.

                                    I was travelling to the electroniccity in BMTC 600 F series bus KA 57-F-163. I have boarded in bommnahalli into a standing bus. I have called the conductor many times for ticket which he obviously unnoticed as he was busy taking with driver. When I got seat and finally sat down I called him where I got very rude and disgusting replies, his behaviour is so hurting, he didn't let me explain myself. The most hurting part is telling this co passengers and pointing me, the harassment went on for 15 minutes. When I asked him my change of 81/-, he gave 70/- and asked me to get down this stop in very rude manner. Tears brimmed in my eyes. Where on earth 100-19 is 70. I am giving the proofs
                                    My question is why did he take my 11/- and what is the need to target me so much
                                    This happened on 5th August, evening 4:30pm

                                        I have not received my payment from bmtc worth rs 480, 000 for my company hindustan forgings and stampings regarding a tender, we have supplied the material and they have consumed it. The division is now closed and they are not paying me, it has been 5 years and the government is bullying me. They claimed to have lost the files, bmtc think its a joke to bully vendors who supply to them in good faith to keep the public transportation running, but only care about bribes and forgetting files, in these 5 years that i have not received my payment and security deposits, i have paid the interest, income tax as well as have suppliers stuck on my back for their pending payments, this is an absolute joke and disgrace
