Hi, please take my request and action soon.

I am travelling from hennur cross to manyata tech park everyday, i face this issue. After paying full ticket amount also i am not getting ticket from conductor, they give the ticket from hennur cross to nagawara. Which is just 5 rs. But they are taking full amount which is 10 rs.

Everyday i asked for the ticket but they refuse to give.. And says after nagawara junction they will give. After asking multiple times only they are giving with angry look. (Mostly not giving the ticket)

This is my right to ask for ticket. Why they are treating like this. And not giving the ticket.

Sometimes checking also happened, in that case they will also not listen to us.. Simply they will charge penalty to us only...in this case conductor should punish.

This is not the problem once in a month, this has become a daily problem.
Please take the action as soon as possible...!!!

    I have travelled from Madiwala to Patrick Church bus stop at about 9 am on 25-July-2019 morning . Conductor has issued a ticket of Rs 17 with Serial No -0906187 LL 78. Sinec I paid Rs 100, balance amount of Rs 83, he wrote on back of ticket . I forgot to collect the balance . Please advise the conductor to return the balance to my Office address .

    Bus number ka-57, F-2642, a Volvo, on 22 july from itpl to majestic at around 7 pm in evening, . The bus stopped for too long at stops, at one point it stopped for 10 to 15 min. Secondly there was too much sound in bus due to some vibration. It sees like I am on some viberator. If definitely needs immediate servicing

      I, jennifer, request you to overlook the drivers behaviour to have strict lane discipline and control the speed of the bus in main roads. Avoid speeding while taking turns. This is the cause of accidents and might lead to death. Please make sure by one’s action everyone’s life is safe. This is regard to both bmtc and ksrtc buses with rash driving and stunts.

        I have orr bus pass and vayu vajra bus conductor didn't accept the pass saying that only normal pass will be accepted. I traveled on 23rd july around 11:30 from airport to vydehi hospital on kail 4a bus. The price of orr bmtc bus pass is costlier than normal pass still it is not accepted by conductor. I have traveled couple of times before using same pass.

          Today i was traveling in orange bts flyover 258 bus and the conductor miss behaved with me asking me to get down or pay for the tickets even if though i had a monthly bmtc bus pass. He demanded ₹2 from me as flyover charge and miss behaved with majority of ladies. I also saw that there were 6 men who had occupied all ladies seat was supported by this bus conductor asking them not to get from their place and give the seat to the ladies just because he has issued them the bus ticket promising them about a seat to sit. I was frustrated looking at this bus conductors behaviour as he was adamant and not respecting women. I wanted to take strict action towards his behaviour. I also made a lot of noise along with other ladies of the bus and was asked to raise a complaint against his miss behaviour and abusive behaviour. I have the bus ticket as proof of travel and there was a cc camera inside the bus for me to get the justice of he not allowing me to occupy the seat of the ladies section... The bill details are as follows depot 10 t. No 35 501bh/13 22/07/2019 time 15:25:04 toll pass ticket pass no 1245 fare+gst ₹2 ordinar bus number ka57 f - 2889token no 1105. Kindly remove and terminate such bus conductors who believe in bribes and are disrespectful towards women of india

          There are very less buses from hope farm towards Seegehalli in evening after 6.30 pm.

          Due to which all buses are very rush and not possible to be taken.

          Please increase frequency.

            Dear sir, more buses from sarjapur to kr market, banashankari, mejastic... (Bus no 342 and g2 must be added and frequency of bus must be more during school and college hrs both in the morning and afternoon. Kids wait for long hours in bus stand and most of the time its crowded because of less frequency. Volvo bus frequency should also be increased (342). Please do the needful. Thanks

            I have lost my Wallet and Mobile. Wallet has some money cards.
            Can you assist me on the same as soon as possible.
            My son doing turner course in Government Model ITI, dairy circle and we have paid fee during 2018-19 for 2 years course, now we uploaded previous fee receipt hence our application rejected.

            This is 2nd year without demand from institute how can we make fee payment.
            please clarify and accept our renewal application for student buss pass.

              Most of the buses coming from hebbal near stop at the veeranapalya bus stop or the nagawara bus stop.. They take the flyover for there convince and us passengers have to walk in between vehicles to get to the bus stop.. Drivers try to avoid those junctions at any cost because they don't want to face the traffic signal, which is unfare to most of the elderly and women at night to walk on the busy street after made to get down at the bottom of the flyover.. Please consider this as a complaint and take action against it as we are facing problems walking on a busy street on uneven road..

                Dear sir, sarjapur is developed now and there should be more buses and frequency of bus timing must also be taken care. We had to wait for more that 25min for next bus to arrive and its crowded always as there is no frequency of bus, especially during peak hours (School time, college time) kids wait for long hours both in morning and afternoon hours. Volvo frequency is also very less. Waiting for so long in bus stand most of them try to take private buses why when we have namma bmtc? Plz do the needful sir

                  My daughter is travelling bmtc to college
                  One of the bus the conductor miss behaving like asking repeatedly the destination even though she informs several times for ticket. Later he is continuesly staring (Looking) at her until she disembarks at her distination. She is afraid of travelling now this is happening several times, initially we ignored. Today also the same thing happened at 7:00am aprox.

                  So as i ws travelling in the bmtc bus ka-01-fa-2254 on 18/07/19, the driver didnt give a stop near Koramangala water tank, and was very rude while asking about it, in a very intensive and impolite way . I request a strict action against the driver of the bus.

                    Today morning i travelled in bmtc bus and the vehicle number is
                    KA-01-FA-0795. the bus number is 600CA
                    The driver of this bus drove very rashly and most of them were students who were standing . so when the bus was driven so rashly most of them got hit to the hand holdings of the bus and most of them were hurt [not too severly but ] .but it was too painful . the bus departed before 7.00 am, i think . but it reached the bommanhalli stop by 8.15 or by 8.25 am and it reached banashankari exactly at 9.00 am
                    i request the BMTC management to take immediate action against the driver for his rashness .

                      500c buses are stopping at kundanalli signal left turn waiting for passengers to come over. Buses are stopping for 10 minutes and causing delays and traffic jam. Please remove commissions for conductors so that they don't park every where and delay the bus. We pay for hefty tickets and this is what we get from bmtc. Hope the authorities take a proper action on this.

                        I was travelling in bmtc buss route number 500c from beml layout to ktpo on 16th july.

                        I have observed everytime its the issue, conductors asking to get down the bus or abusing badly if we dont have change. We are also human beings and these kind of behaviour is not fair.

                        The conductor took rs 100 from me and did not return me the rest amount.

                        I need the rest amount, kindly issue me the same.

                          Hi, yesterday at around 8.40 pm when I was driving in my car from Whitefield towards electronic city on outer ring road after Marthahalli bridge. BMTC bus no KA57 F 1941 was about hit my car
                          He drove towards his right without signal and I missed a major accident
                          I just took photo of driver and bus

                            The bus conductor of bus 293, ka 57-f -3665 from majestic (Not sure) till hennur was so rude. We ladies had vacant seats on the back. He made us to get up, it was insulting and he said that they were for gents, on the back no were gents was mentioned. Is this gender discrimination... Please take action..

                            I paid 100 rupees today for my BMTC ticket 500-CA, conductor wrote 70 on the back of the ticket. I forgot to take change while getting down. This happened 4 times. Is there way to get back my money?
                            It seem it's being done intentionally, The bus ride take more than 1 hr for my route and chance of forgetting increases. It must be resolved.

                              As iam student studying in ssmrv college.. N should travel in the bus number 201 but there are no proper bus arrivals.. Everyday there is a trouble of getting the bus..                                 I was travelling in bus number ka 01 f 8696 on[protected] @ 10 am from sunkadakatte to magadi road. I was sitting in conductor seat. When conductor asked me to leave seat i left seat. But she stareted scolding me using very bad words. When i replied back she slapped on my face infront of all passengers, used very bad words.                                 I am residing in jalahalli east. The majority of BMTC is not stopping at bus stop which cause delayed to my commitments. So kindly take some action for that.

                                  Some bmtc conductors behaviour is very inappropriate, they don't behave properly to out state passengers. I am using monthly pass but sometimes when i show my pass, they seem looking at me angry and unhappy. And some do not have manner, they are scolding passengers too. And also shows their red eyes. Conductors push forcefully @bus n using their hands.

                                    I am female and traveling in bmtc daily. Ka 01 fa 1495 this bus driver never give stop near vijaya bank bannerghatta, even though he stop and i get in he starts scolding and abusing. Including today it's been 4time to me, and he abuse other elderly ladies also. If i am not getting any action even i am going to women comission also. Such people should never be encouraged.

                                      I picked bus at 8:55, bus crossed the stops but the conducter not come at least once to back for tickets. He is just simply sitting in his seat. The persons who came with me are also waiting. What is this practice? Conducter like this should be punished for their negligence behaviour. Hoping that 7 will take appropriate action against this complaint

I was traveling from Neeladri Nagar to Infosys. I got down in Infosys bus stop. If any one have any information regarding this, please let me know. Its my sincere request

                                        My son was traveling this morning to school at 8:00 am on 11/07/2019 from domlur in bmtc bus #number kbs-11/12.

                                        He was abused by the conductor of the bus for no reason of his due to the low print quality of bus pass, where the conductor assumed that the bus pass was forged and humiliated my son due to which he is mentally disturbed.
                                        Also, the bus pass was cut into 2pieces by the conductor. Also, he was forced to buy a ticket when he had no money with him.

                                        I need justice.

                                        We contacted the Depot in charge and this issue was taken care of by her and a letter signed by her was issued to accept the Bus pass going forward, irrespective of the print quality.

                                        However, a warning to the bus conductor by you will matter a lot here. (if impossible).

                                        Conductor of this bus is too harsh.
                                        There is change problem every day.
                                        Instead of having a lot of change with him still these guys argue for giving 100 RS change.
                                        And starts arguing in kanadda.
                                        Can we have a proper site where to give complaint about bmtc busses conductor and there misbehavior, as it is increasing everyday
