My son was traveling this morning to school at 8:00 am on 11/07/2019 from domlur in bmtc bus #number kbs-11/12.

He was abused by the conductor of the bus for no reason of his due to the low print quality of bus pass, where the conductor assumed that the bus pass was forged and humiliated my son due to which he is mentally disturbed.
Also, the bus pass was cut into 2pieces by the conductor. Also, he was forced to buy a ticket when he had no money with him.

I need justice.

To whom so ever it may concern, kindly oblige this concern.

Thank you for your reply.

We contacted the Depot in charge and this issue was taken care of by her and a letter signed by her was issued to accept the Bus pass going forward, irrespective of the print quality.

However, a warning to the bus conductor by you will matter a lot here. (if impossible).

Conductor of this bus is too harsh.
There is change problem every day.
Instead of having a lot of change with him still these guys argue for giving 100 RS change.
And starts arguing in kanadda.
Can we have a proper site where to give complaint about bmtc busses conductor and there misbehavior, as it is increasing everyday

    The bmtc conductors charge u 20 re instead of 19 rs as mentioned on tickets the one rupee is not returned and they do not even consider it. And when you ask fro it they make faces asif you have asked for money from their pocket. Kindly look into the matter i have been travelling since past 4 months now and everyday i face the same problem it is my right to get my money and the conductor isnt doing any favor on me or any citizen who is travelling via public transport.

      Hi,
      When i lost my monthly bus pass at 10/07/2019 in evening time travel to skilboard to marathalli bridge (Tin factory bus). Before 2 days only i got a bus pass. Please find my bus pass totaly i paid rs 1150. Please give any solution for me. Bus pass (1050) and bus card (100) both are missing. Kindly requset to find my bus pass or any good solution for me. Quickly reply for my complaint. I have a one good solution thats all.

      If you lost the bus pass there is no provision for issuing duplicate pass you have buy the new one by giving police complaint and pay fine and remaining period of pass.

          Address: Udaipur Garden Junction Stop BTM, 560076

          Bmtc drivers have always been stopping short of the udipi garden junction, btm, close to the traffic signal, and not at the allocated bus stop. With the ongoing metro work and bust stop having been moved closer to the junction, the bmtc drivers continue to stop close to the traffic signal and not at the bus stop. This has led to choking at the junction by the buses 600 series, 500 series 201 series, 24/25 series heading to jayadeva.in addition, passengers embarking and disembarking crowd the junction. This has led to piling up of bmtc busses soon after the signal heading into btm water tank and creating severe traffic jams, with no place for vehicles to move. This has also caused serious delays for ambulances heading to jayadev hospital.
          It is quite shameful that now, traffic police is telling bmtc drivers to stop at the bus stop. A wasteful utilization if public resource, when simply the drivers could come 50ft ahead and stop at the designated bus stop.
          By stopping at the bus stop, the traffic jam could reduce, passengers will come up to the bus stop and the traffic police could be deployed for better work.
          Request bmtc senior leadership to depute some staff to monitor and educate the drivers to stop at the bus stop, and avoid accidents leading to loss of lives.

            Some Bus conductors are behaving very rude to the passengers. This incident happened today, I was travelling from Banashankari to kadirenahalli Cross which is a very next stop. I did not blocked the way but conductor said from far u go inside but I told him I am getting down in coming stop sir and I have not blocked the way also, infront of me there were already so many women were standing at door entrance and their stop is very far instead of telling to them this conductor is shouting and yelling at me in very bad way. He told to get auto if something happens to me is he going to take care of me. Just because they are in power they should not yell at passengers. Instead of me if their children were in place would they talk like this.
            Even though just in case if I have done mistake also how come conductors can tell to take to bus or auto is that bus is for his personal use or to help public.
            Even we have work pressures not only them they should understand that every person every human being is working not only the conductors.
            Please train them to not to talk about our personal decisions OF Passengers whether we take bus or auto is our choice.

            Please train such conductors.

            Not all the staffs are like this, some of them also understands passengers difficulties.
            This is completely against the conductors who yells at passengers without a valid reasons.

              This bus conductor and driver were delaying the bus at every stop and driving at a very low speed even if the roads were not busy or less than affix. Even after constant complaining the driver and conductor (Lady) were. It even paying attention and continued to stay long at every stop from jayanagar till whitefield. The journey that could have been finished in an hour was unnecessarily made 2 hour. I was late for many meeting and everyone was very furious.

                I request to you to extend all Chikkabanavara buses up to Tarabanahalli on Hesaraghatta Road, as in and around area has developed due to the colleges on this road.

                Too many buses are operating from Chikkkabanavara and it is stating point, but hardly few buses operates from Tarabanahalli and too much of crowded in those buses, where as hardly few commuters in the buses operating from Chikkabanavara especially in the office hours.

                Few buses are operating from Hesaraghatta and most of the buses buses operating from Chikkabanavara.

                  I am a student from bangalore, studying medicine. I had applied for the bus pass renewal and also had it approved from the college, due to some issues i have to change the bus route. The payment appointment date is today and i have to change the route but there are no means of changing the bus route after approval and also cancellation of the renewed approved pass application. From about 3 months from now, our college will be shifting to our main campus, so i browsed through fr any way to make change in route, there are almost none. It has been very difficult and inconvenient for me to travel to and fro from college to majestic for about 4 days, missing classes etc etc
                  I request the concerned authorities to go through this issue and make quick solution as it is a major issue of smart card and will be becoming a major issue in the coming days and take immediate action because students should not be at loss for any changes in smart card for which they are not responsible and which was not in their hands. I hope the issue will we be soon addressed.

                      Reference to the above subject i would like to inform that dated 06.07.19 from mutanallur cross to carmelaram (Ticket fare rs 10) bus no ka53 f 0084 at around 5.45 pm the conductor took the money but was not providing the ticket with repeated telling him to provide the ticket.

                      Please look in to this issue seriously as many conductor are taking the money and not providing us the ticket and if we keep on asking they will start to shout as if they are locally very strong in there arguments and daring in looting the passengers money without this extra income.

                        Dear sir /madam

                        This is to most humbly state you that i - neha bhuwania was travelling from sony signal koromangla to agara bus stop yesterday evening i. E on 06.07.2019. I took the bus at 7.15 pm in the evening.
                        I have given rs 50 to the bus ticket person (Conductor) who gave me rs 35 back along with the ticket which i kept in the same wallet. Unfortunately while i got down from the bus i found that i have lost my grey colour wallet in the bus.

                        The bus didn't have a number mentioned at the front as usually the buses have so i can't say the number even. I have send my father at agara bus depot today in the morning at 7 am., but the concerned person demanded ticket or bus number for the same.
                        I have kept the ticket in the same wallet which was lost yesterday.

                        I would like to state you that i was having pan card, aadhar card, atm, and cash rs 1200 approx in the same wallet. I am a company secretary and a professional girl. I have been mentally disturbed and am unable to think further from this loss as i dnt have my personal identity left with me anymore due to my documents being missing.

                        I request with folded hands to bmtc to please help me out in this matter and get the wallet returned. I will give the entire wallet money to the person who return me the wallet. Only thing i want my documents like pan card and adhar card to be returned as they can be misused and lead me in trouble further.

                        I hope that bmtc will set an example by helping me in getting my purse.

                          This is to inform you that on friday(5/7/2019) the bus number is KA01F8950, the bus reached silk board at 6.20pm. The conductor is supposed to give a change of six rupees and when I got down at silkboard and asked him for the change he denied to return me saying he don't have change and did not give me my change.He told me "six rupees k liye aise karta hain, six rupees se kya hota hain" and started fighting with me.
                          Now I want to know does any bus conductor takes less amount from us by anyway?Well I have never seen any of them, instead they even take one rupee also and if we dont give they shout at us.Now when it came to us why did not they return our money? I want my six rupees, its my right to take change back because I slog my ### everyday at office to EARN my INCOME and these six rupees does not come for free. Neither any of the bus takes us for free.So I want my change back.And I will definitely complain these things in consumer FORUM plus I will raise all these concerns to our Prime Minister so that hey take strict action against the people who is eating up public's money.Lastly I want my change back.

                          Actually I have boarded my bus at Marathahalli IST 5:52am in the early morning n I asked conductor for tin factory n I gave him 50 Indian rupees n he had gave me the change of 10 rupee n gave ticket for kasthuri nagara ring road but in ticket it shows 34 rupees to b charged so as soon as possible plz do take charge.

                            Bus no. Ka-53-f-216
                            Dated 06/07/2019 time - 19:08:37 from kumbalagodu to kengeri ttmc fare was rs 15 i paid 50 and conductor returned rs 30 and wrote something behind the ticket and gave me ticket and went and when i reverted back asked for the remaining rs 5 he refused and slightly pushed me on the door out of the bus.

I was travelling from ramaiah bus stop to kammagondanahalli in a bus ka01f 3850 at 5 :30pm where the conductor denied to accept my old bus pass and said me to buy a ticket, but "when i said it is extended till july 8 and why should i take a ticket, he said me to talk to bmtc personnel, and conductor dailed the no. When i spoke to the bmtc official on phone he gave me a very irresponsible answer and gaveup the call. And"i was forced to take a ticket even after extension of old bus pass."in addition there is no application on online to apply for the renewal of pass. Kindly please look into this matter and i request you to release online application form for the renewal of old bus passes for bsc nursing students. (Our year end exams will be in september, second year starts after september) please consider this case do the needful

                                Raising this request to increase the frequency of buses for route no 293a, 294c, 296a.in the morning, from 9.30am to 11 am, there is only one bus that leaves horamavu agara bus stop (Shilpa bakery). Its is very hard for office goers and college students to travel from horamava agara as there is very limited services. Kindly raise the frequency of buses, a bus leaviing between10 am and 10.30 am would be highly appreciated. Thanks

                                  There are very less number of buses to itpl from hebbal (Ordinary/ac). If we miss a bus we need to at least wait for 45mins for next bus. When compared to silk board buses which arrives at every 30s, buses for itpl is negligible. I request to increase bus to itpl at least 15mins once. At least till 12pm the bus frequency should be 15mins once where many people will be travelling. I humbly request you to increase bus frequency for itpl.

                                    Hi,

                                    This is regarding hopeless behavior of bmtc bus conductor of depot 21.
                                    On july 2 2019 evening around 6.55pm boarded the bus ka57f3560 (502h) in nagarbhavi ambekar college stop and experienced worst behavior of this bus conductor (Ka57f3560). He was busy on his phone when i asked for ticket later when i asked for second time he helled at me saying i did not ask for ticket. He denied his duty, as it was supposed to be him to give me ticket soon as i boarded the bus on that he was rude at a female addressing with no respect, this incident has deeply hurt me please do consider this issue and make sure he don't speak to any girl with such disgusting language and attitude.

                                    Adding on to the complaint, conductor has issued false ticket and also denied to return the change. I'm adding the bus ticket details issued by that conductor in this.

                                    Please note i boarded bus from ambedkar college nagarbhavi and got down in mariyapanpalya that usually charge me 10rs but the ticket issued is mallathahalli cross to mariyapanpalya which says 5rs but he took 10rs. Anyway 5rs more was not the matter to complaint about but the language and attitude he used on female passanger was abusing and hurting.

                                        Bmtc bus number ka 57 f 0730 dated 02 jul 2019 time 10.20 am @ kfc indiranagar. Bus staff not accepting 10 rs coin and doing argument and misbehaving with general public and shaming at public places and staff asking traveller will you accept 10rs coin?

                                        Without accepting the coin how passengers got the coin? Are they printing the coin at home?

                                        This is not at all acceptable.

                                        We have to wait for half an hour to get the bus.
