Dear sir/mam,

I am writing this complaint in the light of two events that has happened to me in past few days.

Today (24-june-2019) i took 507-a (Ka-53 f-074) bus from kammagondanahalli entrance to bel circle at 7.10 am. Since the bus was crowded i was standing near the front entrance and the conductor was on the other door entrance. Since he was not moving in my direction, i asked a fellow passenger to get a ticket for me to bel circle and gave rs 20 to pass to the conductor.

The conductor without even listening to the destination stop name, he gave a ticket for manyata tech park (Cost is rs 20).
I told called him and told i don't want ticket for manyata and instead i wanted for bel only. He became angry and told keep the ticket, i'll exchange it at bel stop.

After arriving at bel stop, he gave 10 rs and i gave him the ticket back which he gave by mistake for manyata. I asked him for the ticket to bel, then he started shouting that it was already because of my mistake that he gave manyata's ticket and he can't give me bel ticket since the previous ticket has become waste.

I told that i will complaint against you if you are doing like this. He told go ahead and do it.

Similar kind of event happened again when i was traveling in same bus from kammagondanahalli to jalahalli cross. The conductor took 10 rs and told that he will give the change later at the destination stop which i agreed to. After arriving at the jalahalli cross the conductor gave 10 rs and told to split between the fellow passenger. The other person also didn't have change so i asked the conductor to give the change as i saw him keeping 5 rs coins in his pocket to which he replied as i have other passengers also to take care of. I can't give you that money which was very rude.

Sir, i am living in bangalore for 16 years now and these kind of scenes are normal everyday in bmtc buses which is very unfortunate. We travel to our work place/ college in the morning looking at the bright day but these kind of events ruin our day. Plus, nobody likes to engage into a fight with conductor/anybody in early morning that to based on ticket fairs. The public transports are running to serve the public and not to make life more difficult for them.

I request you to consider this complaint as serious because even though it is a small issue and happens everyday, at the end of the day passenger gets cheated by these small issues only.

    I travelled in bmtc bus on route 500a from bellandur to kr puram and got the ticket worth 40 rupees from the conductor. As i didn't have change i gave him rs 500 and he wrote 460 on back of the ticket. Several other passengers boarded while i was travelling, but still he didn't gave me the change. As i was in hurry and some other things also occupied my mind me too forgot to ask him for change. The ticket's image has been attached. Details of bus

      Greetings to the concern,

      This is to bring to your kind notice that metro work is being undertaken in MG road. Taking this as a reason G9 buses are leaving the passengers at BVR circle and moving away as it is not there concern.There is alternate route for these buses to take i.e., parallel road to the road under work (towards trinity circle) which will take only about 2 mins. And this is not the only issue, the staff of these route are so careless and rude that they dont even follow certain schedule and passengers are at problem since G9 is the only transport from MG road (except for one G8 and G11 rarely)

      Please look into the problem and notify the respective satff about the same.

      Looking forward with assurance that the problem will be rectified.

        Dear sir,
        Daily I travel from T C Palaya to Ramamurthy Nagar bridge. There is frequent buses in the morning. However, in the evening from 5:30 to 8:00 PM, the frequency of buses is very less.
        May be one or two buses comes in between and it's services end by Kalkere or Anneiappa circle. It would be good, if there is buses atleaset 30 minutes frequency, since the share auto price is 40 rs and it is not affordable for all.
        Requesting you to take action in it and ensure increased frequency of buses from Channasandra bridge to T C Palaya.

          I am staying in chandralayout, I have to go to belandur daily, so I need to catch 500k ac direct bus starts from Vijayanagar (have only ac bus we dont have non ac buses in this route), during school holidays time I use to get a proper bus at proper time, every 15 min gap, but now in the month of june there is no proper timing for bus, some times need to wait for 30 to 45 min, some times continuously 2 to 3 buses will come with gap of 2 min, it's a waste of resources, what is the use? And hardly from Vijayanagar to chandralayout 10 min and there is no traffic junctions also, then why no proper buses?.

          now a days i will get a bus at 6.15am or 6.45am and 7.30am, but wen i check the google or bmtc bus schedule its every 15 min, please either update or make sure bus frequency proper as per schedule.

          Please take a necessary action. We are paying double than non ac buses, really it irritates.

          Bmtc bus(KA-57, F-2291) is running without conductor, the driver himself handling the ticketing, it is surely time consuming for passengers. it is pretty sure that some passengers are travelling without even tickets.

            Bus number 252F which I board to travel to Peenya 2nd stage from okalipura bus stop which starts it's fare from majestic sometimes does not stop at okalipura bus stop even after noticing a person standing at the bus stop, they just travel by ignoring the people standing at the stop. Another issue is the frequency of the bus reporting at the stop is too less, can something be done to improvise it ?.

              I work in night shift and when I log out time will be around 11:00 or 11:15pm exactly but when ever I get bus they ask extra money bus no Ka 57 F 2121, all employees are not get paid high, I take bmtc instead of can because to save some money but thug conductor loot there too, I know rules but quaction is even it's 11:10 pm why are you asking more money and always these guys give old tickets instead of new one which prints exact time of ticket it's like organized crime I hate this world...

                I have taken a ticket from Sarjapur signal to kudanahalli gate, I exactly gave 20 rupees as ticket costs 19 rupees, conductor gave me empty ticket by handwriting cost of ticket on they blank ticket and when I questioned him, he is saying machine is not working and just went back without proper response.But machine is working fine, he just lied to take that 20 rupees.

                  I had travelled from silk board to wipro main gate, electronic city by Bus on June 16th. I got the ticket which cost Rs.25(Rupees Twenty five only) and had given Rs.100(Rupees Hundred only) as I did not have change.                   Thank you for looking into it. But banashankari is very far from my location, Kartik Nagar. Even though if I go that far it will cost me that much . And also a lot of time. Can you kindly refer to any nearby point from where I can collect my payment
                  Sorry it's 356w and not 326..typo mistake
                  We are two adults and asked for 2 adults ticket, but the conductor charged us for 2 adults+2 children price and said it's a night charge and 1 and half ticket will be charged.

                  Does govt. ask extra charge for govt buses? is this by the law?

                      I have been regularly using the BMTC Volvo pass with my license as proof for the past two months and there was no issue. All of a sudden when I boarded the 342F service from Agara to St.Johns the conductor was so ignorant to take my license as proof and he was insisting that I show a BMTC ID. This has never happened before and due to this, I had to get down from the bus midway. It was a hectic task walking back to the stop and getting onto another bus. The behavior of the conductor was so unprofessional that I would have lost my calm. Instead, I remained silent. The following bus accepted the Pass with License as proof. I was late for office due to this. The bus details- KA 01- F 4382- Morning 8:30.

                        My daughter who is only 15 years old travels to her college by metro. Today she had Rs 100.and she had to go to Rajajinagar from Peenya. But these people.on counter were very rude.to her and her friend and refused to give tickets as they dint have change. What type of behaviour. When she pleaded that she was getting late for college, then man on counter, (refused to tell.his name) started abusing in shouting in Kannada. This is not the first time.Many a times.I travel by metro and this has happened with me also. How can you expect the passenger to always keep the change ? If they don't have change, we might also not have. Pathetic behaviour. They have made it fully government office like. Very disappointing.

                          Hi team,

                          I was waiting for 401-R towards beml layout in govt. Soap factory (iskcon) from past 40 mins and not even a single bus has come.. Whereas there were around 6 401-K buses in the same time period. You want people to use public transport but waiting time for each bus is 40-50 mins and mind you I have still not got the bus. This is an ongoing issue with 401-R. Please provide us with a solution ASAP.

                              This morning (June 14, 2019) at 9 am near Mysore Road bus stop, BMTC Bus no KA-01-F-4663 hit my two wheeler KA01HX9847

                              I had stopped my Scooter to allow the vehicle in front of me to pass by, the bus driver who was beside my two wheeler refused to give me space and drove past me in full speed. He hit my two wheeler, damaging the entire front portion and as a result me and my husband fell hurting ourselves.

                              The public did not even help me and when my husband asked the driver to share his driving license he replied in Kannada which was not understood by us as us being a North Indian. The drivers rash driving and unacceptable behavior to even check what happened to us was a huge surprise.

                              Apart from my incurring a huge loss on my two wheeler, I was also very shaken with the incident.

                                I'm a second year BE student. I had applied for student pass last year. The total amount was 1810 which I had paid online. due to some glitch and technical issues in bmtc website my amount was blocked and the application was rejected. I had to reapply offline and then again pay another 1800 cash at Shanti Nagar bus station to get my pass for the year 2018-19. Now almost 9 or 10months later everyday I enquire but they say money will be refunded soon in 15 or 20days which never happens.i think they are just cheating on students and fooling us. I have given all the bank account details too.

                                  I am a Regular Passénger in BMTC
                                  I am Travelling from Silkboard to Marathahalli &
                                  From Marathahalli to Siddapura on Daily bases
                                  I am making an Up & Down travel

                                  Bad Response don Bus Conductor by using Bad Words

                                  - 12th June 2019
                                  I boarded in KA57AP1957 BMTC - I just enquired before Boarding in the Bus
                                  Whether it goes to Siddapura
                                  Instead of Giving proper answer
                                  He scolded me in Bad words (It made me Mentally upset)

                                  Do I am a Passenger or a Begger

                                  I need a Immediate Action on that Bus Conductor

                                  It’s a Request Complaint to Take Sever Action on him
                                  So that he will not repeat or do this type behaviour to other Passengers

                                  I believe in Government that
                                  Will take an Action against him

                                    BMTC bus with number KA 57 F 1424 which started from attibele and destination is hosted, driver drove the bus so rashly, near dommasandra village on 9th June 2019 at around 9 pm, he just drove faster and jumped on the hump causing all the commuters injuries. Driver was laughing post this incident instead of checking if anyone is hurt. Please take necessary action. I had called the customer care immediately and logged a complaint. But not sure if any action is taken.

                                      This morning (June 10, 2019) at 10.30 am near Nagawara bus stop, BMTC bus 4425 hit my car 7707.
                                      I had stopped my car to allow the vehicle in front of me to pass by, the bus driver who was behind my car refused to give me space and drove past me in full speed. He hit my car, damaging the entire front portion (photos for your reference) and didn’t stop to even check if I was hurt.
                                      Since he drove past I could only get his bus no. as 4425 before the public helped me and did what was possible to get me get back. The drivers rash driving and unacceptable behavior to even check what happened to me was a huge surprise.

                                      Apart from my incurring a huge loss on my car, I was also very shaken with the incident.
                                      Please do look into the matter and help me get justice

                                        Hello BMTC HEAD, I'm here to giving a feed back about your Worst public service. Daily i am wasting 1 hour plus time by waiting for this G4 .i am completely exhausted .those drivers really don't know the time manners .daily i m coming late to office because of that and i m going to lose my job if it continues.please make sure you resole this as ASAP(As soon as possible because i know you won't value our time).
