Hi,

I was travelling from bda complex to t. Dasarahalli and as the 1st bus i had boarded made a last stop at jalahalli cross so i got on to a bus to get down at t. Dasarahalli... Then suddenly the signal came up i and the bus was at halt so i taught of getting down from that bus as soon as the driver saw me getting down he slammed the door where in i was about to get struck by the door.. Well i ignored that but when i was getting down from the bus i just had a look at the bus number just for info.. Then the driver started bullying me.. He said.. Go home and do pooja of that number... That is when i lost my temper.. I said you do your job dont start an arguement.. Then he said... Shut your # and get lost... Those words got on my nerve and made me argue with him.. And he also started asking where are you studying.. Just like giving a threatening call... And then the pedestrians stopped the fight... This is what happned there.

I dont know whether this compliant will be taken seriously and effect the driver but i just wanted to inform the rash behaviour of the driver.. His last words just raised my heart beat

This is my humble request please take some action on him.

    I'm a regular passenger of sbs 1k and kbs 1k buses. When traveling from hal to whitefield, all these buses stop at spice garden bus stop (Marathalli bridge) for almost 15 mins and not move at all. Since there's construction work going on at kundalahalli gate, there's a lot of traffic. I have to wait for 15mins for the bus to move and 30 mins in traffic? I can't even tell those drivers and conductors because most of them are arrogant. Please solve this problem. No one tells the buses to move fast. It's become a headache.

      Most of the buses are not stopping at hopefarm bustop towards kadugodi even though there are passengers for onboarding. Passengers are asked to go to busstop if they are trying to board the bus near signal and they dont stop in the bus stop. Passengers are facing issues regarding the same.

      One bus details noted today is ka -57-f-2660 around 5:35 pm in the evening on 29-mar-19.

      Request you to take necessary action and instruct all the buses to stop at the hope farm bus stop.

          I am mr. p. arumugam, ex-vrs-supdt of central excise-acp, no: 14/3. 4th cross, santhinagar west, hosur-635109.
          I am central civil pensioner. I frequently visit bangalore. Today,[protected] morning I boarded the bus KA57F1217 from attibele bus stand. I paid rs.70 and obtained bmtc daily pass. The conductor issued the pass.
          In the pass issued to me, my aadhaar number last 4nos was filled in the pass as "2077". The conductor carelessly filled as "PanCard No:2077".
          I protested and the conductor made correction in the pass and put initial and given to me.
          At about 11.16 am, while travelling from shivajinagar bus stand to kr market, bmtc conductor of bus number KA01F8914 did not accept the pass and demanded to pay rs15 and get ticket. I protested, but he was not listening. So I paid rs15 and obtained the ticket.
          On many occasions, i have seen hapless passengers paying fines for not signing or not producing id cards etc. In my case. the conductor mistaken and carelessly filled ID details.
          This appears to be the novel modus operandi: the checking officers who wish to book as many cases as possible, conspire with some conductors. The conductors collect amount, but issue pass with this type of mistakes. The checking officers would check and register cases and collect fines from passengers. Or some other bus conductors demand and collect for additional tickets.
          So bmtc daily pass cost is more and not rs.70. The illiterate passengers, coolies, daily wage workers, patients, pregnant ladies, ladies with children and bags, buy the ticket in addition to the pass amount or sometimes pay the fine. Their one day food is cheated by the bmtc checking officers.
          In this modus operandi, the advantage for bmtc is that, the affected passenger would not make any complaints with bmtc higher officers or consumer forum. The hapless passengers who pay for additional tickets or fines are from different places in the city and their cry would never be heard.
          As a responsible senior citizen, i file this complaint against the bmtc management. I request that the case is taken up and justice rendered. I demand a compensation of rs.1, 000 for the insult, humiliation and stress.

          I and my friend entered the bus from veerannapalaya at 9.00 am on 18th March 2019 towards hebbal.Bus 502CT no: KA 57 f 0575. We told her to give hebbal ticket and gave 100 rs and she gives goraguntepalya ticket(19+19) and gave us back only 60 rs. Immediately we gave back the ticket she came for fighting with us and she didn't give us any money.

            Today I have traveled from Richmond circle to Nirmala store with bus number KA 01 F 4444 On 25th March 2019, it's a pick time around 7.30pm I get a bus from Richmond circle to srinivasnager, I gave a 50Rs to unresponsible employee (BMTC conductor) he didn't gave me a change and he write a some blance money in the back side of the ticket which he gave me as a ticket, I didn't understand his language and I asked him he said I will give you change buy the time you will get down in your stop, my stop came I asked change he gave me 2Rs, I asked for a 33Rs change he started shouting on me in a vulgar language in front of all the passangers not only a conductor with driver also spoken me in a vulger language... One think I have noticed that today he has not given change to all the passagers which has traveled in that bus... As a passanger I have one doduta about BMTC Employers are not getting salary in time, so the reason they are making money like this, this is not about only 31Rs sir, if one passanger 31Rs, Daily how many people will be traveling if he not gave 3rs or 1RS with 10 ppl in a trip what will be the daily payment he will earn sir, he will do minimum 3 to 5 trip think it sir..

            My request is has to give back that 31Rs back and he has to ask me Sorry to me...

            We also a employee to the company sir, I will earn a money in such a way, not like your employees..

            Please guide them a good mannerism,

            He has to ask me the sorry for it in a good manner and he has to give my money back in a good manner not a 31rs, he has to give me 61Rs, because I should get down in Nirmalstore but he didn't stopped in my stop he stopped in srinivasnager, from srinivasnager I reached home by auto he has to pay auto fee also 😡...

              Bus reached silk board at 6:28 am on 25th march 2019

              He kept on waiting for more than 15 minutes at silk board waiting for the bus to fill and then started moving.

              Is this the only 500-ca in bangalore??
              This is a daily issue, buses wait endlesssly till they are full and then move front. This is causing large bottlenecks at silk board as they don’t even stop the bus properly, they stop on the centre of the road.

              Please have a staff present at silk board to remind these bungling buffers that theirs is not the only bus that runs in bangalore and strictly stick to timings. If this issue is not addressed i will post in consumer forum

                BMTC bus with number KA 01 F 9553 hit my car. This incident happened on 23 March 2019. By the time I could get hold of the driver, bus eloped very fast. Intolerable behaviour by the driver where he clashed from left. He banged with a huge force which resulted in complete breaking of the left mirror. Spare parts of the mirror were thrown back due to force. Body of the car at the left door and bumper at the front has incurred huge scratches. The loss that I have incurred due to this is 10, 000. I want my loss to be incurred.

                    Today 22/03/2019 around 8:30am i took the bus in bayyanapalya (Kanakapura main rd) the bus was not showing any number but it has display as banashankari.. The bus number ka - 57 f-1370, the conductor checked my pass and the id card but the address on id card is the permanent address which was given by me while joining the clg. (Rvce, mysore rd), i have purchased the bmtc smart card student bus pass with the route : bayyanapalya-konanakunte cross-kengeri-rvce

                    But conductor scolded me to get down from the bus for having address mismatch in id card and bmtc bus pass and i had to get down at raghuvanahalli.

                    If you can’t have the access to scan the pass then why the hell (Bmtc manager) you gave the smart card to students and it’snot free i have paid for this.

                    Kindly take action against this bus and conductor - ka 57 f 1370
                    I’m ready to fight against this regard with the law against bmtc because earlier you’re giving the passes which are handwritten in ttmcs now it’s smart card for the namesake. You all are responsible for why i missed the test in rv college of engineering today.

                    Sure! I give my card details kindly note: it’s not the issue of that bus conductor, it’s against the BMTC management. Because you people have taken money from all the students to give that smart card and where there is no equipment to scan that and what was your idea behind it? To make money out of it? How can you say a student to get down from the bus when student have authorized to use the BMTC service even after paying for that route.

                    I’m a Engineering student in RV college of Engineering. I stay in Bayyanapalya. I travel to college by BMTC every time. I have student pass and the route is Bayyanapalya- Konanakunte Cross-Kengeri-RVCE

                    and today 25/05/2019 at 4:20 I took 378D bus from Kengeri and Conductor checked all the pass details and told me to get down from the running bus because it’s via Konanakunte cross but I refused because I’m traveling to Bayyanapalya only but which is direct instead of going through Konanakunte cross.

                    I joined college 2 years back and I’m new to the area Bayyanapalya where I didn’t know from Bayyanapalya there is a direct bus to Kengeri 378D while registrations for BMTC student pass. And from a month I’m taking 378D whenever I find.

                    Today conductor told me to get the bus pass with route Bayyanapalya to Kengeri directly and he will allow in his bus and because I refused get down he scolded me badly by taking my mother name and slapped me.

                    Who is he to scold me and slap me call my mother name, who has given him that bus ownership? And how can he talk to student like that as government employee.

                    This shame of you BMTC management because note:” He told me to get bus pass with the route Bayyanapalya to Kengeri directly. Have you alloted more 378D busses for me to do this? Where there is bus in 8:20am in Bayyanapalya and at 4:30pm at Kengeri which I can find”

                    During exam times how can the conductors do this to Engineering students?
                    How can he raised his hands on me?
                    Please give me justice and tell me how can you resolve these technical issues??
                    If you tell I have taken wrong route bus. Is this the way you talk to people who are new to city? And Is this a crime to travel to Bayyanapalya directly through BMTC?

                      Dear sir,

                      This is to bring to your notice about the incident of higher charge by a conductor on regular route.

                      I am a daily traveler in nice 7 route and occasionally purchase daily pass. Normal charge if purchased daily pass is 70/- + 25 as toll charges for one side.

                      On march 5th, there was a new conductor (Prem) on bus number ka53 f 113 time morning 7 am route from vidyaranyapura to electronic city.

                      He charged 70 + 30 as toll charge and is arguably very blunt saying this is how i charge and this is the fare. For that below is his explanation.

                      “if we purchase daily pass in the same bus, then toll charge is 30. If we have monthly or daily pass already available then toll charge is 25 only”. I feel this is irrelevant to buy daily pass from other bus and board this and either he ruling this as rules for fellow passengers who commute on daily basis.

                      He was a not a regular route conductor but posted just for a trip. However, the issue is can he over charge bypassing the fare list or if it’s a lack of awareness he can still check with other but dint do in either case.

                      I am here by attaching the snap shot of tickets and pass that was charged high and also the postdated regular ticket fare for your reference.

                      Request you to please look and kindly action on avoiding the repetitive incidents like this.

                      Its not 65/- pass. Its 70 rupees and is sealed as 70 but using the print of old 65. Please observe it.

                      Hope you are aware of 65 pass is no more as against BMTC ID. This is the pass issued by conductor and he has charged Rs 5 extra as 70 + 30 against it.

                        Today i was standing in babusap pallya bus stop and showing my hand to stop the bus volvo vijira route no 500a, bus no ka57f2283. Dily pass no 52.
                        The bus stopped after crossing the stop, after boarding the bus i asked her why she did not stop the bus, in turn she replied a bus was standing that's why, be cause of the bus only i was sowing hand but driver not bothered to stop i said, in turn she was replying at least you be happy i stopped the bus others don't.
                        Next she was telling not stopping the bus i should ask the driver not to her

                          I was travelling by bus no ka[protected]h i got on from whitefield and wanted to go till hoskote. Between 2pm to 2 30 pm on 18th march 2019
                          This bus driver was harassing me for sitting in the frontmost seat. He started verbally abusing me and even abused some other girls my age even though i hadn't said one word. It wad scary to be harassed like this in public. The conductor was quiet. He was making all sexist remarks after that. Targeting girls.
                          How can bmtc hire such sick people. Its so disgusting. I couldn't ask his name as i was scared of him. He looked like a local thug. But something needs to happen to people like him. I have full details of my journey above.

                                I took Bus from Domlur bridge to Pattandur Agrahara Gate on[protected] which costs 22 Rs, but as I didn't have change I gave 100Rs but forgot to collect change from conductor. What to do to get back the change?

                                Both driver and conductor don't know how to behaviour with people. First of all in bus space would be less upon that the driver was yelling at people to go inside... When there was no space left... Driver used bad words on the travellers. Rash driving by driver.

                                  Hi,
                                  I am complaining the bus driver and conducter of route no. 273c (Ka 57f 1974). I want to go to hmt auditorium, 273c buses are running from mejastic to jalahalli cross via hmt.
                                  It is a regular practice of the driver and conducter of this route. Daily morning trips of these buses are going via gangamma circle instead of hmt auditorium. It is very difficult to the passengers to reach the hmt stop in the early morning. We have to wait another 1hr to catch that route bus, if less passenger's are there for hmt stop, they are also using same route via gangamma circle.

                                      I boarded a bus 293h (Ka 57 f 0731) on 8th march 2019 at about 9.25am from gubbi cross. I requested for a ticket to outer ring road, which usually cost me rs 17. The conductor issued me a ticket till coles park which cost me rs 20.

                                      When i checked the route map i found it much away from my stop. Its not the rs 3, but it really feels bad when they just do such daylight robbery. I have had many such bad experiences from bmtc conductors multiple times, not to mention some good people too.

                                      I wish bmtc takes action such that such incidents are not repeated in future. And wish bmtc conductors are groomed well to behave peoperly with customers.
