Dear sir,
Route no. K2 (Hebbal), date:[protected], time arround 5:35, bus no. Ka57 fa 2448, we 5 people get in the bus around 5:35 pm, conductor taken 50 rupees when we demanding for ticket he told this is my bus, how i am guiding just fallow you don't order me, you complain any buddy i don't care. And we told return our amount we get down here only, then he told i wouldn't return your amount. Due to we have urgent work we not talk to mutch with him, and getdown at yeshawantpur. So i hope consideration this complaints and taking necessary action on him respected officers.
I asked his details he not given any thing, and also not wearing name plate. And he used bad words.

Due to this only bmtc under loss.

So please without fail take action.

      I'm here to complain abt the MTC busconductor misbehaving to the public. Both driver and conductor they behaved rudely forsimple thing to stop the bus in bus stop instead of stopping they are stopping in signal and compeld the public to get down. Very worst behaviour they are not respect the traffic inspector who supported me.

      Kindly take the necessary action.

        I was travelling from brigade road to st john's hospital road on a g3 bus. The cundoctor given me the ticket without change and he said will give it. I asked him for change almost 3 times and when the 4th time i asked him he had should against me and used sexually harassing words.

        I am traveling from jalahalli cross to majestic. Ticket given at 10: 55 pm as one and half charge.. This is just a robbery from btmc. Poor and lower middle class people will be travelling at this time.

        I will be completing trip within 12:00 am. Why should we pay extraa???

          I was travelling in bmtc volvo bus, boarded from babusapalya bus stop and got down at manyata tech park on 15/04/2019 and i forgot my bag in the bus. Timings of the bus was around 9.30-9.50 a. M. It was having a mac laptop in it. Please help me to find it. If anyone conductor or passenger finds it please report to me. The bag was dark blue in color and had grey laptop in it. Brand of the bag - u. S. Polo

            Today morning i traveled in bmtc bus from hosa road signal to jayadeva. I gave to conductor rs.100 and he written back on ticket like change rs.81 he should give before getting down.
            I forgot to ask change when i got down from bus and eventhough he did not call back me for giving change.

            This is very bad service. Why bmtc conductors are doing like this everytime if they have change also they are not ready to give change to passangers. How many times we should ask for change i experienced with some conductors.

            This time i forgot totally rs.81 change. How i will get back my change, that ticket also with me.

              Boarded a bus from udupi signal btm layout to marathalli bridge. I was asked to change the bus at rmz ecospace due to so issue in the bus.in the process i left my wallet in the bus. The conductor was a lady, for some further information. The time at which i got off at rmz ecospace was 12:38 pm.

                I travelled in bus no 15g from shastry bakery stop to majestic. I gave ₹50 note for a se citizen fare of ₹15. Conductor returned ₹5 & said he would give ₹30 at majestic. While alighting i had a leg cramp
                I forgot to ask for change due to pain. I have the ticket with me and i have sent picture shots of the bus ticket as attachments to this complaint.
                It is my earnest request as senior citizen to you to kindly help in getting back the balance amount from the concerned conductor of the trip. Thank you

                  Bus conductors do not give back balance or coins after taking the actual ticket fare. I'm daily passenger from marathahalli to itpl, the actual volvo bus fare is 48rs but if i give them 50 rupees they don't give us back 2rs. Its cost me every day 4 rupees, monthly 104 rupees. They simply give excuse that they don't have the change every time. Even if they do have the change they just simply turn their back after giving the bus ticket and pretending they are busy with other passengers. No matter if it is normal bus or volvo, if it is 2rupees or 5rupees, it is clearly they just don't want to give back our balance money and is happening every day. It is a request, its not so hard do bring some changes. It is a request, please kindly do something, thank you.

                    Ka-57 f-3285 bus is not stopping anywhere in stop from kalyannagar to tinfactory wanted i stopped bus in kasturi nagar n boarded my wife into bus after that the contractor bus driver started scolding my wife in bad words n she started crying in bus only this is wat bmtc services provid to public. And bus was empty also y they not stopping in busstop. And who scolded my wife that contractor and bus driver should get punished. This is not only for me just think in every busstop itpl passenger will be waiting for boding wat they will do.

                      I was waiting in sanjay nagar bus stop today to board 278 or 278e for almost 1 hour (920am to.1020am) and buses dint come. I was able to see 4 buses going to nagashettihalli which is just stops from sanjay magar in 15min interval but not even one bus returned the other way to shivaji nagar.279 series buses almost 10 buses passed during this time and k2 as well. I was just waiting to see if the bus is coming or not and wasted 1hr of time hoping to board bus. Finally taken auto and spent 100 rs to reach shivaji nagar. Above incident is not just once today, its happening very frequently which i noticed before as well but have not recorded. Kindly look into this, investigate the issue and increase the frequency of 278 or 278e like other buses.

                        I am traveling in bmtc volvo vehicle number ka01fa1817 from. Ramurtinagar to new horizon college on 12 apr 2019 time 12:00:25. When i check the ac vent i'm just getting normal air.. When i ask conductor he says ac is on so only you are able to be or else you get hot air blowen. We pay double the normal bus charges to listen these reasons. Do they think we don't know how ac works and feels.....

                        Kv & airforce school will be open till may 15th 2019 every year. But pass is till march. 2months student transportation very difficult the conductor will inform the children to get down from bus in between from school to home. My daughter came home late.                           BMTC Bus Number KA - 01, FA - 1849 conductor was standing at BTM signal was allowing girls passengers to get into the bus in the signal. When I requested him he immediately closed the door. Which embarrassing for me and he is showing his rude attitude saying it is my wish to allow anyone to get into bus but for you I will not open door.

                            I have lost my pursue golden colour in the bmtc (Blue with white) bus which was from attibele to forum mall. The bus departed at 11.10 am from attibele. I got down at 12 pm in konnapana agrahara. It has cash and atm cards. Please help me. The pursue is golden coloured zipped. It has 2 atm cards (Canara and kvb) and some cash in it. The destination of the bus is forum mall through madivala. There was no number on the bus.

                              Why there is no bus facility of 60 series buses from vijayanagar ttmc to jayanagar after 8:30pm please provide some possibility about it like extending buses till 9pm or atleast make facility till Basvangudi or Gandhi bazar

                                Around 7 pm on 4 april 2019 at wilson garden police station bus stop while going inside bus kbs-3a (Bus no. Ka-57-f-1163) the driver suddenly close
                                The gate without looking that i was still in middle of gate. Because of that my hand got stuck in the gate. I try very hard to take out my hand but its was very difficult and hard.

                                After 2 minutes when people shout then after driver open the gate. At that time there was rush but conductor was siting on front sit near to driver without caring about people who is going inside and coming out.

                                After 10 minutes conductor came at middle part of bus for ticket then i ask him about what is driver doing without looking in mirror he suddenly closed the gate and my hand with laptop bag stuck in gate thereafter he rudely told me that there is no camera in bus that we can see you.

                                Then i ask what you was doing its your responsibility to see people who is getting inside but you was just sitting there and that driver can also see in mirror then also you are talking like this. Then he told me get down from bus and also talk very rudely.

                                Its responsibility of conductors to see people but such careless and behavior i was never expected. There was full chances that my hand get fracture because this thing.

                                I requesting you to take action against such people. I also talk to bmtc customer representative and if such thing will again happen in future then definitely i am going to complain to chairman and director of bmtc and also will file rti against bmtc.

                                  Bmtc bus number ka 57 f 2580 has scrapped on my car today 1st april '19. Even after repeated horn he didnt listen. Very rude behavior from the driver and conductor as well.

                                  Today morning when i was going to my office in itpl from my house situated near hood, bmtc bus with registration number ka 57 f 2580 came very close to me and hit on my mirror then i sounded horn repeatedly but even after seeing this the driver taken the bus from and scratched my car. And when i asked about this the driver and conductor came shouting at me. Bmtc bus drivers are activing as gundas in the road. And saying it is a public transport. There should be an end to such behavior from bmtc drivers.

                                  Please help me to put a complaint against this bus and it driver and conductor.

                                    I am at Jaynagar 4th block.

                                    Requested to issue bus pass and identity card on Sunday 3:40PM but they are denying it completely.
                                    When I asked the reason, they are simply ignoring it without giving any details.

                                    It will be really unprofessional, as I have only Sunday as holiday but due to them I can't get it today.

                                    Please look into it to avoid anytype of issue like this...

                                    So that no one else suffer from this type of behavior ...
