I was travelling by bus no ka[protected]h i got on from whitefield and wanted to go till hoskote. Between 2pm to 2 30 pm on 18th march 2019
This bus driver was harassing me for sitting in the frontmost seat. He started verbally abusing me and even abused some other girls my age even though i hadn't said one word. It wad scary to be harassed like this in public. The conductor was quiet. He was making all sexist remarks after that. Targeting girls.
How can bmtc hire such sick people. Its so disgusting. I couldn't ask his name as i was scared of him. He looked like a local thug. But something needs to happen to people like him. I have full details of my journey above.

Hi Team,

Request you to increase the number of buses plying via nice road which connects PES Toll. As number o[censored]sers has been increased it is very crowded these days and not able to stand as well.
Do some facility which connects phase2 electronic city bus stop or HCL technologies.

I had concession Bus pass. On 13th March 2019 evening when I was returning home I search for my bus pass it was missing.

    Once you lost the pass it is not possible to take that as duplicate pass you have to buy the new one in( Majestic) for the rest of the month along with the fine amount.

      I was traveling from Manyta Tech Park to Marathahalli in AC bus KA57F2644. I gave (₹500) and the conductor wrote change in back of ticket(₹437).But at the time of bus stop. I didn't get my change money.
      I was in hurry so i didn't argue on that.
      Please help me on getting my refund.

        forgot to collect change from conductor

        Hi Team,

        I took Bus from Domlur bridge to Pattandur Agrahara Gate on[protected] which costs 22 Rs, but as I didn't have change I gave 100Rs but forgot to collect change from conductor. What to do to get back the change?

        Bus no - ka 57-f-2131

        Both driver and conductor don't know how to behaviour with people. First of all in bus space would be less upon that the driver was yelling at people to go inside... When there was no space left... Driver used bad words on the travellers. Rash driving by driver.
        Conductor was purposefully coming towards ladies section and was touching ladies in improper manner.

          Hi,
          I am complaining the bus driver and conducter of route no. 273c (Ka 57f 1974). I want to go to hmt auditorium, 273c buses are running from mejastic to jalahalli cross via hmt.
          It is a regular practice of the driver and conducter of this route. Daily morning trips of these buses are going via gangamma circle instead of hmt auditorium. It is very difficult to the passengers to reach the hmt stop in the early morning. We have to wait another 1hr to catch that route bus, if less passenger's are there for hmt stop, they are also using same route via gangamma circle.
          Please take it into consideration and do the needful

              I boarded a bus 293h (Ka 57 f 0731) on 8th march 2019 at about 9.25am from gubbi cross. I requested for a ticket to outer ring road, which usually cost me rs 17. The conductor issued me a ticket till coles park which cost me rs 20.

              When i checked the route map i found it much away from my stop. Its not the rs 3, but it really feels bad when they just do such daylight robbery. I have had many such bad experiences from bmtc conductors multiple times, not to mention some good people too.

              I wish bmtc takes action such that such incidents are not repeated in future. And wish bmtc conductors are groomed well to behave peoperly with customers.

                  I have travelled in bmtc bus from tin factory to kr puram govt hospital on 07-mar-19 at 01.00 am. Conducter asked rs. 8 instead of rs.5, i have asked why 3 rs. More. He told that after 00.00 am (12.00 am) to 04.00 am it is more 1.5 times, but in the ticket it is mentioned as child 1 and rs.3.

                  Again i have asked this but he told as per my higher officials information i have did this.

                  But i have checked in www.mybmtc.com buty anywhere not mentioned as extra charges after 00.00 am to 04.00 am.

                  Kindly let us know if there is any rule for extra charges or kindly ensure this kind avoiding of issues in future.

                  Please refer the attached ticket.

                    Bmtc conductor refused to accept bmtc id card as age proof and refused to issue senior citizen ticket when i was going from hosa road to electronic city to board a ksrtc bus. I had shown my aadhaar card to prove my age. But he told bmtc id can be used to get senior citizen monthly pass. Why this double standard between monthly pass and tickets. He had been implementing his own rules.

                    He told that i had to carry yellow card as senior citizen.

                    How many cards one had to carry? Kindly educate your conductors what to do.

                      I was to catch ksrtc bus at electronic city depot that goes out of bangalore. I had boarded a bmtc bus from hosa road to electronic city
                      I had a valid age proof id issued from bmtc that is valid till may 2019.in addition i had on my position aadhaar card with date of birth. The conductor refused to accept both of them as senior citizen cards.in spite of my every attempt to convince him he refused for senior citizen ticket. He was telling i had to carry yellow card.in case if the checking team comes he will be penalised. But senior citizen monthly pass can be obtained from bmtc

                      Kindly educate your conductors about the importance of bmtc id and aadhaar id as age proof.

                        I am a 4th year be student.. Today that is on 3rd of. March 2019 i was going to college to complete my academic project. The bus number was ka 57 f733. As soon as i got the bus and showed him the pass he refused it stating it is sunday today and pass is not valid for today and put me down of his bus. Certainly i[censored] look at this issue it might not seem like a big issuse but the major problem/danger lying behind this is the conductor framing the rules according to their wish. It all depends on their mood... Please help the customers

                          Being a regular service taker of bmtc, it makes me blue to write this.
                          I'm facing this situation quite some days, today it felt its not tolerable of the bmtc conductor's behavior.
                          I travel from beml layout to marathalli bridge along with my friend on daily basis. The ticket amount is 10*2=20rs. The conductor delay giving the ticket even after asking him several times. At the end bus reached kundalahalli gate and he gave a ticket for 5*2=10rs, but he took 20rs from me.
                          From marathalli bridge to our office i and my friend take one ticket to doddenakundi and one to mahadevapura. Which is 1*5+1*10=15rs. Again the conductor was so irresponsible and don't have time management did not do the ticketing till the doddenakundi stop came. Apparently he took 15rs from us and gave only 10rs ticket. When asked they make nonsense in the public.

                          This is not acceptable at all, it happens quite often, being a good citizen of this beautiful city i request to take preferable action on this.

                            I had to travel from mekhri circle to airport where the regular charge was rs. 200 but the conductor charged me rs. 235. Bus bearing registration number ka57f998
                            At around 3.55 am on 28th february 2019
                            Take necessary action and reply.. Also request you to return excess amount charged. The behavior of conductor was very rude... Normally bmtc charges rs. 235 from majestic to bial but they charged me 235 from mekhri circle.. This is open public loot where many are fooled while traveling along bmtc... Expecting an immediate action...

                            On enquiry with BMTC personnel regarding fare from Mekhri Circle to Airport (BIAL) is just Rs. 175 but I was charged Rs. 235, , I also checked In BMTC website where the latest fare is Rs. 175..So I request concerned authorities to solve my issue urgently..
                            Sir there is only 1 bus in 45 mins to 1 hour from shankar Mata to shivajinagar kindly facilitate the service for people over here add more buses atleast 15 mins one bus is appreciable

                              I took the bus from tin factory to marathahalli. I gave 100rs to a conductor. Fare from tin factory to marathahalli is 17rs. The conductor gave me 3rs back and didn't give me 80rs as he has no change. After some time when i asked for change, he refused to accept that i gave him 100rs.co-passenger said i gave 100rs but conductor didn't give my change back. He said at last stop he will count and give it. I waited till last stop but he didn't count and misbehaved with me. I took a photo of the conductor and driver. He insisted to delete a photo. I said count the money give my change back and i will delete. He didn't stop but and started another journey from marathahalli to hebbal without counting and giving my change back. I have attached a photo of driver and conductor here. Please help on this issue. Thank you.

                                complaint against bus conductor

                                I travel from christ college to railway gate in bus 342f everyday. Yesterday (25 feb 2019) i took the same bus for the destination. As soon as my bus stop came i asked the driver to stop the bus. But the lady bus conductor started shouting that the bus wont stop. I told them its a bus stop and everyday i get down here (Surprisingly i get the same lady conductor everyday). She told only normal buses stop here and volvo's wont stop here. The...

                                I'm new to bangalore, and i dono about here transport facility and fare charges. Today i got insult in public transport... I dono about airport vehicle fare for passenger. I asked with cundoctor he shows the attitude with me. And also he skipped the junction where i want to go... And i was walk from there to my destination around 750meters.. And also he didn't give proper change to me. When passenger ask with the cundoctor. He has to info the fare charges y it's to high from other public transport... Because now a days from outside all are coming to bangalore for job and studies... He has to punish...

                                  Time date and place : 8 am 25th february 2019. Orr from silk board towards hsr.
                                  Reason: bus drivers always trying to get ahead of other parked buses and blocking the road to board and de-board passengers in utter violation of traffic rules.

                                  Today a bmtc bus ka01f4640 due to sheer negligent driving caused a hit on my car. This driver came down and was instead shouting at me. I told him my car was stationery as i stopped because the bus had come to close to me from the middle lane. Then i honked to also alert the driver. He just did not care as he tried to cut back into the left most lane in order to block the bus in front of him on the left side. And his bus scrapped my stationary car. Then i drove and asked him to stop which he did. But as usual he said it was my fault as i was overtaking from the right. I asked him to wait. He just told me i have too many passengers in the bus and just took off..

                                  Very disappointed with this. I had my son in the car waiting to be dropped to school.

                                  Description of the damage to insurance
                                  My car was stationary in the right most lane as i had to break to a full stop and the bus tried bmtc bus ka01f4640 (Photo attached) tried to cut me. I honked to alert the driver but he just hit my car and scrapped the left side damaging

                                    Very less number of buses towards or from thindlu. And the frequency is also very low, only a bus in some 2 hours, whereas the nearest stop gets more frequent buses even though the bus number is meant for the thindlu stop. Oftentimes there are no buses at all. This has been a issue and commuters have raised a complaint before but no actions were taken to resolve these issues.in conclusion there are very few buses and we need more buses to compensate for that.
