Being a regular service taker of bmtc, it makes me blue to write this.
I'm facing this situation quite some days, today it felt its not tolerable of the bmtc conductor's behavior.
I travel from beml layout to marathalli bridge along with my friend on daily basis. The ticket amount is 10*2=20rs. The conductor delay giving the ticket even after asking him several times. At the end bus reached kundalahalli gate and he gave a ticket for 5*2=10rs, but he took 20rs from me.
From marathalli bridge to our office i and my friend take one ticket to doddenakundi and one to mahadevapura. Which is 1*5+1*10=15rs. Again the conductor was so irresponsible and don't have time management did not do the ticketing till the doddenakundi stop came. Apparently he took 15rs from us and gave only 10rs ticket. When asked they make nonsense in the public.
This is not acceptable at all, it happens quite often, being a good citizen of this beautiful city i request to take preferable action on this.
