Time date and place : 8 am 25th february 2019. Orr from silk board towards hsr.
Reason: bus drivers always trying to get ahead of other parked buses and blocking the road to board and de-board passengers in utter violation of traffic rules.

Very less number of buses towards or from thindlu. And the frequency is also very low, only a bus in some 2 hours, whereas the nearest stop gets more frequent buses even though the bus number is meant for the thindlu stop. Oftentimes there are no buses at all. This has been a issue and commuters have raised a complaint before but no actions were taken to resolve these issues.in conclusion there are very few buses and we need more buses to...

On date 21st feb 2019 at 17.00 while coming back to bellandur central from new horizon college of engineering the conductor in this bus charged 10 rupees which is usually a cost of 5rs and also misbehaved badly and rudly when i said it's 5 rs why you are asking for 10 rs. This kind of behaviour is not expected from conductor with the passenger. Please take strict action on this....

Ticket was not given even upon asking. The conductor asked for full amount and did not give the ticket from navrang to shankar mutt on 21/02/2019 bus no. Ka 01 f 8995. Please take appropriate action. The conductor asked for 20 rupees for just 2 stops. And didn't give me the ticket even upon asking and ignored me and escaped to the other side. This happened around 8.00 pm near shankar mutt bus stop. Bus route number 95....

lost innisfree shopping bag inside the bus.

On feb 18th around 8-45 to 9 pm, me and other two friends of mine got on the bmtc vajra bus from mahadevapura to get off on tin factory so that a friend of mine could catch the airport bus. Unfortunately i left a bag inside with innisfree written on it as we were in hurry to get to the airport. I don't even remember if we were issued the ticket or we were simply forgot it in that bus. But we have no idea about the bus number or how to get...

I lost my bag inside the bus

I forgot a shopping bag with valuable inside the bus, and don't have the bus number or the bill because it was left inside the bag itself. Can you please get it back to me? It was a light green bag with innisfree written on it and had few green boxes in it. It was on a bus that i borded on mahadevapura and then left the bus at tin factory. We had a ticket for three adults accounting to 60 rs. And also all three o[censored]s were girls. Please please...

Bus no. Ka01 f9111. The lady conductor in this bus is very rude she shouts at people, push them unneccesarry, does not allow to stand in an empty place. She will not allow to stand at the back side seats in the middle path. She pushed me without any reason. Serious action should be taken on this lady. This is a pain for a daily traveller like me. I request the concerned authority to take action immediately.....

Request you to connect direct bus connectivity from sarjapur to hebbal. So many people face difficulty to change bus from sarjapur junction and catch another bus. We get full crowded buses also, because of that we face difficulty to reach till manyata by standing in the same crowded bus long time. Please run the buses in that road more frequently and connect the direct connectivity till manyata.

bmtc volvo hit my car

Bmtc volvo bus number ka-01-fa-1405 has hit my car today - 11th february at 11:40 am near to bellandur outer ring road. It has caused the damage to my entire front bumper and dents on left side.

I need the amount of the fix to be paid by bmtc else i would be filing a police complaint.

Sir, i use to travel from btm to brigaderoad everyday by bus to my office. The problem is this route was provided with only g4 buses. They use to come with lot of rush everyday both in morning and evening, we passengers are facing problem daily travelling through it due to lack of bus services and lot passengers travelling through one bus at once, it is too difficult to people for getting down and getting in and it is impossible to stand...

skipping stops.. taking wrong route, bus no : ka-57, f-3350

Skipping 2 stops (Yediyur and deepak hospital stops) to overtake other buses of the same route and taking wrong route towards southend directly instead of yediyur. And causing inconvinence because of him i had to walk from jayanagar to yediyur.. He stopped where i could not even catch another bus.. Bus no : ka - 57, f - 3350
I want him to atleast follow the right route and behave properly and not create inconvinence to the pubic....

I boarded the bmtc bus kbs -1 (Majestic to kadugodi) on february 2nd 2019 at around 9:32 pm at sri satya sai hospital. I asked for two tickets to itpl.
Usually the ticket is 5 per person, so i handed him the 10 rs since i had boarded the bus with my friend. The conductor asked for 20 rs we argued with him that ticket is 5 rs. But when he handed me the ticket it was till hopefarm. I argued with him again, to my bad he raised his voice...

negligent driving

Driver took a sudden turn from his parking at the service road at marathahalli junction.
He almost hit our car. We had to take a sharp turn away from bus save ourselves. This was dangerous.
On questioning, driver was rude and not acknowledging his mistake at all.
