Bmtc bus ka01 f 4609 plying from itpl to agara at 1800 bus stops at saibaba hospital for 15 minutes from 1800 to 1815 putting customers to discomfort. When requested for starting the conductor rudely says bus will not go until it is fully occupied. On challenging as to why the bus will not go and why are passengers put to trouble and we have an option to complain the conductor dared me to complain and saying nobody can question them. Request authorities to take suitable action on the rude behaviour

    Does bmtc think that students have no other work then standing in a queue and begging for their own money?
    I[censored] ppl (Bmtc) does not know how to use technology then y would you make us do online payments. Its been 4months since i submitted my refund details that too thrice but there is no response at all.
    Is it one of the ways to prove the functioning of bmtc after making huge collection of money through wrong way of issuing tickets by every single bus conductor?
    Irrespective of your way of functioning i want my refund. If it is continuing the same way we would be ashamed of being called bangalorean.

    I think this image would be sufficient enough to let u know all the refund details

    Number of commuters to shanmukha temple rajarAjeswarinagar are increasing .Also nearest busstop is around 1.3 kms away and the roads are inclined. It is difficult for senior citizen, women and children to reach the bus stop which is away from this place.it is requested to provide bus facility to this place which will ease commutation.
    Conductor issued daily pass without ID proof .While asking he told mobile number is enough and given daily pass of today 21 January morning time of bus number KA-57-F-0092 .while going return in the evening conductor taken ticket once again of bus number KA-5/F1201.please solve this confusion in conductors.

      Most of bmtc drivers and conductors are ride to the core and they don't care about passengers. Today when i boarded the bus (Ka01f4491, around 6 pm), driver closed the door even before i boarded. I was jammed between 2 doors and got injuries. Neither driver nor the conductor bothered about it. They just opened it again and kept quiet. When i asked them, why didn't you even notice someone boarding the bus. They arrogantly replied stating ladies should board the bus from front door not the rear door. Such a rude behavior!!

        It's ridiculous... First they say to pay online and then take cash.
        Now they make reasons to refund the online paid amount.
        Not just me but also a couple of my friends had the same problem.
        Had to visit them 7 times in a single month just to know the status of my pass.
        Some o[censored]s are part time workers who know the value of money.

        If this continues... Gotta admit that bmtc is useless.

          I would like to bring it in notice that the conductors are not giving tickets for short distance, generally the 5 rs tickets. It is happening everyday in electronic city from wipro gate to neeladri nagar bus stop. The ticket cost is 5 rs. Either the conductors are not giving tickets or if we are giving 10 rs, they will not give the change by saying "no change". But in actual, there pockets are full of coins.
          Just like me, there are number of people who are facing the same issue. If our money is not reaching to the appropriate place, then why are we supposed to pay? Even we should be allowed to travel for free right? I do not support for this kind of indirect way of corruption where conductors are filling there pockets daily.
          This incident happened today 18 jan 2019, bus no. Ka 53 f-213. I was travelling from wipro gate to neeladri nagar and as usual the conductor didn't give ticket for four passengers, just like me. On asking repeatedly, he said i don't have ticket. He just ill treated and denied to give the ticket by saying some or the other fake reasons and meanwhile my stop came, so i just clicked the picture of the bus number.
          This is a request to kindly take an action against the conductor of this bus no. Ka 53 f-213. It is happening daily in this area in every bmtc bus.

              Dear sir/madam,
              I would like notice that, i was travelling (Me & my wife) from d-mart (Sidha pura bus stop) to words hope farm junction on date: 12/01/2019 around 8pm with bmtc non ac bus "ka-57-f-2581", the conductor ask ticket to my wife and my wife told to the conductor that my husband is behind the sit and he will give the money, then conductor came to me very very rudely ask about rs 15 for my wife ticket (I shown buspass for my ticket since i was having buspass with me) then i given rs 20 for my wife ticket since i dont have any change of rs 15. When the stoppage came, i asked to conductor to return rs 5, instead of returning my money he very very aggressively/rudely with very loud voice asked me give me rs 10. Then i said i will give a complain against you regarding your bad/rude/unprofessional behavior. When i said this, he (Conductor) came very near to me and forcible collected my ticket and thrown it to out side, and physically assaulted me and i got injured in my hand. He pushed me two time and i fell down on the bus due to this i got physical injured on my hand. Then he said keep silent, when i get down on hope farm stoppage again he came to me and trying to hit me, but i maintain silent and i get down. No body in the bus did not say anything to the conductor since i am not local people. After i get down on the hope farm junction some of the passenger came to me and suggesting me give a police complain against the conductor. I gone to police station after the incident and i shown my physical injury to the police, but police suggest me, first give a complain in bmtc depto/bmtc care based on their action/suggestion we will take action since its a matter of bmtc lets them take the action after that come to us we will take care about the matter.
              I kindly requesting to the bmtc dept to take necessary action against the conductor (Bus no: ka-57-f-2518, date 12/01/2019, time : 8pm). Because of some of this bas people whole bmtc dept is getting blame.

              I kindly requesting to the BMTC Dept to take necessary stringent action against the unprofessional/Rude/Racism conductor (Bus No: "KA-57-F-2518", Date 12/01/2019, Time : 8PM ). Because of some of this bad people whole BMTC dept is getting blame.

                I boarded bus no. Ka 57 f 163 from airport on 12 jan 19. Route is via hebbal. Whereas driver took hennur route to avoid toll and reached kalyan nagar directly. He did not board any passenger for herbal. Because of this route change, it took 2 hours to reach kr puram. Whereas it normally takes 1 hr to 1.15 hrs only. This kind of shortcuts need to be corrected atleast in airport buses.

                  I was driving when the driver of the bmtc bus came from the left hand side onto the middle of the road without realising that he has scratched my car opposite the cauvery theatre where the road becomes a bit of a bottleneck
                  Please suggest how to claim the damages for this road rage by bus drivers attached are them photographs of the bus and the driver

                    It happened today early morning around 8.15 a.m while my Dad getting into Bus in Indiranagar K.F.C... Before he getting into bus Driver closed the door and started moving the bus and my Dad said he was completely strucked b/w door and started screaming but Driver didn't listen anything and moved the bus . My Dad is a Senior citizen, he has severe pain on both the hands and started swelling now just because of Driver's negligence and he don't have a patience to check is all the passenger get into the bus before closing the doors.. I don't know Drivers name but I have attached ticket.. Kindly take action

                        IAM travelling from krpuram railway station to silkboard he charged 1.5 ticket, why, this is cheating.
                        I was traveling in 500CA on 28th December 2018. I had left my LS2 Helmet which is red in color. I got onto the bus at 8:30 AM at Banashankari and Got down at Intel Bus stop.                           My complaint is against the conductor of bmtc bus 356cw #ka-57-f-3353. My ticket number is 0362032 and 0733294. Route of the bus is from wipro gate to hsr through electronic city flyover. The actual fare from infosys to silkboard through flyover is rs 20 + rs 5 as toll charge. Conductor was collecting rs 25 from all the passenger who were travelling from wipro gate to silkboard but issuing ticket of rs 20 only. I personally demanded for rs 25 ticket to conductor. But he denied rudely. So in that bus around 50-60 peoples were travelling. So you can imagine his daily income.

                          So request you to take a quick action against that conductor who is not only harsh in nature but also indulge in such a corruption.

                            bus conductor rude behaviour and denied to return change

                            Hello,

                            I commute every day from BEML layout to ITPL everyday to office.

                            Today I on-boarded (Jan 1st 2019) the BMTC bus and gave 20rs for ticket. The ticket cost is 17rs. When I have asked change before my last stop, conductor behaved with me very rudely and abused for asking the change. In turn he asked to collect the change from bus depot and denied to return the change.

                              I wish to bring you kind attention that my son had boarded bus 227 from kenchanpura cross (Near hp petrol station). The bus was completely full, he asked the conductor to give ticket 4-5 times.
                              He wanted to get down in sonnenahalli and there the checking people got in and kept him there only instead of collecting fine then and there and leave him there.
                              Instead, they took him to last stop and got him fined there.

                              Boy got in at kenchanpura cross but in fine receipt they have entered as kr market.
                              Please clarify the following points:
                              1) fine should be only 50/- as it is 5/- ticket.

                              2) of course is ticket was not given is not our mistake, he could have collected fine then and there and left him there instead of taking him to some unknown place and leaving him there.

                              3) he explained that he is a student of davangere hand showed his is card.

                              Ticket has been enclosed for your persual and fine receipt of 200/- has also been attached.

                                Today i was travelling from kr market to ramkrishna ashrama with my valid college id and bmtc student pass, i have been travelling in this route from last 2 years but never had an issue, but the conductor was like i could not travel through this route and gave some stupid reasons and then i went to bus driver and he understood the case and told me fine i can travel but conductor got down from the bus and told if i travel then he won't be in the bus, and passengers were facing problems and so bus driver too asked me to get down knowing that conductor was at the wrong side. The main reason why the conductor got frustrated because i was a hindi belt people. I know all the conductors here in karnataka are not of such mindset but people like this really degrade others morality too. I request you to please take an strict action against such, so that such incidents do not occur in future. I am ready to cooperate with you if you are putting an enquiry into it.                                   My name is rajendra. I am working as an software eng. I normally take bmtc bus from sompura to muthanallur, mori gate sometime whitefield. As a urgent, today, i commute with private cab which dropped me at sulkunte while coming from mori gate. I got boarded to bmtc bus at sulkunte and conductor was issuing tickets to others in the front gate. I have kept standing taking in my hand 20rs for bus fare.in the next stop the ticket checker boarded the bus and was checking the tickets. I politely told him that the conductor could not issue us a ticket, because we just boarded the bus and we haven't crossed a stop. However the ticket checker started arguing with me and pushing me inside forcibly like misbehaving. He did not even listen to other passengers who had witnessed the incident. The ticket checker forced me to pay rs. 220/- for no faults of me. Instead he was insulting a infront of the whole bus crowd. I totally become upset and got down immediately after paying the amount. My mind was disturbed, he asked me to sign on penalty but i could not because of disturbance. I would like you inform against the officer who was doing a mugging act. Please let the officers know at least the public and behave politely.

                                    I boarded a bus bearing regn. No ka57f0449 mbs 8 from kammanahalli to maruthiseva nagar on 21 12 2018 around 18.35, the seat meant was senior citizen was occupied somebody else. I showed the senior citizen ticket and id card to the commuter and asked him vacate since the seat is meat for senior citizen. He refused to vacate and fought with me, i brought it to the notice of conductor and resolve the issue. The conductor refused to inter fear and was lethargic in his approach. There was negligence in his duty and casual approach towards senior citizens of this country. I request to initiate disciplinary action against the employee.

                                    The explanation given by the BMTC is not acceptable, This is the standard reply by the BMTC .The seats reserved for Senior Citizen should by occupied only by senior citizen only .The action taken against the employee should be furnished .

                                      I had travelled from kr puram railway station to itpl on 17th dec 2018.
                                      I got the ticket which cost rs.40 (Rupees forty only) and had given rs.200 (Rupees two hundred only) as i did not have change.
