My name is rajendra. I am working as an software eng. I normally take bmtc bus from sompura to muthanallur, mori gate sometime whitefield. As a urgent, today, i commute with private cab which dropped me at sulkunte while coming from mori gate. I got boarded to bmtc bus at sulkunte and conductor was issuing tickets to others in the front gate. I have kept standing taking in my hand 20rs for bus fare.in the next stop the ticket checker boarded...

bmtc did not get change for the issued ticket today

I had travelled from kr puram railway station to itpl on 17th dec 2018.
I got the ticket which cost rs.40 (Rupees forty only) and had given rs.200 (Rupees two hundred only) as i did not have change. I forgot to collect the remaining rs.160 (Rupees ninety only) while getting down at my stop. I would like to know how i could get the money back.

Today, i. E. On 15th dec 2018, i boarded 2 buses, bus number-95 at around 7:45am from shankarmutt to vasanthnagar. Got down at vasanthnagar at around 8:15 am, and got into 300h from vasanthnagar and got down at itc. I suspect that i lost my wallet in 300h.
My wallet is purple in colour with lava iris x8 phone in it.

My friend was travelling from christ college, on 14/12/18 i. E today, bus number - ka57f1170. My friend showed pass before the conductor asked for but then the conductor asked again and my friend told he showed the pass just before he asked and showed it again. My friend was on phone talking to me. And the conductor scolded using bad words so my friend questioned him asking thts his phone and he has all rights to talk and my friend got angry...

fare overcharged

I was travelling in 356cw bus no. Ka 57 f 3184 from electronic city. I had to go to get down in the first stop so i paid the fare but after reaching first stop i had some other and had to go to the second stop. I asked the conductor to charge the balance fare but he did not agree and again asked for the entire fare which is not justified. Driver stopped the bus in the middle of flyover and asked me to get down so i had no option but to pay...

conductors never give the balance amount even though they have it

Bmtc conductors never give the balance amount when we buy tickets even if it is more than 100 rupees. If we ask for the balance, they abuse us badly in bus. We are facing the same everyday routine today also when i was traveling in bmtc bus ka 01 f4597 at morning 9.20 from hal main gate to graphite bus stop, he refused to give my balance 50 rupees....

I was traveling from agara junction (Sarjapur road) by city transport bus no. Ka-57, f-3332
I boarded this bus on agara junction (Sarjapur road) on 8th dec'18, 5:40 pm and sat in the very first seat so as to get the bus ticket for which i took out required amount of money and kept ready in my hand. But the bus conductor started issuing tickets from backside and was about to come to me when the ticket checker entered the bus at sarjapur...

I lost my pass on 9.00 please suggest me what to do. I require pass as soon as possible. Because i have exams & i need to travel i parents cannot afford. I travel for long distance. So one of the employee said that "if you pay online you'll get the pass lately so again apply with cash on delivery and the amount u paid will be refunded" and i agreed for that. While applying for refund they asked for transaction number which i didn't received after payment. Without that transaction number...

k3 buses are not running on time.

K3 buses from hsr towards jayanagar not running on time. Earlier we used to get bus at 8.45am, 9.00am, 9.15am now a days we are not getting any bus till 9.45 some days after 10 due to that we are getting late for office.
That is the only bus that runs from hsr cpwd layout towards jayanagar.

Please take this to the consideration and run buses on time....

Hi, i would like to complain against bus conductor of route number 215 [jp nagar], bus number ka-57-f-616.

My incident happened at around 6 pm on 15th nov 2018, near brigade millenium signal while going towards jp nagar urney and gave money for a ticket, he started fuming for no reason. When i asked whether he want to give me tickets or not he became angry and asked me to leave the bus. I left the bus and booked cab....
