    I'm bhagesh s.
    I've applied for bmtc student bus pass once. I went to take the bus pass but the database was not yet available. So one of the employee said that "if you pay online you'll get the pass lately so again apply with cash on delivery and the amount u paid will be refunded" and i agreed for that. While applying for refund they asked for transaction number which i didn't received after payment. Without that transaction number they can't refund. So please send me the transaction number. And details of my bmtc student bus pass for which the amount has to be refunded is as follows

        I am a student of spuc ii pu yelahanka and i would like to submit a complaint regarding loss of bus pass. On 20th nov tuesday we went for a trip to wonderla and while returning lost my bus pass and library card along with my purse. I kindly request you to advise me the procedure to get a duplicate pass since it is difficult to travel without a pass.

          K3 buses from hsr towards jayanagar not running on time. Earlier we used to get bus at 8.45am, 9.00am, 9.15am now a days we are not getting any bus till 9.45 some days after 10 due to that we are getting late for office.
          That is the only bus that runs from hsr cpwd layout towards jayanagar.

          Please take this to the consideration and run buses on time.

          The issue has not been resolved yet(Docket no- BMTCC[protected].
          Not only me many commuters facing this issue.

          After the last complaint, one bus is running that to starting after 9.30AM.
          We need at least one bus at 8.40-9.00AM.

          Please take this into consideration and do the needful.

            I am a student of new horizon college of engineering.. I had applied for the student pass on 22nd november 2018 (From domlur to devarbesanahalli) i had done online payment of ₹1870.. Transaction id:mgov[protected]. The amount has been deducted from my account but when i went to majestic for the pass they are telling that the payment was failed.. Nd they don't have any documents of my student pass.. So i kindly request to initiate my refund.. And fix this failure of bmtc website..

            The amount has been deducted from my account they had said refund will be initiated but i dint get any notification.. or message of refund..and it's been one month since i had made the transaction..

              I have lost my wallet baggit (Brown color) in 500a volvo bus on 19/11/2018 at around 11 am while travelling from east end to bellandur. I recognized it when i got down at bellandur stop at 11 am. Kindly help as i have important items in it. You can mail me at sailakshmi. [protected]@gmail.com.

              It has my around 650 cash. My important bank cards and many other personal cards. My pan card as well.

              Kindly get my issue resolved soon.
              I am sure it was not stolen may be i kept it on my luggage on the next seat and forgot to take it back.

                Hello,

                I am tanusha working in bommansandra bangalore and put up from neeladari nagar, electronic city, bangalore. This is very unfortunate that even after filing a complaint (Bmtcc[protected] to bmtc against harassment in bmtc bus i have to write a mail due to no confirmation reply.

                So the incident was when i asked for ticket conductor says ticket over, after few mins i observe ticket checkerboard the bus and he pointed me. After telling them that i asked him for the ticket but he did not give, they start forcing me to get challan done. I oppose them that this is not my fault they start shouting at me and forcing me to come to the police station along with them. As i am from delhi i can speak in english and hindi but they continue with kannad. I was not having cash more than 50 rupees and still they were forcing me, a gentlemen came and help me in this then i was taking their photo but one of ticket checker hold my hand to stop me and try to snatch my phone to stop me due to this i also get stretch on outer glass of camera. They also force me to sign challan which was is a language not known by me without witness and translation.

                I hope i will get the judgment as soon as possible.

                    Hi, i would like to complain against bus conductor of route number 215 [jp nagar], bus number ka-57-f-616.

                    My incident happened at around 6 pm on 15th nov 2018, near brigade millenium signal while going towards jp nagar urney and gave money for a ticket, he started fuming for no reason. When i asked whether he want to give me tickets or not he became angry and asked me to leave the bus. I left the bus and booked cab.

                      I boarded a BMTC bus, headed to Domlur(KA 01 FA 1995) today[protected] at East End at 4:45 to AXA building stop(BTM 1st Stage). The conductor took the ticket money and told he would give the ticket later. I asked him for the ticket repeatedly and he just ignored me. Before getting down I asked him again, and the driver and The conductor snapped at me to get down. Having no other way I got down. Even if this just a matter of Rs.10, it is still Black. This is one of many ways in which Black money is made. If this is what is happening, our country won't develop. we are holding back the development of our nation. Requesting you to look into the matter and make sure this is never repeated anywhere.

                          Drivers are NOT stopping bus at Doddanekundi bus stop.

                          Daily 2/10 buses are stopping at Doddanekundi bus stop towards silk board, remaining all buses are going on flyover even though No traffic jam.
                          Even if we take ticket to Doddanekundi bus stop, Drivers and Conductors are forcing people to get down at EMC2 and walk till Doddanekundi bus stop.
                          Earlier road was blocked due to BDA work but now its open from last 2 weeks. When BMTC Bus stop is there at Doddanekundi signal why drivers are not Stopping.
                          Today before getting in bus I asked conductor "bus will stop at Doddanekundi"
                          conductor Said "Yes will stop" but driver stopped at EMC2 and asked us to get down even though road was free no trafffic.

                          Please take action against that Bus driver who forced people to get down at EMC2.
                          Hope this kind of issues will not face again.

                            On 8th november at 6 pm i boarded kias 7 from airport to christ university near forum mall. I gave 2000rs note to conducter he wrote 1750 at back of my ticket.. I wasn't feeling well so i was sitting with my head down i thought he will give the change... And suddenly he said christ college christ college.. I took my luggage and got down only.. After few minutes i realized i didn't take the change neither he gave me.

                              I got in the bus ka 53 f-200 from kudlu gate where i had a 500 rs note with along with 5rs change. Asked for a ticket to silk board. The conductor asked for change where i informed him i have only 5 rs change. His reply was that 500rs will not be taken. He was about to drop me in the mid of the way.                                 I was travelling (31/10/2018) from chandapura (@ 7:22pm) to attibele in 600f (Ka57 f 2948). Paid rs 20 for ticket but actual ticket fair is rs 17, where as conductor refused to give change and both driver and conductor misbehaved with me and made a statement like "i'm a government employee u can't do anything to me, no body will question us your complaints will not affect us" does this mean government employee can behave how ever they want and they are not punished for anything they do.
                                This is happening repeatedly with bmtc. Would suggest bmtc to take behavioural class to your employees. Want bmtc to take strict against the driver n conductor. Kindly do not close this complaint till the action taken has been disclosed. Else i would complain to central ministry for women harrasment, since the bmtc and state govts are incapable of training and handling their employee, despite refusing to give the change, the employee showed the arrogance and the employees lacked the basic manners to communicate with lady passenger. Wondering if bmtc is hiring goondas or drivers for the job

                                  Availability of buses from swamy vivekananda metro station to vydehi hospital i. E the metro feeder normal buses are very less.
                                  Requesting to provide normal metro feeder buses frequently than those volvo buses.
                                  Since one hour so many peoples are waiting for metro feeder bus no single bus is available.
                                  Please provide normal buses frequently, because everyone can't afford volvo buses.
                                  Please understand the customer requirement and please make the buses run frequently that will help most of the traveller's of bmtc.
                                  Hoping we can get the required bus at required time soon.

                                  I boarded BMTC Bus no KA 57 F 3280 from kalamandir stop ON 29TH October, 2018 and the conductor asked for 1.5X the actual charge.

                                        I am mr. P. Arumugam, ex-vrs-supdt of central excise-acp, no: 14/3. 4th cross, santhinagar west, hosur-635109.
                                        I am central civil pensioner. I visit shivajinagar, cghs clinic every month for a health checkup and getting medicines from central government health scheme clinic, shivajinagar. Today,[protected] morning myself and my wife uma boarded the 600f bus from attibele bus stand. I obtained bmtc daily passes 2 nos and paid rs.140. The conductor issued the passes. After crossing electronic city, we changed bus and boarded another bus to shivajinagar. At about 09.00am, while getting down at shivajinagar bus stand, bmtc checking officers checked our passes. They checked the passes and asked us to pay rs.50 each as fine for the lapse of not getting rs.5 tickets along with the rs.65 passes. I told it is not our fault.in the morning crowd, the conductor missed giving the rs.5 tickets while issuing the passes.in spite of our telling the details and showing our aadhaar id cards, the checking officers forced us into their car and took us to the nearby police station. After wandering for sometime, they stopped and they requested us to pay rs.50 each as fine. As i was in urgent to go to the clinic to meet the doctor, i paid rs.100 and obtained the receipt.
                                        On many occasions, i have seen hapless passengers paying fines for not signing or not producing id cards etc. Instead of giving additional rs.5 ticket, the authorities would have put a rubber stamp to re-validate rs.65 pass as rs.70 pass.
                                        This appears to be the novel modus operandi: the checking officers who wish to book as many cases as possible, conspire with some conductors. The conductors collect rs.70, but issue rs.65 passes. The checking officers would check and register cases and collect fines from passengers.
                                        So bmtc daily pass cost is rs.120 and not rs.70. The illiterate passengers, coolies, daily wage workers, patients, pregnant ladies, ladies with children and bags, pay the fine of rs.50. Their one day food is cheated by the bmtc checking officers.
                                        In this modus operandi, the advantage for bmtc is that, the affected passenger would not make any complaints with bmtc higher officers or consumer forum. The hapless passengers who pay fines are from different places in the city and their cry would never be heard.
                                        As a responsible senior citizen, i file this complaint against the bmtc management. I request that the case is taken up and justice rendered. I demand a compensation of rs.1, 00, 000 each for the insult, humiliation and stress.
