I am travelling everyday in 500 ca volvo from graphite india to ecospace. The frequency of the buses used to be 10-15 mins. But now there seem to be only one bus at 8 am and the next one is at 9 am. All the passengers are waiting for a long time and getting into the crowded bus is becoming impossible. Only if you travel in the bus at around 8 am you will understand what i am talking about. Why should the public suffer like this? We are ready to pay more. Please increase the frequency of the volvo 500ca.

    I was travelling from kengeri to hebbal. And the bus was crowded as usual at 10.20am. I thought the first seat is reserved for conducter anf stood. Driver suddenly yelled at me and asked me to sit on that seat. Which was very rude. As he asked me to sit, i thought its concern and ignored and sat on the first seat.

    Few minutes later conducter will come and asked me to get up. Frok the seat. Even though all the other seats were full.

    I understand they will be frustrated but doesn't mean they will have to behave in such a manner.. Why is the public becoming target here..

      I was travelling on the bus 500d by the number ka-57 f-0618.
      Where gave a 50 rupess for a 25 rupee ticket and the conductor has not gave me the change even after asking him repeatedly.
      Travel source : manyata tech park
      Destination: central silk board junction.

      I've attached the ticket copy along with the compalint for reference.

        Above is the bus details. I was traveling with family from bellandur to central silk board on date 11 august 2018 time 5:40pm.
        I just ask is this bus going after silk board as i want to go towards electronic city. But he told i already shouted, are you dumb or don't understand, are you literate can't read board.
        I told him i don't know kannada and did not hear. And i told why are you shouting on me just say yes or no.
        But again he started shouting and most of the words in kannada. Is this the way of talking with public of a government servicemen.
        He again and again shout and tell something wrong to us with talking to other local passenger who don't know hindi and they are not aware of context. This shouting went till the stop came.
        In middle i asked him do you have any complaint number, he and driver both denied.
        I would like that you people should take action based on the law.

          I travelled from yelahanka old town to chikkajala. I got the ticket which cost rs 19 (Rupees nighteen only) and i had given rs 100 (Rupees hundered only) as i did not have change.             I had travelled from itpl to beml layout by bus on august 10th. I got the ticket which cost rs.19 and had given rs.200 as i did not have change. I forgot to collect the remaining rs.180 while gettin down at my stop. I would like to know how i could get the money back.

              Today date-9th august 2018, near gorguntepalya bus driver refuse to open the door to get into the bus. This is not the first case! It happened many times. Some drivers will open the door and some will refuse to open saying this is not the bus stop! Which we need to follow! If this is the case where should people catch the bus who are supposed to travel to hebbal.?? Please provide the proper solution either they should not allow the passenger to get down there or they should allow the passenger to get into the bus in the gorguntepalya.

                Hi,
                I don't think bmtc is not to serve for people. Reason why i say this because, i usually travel from nagarbhavi circle to marathalli daily to office in bmtc buses. I hardly find buses from nagarbhavi circle to banashankri and if we get bus from here we need to wait at least an hour to get 500 number bmtc bus from banashankri to marathalli. Surprisingly i see many ac buses hardly 2 or 3 passengers in it, simply creating traffic in ring road. I also see more 600 series buses. But why no normal 500 series buses to marathalli. Then i came to know it's bmtc tactics to get more profit & increase traffic in outer ring road by putting more ac buses. So now i came to conclusion that bmtc is not to serve the people, they are here to make & add to the profit they got. Just think after waiting for an hour, if we get one 500 marathalli bus from banashankri, what happens? All people will rush and we loose our mobile & laptops.in the other side i see for every minute ac buses are going empty. So now i say only bmtc is responsible for loosing mobile & laptops in buses & no one else. If you think you are really serving people then give more buses from banashankri to marathalli and safeguard the passengers.

                  The people at bmtc, shivajinagar are highly careless towards public transport services...
                  Especially the smart card which they promised to roll out promptly without any hassle but today when i went there to get my card with my code, they said they don't do that here anymore!!!, why!!! No reason they are not bothered yet, but in their website it has listed shivajinagar as one of the terminals to issue the card!!!, this makes people like tensed up like anything!!!... I mean isn't it their duty to provide good services towards public transportation!!!... Now even if we try we won't get it in any terminal except the majestic bus station!!!... And we have to travel so far just to get a card!!!, this cannot be accepted you have to do something about this!!!

                    Since last week of june 2018, no volvo ac buses are plying in the direct route hebbal to itpl via hoodi in the peak hours between 8.15 to 9.50 am. There were good frequency of buses (1 bus every 7 minutes) in that route in 2016, slowly all the itpl direct route buses were removed in 2017 mid year (By june 2017) and set of new route buses with boards - "itpl back gate"buses were introduced. Passengers who need to reach itpl cannot board these buses, since, if they get down in the big bazaar signal (Last stop before the bus takes back gate route), this signal is already too much congested a very narrow junction, here no bus is willing to stop, since they woulg be already stranded in traffic before reaching the signal, thus as said earlier neither normal bus nor volvo bus, nothing stops here.
                    Passengers who got off that stop are traumatised to walk through that entire narrow stretch since no bus is willing to stop in that crowded junction, then why do we have that stop, for whose sake we have that, if buses dont stop there? Why at all we have a stop there?
                    Added to this now since last one month (June 2018) the very few itpl direct route buseses (I bus every 30 mins) and the complicated -"itpl back gate" buses frequency is greatly reduced.
                    In the peak hours between 8.15 to 9.50 am, only one itpl back gate bus is running, which is causing great disappointment to all the stranded passengers.
                    The route which is already heavyly jammed, added to that now this new theme of no direct buses to itpl in the peak hours is causing too much inconvinienece for the passengers who rely greatly on this bus for their daily travel.
                    When enquired today with the conductor of the "itpl back gate" bus which came to kalyan nager stop at around 10.00 am) we learnt that ll the buses are cut off in this route since there is not much revenue. Is this a joke? Wherein passengers are already traumatised by the daily traffic in this route, added to this all the peak hour itpl volvo buses have been cut off.

                    Can the bmtc kindly look into this issue and solve our daily commuting crises and make arrangements as previously to allow the itpl straight route volvo buses to ply in good frequency in the peak hours between 8.15 to 9.50 am n the hebbal to itpl route.

                      It happens so that a person who regularly travels til the last bus stop and from the point he boards the bus, he keeps standing in the front steps wherein its highly difficult and uncomfortable for the ladies to get in to the bus and he regularly occupies the seats allotted for ladies in front and never goes back. Person wears a hat regularly.
                      Talking to the driver and disturbing, doesnt mind if its really neceassary like when the bus is too rushed or something like that but not all the time. It regularly happens in the evening that is 7.00pm to 8.45 pm timing.

                      Bus route no. "285-h" k r market to koluvarayanahalli.
                      Evening time from market to koluvarayanahalli at 7pm to 8.45 pm.

                              I was travelling from shivajinagar to nagawara bus no 290 bearing the registration no. KA 57 F 2197. The conductor named basavaraj(as told by him), asked me for fee receipt even though having a valid Id card and smart card issued by the bmtc. Since I was going for my admission for the next year I didn't have it yet, so he demanded full bus fare. Very inconvenient, is there any rule? Please look into the matter.

                                Hi Sir,

                                Today when my friend Ritu was traveling to Silk Board she took BMTC AC Bus pass From Bus No 500 CA, but she forgot to take change back and BMTC conductor also forgot to return. Finally ₹350 should be returned as she provided ₹500 note.

                                Please look into matter seriously and provide a proper resolution and money back as soon as possible.

                                  Hi Sir/Madam,

                                  Today evening I took a bus route 335A (vehicle number KA-57-F-1166) around 8:10 PM from IGate stop to Big Bazaar Back gate ITPL. During the traveling time conductor was misbehaving with passengers and he was very rude with male passengers all the time. When we asked about it, he and driver had tried to hit me and other passenger, also he had put a life threatening for us.

                                  Since I am a normal citizen, I thought to seek your help in this matter and kindly provide protection and support for us

                                    Hi Sir/Madam,

                                    This is to inform you that, the frequency of buses from silkboard to Hosur road is extremely less. Which is causing problem for all the passengers.
                                    Those few buses are fully overloaded.

                                    Also observed that many bus standing empty on silkboard roads(via fly over), instead of that those buses can be used for silkboard - Hosur road (under the bridge).
                                    Requesting you to take some immediate actions on these.

                                      On the bus route of yeshwanthpura to hebbal In btmc bus 500 b/4. today (16/7/18) around 1:30 pm. I started my journey from yeshwanthpur bus depot.I travelled from yeshwanthpur to hebbal i gave ruppees 50 for the travel fair of rs17 while dropping down i forgot to collect the change. How will i get back my money.even it is small amount it is valuable for the poor like me.

                                        I board KBS3A bus at Electronic city in the morning and i wanted to go to Hosa Road but the conductor was not issuing ticket for me. Asked many time for ticket but he gone backside.
                                        After that Checking officer came and asked ticket for me and i said everything to them. But they aren't ready to hear my voice. Instead of asking conductor they simply shouted to me and ask me to pay penalty and the behavior of bus conductor and Officer was very rude. They didn't consider as a human beings.

                                        The date and time of travel is 10:45 AM IST, 13th July 2018. Bus Number is KA 57 F 92

                                        Kindly take action for this because of the conductor careless i'm paying penalty. In front of all people they are shouting like anything.
