Today evening I took a bus route 335A (vehicle number KA-57-F-1166) around 8:10 PM from IGate stop to Big Bazaar Back gate ITPL. During the traveling time conductor was misbehaving with passengers and he was very rude with male passengers all the time. When we asked about it, he and driver had tried to hit me and other passenger, also he had put a life threatening for us.

This is to inform you that, the frequency of buses from silkboard to Hosur road is extremely less. Which is causing problem for all the passengers.
Those few buses are fully overloaded.

Also observed that many bus standing empty on silkboard roads(via fly over), instead of that those buses can be used for silkboard - Hosur road (under the bridge).

I board KBS3A bus at Electronic city in the morning and i wanted to go to Hosa Road but the conductor was not issuing ticket for me. Asked many time for ticket but he gone backside.

I am travelling from vijayanagar to itpl, can you make 500 k route from vijayanagar to silkboatd through nice road then take regular sarjapur outer ring road to reach itpl. It saves neatly half an hour. If you are worried about volvo not having enough crowd and need pick up in banshankari and othrr areas, ply a normal bus to nice road and have a try.

less frequency of shivaji nagar buses from malleswaram

I am travelling from malleswaram to shivaji nagar for working. But there are only few buses going to shivaji nagar from my areaa. Even if the bus comes it will always full and also there will be no place even to stand in the bus. Bmtc has not taken any remedy for this problem. We have to stand for atleast half an hour to catch one bus.
Atleast if bmtc increase bus frequency during morning and evening, it will be useful....

He collected 105 rupees for a 15 rs ticket from a woman passenger today and gave her only 80 rs back. When she asked him to tender thw rest of the change he got abusive and she had a breakdown and sobbed in the bus.

This kind of behaviour must not be condoned.
