Today a worst incident happened to me in bmtc bus. I am a college student and i travel from abbigere to rajanukunte everyday and on 25 september around 4:50pm i got a bus which was 401 bj and i get down at gangamma circle bus stop but conductor told driver to not stop the bus and when i told conductor to give stop he spoke in a rude manner and continued opposing to what i spoke. The bus number is ka-01-fa-600 and the timing was around 5:30. Please kindly take a strict action against the conductor. Thank you.

On the way to yeahwanthpur to hessargatta route busses stops near govardhan stop for 15 to 20 min...we use transport to reach the place on time but these bus drivers irritates and dont have time sense and some conductors also behave very rudely especially 401 route I hope these issues will be resolved ASAP

    Bmtc buses are not stopping at doddanekkundi stop instead bus will stop @emc2 and ask people to get down. Daily bagmane tech park securities blocking bmtc buses and allow only private vehicles near emc2 to take service rd towards doddanakkundi signal. Now there is no proper bus stop/signals @ doddannekundhi stop (Opp arena mall under flyover) towards silk board.

    Note: tech park securities are blocking bmtc buses to take service rd and forcing bmtc buses togo on bridge. Please solve this problem asap.. Thank you

      Hi,
      As the bmtc has moved forward with the technology and nowadays issues online day passes. This was a positive thing. I am one of the customer who has been highly appreciated this. The incidents i mention is not encouraging for me to continue using this facility. Today when i was traveling using the online pass. Twice i was humiliated in the public by conductors stirring up problems about the online pass and once i was forced to pay the bus fare. As it was night and i was getting late. I paid the fair he demanded. I think the situation is 2 type. Type 1 where bmtc staff is unaware of this online payment service or type 2 where the conductors hate travelers who use technology to make their travel easy. The incidents were so disheartening for me.

        I'm a resident from abhigere near ayappa school. Daily afternoon i need to catch 2 buses from ayappa school to kghalli and from kghalli to jalahalli metro. Also there is very less buses during 11am to 4 pm.
        1. Can you please provide a direct bus from keregudadahalli to jalahalli metro.
        2. Can u please increase the number of buses during afternoon to evening. Thnaks

          I want to go hebbal bus stop from bellandur indian oil petrol bunk

          Bus stopped near petrol bunk i just stepped inside the bus and asked will it go hebbal bus stop, conductor told read the board first
          I asked it's showing in kannada meanwhile i asking you, conductor showing attitude on this.
          Instead of showing attitude it will take 1 second to him say yes or no.
          Later he gives me ticket charging fare from sarjapur to hebbal not sure why?
          I asked then he told something in kannada like it's like this only

          Please let me know why he is overcharging???

            bmtc volvo bus unnecessarily waiting and blocking roads

            On the 18th of sep 2018, around 1700 hrs, following bus ka01fa1297, ka01f8832 ka01f9067 - on the way to majestic route [33e] stopped at marthahalli bridge stop. After all the passengers boarded the bus, the bus was still standing the bus stop area and did not move for close to 15 minutes. As such, there is no defined bus stop area, and since these buses did not move, rest of the vehicles over took these vehicles from the right side and did...

            Dear sir/madam,

            In esteem mall stop hebbala, bmtc bus drivers are not giving stop at the left side of road, they are stopping at the middle of the road, this place is dangerous for road cross for pedestrian, there are so many accident history at this place, for that reason government build a sky walk also here, but bmtc are not properly giving stop at this location, if we ask them to stop at the left side, they are arguing. Please take action regarding this as soon as possible to avoid further problems for citizens.

              Frequency of sarjapur buses (342 and 341) are very poor, especially in the morning. As a result of which people are getting late to the office. Kindly provide frequent buses, so that it'll be little easier for people to commute to the office.

              Since last two weeks frequency of sarjapur and electronic city buses (Morning) in majestic is very less. Because of which we have to travel in a very crowded bus.

              In my case if there is no sarjapur bus available in majestic, i have get down in st. John's stop. But even there i'll have to wait for a long time for buses to come and crowd is also more because of less number of buses.

              Kindly provide frequent buses and help many people.

              As I travelled from poorna pragna layout to subramanyapura post office the conductor issued a me a ticket which was printed as route details, when I asked him back to issue proper ticket he just wrote on the ticket as 10rs and gave it back. Even after repeatedly asking for the ticket the conductor didn't issue the proper ticket

                Bus No KA-01 - FA 376, Route no 300, Depot No 29

                and

                Bus No KA-01- FA 2190, Route No 143A, Depot No 16

                Both this buses Top and Windows has to be repaired, When rain came we were unable to sit it seats, water is leaking from top and also through windows very badly, Kindly take care of this problem, we are ordinary people and this is only transport we use to travel for our office work and back to home

                There are many bmtc buses which have similar problem, please give us Good service

                  Today (18th sep2018) i was travelling from koramangala to indira nagar at 7.00am. Bus number mbs8 (Ka-01-f-9404) stopped at koramangala and
                  Myself and other co-passengers just started boarding the bus, the driver started moving the bus at fast pace. We almost fell and had narrow escape.
                  Both conductor and driver were in a hurry to overtake other bus (201). After boarding the bus myself other co-passenger asked the driver about this and
                  Requested them that rash driving is not good. Immediately bus conductor started using foul language and told us that they are in a hurry and if we question then he will
                  Stop the bus. We told him that we will complain to higher authorities, then he immediately hidden his badge and said his badge supposed to be shown only by his superiors, but not general public. I intervened and told him me being law student know that purpose of wearing badge is for public display as well. But he and driver were ready to assault the persons who questions them. They threatened us that if we complain then they will not move the bus. The bus stopped in between ejipuara and domlur.
                  They intimidated us. Then we thought to complain to bmtc authorities.
                  Later driver called conductor by his name as mahanthesh.
                  Please take strict action against conductor mahanthesh of bus route mbs8 (Ka-01-f-9404) and save the people of karnataka from these type of rowdy elements

                      Bus route kia5 with vehicle no. Ending with 1842, which arrived at hebbal at 14:17 on sunday sep 16 2018 had not taken the right route in the last stages. They have skipped last stages starting from jayanagar 5th block. Directly stopped at sarakki signal. This is truly bad as we are charged for our stages and not given proper route and had to spend extra to reach out our specific destinations. The conductor and driver were argumentative when this was mentioned. They told that they will not go in proper route. Bmtc charges suck high fares and gives crap service.

                        I was travelling from hosaroad to chandapura. It was raining a lot. I was asked to get down by bus before chandapura flyover by the conductor. The conductor refused my request to go to chandapura stop. I even asked the conductor to provide his id number but he refused to give and also warned me that he will throw me out of the bus if not got down. All this incident took place exactly at 6.53pm on 14/09/2018. The bus number is ka 01 fa 1894. Please check the police cctv which is in chandapura circle whether the bus is really gone to chandapura bus stop for your reference. As i'm a student i was travelling using my bmtc issued year pass.

                          Sir/madam,

                          From shivajinagar bus stop to madivala/saint john's/silkboard bus stop there are no bus available from 7:30 pm to 9 pm. Even if time table is there but no buses comes.. We have to wait for 2-3 hours daily to get a single bus. When bus comes 100 to 120 peoples try to board at once.. One day someone will loose his/her life.. My friend nearly got injured. Please increase the buses on this route or fix the time.. Waiting for your response..

                            I am very sure this is not a new kind of complain you are seeing because this site is full of such complaints against conductors of bmtc buses normal as well as volvo. Even after soo many complains from aggrieved karnataka public the government or concerned panel has not taken any steps to address the issue. Its everyday affair in so called public buses the conductors don't bother to give change if it's 1-5 rs.. I travel in a route daily for which the charge is 29 and every time i hv to argue with conductor to get 1 rs change. Does 1 rs has no value. The conductor /driver/bmtc earns cores of money month through this corruptive way.

                            To top it all the conductors and driver act like hooligans when questioned or asked to give back change. The reason being they fear nobody, of no action against them. The government panel has given them assurance that no matter how badly they behave or loot public they will face no consequences. What kind of intolerant public service does this government runs. Auto charge double fare in broad day light, buses don't give change back, there is hardly metro connectivity to major it parks. Public is left with only choice to take out their own vehicle hence the choking traffic.

                            I know it's of no use to post this complaint but still as a responsible citizen i mentioning the details.

                              Today while travelling from marthahalli bridge to eco space,
                              Most of the passengers faced a problem. We all were sitting in bengaluru sarige (Ka 01 8877) and there was another bus which was an orange colored vajra (Ka 01 f 4403) who was blocking the road and because of this, the entire road was jammed and when our bus driver and conductor requested then other driver to move his vehicle he denied and started arguing instead of taking the vehicle. This happened for 15-20 minutes and in the meantime many other people who were behind both the buses gathered and asked the driver to take the vehicle so that the traffic will be cleared. Eventually the traffic was cleared but after that, our bus conductor took the wheel and started driving like a race car, he wasn't following the traffic lane, was dangerously close to other buses and didn't even bother to drive properly, he was excessively fast. Lady passengers and elders were literally scared for his driving. After all this, when i gave the money, the conductor didn't even give me the ticket. This happened with most of the passengers who were supposed to get down at ecospace.

                                Conductor did not give me the change amount even though i called him. As my stop was nearing, he just avoided and moved to gents section. After i reached destination i was forced to get down and just moved the bus and did not give me the amount. He also used slang language to everyone. He is serving as public servant and he should behave well irrespective of any age.
                                Kindly take action immediately

                                  I have made the online payment to the bmtc pass on september 3rd, but i have not yet received any acknowledgement and the conductors are not allowing us (Students) without the acknowledgement because of your negligence we are spending too much of money for daily passes please issue the passes or at least accept the e-form and let the acknowledgement

                                  BMTC Regrets the inconvenience caused we have given permission to travel in the bus by showing the old pass or fees receipt or acknowledgement copy till[protected], so soon you will get update on your pass until you can travel in the pass by showing above said document.

                                  if any crew is not allowing do call to our customer care no[protected] and register complaint .

                                    We the commuters in bmtc buses are facing issues in getting buses from chandapura route to reach the destination (Brigade road). Due to metro works we are facing issues in getting buses via flyover. Please increase the number of g3's in this route which come on e-city flyover. Its been an issue on daily basis. Please take this issue on priority. Hoping for a proper response. Thank you.

                                    At present 52 single trips are being operated from attibele / chandapura route no 361-C KBS-3A KBS 3C to Majestic and route no 600-F to banashankari via hosur road fly over pl avail the existing service and co-op with bmtc.

                                      Ka57 f1769 bus route 507 at 11:30.
                                      Conductor is not issuing ticket properly. I observed that for everyone he is issuing tickets after next stop. I asked ticket before next stop he did not give and i asked again after next stop still he did not give and asking for me to get down from bus. He gave back 3rs but did not give me ticket.
                                      Does the bus belong to conductor?
                                      How can he ask me to get down for asking ticket?

                                      Today, I travel from Karthik Nagar to HSR BDA, I would give 500 rs note to conductor but he didn't return the money Rs 450. I have the bus ticket in which conductor mention the amount to return.
