Sir/Madam
I would like bring to your kind information that yesterday evening on 08.09.18 at about 6.30pm I was travelling in a Volvo bus to marathahalli and I would like to bring the following points about a lady conductor.
She had issued a ticket to one gentleman and given change. Out of it one ten rupee note was torn hence he requested the conductor to give another note. But she did not have another she did not give. Again when reached HAL again he went to her seat and requested to change the note abruptly the Lady conductor screamed at him and shouted like this “ Hey lofar estu sala helbeko ninge chiltre bere illa antha” chilre tharbeku nanu ellinda tharli” very rudely said. For this the man did not speak a word to her, he was not able to understand what she was saying. Watching and the way she was shouting, a senior lady asked her why you should use such words as a conductor. But for that she started screaming at her to saying Nee Evale Kelodakke like that…I am attaching her video and her pic.
This is not the type of staff should be in a public transportation. Very sad state it is.
Kindly take proper action to such staff and oblige.

    I have lost my student pass in the bus 235k going towards kengeri at 7:15 in the morning how do i get back my pass or how do i get duplicate pass i need it at any cost recently it came through post i need to travel daily in bus morning and evening it cost me more to buy ticket every day i am studying second puc i have tutions even i have to travel to tuitions and then i have to return to home please give me information about how to get my pass back or how to get duplicate one

      Today morning the driver was doing rash on the road & speaking to another buses drivers & he didn't stop the bus at the bus stop near garuda mall, when i requested him he abused me badly, i told him i complaint on you. Then too he shouted on me he said do what ever you can do,,,

        Sir,

        I have travelled from bhattarhalli to bommenahalli. The conductor given the attached ticket, i have asked him, this is not the ticket give me proper ticket. He shouted & told me that, this is the ticket.

        Like this so many cheatings are happening in bmtc. They will not give tickets, shouting & worst way of talking in kr puram to devanahalli route.

          We the staff of sri kongadiyappa college, some of our degree college students are applied for the bmtc pass online for the sri kongadiyappa pu college, instead of degree college. But the pu college email id in the registration is mentioned as [protected]@gmail.com but it is actually wrong e-mail id it should be [protected]@gmail.com. Please rectify the problem and provide us the solution for this problem so that the students get the bus pass.

            I was travelling on september 6, 2018 on bmtc bus (Non-ac) from beml stop to brookefield mall stop. I boarded the bus at about 9:15pm and departed at about 9:30pm.
            I forgot my wallet in the bus. It was a brown wallet which had:
            -driving license
            -debit card
            -pan card
            My contact no:- [protected]

            I have gone through the bmtc portal to find lost and found section, but site was showing "under maintenance" message

            Please guide me to find it or give the contact numbers of the relevent authorities.

              This complaint is against a bmtc bus conductor and the driver, dated 04.09.2018. I was travelling in bus no. Ka - 01 f a - 2284 from koramangala bus depot to maharaja signal. The conductor took an amount but didn't issue ticket. I asked him twice but he didn't give me proper response. When i, once in for all exerted the pressure on him to give me the ticket, he started yelling in local language with extreme aggression, when i retaliated in english the driver also started yelling at me. Being a woman travelling at night, its the duty of public servants to protect the woman and not to make her feel unsafe. However, the verbal abuse didn't stop there, when the driver also started yelling, i chose to get down from the bus immediately without even asking again for the ticket, they kept on abusing me in filthy language.

              It so shameful, that when a citizen places the rightful and lawful request, all he/she gets are abuses.

              Being a frequent traveller in bmtc buses, i have seen multiple time the verbal fights between the rider and conductor regarding not issuing the ticket or not giving the balance change or denying the same.

              And the gravest of all is rash driving. This is an eyewitness account where a school going girl had head injury as her head was bashed in the rod of the front seat, the injury was so grave that it needed urgent medical attention. Reason behind the such mishap? Bmtc driver!

              My humble request is to treat this matter as an important issue and to have the concerned authority to look into this matter as this is increasing day by day and have a proper check on bmtc drivers and conductors.

                On 30 august post office man called and said that come to yelahanka post office and collect your pass.
                I went on 1 september (Saturday) they told come on 3 september (Monday) i went again they said come on next day morning 9 am i went on wednesday 9am
                Now they are saying that we don't we will call you. What's wrong with u
                I need my pass already half semester is near to complete.

                  This is the complaint against conductor who was rude in giving ticket.
                  I boarded the bus on 30.8.2018 09:40, depot-45 from kadabisanahali to hebbala bridge, bus registration number ka01f9401. He was issuing tickets backside (Where gents sits) i was waiting for him to issue ticket for me before that the next stop was arriving (Which was nearing by 1mins from where i got into the bus). While i asked for ticket he was really rude to me scolding (Like u have to call me and ask for ticket and soo on in a very rude manner) and even he did not have a mind to give place to a lady who had an infant sitting in his seat. He asked her to get up and go back.

                  Kindly take this complaint and warn the conductor to behave properly with passengers

                    Dear sir, i am student who travels by bmtc.in ags layout even thought there are sufficient buses., they are not on time.. We have to wait in janata bazar for an hour or more than to board a bus... Buses are not on time and this is causing a problem to people. Even thought there are suffient people to board in bus, the buses are not on time.. Kindly resolve the problem.. Hope so.. From janata bazar to ags layout buses are not on time. Even in vise versa..

                      I travelled from 356cw wipro electronic city today (28.08.18) to silk board where i paid 500 rupees for the ticket. The cost of the ticket is 24 rupees and received 75 rupees in return and a ticket where i had to get 400 later as balance. But when i reached silk board, i got down due to heavy rush and didn’t receive my pending 400 rupees.
                      I have the ticket with me where pending 400 rupees is mentioned.
                      I would like to request to get the money back.

                        Dear sir/ madam,

                        There is no normal bmtc bus service frequently after 8 pm for route from gr tech park to beml layout. Only ac buses are coming and that to not frequent.

                        Passengers need to wait for more than half an hour to get a normal bus in this route which is really bad waiting time for ladies daily after 8 pm.

                        Request you to put more buses daily for route gr tech park to beml layout after 8 pm also. It's really disgusting to wait for more than half an hour after 8 pm for ladies especially.

                        Kindly take this request into action soon.

                          Hi bmtc team,

                          I boarded volvo bus no. Ka-57-f-1811 at 5:45 am as on 28th august & requested for a daily vajra day pass @ jayanagar 9th block, east end. The conductor gave me the daily vajra day pass, via ticketing machine.

                          When i boarded an another volvo bus 500 ca @ silk board & shared the daily vajra day pass. The conductor found that the daily vajra day pass issued by conductor of ka-57-f-1811 is dated 27th aug. Please refer attached daily vajra day pass attached. Hence i had to purchase the ticket.

                          Request you to investigate & refund rs. 147/-.

                          I applied for Bmtc buss pass on August 2nd it was in approved status but today(30th August) when I went to get my acknowledgement it's showing that "No data available check student enrollment number" I don't why is this happening only for me.

                            I had travelled from kundanhalli gate to satya sai baba hospital by bus on august 27th. I got the ticket which cost rs.30 (Rupees 30 only) and had given rs.100 (Rupees hundred only) as i did not have change. I forgot to collect the remaining rs.70 (Rupees seventy only) while getting down at my stop. I would like to know how i could get the money back.

                              Date: 21 aug 2018, time: 3:05 pm, location: airport road, opp to jakkur aerodrome, yelahanka
                              Bus number: ka-57-f-3246 [image attached for reference]
                              On the afternoon when my wife was travelling in a car towards yelahanka, a bus enroute to yelahanka was continuously honking from behind. Both these vehicles were on the service road. After hearing the horn, the car moved to the extreme right lane of the road providing sufficient space for the bus to overtake. The barbarian driver while overtaking intentionally bruised the left side of the car, knocking off the left side view mirror, crushing the left side doors, tearing off the back and front bumpers apart from the car body. It raced off with a superb speed. Even the bus had got bruised marks on its right walls (You can verify physically). Everyone inside the bus and on the road had seen this due to which the bus had to halt momentarily. The arrogant driver was not at all sorry for this rather he pointed out this as a mistake of the car driver. This whole incident can be verified from the cctv fitted on this road.

                                I am travelling everyday in 500 ca volvo from graphite india to ecospace. The frequency of the buses used to be 10-15 mins. But now there seem to be only one bus at 8 am and the next one is at 9 am. All the passengers are waiting for a long time and getting into the crowded bus is becoming impossible. Only if you travel in the bus at around 8 am you will understand what i am talking about. Why should the public suffer like this? We are ready to pay more. Please increase the frequency of the volvo 500ca.

                                  I was travelling from kengeri to hebbal. And the bus was crowded as usual at 10.20am. I thought the first seat is reserved for conducter anf stood. Driver suddenly yelled at me and asked me to sit on that seat. Which was very rude. As he asked me to sit, i thought its concern and ignored and sat on the first seat.

                                  Few minutes later conducter will come and asked me to get up. Frok the seat. Even though all the other seats were full.

                                  I understand they will be frustrated but doesn't mean they will have to behave in such a manner.. Why is the public becoming target here..

                                  Mostly they will do with north east lady. If we will ask for ticket they will escape. Bus number K 57 F 474 (201J). I hope you will take strictly action.

                                    I was travelling on the bus 500d by the number ka-57 f-0618.
                                    Where gave a 50 rupess for a 25 rupee ticket and the conductor has not gave me the change even after asking him repeatedly.
                                    Travel source : manyata tech park
                                    Destination: central silk board junction.

                                      Above is the bus details. I was traveling with family from bellandur to central silk board on date 11 august 2018 time 5:40pm.
                                      I just ask is this bus going after silk board as i want to go towards electronic city. But he told i already shouted, are you dumb or don't understand, are you literate can't read board.
                                      I told him i don't know kannada and did not hear. And i told why are you shouting on me just say yes or no.
                                      But again he started shouting and most of the words in kannada. Is this the way of talking with public of a government servicemen.
                                      He again and again shout and tell something wrong to us with talking to other local passenger who don't know hindi and they are not aware of context. This shouting went till the stop came.
                                      In middle i asked him do you have any complaint number, he and driver both denied.
                                      I would like that you people should take action based on the law.

                                        I travelled from yelahanka old town to chikkajala. I got the ticket which cost rs 19 (Rupees nighteen only) and i had given rs 100 (Rupees hundered only) as i did not have change. I forgot to collect the remaining rs 81 (Rupees 81 only) while getting down at my stop. I would like to know how i could get the money back.
