no normal bmtc bus service frequently

Dear sir/ madam,

There is no normal bmtc bus service frequently after 8 pm for route from gr tech park to beml layout. Only ac buses are coming and that to not frequent.

Passengers need to wait for more than half an hour to get a normal bus in this route which is really bad waiting time for ladies daily after 8 pm.

Request you to put more buses daily for route gr tech park to beml layout after...

bmtc did not get change for the issued ticket which I got it from the bus

I had travelled from kundanhalli gate to satya sai baba hospital by bus on august 27th. I got the ticket which cost rs.30 (Rupees 30 only) and had given rs.100 (Rupees hundred only) as i did not have change. I forgot to collect the remaining rs.70 (Rupees seventy only) while getting down at my stop. I would like to know how i could get the money back....

I am travelling everyday in 500 ca volvo from graphite india to ecospace. The frequency of the buses used to be 10-15 mins. But now there seem to be only one bus at 8 am and the next one is at 9 am. All the passengers are waiting for a long time and getting into the crowded bus is becoming impossible. Only if you travel in the bus at around 8 am you will understand what i am talking about. I was travelling on the bus 500d by the number ka-57 f-0618.
Where gave a 50 rupess for a 25 rupee ticket and the conductor has not gave me the change even after asking him repeatedly.

Above is the bus details. I was traveling with family from bellandur to central silk board on date 11 august 2018 time 5:40pm.
I just ask is this bus going after silk board as i want to go towards electronic city. But he told i already shouted, are you dumb or don't understand, are you literate can't read board.
I told him i don't know kannada and did not hear. And i told why are you shouting on me...

regarding not stopping the bus in the bus stop

I don't think bmtc is not to serve for people. Reason why i say this because, i usually travel from nagarbhavi circle to marathalli daily to office in bmtc buses. I hardly find buses from nagarbhavi circle to banashankri and if we get bus from here we need to wait at least an hour to get 500 number bmtc bus from banashankri to marathalli. Surprisingly i see many ac buses hardly 2 or 3 passengers in it, simply creating traffic...

Especially the smart card which they promised to roll out promptly without any hassle but today when i went there to get my card with my code, they said they don't do that here anymore!!!, why!!! No reason they are not bothered yet, but in their website it has listed shivajinagar as one of the terminals to issue the card!!!, this makes people...

no buses in peak hours 8.15 to 9.50 am between hebbal to itpl via hoodi direct route buses since june 2018

Since last week of june 2018, no volvo ac buses are plying in the direct route hebbal to itpl via hoodi in the peak hours between 8.15 to 9.50 am. There were good frequency of buses (1 bus every 7 minutes) in that route in 2016, slowly all the itpl direct route buses were removed in 2017 mid year (By june 2017) and set of new route buses with boards - "itpl back gate"buses were introduced. Passengers who need to reach itpl cannot board these...

It happens so that a person who regularly travels til the last bus stop and from the point he boards the bus, he keeps standing in the front steps wherein its highly difficult and uncomfortable for the ladies to get in to the bus and he regularly occupies the seats allotted for ladies in front and never goes back. Person wears a hat regularly.

inconvenience caused by conductor

I was travelling from shivajinagar to nagawara bus no 290 bearing the registration no. KA 57 F 2197. The conductor named basavaraj(as told by him), asked me for fee receipt even though having a valid Id card and smart card issued by the bmtc. Since I was going for my admission for the next year I didn't have it yet, so he demanded full bus fare. Very inconvenient, is there any rule? Please look into the matter....

Today when my friend Ritu was traveling to Silk Board she took BMTC AC Bus pass From Bus No 500 CA, but she forgot to take change back and BMTC conductor also forgot to return. Finally ₹350 should be returned as she provided ₹500 note.

Please look into matter seriously and provide a proper resolution and money back as soon as possible.
