I travelled in a k2 bus today { june 8 2018}. Last month in numerous newspaper, i got noticed about the bus pass extension of 2017 to 2018 {2017 june to 2018 march} extended upto june month of 2018. And i've been using my old pass as per the info i got, carrying my 2nd puc id card. I was allowed the morning i went to college and today while coming back in a k2 bus the conductor has denied to accept the pass telling that "may is over". I asked for the conductor number and he denied saying. What is happening to our fellow bus employees?. Please take a strict action and confirm whether we are at our liberty to use the last years pass upto june until we get our new pass done. It's my humble request.

    This post is to notify that one of the bmtc conductor shouted at me for no reason, abusing would be the appropriate word for his behavior. I usually take buses from kbs to ganesh bhavan and once this conductor from bus no: 43d, ordered instead of requesting to shift my place when asked for the reason shouted at me infront of other commuters though the reason is unknown still, making me feel embarrassed. I really doubt if he knows how to behave with women. Please take the necessary action on him and stop such incidents happening further to any other passengers.

      Bus service — inappropriate behaviour of a bmtc bus conductor

      This is bring to your notice that i am priya, i usually take bus from marthahalli in the morning for my office. Like everyday i took a bmtc bus from marthahalli to ecospace. I entered the bus and stood in front and i offered bus fair to the conductor and asked for the ticket. Instead of telling me once at least to come little inside he directly held my hand and pulled me inside in a appropriate manner. While i took this as an offence and questioned him that instead of grabbing my hand and pull me towards him so badly he could have told me once atleast. Please be informed i was not even standing beside the bus door. So no excuse could be tolerated. He started yelling at me and arguing with me.

        I want to complaint abut bmtc conductor and driver bus no - ka -01f - 4650, 30/5/18, 8.30-9.00 this case happened

        This bus was coming from btm to bomonhalli it was totally full and still the conductor allowing passenger to get inside then frm silk board again 4/5 passengers get in then one conductor was there but he was nt a conductor f that bus and he was drank, he very badly shouted on ladies even he pulled them inside when a lady told that there is no space so he behaves very badly, so i told him not to behave like this and he again started shouting on me and he drag my hand and my leg to to get me down... That driver and conductor was watching those situations, when i asked how u allowing a drank man inside and why u r not saying anything to him... Then he said don't argue with him let it go.. That drank conductor through my slippers to i came room without sleeper

          Hello sir...
          I want to complaint abut bmtc bus's conductor and driver (Bus no - ka-oif-4650)
          It was coming from btm to bomonhalli
          On silk board rode ths case happened (30/5/18, 8.30 pm)
          This bus was totally full still that conductor allowing passenger to get inside then frm silk board again 4/5 ladies get in then another conductor who was nt a conductor in that bus, started shouting over ladies... So one lady told there is no space so how come we go inside then he shouted very badly then when i told him you shouldn't say like this he started shouting on me and when i start shout on him he pulled my hand and leg to get me down n that driver and conductor was watching those situations... When i ask that driver and conductor why he behaving like this then driver told he is drank don't argue with him they didn't even say anything to that person... He through my slippers.. And i came to my room without sleeper...

            I was in the bus ka -53f 265 from jp nagar 3rd phase bus stop in front of vega city mall to bpl bus stop around 9pm on wednesday, 30th may 2018. I don't know the bus number since most of the buses from that stop go to my destination and i didn't pay much attention.
            I paid the conductor the 10rs fare. He said that he will give me the ticket soon and i let it go as he was busy counting his notes. I have seen this behaviour from multiple conductors where they say that they will give the ticket later and i make sure to always get the ticket before getting off the bus.

            1 stop before bpl, i asked him for my ticket. He refused to give it to me and told me to get down. This is definitely not a language issue as i'm fluent in kannada and hindi and asked him in both languages. He was utterly rude and unprofessional and assuming he does this to even 10 passengers a day, 3000rs is going to his own pocket per month by duping the passengers as well as bmtc. Kindly look at this matter and make sure appropriate action is taken against the conductor.

              A complaint against bmtc bus no ka-01-fa-1654

              The bus driver was driving rashly behind my two-wheeler on 30/05/18 11:50 am.
              He was driving just an inch away behind my bike on a very wide road. I was in the left lane of that road and bus driver was also in the left lane behind me instead of the right lane which is meant for buses. He was willingly driving like this. He would have crushed me to death under his bus if i had slow down my bike. Kindly take appropriate action against such driver.                 This incident happened near the bust stop near marathalli bridge.

                You can understand how the traffic would be accumulative in this area, and the all the bus drivers at this stop as soon as they start the vehicle they just do an immediate right turn without even checking if there is any vehicle coming on the right lane.

                With such a big vehicle how can they immediately cross the lanes as they wish from right to left and left to lane even if there is a vehicle right after the bus.

                There is no accident happened / no damage happened to our vehicle (Car) because we were alerted immediately and we stopped our vehicle, but the buses would not.

                This doesn't happen only in this area but i have seen this happening with all the bus drivers. I am just surprised to know why the cops will never take any action on these rude drivers. I have never seen any cop stopping any of the buses till date.

                So since they are also govt employees none of the rules apply to them. This is so frustrating to the public. Everyone is a human being and there is a value for everyone's life at least.

                I am not sure if anyone reads these e-mails but just trying my best to bring this to higher officials.

                I am attaching the images of the bus and driver. Thinking and hoping if there can be any action taken against him if not one day you can see that this driver killing many innocent people on the roads with his rash driving.

                And if you can see in the image you can see that he is reading the news paper while driving. Such a careless driving having so many people on the bus.

                At Bannerghatta rd bus no. KA-01-FA-1593 ramped into my car Ritz on the left side and a dent has been created. We are all working class people with limited means, just because no action is ever taken against such drives they are never ever sober in their behaviour or their driving. Hope some action would be taken against them.
                Hi today on 30 may 2018 i started getting in bus from hopefarm stop around 11 o clock and got down in marathali market stop at 12 o clock the bus was going to majestic, i forgot my bag there,

                  This happened on 28th evening @ 4:35 pm (Ist) at golden blossom bus stop from hoskote to kadugodi route.
                  I was de-boarding the bus suddenly driver made a move and i fell down, on demand the driver shouted and said "ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಸ್ಟಾಪ್ ಇಲ್ಲ" i commute daily for college in same way and board and de-board at same place daily.
                  Later the same bus meet with an minor accident varthur kodi (Knew from friends in the bus).

                    I had boarded this morning bus number ka 57 f 441 at bommanhalli, the ticket cost from bommanahalli to bommasandra is rs. 20/- and i had given her rs. 50/- note and she owed me rs. 30/-.
                    When i was 2 stops away from my destination i had requested her to give me the balance for which she was loud and rude in responding saying get up from your seat and collect the change and she did the same even for passengers who were standing in some corners to pick change by reaching to the place where she was standing.
                    My point here is to convey that we are regular commuters in public transport who come from the various class of society to make our travel ease and we (Be it elders or children or middle-aged or youth) we deserve respect and dignity.

                        One of my friend, got into bus from majestic to kamakshipalya at 10:57 pm on 24th may. He was charged 1.5 times of actual ticket price. Raising this complaint on his behalf. Bmtc is state govt and my friend not literate, he argued but he was charged 1.5 times extra citing 11 pm. Is it fair and as per bmtc rule book.

                        If required tickets and bus no can be shared. Would need your urgent attention to stop this harassment to passengers.

                          Please make sure there are equal number of buses... Because it's really getting difficult to wait for really long time... N it's not just once or twice... It's almost all the time... I see frequent buses to the place which is so near... N is of no use... But no buses when we want them... Not fair... Please take this issue a bit seriously... Thanks.

                            I am an it employee working in one the mnc located in brookfield phase 2. Please provide buses which connects

                            Marathahalli-kundalahalli-whietfield post office -nallurahalli - accenture/hawaii stop - igate junction - sap labs - brookfield - aecs layout - kundalahalli - marathahalli.

                            The ola and uber people are looting our money. We have buses on itpl, vydehi main road. Not from nallurahalli. So all the thirdparty ola, uber, quick ride, sride people are taking more money from us.

                            Which also a lose for the government and the public. If you put some buses operational in above mentioned route it will be more useful.

                            Because its all where the it people work exactly and even they like to save some money without wasting on cabs, ola or uber.

                              Yes I would like to update my information regarding the bus number but sadly I don't remember the bus reg.no. but again today ( May 16 2018 I was once again denied my pass {507} But this bus goes to Gorguntepalya and then jalahalli cross . So I wanted to use my pass from hebbal to BEL circle and then change my bus from BeL to Jalahalli cross through Gangamma circle route. But the conductordenied saying he will accept the pass until he needs a proof. I had all the required documents along my pass . When I wanted to call the BMTC helpline, he denied saying he won't allow and forced me to take a ticket as he said I was "wasting his time". This is bad and not justified. I don't know what he meant by proof. I had my College fee receipt and ID card . The bus reg.no is { KA-57-F-3534} please take the required action. It's my humble request . And renanounnce the usage of last year pass's extension . Thank you.

                              As per ticket copy provided by you the vehicle no (ka-57 F 0541)is different form the one which you have mention in your complaint (KA-57 F 3534)so pl conform the vehicle no to identify the crew and to take action and pl provide your contact no to clear doubt.

                              A gold chain and a purse was stolen in the bus KA57F1940 on[protected], 15:07.

                              The theft happened while I was standing in the front portion of the bus next to the driver. The bus was a bit crowded.
                              Yes I would like to update my information regarding the bus number but sadly I don't remember the bus reg.no. but again today ( May 16 2018 I was once again denied my pass {507} But this bus goes to Gorguntepalya and then jalahalli cross . So I wanted to use my pass from hebbal to BEL circle and then change my bus from BeL to Jalahalli cross through Gangamma circle route. But the conductordenied saying he will accept the pass until he needs a proof. I had all the required documents along my pass . When I wanted to call the BMTC helpline, he denied saying he won't allow and forced me to take a ticket as he said I was "wasting his time". This is bad and not justified. I don't know what he meant by proof. I had my College fee receipt and ID card . The bus reg.no is { KA-57-F-3534} please take the required action. It's my humble request . And renanounnce the usage of last year pass's extension . Thank you.

                                As i get in to bus (Hennur cross) its been like a minute and the conductor was not near by to get the ticket, mean while the ticket check-in police came and he started yelling at me because of not taking the ticket.. Even if i'm travelling without the ticket, the rule is "the amount of penalty is levied from the originating point to the point where traveler without ticket or pass was caught to the extent of 10 times of ticket fare or rs.500/- whichever is less" the ticket fare from hennur cross to the next stop hbr layout might be just 5rs.. And 5×10=50rs (50rs is less than 500rs) why they made me to pay fine of 250rs with the wrong pick up place (Nagawara)

                                Morning time bmtc poor transport provided by bmtc local buses 8:30am to 10:00 there is not buses in timings let of AC buses running but normal buses one or two only is comming that time please rectify this issue banashankari to tin factory way

                                  Lost my purse/wallet in bmtc bus route[protected]

                                  1) depo -02, bus no: 166/2 - jakkasandra at sony world signal - ka57f0311 time: 7:28:41 am

                                  2) depo -10, bus no:mbs-8e/2 (201 i guess) - sony world signal to kfc signal (Police station indiranagara) - ka57f0488 time: 7:37:33 am

                                  3) depo -06, bus no: 314a/1 kfc signal (Police station indiranagara) to drdo quaters - ka01fa0849 time: 8:07:24 am

                                  Purse/wallet contains atm cards, voter id, driving licence, rc card, pancard & credit cards. It had 100rs in cash. If found please call [protected].

                                    Sir this is rohini from banglour. I use to travel every day to office by bmtc bus. From nagavara to bel circle. But today assuval i took ticket and i kept in my bag. Suddenly the ticket inspection guys came and asked me about ticket.. When i was searching a tkt i couldn't able to find bcoz thy are number of tkts and it was missed in that.. And i apologized bcoz my stopping has came and i need to get down. I am ready to pay the fine.. But tkt checking inspection guy misbehave with me.. He dragged my chunni.. This is insulted to me and everybody is laughing at me.. I was really upset and started crying.. Kindly take action on him..

                                    Nagavara to belcircle 9.30 the tat inspection is done near my stopping belcircle.. 10th mar2018. Timing morning 9.30 I don't know his name but he is a tat inspection guy..

                                    I am a student. studing 2nd puc in vijaya pu college 4th jayanagar bangalore. I used pay 1060 for pass for 1 whole year now i need to pay 30 rupees per day 900 for a month we will not able to pay so much per month so i request you to help us regarding this pass not only me so many students are suffering from this problem.

                                      I am a regular traveller of namma metro. I highly appreciate your time schedule while travelling metro trains. But we ladies have difficulty in getting seat. Only one compartment ie., first 2 doors reserved for ladies only 12-14 people can sit in the first compartment.

                                      All this days, i thought first 2 compartments are reserved for ladies but it is not so. Today had to argue so much with a guy. Please my request is do ask guards in the platform to instruct men sitting in first and second compartment to leave seats for ladies.

                                        On 6th may 2018 i took a trip from btm udupi garden to bellandur central. I was charged for rs. 55 on the ticket. The conducter gave me a ticket to marathahalli bridge and when i asked about this he said it's the same fare till marathahalli bridge as it is till bellandur central.

                                        I want to know, why was this same? I paid rs.45 while going from. Bellandur central to udupi garden 2nd stage. But while coming back why was it more? (Rs.55)
                                        And why my ticket was printed as stop in marathahalli bridge while i got down at bellandur central? Why was i overly charged?
