Hi bmtc as... Les

Please
Teach some commonsense to your conductors. They don't even know how to behave with public.

Sometimes i even think they eat from toilets...

Today i was travelling in a bus (Obvious)
A mother and 2 small children's were sitting. Suddenly bus hit a brake and child got hit in the back side of the seat. Child and mother got scared though they didn't complain to anyone but this conductor came and started threatening them instead of caring the child because of expressing their fear.

Conductor doesn't even have a commonsense to understand that it is a common reaction.

I have lost my Black colour lunch bag that had four boxes.

    Got into the bus from Belthur bus no 328 H bus reg no KA 53 F202 Conductor name is somnath, the TC name is venkatesh the TC's got into the Bus after the bridge at kadugodi and started checking, since the conductor was at the back, he did not issue the ticket, it was just 1 stop how can the TC's ask why no ticket as the BUS was fully crowded, the conductor went to the back door and started issuing tickets from back how can a lady go back and ask for a ticket in a fully crowded bus ? this is utter harassment, please take immediate action and demand a refund immly for the fine paid we are engaged in social work and do not expect such behavior or attitude, why there are no Lady TC's on the ladies side, immediately stop this please put lady TC's on lady side only .

      On sunday 17/6/18 at 2:12 pm i travelled from marathahalli to kayannagar through bmtc bus no KA57 F2464 i sat on the window seat of the bus .due to high dust and very hot outside i partially close the window because the dust is allergy for me.suddenly the conductor in that bus came and forcefully open the window.i ask him many times i have allergy so i closed the window but he didn't hear my words and he shout me and say bad words infront of public without considering i am a women.he harassed me infront of public and used abusive language.so i request you to make an enquire and take immediate action against the conductor

        I travel from attibele to bommanahalli everyday and the conductors behave so rudely to all the passengers. The ticket cost is 24 rs and they never return the change. Today when i asked for change, he said he cannot give and started shouting at me in kannada as i asked him in tamil.

        They talk and behave so badly when we don't speak in their language. This is really irritating for a passenger like me and i request bmtc to take strict action against those.

          My name is anamika singh. I am working as a software engineer in a top mnc, hpe in bangalore. I normally take bmtc bus from multiplex to wipro gate (Electronic city). Today i took bmtc bus 500dm (Bus no. - ka 57 f 1358) at near about 8:30 am in the morning from multiplex. The same time many passengers came in the bus, so the conductor was issuing tickets to others in the back, before next stop (J. P. Morgan), conductor came to ladies sitting side, i gave him 30 rs. Passed money through a girl, who standed between crowd, then conductor something told me in kannada, which was not understandable by me, and showed me his ticket machine, may be some issue in his machine, at the same time ticket checker came into the bus, and i told them that i already gave money to conductor, and he was going to issue the ticket, you can clarify by him and passengers too, many ladies passengers told the reality that i already asked for the ticket, and passed the money, but they were not ready to accept any words, even i told to check the camera recording also, as i saw c. C. Tv camera in the bus, but they told that they will not check, and anyhow i have to give the fine, otherwise they will put me in jail in 420 case, that time only i wanted to go to the police station, but in office i had urgent meeting with client, so i gave him fine, and forcefully i took the receipt of that, i know that ploice will not hear me, but camera is the proof, by that recording of 8 am - 9 am (20/06/2018), i can prove that i had no fault, and i paid money and ask for the ticket to conductor, and the police (Ticket checker) ware wrong person, who are forcefully taking the fine without any fault. Kindly take the action against him, because these kind of work they might be doing with many other persons/passengers.

          Hi, Please Resolve my case, I am clear saying that in thise case I or Condutor, both had no fault, that time his ticket machine got stucked so he could not issued the ticket, he was looking on his ticket machine to run that, then in min time BMTC Police came, and without any fault fined. Please find below uploaded image for reference.

            I am travelling from vijayanagar to itpl, can you make 500 k route from vijayanagar to silkboatd through nice road then take regular sarjapur outer ring road to reach itpl. It saves neatly half an hour. If you are worried about volvo not having enough crowd and need pick up in banshankari and othrr areas, ply a normal bus to nice road and have a try.

            Request you to provide direct bus from itpl to vijayanagar in evening times too from 5 pm to 8 pm for easd of yse.

              I am travelling from malleswaram to shivaji nagar for working. But there are only few buses going to shivaji nagar from my areaa. Even if the bus comes it will always full and also there will be no place even to stand in the bus. Bmtc has not taken any remedy for this problem. We have to stand for atleast half an hour to catch one bus.
              Atleast if bmtc increase bus frequency during morning and evening, it will be useful.

                Dear sir/ ma'am

                I would like to submit a complaint cum suggestion, i generally take bus no 139 to jb nagar. There are no proper bus shelter at manipal center stop and the bus never stops at the stop, i always have to cross the road in the middle of the traffic and board the bus that stops only for the signal. I would really appreciate it if you could make a bus shelter and also increase the frequency of buses running in the route at least during peak hours. I really hope my issue gets resolved. If not a bus shelter at least make sure the bus stops at the stop. We all want whats best for namma city. Thank you.

                  I’m the resident of dubasipalya, kengeri, bangalore. Everyday many people like me work in various places of bangalore, uses bmtc bus as a commutation. Everyday it’s hectic to get the bus in our stop during morning peek hours. Many buses plies in our route, few buses won’t give stop in dubasipalya bus stop, kengeri. Bangalore. On 12/06/2018 at 7.45 am, the driver of bus no. 230/a, bus depot no. 21 from bettanapalya to kr market route, won’t stop the bus in any of the stop on his way, especially he won’t stop the bus in dubasipalya stop and this is his normal routine. He drove the vehicle so fast that the passengers couldn’t reach the bus. I suggest to give him ksrtc bus long route driving, so that he could easily drive without stopping at any bus stop. Even earlier i complained about the same and received the acknowledgment for the same and also you people stated that problem is resolved but the problem still persists. This inversely affect the passengers where they are forced to travel in private bus. Nearly 20 passengers in this stop travel in this route every day. It’s a great loss for government as they miss the passengers and do profit for private vehicles. You have to consider this problem seriously and take immediate action on this driver as he is breaking the rules by not stopping the bus in the prescribed bus stop allotted on his way. So that the mistake should not repeat further.
                  I hope you do the needful and this won’t repeat further.

                    I take orrca bus route 116, and i was picked and dropped under the bridge for 1 week at bommasandra stop, however on 11th june i was not picked up which i called the help desk they said the bus has already moved while i was waiting for more than 30 mins, then they said we cannot come below the bridge which all bmtc busses comes via that route, when i called the manger he was answering very relucltantly stating that we dont stop there and dont know why did the driver stop and what you want me to do now, and he disconnect the call, when i questioned on that he said dont talk rubbish for no reasons, and he also mention dont avail this services i cannot talk early morning with you.

                    This creates very bad immpression on bmtc, the orrac is created to reduce the trafic and help people if they dont want us to take the pass then will bmtc employees only will travel int he bus?, i had to reach 3 hrs late to office due to this mess up

                    I live in Srinivagulu (Ejipura signal).Since last month all buses which says Srinivagulu stops at Ejipura Bus stand and does not go till Srinivagulu (Bus numbers 141 and 140E) .When checked they say the roads are bad.But even after the road repairs is done why don't they go.They are making our life difficult.No last mile connectivity.Please help.
                    I m travelling in 96 bus no every day route ram mandir to majestic. There is no buses at this time

                      The conductor of bus 500f (Ka57f0591) is constantly overcharging people and is extremely rude and aggressive.

                      He collected 105 rupees for a 15 rs ticket from a woman passenger today and gave her only 80 rs back. When she asked him to tender thw rest of the change he got abusive and she had a breakdown and sobbed in the bus.

                      This kind of behaviour must not be condoned.

                      Please take the requisite action.

                        I am a 2nd pu student. I had recieved a information that the 1st pu buss pass has been extended till june 30 th but none of the conductors are accepting my pass, id card. The conductors are forcing me to take ticket or asking me to get out of the bus. The conductors are teliing that they have no information about the extending of the bus pass. Please inform all the conductors that the bus pass has been extended till june 3oth.

                          I travelled in a k2 bus today { june 8 2018}. Last month in numerous newspaper, i got noticed about the bus pass extension of 2017 to 2018 {2017 june to 2018 march} extended upto june month of 2018. And i've been using my old pass as per the info i got, carrying my 2nd puc id card. I was allowed the morning i went to college and today while coming back in a k2 bus the conductor has denied to accept the pass telling that "may is over". I asked for the conductor number and he denied saying. What is happening to our fellow bus employees?. Please take a strict action and confirm whether we are at our liberty to use the last years pass upto june until we get our new pass done. It's my humble request.

                            This post is to notify that one of the bmtc conductor shouted at me for no reason, abusing would be the appropriate word for his behavior. I usually take buses from kbs to ganesh bhavan and once this conductor from bus no: 43d, ordered instead of requesting to shift my place when asked for the reason shouted at me infront of other commuters though the reason is unknown still, making me feel embarrassed. I really doubt if he knows how to behave with women. Please take the necessary action on him and stop such incidents happening further to any other passengers.

                              Bus service — inappropriate behaviour of a bmtc bus conductor

                              This is bring to your notice that i am priya, i usually take bus from marthahalli in the morning for my office. Like everyday i took a bmtc bus from marthahalli to ecospace. I entered the bus and stood in front and i offered bus fair to the conductor and asked for the ticket. Instead of telling me once at least to come little inside he directly held my hand and pulled me inside in a appropriate manner. While i took this as an offence and questioned him that instead of grabbing my hand and pull me towards him so badly he could have told me once atleast. Please be informed i was not even standing beside the bus door. So no excuse could be tolerated. He started yelling at me and arguing with me.

                                I want to complaint abut bmtc conductor and driver bus no - ka -01f - 4650, 30/5/18, 8.30-9.00 this case happened

                                This bus was coming from btm to bomonhalli it was totally full and still the conductor allowing passenger to get inside then frm silk board again 4/5 passengers get in then one conductor was there but he was nt a conductor f that bus and he was drank, he very badly shouted on ladies even he pulled them inside when a lady told that there is no space so he behaves very badly, so i told him not to behave like this and he again started shouting on me and he drag my hand and my leg to to get me down... That driver and conductor was watching those situations, when i asked how u allowing a drank man inside and why u r not saying anything to him... Then he said don't argue with him let it go.. That drank conductor through my slippers to i came room without sleeper

                                  Hello sir...
                                  I want to complaint abut bmtc bus's conductor and driver (Bus no - ka-oif-4650)
                                  It was coming from btm to bomonhalli
                                  On silk board rode ths case happened (30/5/18, 8.30 pm)
                                  This bus was totally full still that conductor allowing passenger to get inside then frm silk board again 4/5 ladies get in then another conductor who was nt a conductor in that bus, started shouting over ladies... So one lady told there is no space so how come we go inside then he shouted very badly then when i told him you shouldn't say like this he started shouting on me and when i start shout on him he pulled my hand and leg to get me down n that driver and conductor was watching those situations... When i ask that driver and conductor why he behaving like this then driver told he is drank don't argue with him they didn't even say anything to that person... He through my slippers.. And i came to my room without sleeper...

                                    I was in the bus ka -53f 265 from jp nagar 3rd phase bus stop in front of vega city mall to bpl bus stop around 9pm on wednesday, 30th may 2018. I don't know the bus number since most of the buses from that stop go to my destination and i didn't pay much attention.
                                    I paid the conductor the 10rs fare. He said that he will give me the ticket soon and i let it go as he was busy counting his notes. I have seen this behaviour from multiple conductors where they say that they will give the ticket later and i make sure to always get the ticket before getting off the bus.

                                    1 stop before bpl, i asked him for my ticket. He refused to give it to me and told me to get down. This is definitely not a language issue as i'm fluent in kannada and hindi and asked him in both languages. He was utterly rude and unprofessional and assuming he does this to even 10 passengers a day, 3000rs is going to his own pocket per month by duping the passengers as well as bmtc. Kindly look at this matter and make sure appropriate action is taken against the conductor.

                                      A complaint against bmtc bus no ka-01-fa-1654

                                      The bus driver was driving rashly behind my two-wheeler on 30/05/18 11:50 am.
                                      He was driving just an inch away behind my bike on a very wide road. I was in the left lane of that road and bus driver was also in the left lane behind me instead of the right lane which is meant for buses. He was willingly driving like this. He would have crushed me to death under his bus if i had slow down my bike. Kindly take appropriate action against such driver. Please refer photo uploaded here for seeing bus no which is taken by me.

                                      I took ticket from Bansankari Bus stand to prarthana school in 375D around 11:30 am. On stop time when I step first down driver started bus may be I was fallen down but I control myself..
                                      What to do now I sending my ticket id..
                                      Please take action otherwise one day any one met accident with that driver.

                                        This incident happened near the bust stop near marathalli bridge.

                                        You can understand how the traffic would be accumulative in this area, and the all the bus drivers at this stop as soon as they start the vehicle they just do an immediate right turn without even checking if there is any vehicle coming on the right lane.

                                        With such a big vehicle how can they immediately cross the lanes as they wish from right to left and left to lane even if there is a vehicle right after the bus.

                                        There is no accident happened / no damage happened to our vehicle (Car) because we were alerted immediately and we stopped our vehicle, but the buses would not.

                                        This doesn't happen only in this area but i have seen this happening with all the bus drivers. I am just surprised to know why the cops will never take any action on these rude drivers. I have never seen any cop stopping any of the buses till date.

                                        So since they are also govt employees none of the rules apply to them. This is so frustrating to the public. Everyone is a human being and there is a value for everyone's life at least.

                                        I am not sure if anyone reads these e-mails but just trying my best to bring this to higher officials.

                                        I am attaching the images of the bus and driver. Thinking and hoping if there can be any action taken against him if not one day you can see that this driver killing many innocent people on the roads with his rash driving.

                                        And if you can see in the image you can see that he is reading the news paper while driving. Such a careless driving having so many people on the bus.

                                        At Bannerghatta rd bus no. KA-01-FA-1593 ramped into my car Ritz on the left side and a dent has been created. We are all working class people with limited means, just because no action is ever taken against such drives they are never ever sober in their behaviour or their driving. Hope some action would be taken against them.
