I am a 2nd pu student. I had recieved a information that the 1st pu buss pass has been extended till june 30 th but none of the conductors are accepting my pass, id card. The conductors are forcing me to take ticket or asking me to get out of the bus. The conductors are teliing that they have no information about the extending of the bus pass. I travelled in a k2 bus today { june 8 2018}. Last month in numerous newspaper, i got noticed about the bus pass extension of 2017 to 2018 {2017 june to 2018 march} extended upto june month of 2018. verbally abusing by a conductor

This post is to notify that one of the bmtc conductor shouted at me for no reason, abusing would be the appropriate word for his behavior. I usually take buses from kbs to ganesh bhavan and once this conductor from bus no: 43d, ordered instead of requesting to shift my place when asked for the reason shouted at me infront of other commuters though the reason is unknown still, making me feel embarrassed. I really doubt if he knows how to behave...

I want to complaint abut bmtc bus's conductor and driver (Bus no - ka-oif-4650)
It was coming from btm to bomonhalli
On silk board rode ths case happened (30/5/18, 8.30 pm)
This bus was totally full still that conductor allowing passenger to get inside then frm silk board again 4/5 ladies get in then another conductor who was nt a conductor in that bus, started shouting over ladies... So one lady...

I was in the bus ka -53f 265 from jp nagar 3rd phase bus stop in front of vega city mall to bpl bus stop around 9pm on wednesday, 30th may 2018. I don't know the bus number since most of the buses from that stop go to my destination and i didn't pay much attention.

complaint on a rude bus driving ka-01-f-9460

This incident happened near the bust stop near marathalli bridge.

You can understand how the traffic would be accumulative in this area, and the all the bus drivers at this stop as soon as they start the vehicle they just do an immediate right turn without even checking if there is any vehicle coming on the right lane.

This happened on 28th evening @ 4:35 pm (Ist) at golden blossom bus stop from hoskote to kadugodi route.
I was de-boarding the bus suddenly driver made a move and i fell down, on demand the driver shouted and said "ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಸ್ಟಾಪ್ ಇಲ್ಲ" i commute daily for college in same way and board and de-board at same place daily.

One of my friend, got into bus from majestic to kamakshipalya at 10:57 pm on 24th may. He was charged 1.5 times of actual ticket price. Raising this complaint on his behalf. Bmtc is state govt and my friend not literate, he argued but he was charged 1.5 times extra citing 11 pm. Is it fair and as per bmtc rule book.

If required tickets and bus no can be shared. Would need your urgent attention to stop this harassment to passengers....

Please make sure there are equal number of buses... Because it's really getting difficult to wait for really long time... N it's not just once or twice... It's almost all the time... As i get in to bus (Hennur cross) its been like a minute and the conductor was not near by to get the ticket, mean while the ticket check-in police came and he started yelling at me because of not taking the ticket.. Even if i'm travelling without the ticket, the rule is "the amount of penalty is levied from the originating point to the point where traveler without ticket or pass was caught to the extent of 10 times of ticket fare or rs.500/-...

I am a regular traveller of namma metro. I highly appreciate your time schedule while travelling metro trains. But we ladies have difficulty in getting seat. Only one compartment ie., first 2 doors reserved for ladies only 12-14 people can sit in the first compartment.

All this days, i thought first 2 compartments are reserved for ladies but it is not so. Today had to argue so much with a guy. Please my request is do ask guards...
