I am an engineering student studying in 6th semester mechanical department. I lost my college bag in which i had kept my student bus pass near my college. Please help me as i need bus pass to travel from my home to college for 4 more months. What is the procedure should i follow to get a replacement for my lost pass. Thanking u

Sir,

Once you lost the pass it is not possible to take duplicate pass. You have to purchase a new pass at the KBS Pass Counter for the rest of the months along with the fine amount.

Lost my purse on 01st march 2018 at 5.15 pm while travelling from murgeshpalya to domlur. Purse is blue and red with jeans type material. It has cash, 2 atm cards, bangalore metro card, pan card and my passport size photographs. If found please contact me @ [protected] or [protected].

    Hi,

    This is to intimate that a bmtc bus (Ka-01 fa-668) plying on the route 45g (As of 5-march-2018) has a dangerous foot long hole on the floor between two seat rows. The hole looks like it might expand and poses grave danger for those who step on it accidentally. Since the hole is in between seats and at the footrest position, it is more likely for people to accidentally step on it and slip to the bottom. I request to take immediate action in this regard.

      Today i boarded bus from silk board to kundanahalli gate. Bought ticket for 58 rupees. Then after few stops ticket checker boarded bus and asked for the ticket. Since i kept the ticket in my wallet and my wallet had many other tickets and papers, i could not find the ticket immediately at that moment. I requested them to give some time to check the ticket. Then, i explained him that i bought the ticket to kundanahalli gate and conducter also confirmed that i bought the ticket. Even, they had hard copy of complete ticket list from conducter. I told them to check my ticket in that list by referring my beside passenger ticket number. They refused to do that too. After, that they asked me to get down the bus and behaved very rudely. It is very unfair the i bought the ticket and still retreat like this. Then what is the purpose of electronic ticketing machine.

      Then, they took me in one cab. By that time, i found the ticket and shown them. After that also they abused me and took the ticket and left me somewhere in itpl. Again i boarded from that place to kundanahalli gate.

      The ticket checker name is shekhar. Very worst ticket checker. This behavior thinking me to not to travel in bmtc any more. Kindly take necessary action on him.

        Hi this is kavya i am working as a software developer in one of the mnc company, today i took volvo bus by 10 am bus number ka 01f 9125 from aecs layout to bigbazar stop, bus was empty not much passengers since weekends and i was having bus pass after seeing the pass they reacted rudely and when i reached vyedehi they make me to get down forcely this is respect and way they are treating with females, suppose if it would be night time then anything haopend who will be responsible? I want strict action to be taken regarding these cases, i suffered multiple times specially on weekends, is having pass is causing all this?? Why they react if passengers had pass?
        I want bmtc customer care team to look after this and take strict action so that they should not repeat again.

          This is regarding vydehi bus route volvo bus.
          Had onboarded from hoodi jn, destination being vydehi.
          When presented with 100 rs, the bus conductor rudely told me to get out and hurled abuses. I was totally humiliated.
          Occured : 2nd march, 9:15 am.

          Do something! These # think they can get away with anything. Do one basic level on enquiry atleast.

            Stage wise ticket pricing is very unfair, as they take the due advantage of this and charge higher fare. Forex: ticket fare in volvo 500ca from marathahalli bridge stop (Opp to adyar anand bhavan) to kundalahalli signal stop is 19/- the distance between two these stops is not even 1km. This is a simple example. It's broad day looting from public. All volvo buses charge like this..

              I boarded a bus number (Ka-01 fa-1184) morning 10.20am approximately though the bus was very much crowded and no place even to stand i was very uncomfortable when the conductor asked for ticket i told him please give me 2 minutes let me take out the change i am not able to then he left from there and then after sometime when he came back i gave him the change for the tickets and he started shouting at me that come out of the bus i will see you it's so difficult to move around the bus and this is the second time i came here for ticket i told him that bro i was taking the change out i already informed you and you just left from there the time i take out the change still he was literally shouting at me that before getting up in the bus you should take the tickets an all can you please tell me that do we have a ticket counter in every stop so that we can take tickets before boarding the bus seriously man this is not the first time i had many issues many times once i did complain also but i don't know weather it was registered though i didn't get any complain number messaged to me hope you take care of this at least but yes i do believe some are very polite and they know how to respect others and one more thing can you just tell me who the hell gave them the right to shout at someone only because they are government employees so they can is it the fact first of all i am not his family member that he can shout at me and secondly he is not feeding me and if i don't take the tickets then it was a case that too why will he shout there are other people appointed for that to fine me and definitely he cannot abuse me telling that come out i will see you and more over am a lady how the hell he use all this words what if i would have slapped him it wouldn't have harmed his respect??? So boss please train your staffs and then send them to work i understand you may know better then me how to train but we face the daily problem so only we know how much they are performing in their daily life. And yes i need a action to be taken for this and also would like to know what is the action taken.

                I had travelled from marathahalli bridge to satya sai hospital by bus on 20th feb 2018. I got the ticket which cost rs.40 (Rupees fourty only) and had given rs.500 (Rupees five hundred only) as i did not have change. I forgot to collect the remaining rs.460 (Rupees four hundred and sixty only) while gettin down at my stop. I would like to know how i could get the money back.

                  I am facing daily with ac bmtc conductors.
                  Travelling from mulriplex to echo space they charge rs.19/-.
                  Usually u give 20/- rupees for that after that they wont give back 1/- rupee.
                  Almost conductors they will behave like 20/- only and some are they said take it after.
                  But you want get 1 rupee back and rest of change even 3 or 4 rupees also.
                  Some are very good u can find 2 percent conductors.

                  No more honest in bmtc for some.

                    Hello sir/madam,
                    Here I m Nithin from domlur. The driver and conductor is not stopping near Mallaya hospital near Richmond circle. Then I came to Richmond circle by another bus then I got that which has not stopped in Mallaya hospital. Then I claimed to that bus and I came to Domlur. And I was standing near door because to get down. He is not stopping near Domlur bus stand. Then I asked why r u not stopping the bus. So that driver and conductor is shouting at me. And talking about bad words about mom and dad. Pls Kindly take action on driver and conductor.

                      Today in evening, i picked up the bus (Bmtc) from marathalli multiplex and supposed to be get down at kalamandir. From multiplex to marathalli bridge stoppage only distance is 350 mitter i guess.in between that conductor had not came to collect the ticket to my side because of rush in the bus. Then the sqward people has came in marathalli bridge stoppage asked for penalty. And their behaviour was like horrible even those guys didn't know how to behave a girl and more over shame on those officers that they even don't know english or hindi. I requested them that i have no fault from my side since the conductor has not come to my side so how could i be pay for the ticket. But that bloody guy won't listen a single line. After taking the fine that guy didn't give me receipt even after told him several times which is completely illegal. My concern is if they are showing themselves as in a very legal way then how could be they are doing illegal work that's also with a girl???

                      I know after writing this complaint nothing gonna happen but as a indian citizen m following my duty however you govt never followed anything. I was proudly saying to everyone that banglore govt is very peace and cool but today i felt like i was wrong and it is same like complete indian govt. To be honest shame on you guyz.

                        I was waiting near lal bagh bmtc bus stop to go to richmond circle. At about 5.10 pm, route no 34 plying between hosakerehalli and shivavinagar arrived but the bus did not stop despite my waving hand. I was the only passenger intending to board the bus.
                        Immediately i called helpline number and informed the incident.
                        Kindly take appropriate notice against the driver.

                          Respected sir, this complaint is to bring to your notice that the person incharge of gents urinal located at bmtc bus terminal 2 entry is forcing people to pay 2rs for urinal. He gives the reason that he is not being paid for the work so he has to charge people for urinal so that he can keep the place clean. When i protested he shouted at me saying 'complain to whome you want'.

                          This is realy disappointing. As bangalore is growing to become a global city, such small but easily noticeable events ruins it's reputation, as this event voilets human rights which says urinal service is free.. I hope quick action will be taken.

                            No - 45/14 | industrial suburb | opp - vaishanavi sapphire mall | near yeshwanthpur metro station tumkur road | yeshwanthpur | bangalore - 560022
                            Outside our gate, on the foot path there is a small board mentioning bustop for bmtc and ksrtc buses. But since there is no bus shelter provided the area defined for bus stop is now occupied by sugarcane juice vendors, onion and garlic vendors, push carts selling food. Because of this people are unable to use the bus stop and even the buses no longer stop at this point. And stop only in the next bus stop which is closer to gorguntepalya.
                            This is a humble request, for you to provide a bus shelter

                              Hi,
                              I am residing in bangalore since past 4years. I have faced it several times and wanted to put into notice of the higher bmtc officials from a long time. This time the matter grew worse, so i am forced to lodge a complain.
                              There is a particular bus conductor who travels in 356cw buses plying between silkboard to electronic city wipro gate stop. Today is 12th feb 2018, time of travel is morning 9am to 9:25am from silkboard to sbi/infosys stop, electronic city. Bus number is: ka57f103 (Green colour bus).
                              This particular conductor always keeps change but never provides to gents. He asks to share amount between multiple persons, whom we do not know even. But to ladies, he always provides change. On asking in english, he starts behaving rudely in kannada language, instead of english.
                              Why is this discrimination? This type ob behaviour is common with this particular bus conductor, as i have personally faced problems many times. And one more thing, he does not return the ticket also, once he takes it from the passenger. If no action is taken against these types of conductors, i will carry the issue at further higher level.

                                At sandal soap factory the direction of exit is marked as petrol pump exit or factory exit. Factory exit makes sense but instead of petrol pump it will be better if it is mentioned as mall side exit.
                                Orion mall is a better landmark than petrol pump. It is confusing to many people using the metro and getting out at sandal soap factory station

                                  Hi,
                                  This complaint is more over to stress on the 127 bus from shivajinagar to jeevanahalli. This very bus never comes on time, most of the times dose not stop at thom's bakery but takes a different route which causes a lot of inconvenience to the travelers. I request you'll to take action on such issues and do the needful as soon as possible.

                                    The 600nl volvo buses which run from vijaynagar to electronic city are not in good condition.
                                    1. Busses became very old.
                                    2. Outside air will enter with lot of dust.
                                    3.ac will not work properly.
                                    4. Very less performance.
                                    5. All the ducts will gets open all of a sudden.

                                    Request you to rectify it as soon as possible please please please.

                                      Hi,

                                      I am a responsible citizen of this country, trying to stick with the rules every time, especially when it comes to traffic discipline.

                                      To my surprise today, i got 3 notices issued to me, marking me for riding without helmet, pillion rider without helmet and jumping traffic signal at rv circle basavangudi, on 20th december 2017, at 2048 hrs.

                                      Not only was i not in that area, i was not even out of my house that day as i was sick. I did not go to office that day nor the next day. All the time my bike is with me, parked at my home.

                                      I have got mails that i sent to office this day to prove this but nothing more.

                                      Please help me solve this. I do not want to pay unnecessarily. It is not about the money, but it is about the fact that i am innocent in this case.

                                      Apologies. Complaint is not against BMTC. It is against Bangalore Traffic Police.

                                        Sir,
                                        I visited Banashankari to Jayadeva by BMTC 600f bus no. KA-57F-1094, date 03-02-18, ticket no. 6626, there was some crowd in the bus the on duty conductor pushes me inside the bus in irrespective manner when I tried to make him understand then he abused me and get physically violent to me, I am an IT professional I don't understand how these type of peoples do not have manner to talk, they are making bad image of BMTC bus services to the customers.
                                        Please sir take an action to that conductor I am totally upset today, He threaten me that do whatever you want to do.Hope you will take action. My ticket attached with this complain.
