[Resolved] Axis Bank ATM Withdrawal — Amount disputed, AXIS bank Did not revert my Amount | |||
Dear Sir, My ICICI Saving bank A/C #[protected]. I tried to withdrawal RS 10000 from Thirunagar AXIS bank ATM(SIAC1091) on 12/12/2012 at 3:40PM. That Transaction number is 5579. I got the message "the transaction was successfully". In that machine I received RS 400/ only remains Rs 9600/ did not receive. I reported 2 times in ICICI bank that compliant numbers are SR[protected] on 12/12/2012 and SR[protected] on 29/12/2012. My bank ICICI replied that transaction was successful so AXIS bank was closed your request so we unable to help and ICICI gave manual printed letter to me regarding this on 24/01/2013. Again I went to ask AXIS bank with this letter They did not like to discuss for this issue. I have attached a letter in GIF image file format which is given by ICICI Bank for this complaint. i have saving account with axis bank, my account number [protected] in the name of mr. harcharn saini.
I tried to withdraw Rs 10000 from a bank of icici ATM in ambalaon dt- 15/4/10 at 5.30 p.m my Axis Bank ATM cum Debit card, the machine did not release any funds but on the contrary the amount got deducted from my account .. I reported this to ambala cantt Branch in ambalai and they told me that the funds will be reverted back into my account within 15 days, but even after 17 days none of the branch officials are cooperating to solve the issue . I havent recieved the amount as yet . This is not the kind of customer service any customer expects from such a reputed bank

and i did a atm withdral from AXIS BANK rekab ganj faizabad uttarpradesh DATE-24/10/2010
for Rs. 500 but i have not got mony and amount has been deducted from my acount
so please find out and refund amount in my account

Dear Sir,I am sorry to inform you that I have withdraw the Rs.10000/- from Axis Bank ATM Malerna Road, Ballabhgarh against SPCN03924 dated 10.01.2012. I have received the amount of Rs.9200/- Instead of Rs.500/- I have received the 2 notes of Rs.100/- I have also complained my Bank of India Branch & also told Axis Bank but there is no bank take the initiative action in this regards.

Axis Bank — ATM Withdrawal
I tried to withdraw Rs 2000 from a bank of maharastra ATM in mumbai with my Axis Bank ATM cum Debit card , the machine did not release any funds but on the contrary the amount got deducted from my account .. I reported this to Lokhandwala Branch in Mumbai and they told me that the funds will be reverted back into my account within 15 days , but even after 17 days none of the branch officials are cooperating to solve the issue . I havent recieved the amount as yet . This is not the kind of customer service any customer expects from such a reputed bank .
