I applied for a credit card through a all center call, I got a verification call. No reference number is given to me no email. Now I don't know what is happening. I submitted all my documents.

ICICI Bank — not recd of credit card

I agree with this complaint as I have myself just faced this problem from ICICI Bank. The Bank has no proper rules and just send the credit card without the consent from the customer. Without asking for any credit card, how the bank can think of sending the credit card without consent? This is an illegal way of the bank to earn money from the customers. I urge to take strict action against ICICI Bank so as to stop sending the credit card without asking for it and also to stop sending sms mentioning that they have despatched the credit card which comes as a surprise. I have not accepted any credit card from the bank and nobody should accept it. If any misuse of credit card occurs, then the bank will be liable for this.

    i had applied for ICICI Bank credit card in month of February 2013 and it was approved but as i was out of Mumbai for 15 days card was not delivered and it got returned to ICIC bank on 4th March 2013. once i came back i got icici bank statements showing outstanding balance 500 rs as annual fee then i called ICICI customer care they told me they will re-despatch it but till date i have not received my credit card but instead i m getting monthly statements with late fees added to it and now i have received the statement saying your card has been blocked due to non - payment and its showing outstanding of Rs. 1536.14/-.

    this is really ridiculous how can they send statements without card has been actually delivered???? please help me to cancel the same.

    ICICI Credit Card — late fees payment without statement

    I am Abhay Kumar Verma, my credit card no. is [protected]. on my credit card acccount late fees of Rs.400 has been charged, without any statement. I didnt received the statement of May and now in the statement of june late has been charged
    Sub: Excess Charges Debited in my Credit Card Statement for Card no. [protected]

    Dear Sir,

    This has reference to Credit Card Statement issued to me for the period from 30/11/2009 to 29/12/2009, in which showing Rs. 8012.14 outstanding on me.

    I would like to inform you that EMI amount was settled for Rs. 1722/22 per month including all charges, but you have charged me Late payment fee, Interest & Service Tax etc form the day one. Further this is for your information that I have paid all the due installments (Except one) on time. So where is the question for Late Payment? If I had to pay for interest and so many other charges debited by you why should I buy it through Credit Card. I would have preferred Cash purchase. As per my records about Rs. 1144/- is due on my side.

      I have applied for home loan bank has taken all the documents told that loan will be given to you as all papers are no problem After40 days of waiting me and told that loan will not going to give because property was 445 sq ft
      But the propriety already have home loan in icici bank only and the person who taking the papers and processing donot know about the rules and during reciving papers also does not know about the home loan rules just taking the papers giving it to legal depart
      Bank has employees who doesn't know the bank rule and waist of time to customer and making trouble to customer

        I, Abhay Kumar Sinha, was having Car Loan# LADEL[protected] from Icici Bank in 2005. During the loan tenure the bank use to debit 2 times in a month of EMI amount even I've made the payment by cash for un-cleared amount from my saving account. When I've complained then they use to say something but do the same thing. During the tenure I've discussed the problem and so many times I've harassed over phone mentally. So, I didn't made the payment of 03 EMI's because I wanted the bank to resolve the matter before they get the excess of amount from my account.

        I wanted to settle things but always received threatening & use languages to harass me mentally so that I somehow make the payment how much they asked for. Whenever I wanted to settle things, happen the same thing. A few days back, again I received a call and I thought they are serious to settle things. But, later again, they have demanded excess amount and the behavior turned the same again this time.

        This time, I've sent the mail of these issued to customer.[protected]@icicibank.com & [protected]@icicibank.com

        The bank person always called at my office, my relative and discussed all the things which I believe is unethical. I've even recorded our conversation with bank staff of today.

        Please advise what & how to do things further. I'm serious to settle the left 03 EMI amount but bank want me to pay extra. Whereas, things gone worse because they handled my loan account in a very bad way.

        ICICI Bank — Harassment for paid EMI

        I have taken a home loan from ICICI and the first EMI is to be cleared through ECS on Sept. 10, 2008. I have been getting harassing calls from Delhi Phone Numbers 30716150, 30716210, 30716000 & 30716090 stating that they are calling from ICICI Bank.

        On Sept. 6, 2008, I get a call stating that the first EMI was to be paid on 5th Sept. and that the ECS will not hit due to some technical reasons. She stated that she would send a person to collect the payment. Being on the way and not having records at hand and having no reason to disbelieve what the lady was saying, I told her to send the person. Reaching home, I checked up the record and found that the EMIs were supposed to be collected on 10th of every month by ECS. I tried to call back the telephone number but it did not connect.

        On Sept. 8, 2008, the lady again called up repeating the same story of ECS not hitting on Sept. 5 and on being confronted with the fact that the ECS schedule is actually for 10th of every month and not 5th, she turned volte-face and rudely stated that the ECS would also not hit on 10th and that her representative was already at my residence and I should arrange payment immediately. I asked her to send in writing that the ECS would not hit on 10th and I'll make the payment. She grew more rude and threatened that she would spoil my track record for the loan and if I wanted to get anything in writing, I should go to Videocon Tower, Delhi and make payment myself and get in writing whatever I wanted to. I, however, declined to make the make payment till the date 10th had expired and the ECS had not hit.

        On Sept. 9, 2008, she again called up seeking collection of payment on Sept. 10 and I flatly refused to make payment until and unless it was given to me writing or Sept. 10 had expired.

        On Sept. 10, 2008, she again calls up and seeks payment and upon my statement that I'll check in the evening if the ECS had hit or not and then make payment on 11th, she rudely wanted to fix a time slot for 11th and I being on the move and not having access to my appointments for 11th told her to call on 11th morning. This infuriarated her and she accused me of cheating & robbing the Bank. Ultimately, she settled by stating that she would call on 11th for fixing time for collection of payment.

        Not to my surprise, the ECS did hit on 10th and has been duly cleared. On 11th I write an email to Customer Service of the Bank with a copy to a senior officer of the Bank. They reply that this will not repeat in future.

        Again on 13th, I get a call again seeking payment of the same EMI.

        HAVE I taken a loan from ICICI Housing Finance Company Limited for being hounded by representatives of the Bank, even when the payment had not become due followed by calls each day with threats and insinuating remarks. This is repeated even after the payment has been cleared in routine. HAVE I taken the loan for being cheated by collection of installment twice (in my case, you could not succeed).

        It does not go with the reputation of and expectations from Bank of status and repute (or disrepute, as it needs to be called now). If it is not the ICICI, who called up, how and why a stranger had access to information regarding my Home Loan and my mobile phone number.

        This Bank is a bunch of goons out to cheat you.

                Dear sir
                I took loan from bajajfinlending and applied for ECS for my loan account no 4300CD00030208 and same was withdrawn by me on 04/04/2013 but told that april month deduction could not got stopped but May onward same would be stopped as mandate was withdrawn.
                In the mean time I visited bank, 2 times to ensure that ECS mandate was cancelled and I was told same has already got delected vide number M36385775 and I need not to worry .
                But on 6th May when I checked my account ,observed that further ubauthorized instalment is released without any valid mandate.
                I represented the bank on 08/05/2013 ,to get my money back as I already got the mandate delected but no response till date
                May I request you to ask the bank that how they can transfer any amount from my account without my consent/mandate and please get back the said amount without any further delay.

                      I got a call from a executive from icici bank delhi for a card requirement to which i poloitely said no. The executive in reply said "Bhaad me ja ". this is th way you guys talk.I want that son of a to applolize .

                      the number from which i recieved the call was [protected] at 11.50 around.Seriously feel like kicking that . I would never ever consider icici bank and wont recommend it too my friends too.

                      ICICI Bank — misbehaved

                      bajaj finance, bank of maharastra & others. check my sibbal ratings for details on satyam site. i had taken 2 loan from icici bank no LBMUM[protected] & LBMUM[protected]. on friday 15th oct 2010 i went to your icici bank branch jp nagar, andheri around 4 in the afternoon got a token no cc140 but when my turn came i got counter counter 6 managed my mr sachin sale (name as told by his colleagues). he was so rude to me when i sat on the counter he told me infront of other customers to get up and stand, i just went to clear the last emi & interest of my respective loans mentioned above. in front of other customers i was made to stand and spoken very rudely by mr sachin sale. he said he was in hurry so jo bhi jaldi karo time waste mat karo yahan per baithe kar. i wanted to slap the sachin so hard but i didnt. then again i stood in line for another 1 hr and cleared my email & all. you icici bank people run ads saying you are there for your customers. this is the way i was misbehaved with. i ll make sure to report this incident on my twitter, facebook, orkut and email to other friends. still i[censored] guys dont take an action of mr sachin sale then i will lodge the complain with higher authorities. i need an apology. dont take it lightly. one thing is for sure i will return to icici for any kind of banking work. i have damn good relations with cholamandlam & sundram finance. but i ll make sure that if action is not taken of sachin sale. i ll take out 15 mins from time every day to blog about it, email to friends and newspaper.

                        I have make an ATM transaction of INR4000 from ICICI bank ATM ID-SFVD8407 on dated 11/05/2013 12.55PM,but got received INR 200(100X2)from ATM machine. I have informed to nearest ICICI bank Bohmanalli main Branch, Bangalore, personal suggest me to wait 24 hr's the money will be credit on the same account Pay Direct Card([protected]),but the disputed amount (INR3800) still not credited on my account till date . I took Ministatment of ATM transaction. in that showing C.REV 3800.Actually I got only INR 200.My fault is only that I used ICICI ATM.Please help in this regard.I am still waiting for my money.                           This is to bring to your notice about a call made to ICICI Bank 24 Hours Customer Service (+91-[protected]). Issue was regarding activating a 3D Secure pin. I have made several calls regarding this and still the issue hasn't been resolved. More over, the executive named Mahesh was extremely rude & offensive. His response to arrange a call back was precisely "This is not the time to call you back" & suggested to complaint on him if the issue is not resolved.

                          Please look into the matter and do the needful.

                          Debit card — Unsatisfactory service

                          Pls note that one of your execuitive come to my home to deliver the debit card of HDFC bank.
                          We have shiwn the ID cadr of my company but he has not agrred to deliver the card and return back with same card.

                          I need writen explanation "Why the same card has been retururned after showing the ID proof">

                              I have applied ICICI coral credit card in month of February with all required documents. The card has been returned without delivering to me. And now I am recieving the smses for credit card bill payment.

                              I am surprised to the response from ICICI, as I have visited my home branch and booked this issue in month of April 1st week and still the issue is not resolved.

                              Even, Customer care on phone keeps me waiting for 20 to 25 minutes. (fed up by experiencing such response thrice before visiting to branch).

                              Conclusion- I have not received my credit card and instead am receiving the smses for the bill payment.

                              Hope this time my issue gets resolved.

                              I am having icici credit card for the past 2 to 3 years. as per your monthly statement, my due date is 2nd or 3rd. Now the problem is I am getting my salary before 5th or 6th of every month. For me it will be a problem for payment of the amount before due date. because of the same reason, i am paying some interest also.
                              So if there is any possibility please change the due date to 6th of every month which will be more convenient to me.

                              So many calls from HSBC executives disturbing me and asking me that pay 6805/- to HSBC bank, other wise your name we will send to defaulters list. The credit card number no. they are giving is [protected].

                              Some time the executives are asking me to pay 2500/- we will close the matter.

                              The HSBC credit card form I had filled in 2006 in Pune, but after some that due to my transfer I have shifted to Mumbai.

                                    This is to convey that there is an unautherised transaction happened from my account today Amount deducted was Rs 17710.83.



                                    When checked with ICICI branch they are stating that this is some online transaction someone has made using my card details.



                                    To confirm, I have not shared my card details with anyone and this transaction has been made without my autherization as I am the only one knowing abount my 3D pin secure password.



                                    I have already filed the complaint to cyber crime cell - PW[protected].(addressed to SSP Police)

                                    and also to ICICI.- SR[protected].

                                    Kindly help me resolve this.

                                    ICICI Bank — Fraudulent Transactions through my ICICI bank account

                                    This is regarding 46 transactions which have happened through my ICICI account to pay vodafone post paid connection(s) (phone number not known) illegally. All transactions have happened on 27-05-10 after 4 o'clock in the morning.

                                    Transaction details:
                                    1 transaction for rs 310/-
                                    2 transaction for rs 410/- each
                                    43 transaction for rs 1001/- each.

                                    Total amount : Rs 44173

                                    I have filed a complaint with Customer service (complaint no. SR[protected] dated 27/05/2010).

                                    I have requested for all the transactions to be reversed since I am the account holder and these transactions were illegally done on my account.

                                    I have been following with the bank on the complaint, they keep saying that their fraud department is investigating and would respond back soon. After continuous follow ups also I did not get any resolution.

                                    Kindly help me in getting my money back.

                                      I have an ICICI Salary account in Bangalore , when i wanted to withdraw Rs.22000/- from my account @ ICICI ATM at murgeshpalia road Bangalore ATM no 2 on 2-May-2013 @ 09.41 Am, but i only got Rs.21100/- , which is always unattended ATM no security guard , So at the same time i called ICICI bank call center they said it will be transferred in 5 working day and provided me REF SR[protected], now i got sms that they cannot do the same as transaction was complete, when called back bank said they cannot help me....

                                      Please help on this as bank is not ready to give my Rs 900/- , when its not my fault , Its fault of Atm machine which was filled with wrong denomiation...

                                      Why should i suffer a loss due some once negligence or wrong intentions

                                        My emi credit card num is [protected].I was issued the credit card in 2008 and I had made a single swipe of 2700 at big bazaar in nov 2009, for which the payment of 3000 rs(2 cheques of 1000 from state bank of Mysore market yard branch on 1st of Jan 2009 and 30th of Jan 2009 and 1 cheque of 1000 rs from subramanya co op bank malleshwaram on 3rd march 2009) was cleared by cheqe.Now my outstanding balance is showing as 8387.When I called up the customer care for the statements right from beginning was given the complaint num as Sr[protected] on 2nd may 2013.On the 6th of may I called up the customer care to check out the status of my complaint was told that they don’t have the statements from the beginning and they are clueless as to how the outstanding is being shown. I was given another complaint num as sr[protected].They have sent the statement from Sep 2011 in which the payment due is 8387 and in all the preceding statements the payment due amount is same till Apr 2013.Now I am requesting for the statements from the beginning for which I was told that they are not able to retrieve it and when I asked how they have arrived at this due amount of 8700.They say, they have no idea and the status is updated in cibil by which my credit rating has come down.
                                        I kindly request you to send me statement from beginning till Nov 2011 and also give me confirmation for the amount swiped and payment made on this card and I request you to send cibil clearance update mail.

                                        STATE BANK CREDIT CARD — Outstanding Cleared,

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        Against my SBI C.card no.[protected], I have settled my A/c under Sec.73 & 74 of the Arbitration and Concillation Act on dt.23/09/2006 & paid an amt of Rs.23,000.
                                        After which paid Rs.11000/- by cash vide SBI cards reciept no.5981175 Dt.26/09/2006 & rest Rs.12,001 thru Chq.no.344409 dt.20/10/2009 vide SBI cards reciepts no.5981176 Dt.26/09/2006 (Collection Agent Wings). I hv all documents in orginal with me till date.

                                        Now surprisingly, people from SBI Cards calling me in last 2-3mths & ask for bal.pymnt, for which I really FAIL to understand , on what ground they are asking such things,once Its already cleared as per details above.

                                        REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER , AS MY NAME SEEMS APPEAR IN DEFAULTER LISTS IN CIBIL,WHICH IS NOT FAIR, REQUEST TO REMOVE IT FROM THAT LIST & ENSURE SUCH THINGS SHOULSN'T HAPPEN IN FUTURE.

                                        ICICI Credit Card — Credit card was sent back to bank in pieces but still they are sending statements.

                                        In October 2008 due to some postal problem I did not receive the credit card statment, inthe next month the charged some undue interest for the payment not paid, which I refused to pay. In the subsequent month they ICICI kept on sending statement and increasing the amount. So I kept on requesting to review the statement and reduce the amount as I have been a loyal user the credit card with all my payments regular .However ICICI continued to send statements so finally I got irritated and returned the card into pieces. but Till date ICICI has kept on sending the statement and now the amount has been maultiplies to such and extent. That it is unbearable.

                                        Despite of repeated reminders, my requests have been ignored since Feb 2009, ICICI doesnot care for regular customer, it more interested in increasing the statement without talking to the cutomer only marke the statment even after the customer has returned the credit card since feb 2009, and the over due amount has been increase to errobous figure in thouisand....punishment if not using the ICICI credit card wihtout ICICIs permission.....

                                        This absolutely a case of customer haressment in the developing country.

                                        Please help on how to resolve or comeout of this ICICI mess.
