I am a senior citizen and holding this card since 9 – 12 years and I have always paid the regular payment in full and in time. Never has any part payment made by us upto 2007.
The problem started when I had registered utility bill payment with our credit card for my electricity bill and telephone bill.
I received your first statement in the month of 2007 in which your bank has charged me double payment for the electricity bill and telephone bill . The copies of the few credit card statements is attached herewith wherein you can clearly make out that the charges have been added twice in the statements.
Lots of verbak complaints have been made by me to your bank about the same during the year 2007 but no suitable reply has ever come from your side. After 5 – 6 months you have started to send single bills charges for the electricity and telephone bills.
I have paid the amount for which I have used your card and whatever excess amount your bank has charged to me after calculating all interest and late payment charges the same was not paid by me as the charges were wrongfully added. All these charges which have been added up are all the late payments and interest added on the wrongly debited amounts.
Before 1 year back I received a notice from your lawyer Mr. Fernandes and My lawyer gave a suitable reply to the same attaching all copies of required statements but till today no reply has come from your side. This shows a very lax part on the part of your bank in replying back to such valuable and genuine customer.
After the notice, calls started coming from your so called recovery agents regarding the wrongly added charges to be paid up and threatening me and my family members on phone, using foul mouthed words and that too even from a lady who calls herself Noorie from the following numbers – 022 – 28565857 / 28565858 / 28563323 and who also introduces herself as the ICICI bank employee . Moreover I even got a call from Mr. Pavan Kumar from the following number – [protected] who also introduced himself as an ICICI bank employee. This lady called Noorie uses foul mouthed words even going on mothers and fathers never ever accepted from a lady of our esteemed country wherein we hold our ladies of our house or any other lady of our country in high esteem. Moreover introducing herself as an ICICI bank employee she not only is spoiling the name of the bank and I do not get how can your bank employs such people.
Your recovery agents too visited my residence and after going through all the documents they said the bank has really wrongfully charged double payments for the same bill (you too can verify the same from the statements attached) and then they say they will revert back to me but till date they have never replied back but once again the threatening calls start coming from your bank employee Ms. Noorie from the above numbers.
She also calls my neighbours on the following numbers and threatens them too and uses foul mouthed words too :

Sir / Madam please note that if your bank wants to settle the matter amicably and peacefully kindly send your bank officer to my place of residence and not any recovery agents who do not have any knowledge about the same or about the banking system.
Sir /Madam if your bank does not want to settle the matter amicably and peacefully I will file a suit against your bank regareding the same in the court of law.

ICICI Credit Card — Wrongful Interest Charges

Dear Sir,
On the onset I convey my due apologies for bringing forth this petty issue in your busy schedule, but writing the same to you as a last resort after recieving no response from the bank's customer care end.

Myself Abhinav Kumar, hold a ICICI credit card ([protected]) since Dec-05. My transaction history in the last 2 years would substantiate the fact that I have always cleared my dues well within the due dates.

Inspite of making the payments on time since Aug-08 I have been recieving statements with late payment charges. Details of payments are as follows:

9.08.07 - payment made of Rs.4006 vide cheque no.148485 (UTI Bank)
9.09.07 - payment made of Rs.5928 vide cheque no.148486 (UTI Bank)
9.11.07 - payment made of Rs.3747 vide cheque no.148488 (UTI Bank)
9.12.07 - payment made of Rs.29573 vide cheque no.148489 (UTI Bank)

Please note that in all the above payments since Sept-07 I have not been paying the late payment charges since inspite of myself submitting the cheque for August payment on time the same got debited late due to delay at bank's collection end. On raising this issue with the customer care umpteen number of times all I have been hearing is that it will be rectified whereas every new statement keeps on carrying the same and hence it has been piling up for the last 6 months.


Atlast I had also written a mail to your esteemed mail-id in January-08 whereby I requested for the outstanding due less the wrongful interest charge so that I can clear the same but all I recieved was a mail stating the bank's policies.

I once again request you to kindly guide the concerned people to mail me my outstandings so that I can clear the same and cancel the card which has been harassing me for the last 6 months. Please note that I would not be paying any late payment charge since I should not be penalised for no response from bank's side and wrongful statements.

Also would request you to look into the case where the bank's DSA's keep calling the customer for payments without acknowledging the problem of the customer even after stated by him/her.

ICICI Bank Credit Card — Double Interest

My Credit card# [protected]. Icici Bank charges double interest on late payment. It charges first on transaction then on total outstanding. This way a consumer has to pay interest twice on the same out. The interest rates at first instance itself is so high and yet again they charge double interest. How such policies can be encouraged by the RBI.

    ICICI Bank - complaint against MAB charges

    PLEASE SEND IT TO CONCERNED AUTHORTY TO SOLVE MY PROBLEMS AND THEN SEND ME PROPER REPLY IMMEDIATELY
    On checking of my account statement for the year 2012 to Till date, it is found that the following amount were deducted from my saving
    Account no.[protected] –Bhubaneswar branch with the remark that MAB charges +ST charges without any intimation/information.
    Please find the below details for all the transactions made by bank.

And keep themselves updated with the changes in the policies regularly.

    It is therefore, requested that my account may be checked personally and arranges to refund excess recovery made from my account at the earliest.
    Please take Suitable action in the matter.

      Rejection of settlement request of a loan on a car that got stolen and freezing all funds in my ICICI savings account

      I took a CAR Loan from ICICI BANK which I couldn't pay regularly after around payment of 24 EMI out of 36 EMI. I had financial problems which made me late on payments,but when I wanted to start catching up on payments ICICI would not accept any payment less than the total EMI due on the loan.It would have helped if they allowed more flexible payment option to get upto date.

      Hello,

      I recently received 2 different statements of ICICI Bank Credit Card but I have only ONE (1) card.

      I got an SMS also stating my overdue of joining fee of Rs. 561/-, but I don't have the card.

      I have tried plenty of times to contact customer care numbers but am not getting any response. I have also filed complaint in ICICI Bank Website, but no result.

      I am tired with these poor response, pls suggest what to do next.

      Can I go to CONSUMER FORUM and lodge a complaint for the same?

      I had January 2008 statement of my card which had 15182 Rs outstanding amount due. The due date according to physical statement was[protected].
      I have deposited a cheque of 15200 Rs against the card which was received by the bank on the due date.This is as per online statement.
      But the online statement also tells me that I am now having 263 Rs paymet due against the card. This amount was result of AUTO Debit Return Fee which is activated in my account.
      I just want to complain that when I have paid full amount which was received by the bank on due date then why I should give this AUTO Debit Fee.
      i have talked to the customer care of ICICI but the customer care officer is not getting my problem and told me that AUTO debit executed on the mid night of[protected] and we got your cheque payment on[protected]. That is why the payment can not be reversed.
      What is that ?
      Please help.

          ICICI Bank/Credit Card — PAYMENTS

          I had continied problum for credit card statement.many time compailen to Icici Bank Credit Card department.& now I am sattale my credit card payment.

          ICICI Credit Card — ICICI bank Credit card payment.

          I had spend Rs.18000/- from ICICI credit card 5 years back.
          Have been paying the min dues and some amount in between to clear the dues. ICICI has charged heavily every month and had showed me amount of more than Rs.50,000/- three years back. As I could not clear the setelment amount of 40,000/- plus given by ICICI at that time in one shot I have been paying short amount and the min dues every time. The bank gave me settelment letter 2 years back after paying 5,000/- cash and 3 cheques 5,000/- each for three months. 2 Cheques were cleared and the 3rd was not deposited by ICICI. On asking they say my ICICI saving a/c had no balance and hence not deposited. Also cannot be setteled the very next month when I asked as the amount had increased due to non payment.
          I have been paying the min dues till last month on every demand of ICICI agent as they harass me and my family.
          Please help me, I have not paid the min dues now and ICICI is asking 30,000/- plus where I have spend 18,000/- and paid more than 75,000/- last five years.

          Icici bank has debited a sum of rs. 12000/- on my credit card account and give the credit to bajaj allianz on 17th March 2010. After asking by me from bajaj allainz they confirm that the same bill not uploaded by them and ICICI bank regularly saying that the same bill uploaded by bajaj allainz. due date for the same bill was 21st april 2010. last year i have paid the instalment on 21.04.2009 and again ICICI paid the instalent on 17.03.2010 instead of 21.04.2010. How can i cliam for premium paid by me in 2009-10 in 2010-11. Now i am asking from ICICI bank to provide me the proof for that bajaj allianz has requetsted for payment but the same not provided by them they regularly saying it has uploaded by bajaj, if its uploaded by bajaj then they to provide me the prrof of the same, so that I can follow up with bajaj.

          ICICI Bank Credit Card — Credit card repayment related

          I am using icici bank credit card number and I had purchased ~ Rs 600 rupees nearly one and haly year before(2009). I forgot to pay due amount ~ Rs 600 in due date as I didnt get the statement. But I paid Rs 600 it after 2 months by calling customer care service. During that time customer service gave the surity to reversal the levy amount and thatswhy I I paid due amount only on that time.
          After that I did not check the credit card balance and also didnt use that card. As I change my residential address and mobile number, I didnt have any contact with credit card bank. But I didnt change my mail address and I am not getting any e-statement till now.
          Now they have taken Rs 1083 from my saving bank account number without my notification to credit card. when I contact customer service, they told that still i have to pay Rs 3500 to creditcard even though they taken Rs 1083 from SB account. I dont know why i need to pay without doing any transaction.

          ICIIC BANK CREDIT CARD — CREDIT CARD PAYMENT

          I am Sanjay Mendiratta , having an icici credit card no [protected] , iam recieving calls from bank for the last 2 years to clear my dues and i have told every caller to give details of the amount which is due as the statement they are providing me shows only late payment charges and interest etc. , but till date i have never recieved any statement which is able to eloborate on actual purchases done by me. On the top of this the bank has withdrawn 8500/- from my icici savings account also . I have sent one of my executive to the banks credit card division but there too we could not get the statement which could give us the details. Requested to look into the matter and help.

            *1) *COMPLAINT:*
            I had taken home loan from ICICI in Apr, 2000. At the time of registration, bank had taken my written consent and had submitted to sub registar office that property documents will be sent to ICICI HFC and property owner will not claim/ collect it.
            I foreclosed loan on 23–Oct-12
            Now bank is unable to give original property registration document back to me.
            I have been following up with bank for last 6+ months. At present, bank is not only trying to get rid off from their responsibility of handing over documents back to me but also doing very rude communication in spite of fact that issue is created because of ICICI HFC ignorance and negligence on collecting property documents from SRO timely.

            Details:
            At the time of document collection on 10-Nov-12, I noticed that my original property registration papers are missing. ICICI HFC- Mahalaxmi office (in a first place was not aware and further not bothered about keeping property registration document) said that ICICI does not keep original property registration documents and that is always with customer (!!!!) and hence they do not have it.
            Immediately I logged complaint at ICICI customer care number on 10-Nov-12. Complaint number- SR[protected] .
            Later raised the complaint on mail ID of ICICI MD and Chanda Kochhar on 12-Dec-12 as there was no response/ movement from ICICI end over a month.
            Back-n-forth mail communication happened with ICICI HFC senior management ID. ICICI appointed their representative from their legal team to visit SRO and track the case. I was asked to visit SRO along with this representative and I visited SRO twice in Jan, 13 and Feb, 13. On the other hand mail communication continued; with every mail bank giving next date for update.
            Post my 2nd visit to SRO, ICICI HFC representative demanded Rs.10,000 from me to fetch documents from SRO. I intimated bank on mail for same and refused to pay this amount. Bank stand post that changed completely, asking me to then take the case directly with SRO and as if document taking in their custody was not at all their responsibility…i.e. either pay this Rs.10,000 or we will not do anything. Now bank has reached to a stage where very rude mailer is sent to customer stating as per them case is closed and customer is creating nuisances to them by keep on raising same issue.
            Bank had also tried to give excuse on some SRO operational issue….i.e. Property registration was done on 19-Apr-2000. In 2004 SRO had raised order to pay additional Rs. 1,000 over the difference in registration fees. My lawyer had paid this difference amount in 7days of receiving SRO order. Now in 2013 bank is saying that they did follow up with SRO but SRO had not given them documents. Other than this generic statement bank could neither provide details on communication received from SRO, date on which it is received, intimations/ warnings sent to customer on challenges being faced by them in fetching documents from SRO etc.. neither bank has any justification what happened post Jan-2004 till Oct-2012 on their attempts to track (if any) and get documents from SRO.

            2) *RELIEF:*
            ICICI HFC to give me my original property registration documents because…a) Collecting documents from SRO was completely ICICI HFC’s responsibility considering written consent taken from me and submitted to SRO.
            b) Bank kept totally ignorant on whether they have received documents or not for complete loan period of 12+ years. Bank front officer tells customer that bank does not keep original registration copy. This is sheer negligence and careless approach shown by bank in spite of hefty interest amounts charged to its customers on loans.
            c) Bank should also be penalized for making rude communication with customer on issue created by them only and to customer who has paid all their loan on time without defaulting for any single time.

              This is to apprise you that I had taken personal loan for amount Rs 1.00 Lac and foreclosure amount B/L Rs 75.000 (Seventy Five Thousand) is the foreclosure amount being offered to me by ICICI Banks agent Named Mr.Pervez who calls me from Airtel's land line number [protected]/508.

              Due my financial crunch after my wife's sickness [Pertains to Heart / Cardiac, hypertension, Diabetes etc] right now I don't have sufficiency funds to pay Rs 75,000 immediately. I need time for arranging money or I can pay in EMI'S subject to Mr. Pervez letting me do my Job at my work place piece-fully.

              As Mr.Pervez agent ICICI Bank Delhi perusing me for above collection not only calls and talks to for long duration [disturbing me when I am at my work place] me on my on my cell phone [protected] threatens me if I don't pay this amount immediately then he will call on my Head Office numbers, CMD, professional colleague and others in office.

              Yesterday and even in the past also he had not only spoken to My Companies but also he consistently kept calling to Unit Head, Administrative Head, HR and reception etc regarding this personal lone dues despite talking to me threatening me over phone saying if I don't pay this amount by 25th May 2013 he will make sure I am forced to leave my job or pay.

              In his last evenings call at 5.53 PM he had threatened me if I don't pay then he will repeat what he had done yesterday although I have warned him not to do so but he said he will not spare me.

              I am really very upset, depressed and went sick yesterday night after this torture and defaming on account of this miss conduct and arrogant behavior of Mr. Pervez.

              Please help me to resolve this matter and restrict Mr. Pervez from call XYZ in my company who will not pay this personal loan account as this is my very personal matter and has no concern whats so ever with my office.

                I am having a Home Loan account with ICICI bank. The property is in Delhi and I am currently residing in Bangalore. The EMI's were revised in the month of April 2007 and inspite of numerous followup, nobody bothered to collect the revised EMI cheques from my Bangalore adresss even after giving so many assurances.

                In the month of April to July, old EMI cheques were presented to my account which I got returned. ICICI bank levied cheque return and overdue charges to my account.

                Further I was not given a Tax Certificate in time despite numerous followups with ICICI. Bacause of This I was forced to file a faulty tax return.

                I have applied for a TOP UP loan on my existing home loan account (Account No. LBDEL[protected]). This was to fund the advance payment purchase of a House at Yeshwanthpur.

                The application was processed by one Mr. Janesh and Mr. Anand of ICICI Koramangla Team.

                My file no. as advised to me by Mr. Anand of Koramangala team was [protected].

                There were lot of formalities undertaken including visit to my property at Delhi and doing a technical evaluation fo which your people attended my house in daytime.

                I was advised by Mr. Janesh of ICICI Koramangala team that the request for TOP up loan has been approved and I would be issued a sanction letter and the disbursement shall be effected in one day. For legal formalities I was advised by Mr. Janesh to purchase stamp papers of Rs. 7500. This confirmation was received by me verbally on or around 9th of september.

                I had spoken to Mr. Janesh and advise him that I have no idea as to how to get those stamp papers and ICICI should arrange the same.

                To this Mr. Janesh replied that there will be a bribe of around Rs.1000 to be paid. I agreed to pay the same. As I needed the loan amount urgently, I advised Mr. Janesh to purchase the stamp paper on same date so that the whole thing can be processed. Mr. Janesh advised me to deposit Rs.8500 in his personal bank account so that the purchase of stamp paper can be processed.

                I decided otherwise and instead opted for making a DD of Rs. 7500 in favor of Sub Registrar for stamp paper. I advised Janesh that the amount of Rs. 1000 to be paid as bribe shall be paid in cash by me. The DD was prepared.

                From that day onwards, I was kept hanging by Mr. Janesh and Mr. Anand. I was told that there are irregularities in my documents and they are waiting for some clarifications from Delhi/Chennai office on my case. I rigourously followed them up. Couple of times Mr. Janesh promised to come to my office but never turned up.

                In between Mr. Janesh and Mr. Anand even stopped taking my calls.

                Finally today Mr. Anand advised me that request for my TOP UP loan has been declined as bank does not have title deed of my property.

                My Questions here are:

                1. If there are irregularities in my documents, why loan was disbursed at first place.

                2. Even after that, why was technical evaluation undertaken which involved disturbing peace of my family.

                3. Why I was informed by Mr. Janesh that my request for TOP UP loan has been approved.

                4. On what pretext Mr. Janesh asked me to purchase stamp papers

                5. Why Mr. Janesh asked me to deposit cash in his account

                6. On my refusing to deposit cash in his account, why suddenly irregularities in my TOP UP loan have surfacedoriginal .

                7. What would I have done if I would have gone ahead and had purchased stamp papers of Rs. 7500

                8.On what grounds I have been denied TOP UP loan

                In my opinion the whole situation is serious and if we take an overall view, it sums up to an intended miscounduct on part of your staff (Koramangla Team) especially with the situation where I was asked to deposit cash in his personal account by one of ICICI staff members (Mr. Janesh)

                Further more I received from one of ICICI collection manager THREATNING SOME LEGAL PROCEDDINGS AGAINST ME

                I hold a proof (receipt of PDC's) which clealy proves that ICICI is already holding my PDC's dated upto 7th April 2008.

                What is the need for this notice??
                Why is this served??

                Again, this was been served upon my parents in New Delhi, this again caused them mentol agony and hardship.

                Also saying that I've been postponing this matter on some pretext or the other is a matter of character assasination.

                I must state here that I;ve been subject to lot of harrssment from ICICI.

                I was not able to file a correct income thax return bacause ICICI failed to timely furnish the required statement of account. This has been the subject matter of my earlier correspondance with ICICI which I can reproduce.

                Further ICICI held on to my unused PDC's for an unduly long period of time and I had to spent enormous time and energy to get them back. Inspite of repeated requests, same has not been returned fully to me 4 PDC's have been missing from the cheques returned to me.

                In spite of repeated requestes, ICICI failed to give me a copy of documents of my House property.

                Also I was harrased thoroghly and peace of my family breached in case of TOP up loan

                Lot of explanations are owed to me from ICICI. I have full right to say that the treatment meted out to me is snobbish and as I've written earlier, I will take this all to some logical conclusion.

                I am learning to believe that this is the style of functioning of ICICI.
                I am customer of ICICI Bank Ltd, INDORE Branch, since last 7 seven years and have most relationships like Banking, cards, demat and home loan, CAR loan with it. Despite having multiple relationships, they don't understand the importance and empathy a customer deserves.

                Taken the car loan from icici bank vide a/c no. LACHD[protected] and all requisite installments are made but still gtg letters from bank for the notice of demand which is very surprising.

                Every month the requisite check of HDFC given and i do have the slip for it.

                ICICI Bank — Harassment

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                I have taken a loan From ICICI Bank inspite of making payment on 10 august they have send the recovery agent at my house on 12 august and 15 august . when i have shown the receipt to the agents they told me to call customer care and loan departement when i contacted them the team leader have spoken to the agents and asked me to call in five minitutes after that he has kept the mobile phone swithed off .my due date is 5 of every month but the delay from there side i have called the customer care on 6 august and 7 august and ask them to withdraw amount from my account as there was autodebit but when i asked them its on 10 august they told me about the reason and maid the payment manually.

                For my home loan from ICICI bank, I gave ECS mandate duly signed to ICICI bank representative in the month of March 2010, since post dated cheques were getting ehausted in the month of June. I was told that from July onwards, the ECS transfer from my salary account with SBI will be activated and EMI will be paid through ECS transfer. I made very many phone calls and emails to ICICI to know the ststus. Every time the answer was standard " It is under processing".
                Finalyy, come July 2010, no more PDCs and I called up the bank again to be told the same reply " It is under processing". As I do not want to be defaulter, I went to the nearest ICICI bank which is 55 KM away from my home. I presented a cheque out of my ICICI bank account with the EMI amount. The 'lady" refused to accept saying that she cant accept cheque, but only cash. FOR A HOME LOAN WITH ICICI BANK, WHEN YOU PRESENT A CHEQUE OUT OF YOUR ICICI BANK ACCOUNT, THE BANK REFUSES TO ACCEPT THE CHEQUE.

                Finally, I transferred the amount directly online into my loan account. There ends the July story.

                Fed up with the no response and no responsibility of ICICI bank, I visited ICICI home loan branch on 17.7.10, signed the form for direct debit out of my ICICI bank account. The gentleman promised me that from the month of August, EMI will be directly debited from my SB account. I felt happy.

                But 2 weeks later I called them up and asked the status. pat came the reply "" It is under processing". I felt jitter. I kept sending emails continuously through bank site. Finally on Aug 1, I got the reply that direct debit is enabled. In the future, EMI will be directly debited. I felt happy again.

                But from Aug 3 onwards, I am getting phone calls that I have not paid EMI. Even today on August 7, I got a call that EMI is not paid, I am a defaulter.

                Please note that I am supposed to be a wealth manged client.

                Does any body have an answer to my situation? Please help and advise me on the next course of action.

                This is regarding my EMI of Jan-2011 with ICICI Bank. Account No[protected]

                In the month of Jan-2011 due to my bank account issue, Bank was not able to deduct the EMI from my account. So ICICI bank’s recovery department called me to pay the EMI, in that call one lady was there “Meenakshi Joshi” from Mumbai she used wrong sentences, wrong language. I asked her “Mam thik se baat kijiye hum customer hai” she told me that “Mein thik se baat kar rahi hoo tu thik se baat kar” “Mein recovery department se baat kar rahi hoo”.

                I asked her that I haven’t received any bank statement yet. She told me loudly “To ye aapki galati hai” she was speaking so loudly. Also note that you can check my all previous EMI everything is cleared. Due to recovery call that day first time I felt pain in my chest. Same day I went to the clinic doctor has suggested me for ECG. From that day onwards I am suffering from Chest Pain.
                If this type of treatment we are getting from ICICI Bank. Then this is not good and if one of the heart patient will receive this type call which I have receive. He would have loss his life.
                Now I have decided to send this copy to below mentioned addresses. If I will not get the proper response from ICICI Bank.

                Hi,

                I am getting calls from the below mentioned telephone numbers from over a week now regarding some personal loan taken by my son and these guys Shantanu Mukherjee and sanjay have been so abusing. They have been calling me and threatening me that they will kill me. I told them several a times that I have nothing to do with my son and that they should contact my son, but they have called me over 100 times a day and have been threatening and have used all the possible foul language they could.
                They have crossed the limit by saying that you are a muslim and its in your blood to betray and steal. They have no rights to say things against my religion and abuse me for something that I have not done.
                Also, I have checked with them that my son has paid the loan back and its some interest that is pending for which they are harassing me.
                I am also an ICICI bank customer and I never knew that the bank which claims to be the best bank in India uses goons and abuses for their customer.
                I thought I am the only one undergoing this ordeal but to my surprise when I searched internet it is full of similar complaints against the same mobile number and the same ICICI bank that forces me to take this matter to the next level and that I should file a legal suite against the bank for harassing me and my family.
                I am amazed to know that ICICI bank has different policies for different religion as the employees of ICICI bank are calling me and telling me that all muslims are the same and that they will make my carry on calling my home and my mobile.

                I dont know if anyone in ICICI bank reads all this or its just a letter going unnoticed on the internet.
                I never knew that after 62 years of independence some private bank employees will call my phone and tell me that I should go to paksitan and that I am a muslim and not allowed to live in India.

                Its a shame that banks like ICICI work in India, these banks should be banned by the government should the management of these banks dont take any actions against their employees.

                I can see on this website that a similar complaint was logged by someone else in october 2011 and looks like that ICICI bank is not taking this matter seriously as the same guys are calling me and threatening me and abusing me.

                I am going to call all my friends and relatives and ask them not to bank with ICICI and also I am going to call all the big companies that deal with ICICI bank.

                As an Indian of around 60 years of age I never dreamt that someone will call me a traitor in my own country and that too a bank employee from ICICI bank.

                If ICICI bank is not going to look into this matter, I am going to launch a police complaint and going to the consumer court as the personal loan was taken by my son not me and that the bank should contact him and not me and under no circumstances should use abusive language against me or my religion.

Company refer to me to open your A/C with nearest ICICI Branch. As per company require I went to a ICICI Bank in Vyapar Vihar Branch, Bilaspur C.G. for open my Salary A/C. Basically I am from Maharashtra Native Aurangabad. Bank request to give your all document to us. As per the Bank required I’d given to Bank. (all documents submitted)
                Attaching Documents with the form : 1. PAN Card, 2. Bank Statement (Last 6 Month for Address Proof) 3. Driving License, 4. Adhar Card, 5. My Present Address & Permanent Address write on my company’s Letter Pad with Stamp And Authorized signatory as per the bank require. 6. Company’s Authorized signatory on A/C Opening form.

                The executive told me that it will be done in minimum 7 Days. After some days executive called me for more documents and i’ll give it to same, your Branch executive give me A/C opening/ welcome kit. But till day Account not activate from your side.
                Every day I am follow up with ICICI executives but they keep giving me some to enquire and I do not get a clear answer.

                I have to my salary payment in the company will get delayed and I will have to face a lot of issues.

                kindly do the needful and clear the matter immediately.

                I have also told the same, but still they are mentally harassing me and disturbing.

                  Fake Calls - harassing me that i didn't pay credit card

                  Am getting frequent calls from ICICI Bank Credit Card section named Sangetha, she was harassing me that i didnt pay my credit card bills. I dont know from where they got all my personal details - Even though i conveyed i am not the right person, they are arguing me like roadsiders. If any one face simliar kind of fake call. please let me know..we have to go ahead with other steps of filing....

                  We wanted to complain about unresolved service requests we created with ICICI bank about 1.5 months back. The service request numbers are SR[protected] and SR[protected]. The service requests were to get a statement of the fixed deposits we had with ICICI bank in the calendar year 2012 (Jan 2012 – Dec 2012) and the amount of interest we received and the tax that was withheld. This was needed for the purpose of filing tax returns in the United States. To begin with, ICICI sent us a completely wrong statement which the customer service rep acknowledged when we spoke to them. After that, all we have been getting as a response is that due to unavoidable circumstances, they cannot send me the details and that it will take another 7 business days. We have now gotten this email 3-4 times. We fail to understand why it is taking so long to get a simple statement from ICICI bank. This is highly incompetent and no way to treat their NRI Edge customers. We requested the same from HDFC and got a response in less than 8hrs. We are already more than 1 month late in filing the tax returns in the US now with no idea when ICICI will send us the details. Expected better service from ICICI bank especially given that we have been customers for almost 10yrs now.

                    This is regarding harrasment which ICICI bank recovery agents are doing.

                    I received a call from ICICI bank credit card deparmrnt (recovery agents) on tuesday,9.3.2010 at around 2.00 pm citing that someone has defaulted in credit card payment upto rs.3 lakhs and he has given your reference while taking the card and they went on abusing me and uttering very bad language which you cannot expect from reputed bank.

                    Now i want to know how i am responsible if someone gives my name as a reference and whether bank has any right to abuse me in such a manner?

                    Please guide me in the aboove manner so that i initiate some action against the company for harrasing me in such a manner.

                    I am a ICICI bank credit card holder. I have not done payment of my credit card since five months. I have been called so many times from ICICI bank for payment but due to my financial problem I could not pay the amount. They used to talk with me in very rude manner and all they used to say. I told them so many times for settlement of my credit card at reasonable rate they used to ignore it and abuse me and used to talk all irrelevant things. Today morning one fellow Mr. Avinash Nayak from ICICI Bank called me (Mobile No. [protected]) for payment and talked all rubbish. He insulted me in a very bad way and also said me characterless. Is he got right to say all this to me. being a lady customer atleast they should think before talking. He scrimmed on phone on top of his voice. My brother spoke to him regarding this, he insulted him also. later he phoned me and said how many yaar (boy friend) you have, I don't think he is your brother he is one of your boyfriend. I was in the Office and he harrassed me like anything. previous day h e only told me that we will settle your credit card account at reasonable rate i.e. Rs.22,000/- and you only have to pay token money first and balance later on, I
                    told him that I am ready to pay provided I should get settlement letter from your bank stating the amount of settlement and less token money. but he was not ready to that. I want you to see in this matter.
                    just give complaint to police department. they will see his end.

                    I had personal loan from icici bank which i took in 2008 and due to unforseen circumstances could not repay that. After seven year the recovery agents have started harrassing my wife and her family and friends that they need to confirm my address.                       I applied for the consumer loan of Rs. 53,000 on 19th May, 2013 (as shown on page no 5) from Capital First, which got rejected because of my unfortunate poor CIBIL rating, So on 20th May, 2013 I requested for my Cibil score and I have been given “Cibil Report # CN-613,601930” by which I got to know that there is a ICICI Credit Card #[protected] (as shown on Page no 2 of Cibil report) issued under my name in 2008 and interesting part is “I HAVE NEVER EVER APPLIED FOR ICICI CREDIT CARD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE NEITHER ME OR ANY OF MY FAMLY IS LINKED WITH ICICI IN REGRADS TO ANYTHING”.

                      I am running so much disturbed because of above, since yesterday I am trying to get a hold off some one responsible in ICICI but your department is keep on kicking me from one to another.ww which I call “Pathetic Customer Service”.

                      • In 2008 I was in the age of 19 and I was studying that time with no JOB, so how could a card can be given to the person who’s studying and not working.
                      • I been to your Gachibowli Branch-Hyderabad and I got to know that only thing matches the Credit Card is My name and My Pan Card rest the other credentials(Age, Mother’s Maiden Name, Address, Phone Number, Photograph) have been Generated by ICICI CREDIT CARD TEAM who has done fraud with me.
                      • Since my childhood I have only lived in 2 address in Delhi.
                      1. 5/1, Ashok Nagar-New Delhi-110018 till 2012
                      2. A-37, Asha Park-New Delhi-110018 since 2012 and now I have moved to Hyderabad in Oct-2012 for JOB.

                      • I don’t know how ICICI have Generated “ House Number B/278, Bindapur DDA Delhi-110059, conveyed it to Cibil and the Credit Card is also registered at same address and I have never ever heard of this address in my entire life.

                      I am going to highlight this to Media and will go Legal if necessary action will not be taken against it.

                      I will charge you for causing me Mental Stress and my Cibil History.

                      Let me know if you want to meet me face to face or you need anything else from my end, I am attaching my Original Address Proof and ID Proof.

                      I want you to GET MY PRIVLEDGE BACK AND TAKE ME OFF FROM CIBIL else I will be fighting till last breath.

                      ICICI Credit card dept. — Credit Card

                      Before 2 months we got many calls from a call center saying that they can provide the ICICI Prudential Life Insurance and to that amount they will be providing emi card. At that time we said we are not interested and stay cool.

                      Few days passed and we got a life insurance policy to the home and by then onwards icici credit card customer service people are calling us and asking to pay that bill. Infact we did not receive that EMI card and we have not asked for life insurance policy.

                      And we dont want the policy and also the emi card.

                      we are making calls to customer care asking to cancel both the cards and policy saying that we are not intersted at this time.

                      but when we are calling credit card dept. they are saying us to call insurance dept. first and vice versa.

                        I'm using the ICICI Bank Coral Credit Card since from last 4-5 months. The ICICI Bank execute told me I will received the my welcome gift after I paid my first payment. However I didn't received my welcome gift, which contains the Satya Paul gift voucher of 3000 Rs and one Tie. I raise lot of time complaints in ICICI bank, but told me your gift is mailed through Blue Dart Courier company in march-2013 month, but it is not received to me.

                        I'm trying to track using shipment no, which is given by ICICI bank, which is not valid. So I raise a compliant in ICICI bank, but no one responsed to me yet.

                          I agree with this complaint as I have myself just faced this problem from ICICI Bank. The Bank has no proper rules and just send the credit card without the consent from the customer. Without asking for any credit card, how the bank can think of sending the credit card without consent? This is an illegal way of the bank to earn money from the customers. I urge to take strict action against ICICI Bank so as to stop sending the credit card without asking for it and also to stop sending sms mentioning that they have despatched the credit card which comes as a surprise. I have not accepted any credit card from the bank and nobody should accept it. If any misuse of credit card occurs, then the bank will be liable for this.

                            i had applied for ICICI Bank credit card in month of February 2013 and it was approved but as i was out of Mumbai for 15 days card was not delivered and it got returned to ICIC bank on 4th March 2013. once i came back i got icici bank statements showing outstanding balance 500 rs as annual fee then i called ICICI customer care they told me they will re-despatch it but till date i have not received my credit card but instead i m getting monthly statements with late fees added to it and now i have received the statement saying your card has been blocked due to non - payment and its showing outstanding of Rs. 1536.14/-.

                            this is really ridiculous how can they send statements without card has been actually delivered???? please help me to cancel the same.

                                I, Abhay Kumar Sinha, was having Car Loan# LADEL[protected] from Icici Bank in 2005. During the loan tenure the bank use to debit 2 times in a month of EMI amount even I've made the payment by cash for un-cleared amount from my saving account. When I've complained then they use to say something but do the same thing. During the tenure I've discussed the problem and so many times I've harassed over phone mentally. So, I didn't made the payment of 03 EMI's because I wanted the bank to resolve the matter before they get the excess of amount from my account.

                                I wanted to settle things but always received threatening & use languages to harass me mentally so that I somehow make the payment how much they asked for. Whenever I wanted to settle things, happen the same thing. A few days back, again I received a call and I thought they are serious to settle things. But, later again, they have demanded excess amount and the behavior turned the same again this time.

                                This time, I've sent the mail of these issued to customer.[protected]@icicibank.com & [protected]@icicibank.com

                                The bank person always called at my office, my relative and discussed all the things which I believe is unethical. I've even recorded our conversation with bank staff of today.

                                Please advise what & how to do things further. I'm serious to settle the left 03 EMI amount but bank want me to pay extra. Whereas, things gone worse because they handled my loan account in a very bad way.

                                ICICI Bank — Harassment for paid EMI

                                I have taken a home loan from ICICI and the first EMI is to be cleared through ECS on Sept. 10, 2008. I have been getting harassing calls from Delhi Phone Numbers 30716150, 30716210, 30716000 & 30716090 stating that they are calling from ICICI Bank.

                                On Sept. 6, 2008, I get a call stating that the first EMI was to be paid on 5th Sept. and that the ECS will not hit due to some technical reasons. She stated that she would send a person to collect the payment. Being on the way and not having records at hand and having no reason to disbelieve what the lady was saying, I told her to send the person. Reaching home, I checked up the record and found that the EMIs were supposed to be collected on 10th of every month by ECS. I tried to call back the telephone number but it did not connect.

                                On Sept. 8, 2008, the lady again called up repeating the same story of ECS not hitting on Sept. 5 and on being confronted with the fact that the ECS schedule is actually for 10th of every month and not 5th, she turned volte-face and rudely stated that the ECS would also not hit on 10th and that her representative was already at my residence and I should arrange payment immediately. I asked her to send in writing that the ECS would not hit on 10th and I'll make the payment. She grew more rude and threatened that she would spoil my track record for the loan and if I wanted to get anything in writing, I should go to Videocon Tower, Delhi and make payment myself and get in writing whatever I wanted to. I, however, declined to make the make payment till the date 10th had expired and the ECS had not hit.

                                On Sept. 9, 2008, she again called up seeking collection of payment on Sept. 10 and I flatly refused to make payment until and unless it was given to me writing or Sept. 10 had expired.

                                On Sept. 10, 2008, she again calls up and seeks payment and upon my statement that I'll check in the evening if the ECS had hit or not and then make payment on 11th, she rudely wanted to fix a time slot for 11th and I being on the move and not having access to my appointments for 11th told her to call on 11th morning. This infuriarated her and she accused me of cheating & robbing the Bank. Ultimately, she settled by stating that she would call on 11th for fixing time for collection of payment.

                                Not to my surprise, the ECS did hit on 10th and has been duly cleared. On 11th I write an email to Customer Service of the Bank with a copy to a senior officer of the Bank. They reply that this will not repeat in future.

                                Again on 13th, I get a call again seeking payment of the same EMI.

                                HAVE I taken a loan from ICICI Housing Finance Company Limited for being hounded by representatives of the Bank, even when the payment had not become due followed by calls each day with threats and insinuating remarks. This is repeated even after the payment has been cleared in routine. HAVE I taken the loan for being cheated by collection of installment twice (in my case, you could not succeed).

                                It does not go with the reputation of and expectations from Bank of status and repute (or disrepute, as it needs to be called now). If it is not the ICICI, who called up, how and why a stranger had access to information regarding my Home Loan and my mobile phone number.

                                This Bank is a bunch of goons out to cheat you.

                                  I wanted to know the present status of the above bonds but they declined any information. I am in dark whether the bonds have been redeemed by the company. And what is the procedure if I like to withdraw the amount immediately.
