Mera Bank Account Sector - 1, Noida me hai, mera Account me mere Customer ne Rs. 33,500, Transfer kiya tha, uske 29 days ke baad bina bataye 1 months ke baad mere Bank Account se Rs. 33,500 ICICI bank ne apne pass rakh liya hai, Maine Branch manager se request kiya ki please mujhe ye payment wapas kar dijiye, to Branch manager ne mana kar diya. uske baad maine bola ki main media me jaunga is baat ko le kar, to unhone bola ki aap jo karna hai karo, media me jao ya poolice me hum ye Payment Wapas nahi karenge,

Please sir aap mera Payment Wapas karwa dijiye, iske baad main is bank se account close kar dunga. mujhe payment ki bahut jarurat hai aur main mera hi payment nahi le pa raha hun.

    My relationship manager Mr. Abhishek Tyagi(Noida branch) came to my office 3 weeks back to activate my account. There he did a sample trade and activated my account. Thereafter he told me that he would lower my brokerage and make it to 0.3 from 0.6, which was default. He called me several times for this as he had made some request while i was out of station. Two weeks ago week he came to my office and lowered the brokerage after doing the changes he communicated that Rs. 50,000 + Service charges would be deducted from my account. After that i told him please revert the changes as I do not want to block Rs. 50,000 from my cash account. After giving him numerous call he informs me that it would take 2 days to do so, but that didn't happen.

    Exact amount is: 56,180.

    I contacted everybody from ICICI customer support to my relationship manager but nobody is giving me any clear response. The customer care has raised 2 SR's for this with no resolution. When one SR's resolution date ends they raise new SR.

    I even spoke to customer care head Mr Vineet who gave me email-id: [protected]@icicidirect.com. On writing the email there, I get no response not even an acknowledgement. My relationship manager is now avoiding my calls who got me in this mess in the first place.

    This is getting really frustrating, I see no resolution in sight to this. ICICI bank doesn't believe in the concept of acknowledgements or care about replying to anybody's mail.

    ICICI — Amount to be deducted

    I Have Called up saveral time to vodafone customer care but still they don't pick my phone if they pick my phone so they don't get any solutions. My Problem is that in my phone there is weekly deducted amount 7/- campus pack after calling a customer care they say that it will not dedcted in next time but still it will deducted.

    Kindly take it some serious action otherwise i will take it serious action against you.

      dear team,

      i have made two time online recharge payment from my credit card( once was before 2 month, other one today on 4/7/13). both time money cut from my account but recharge not done and not refund from my account. i complaint 5-to 6 time to customer care but they say that give written scan copy and all other nonsense thing. tell me one thing one person which give 5-6 times complain and scan copy also then till time i am not received my amount then why i follow step. these are very shameful for the bank icici. these are not able to give my 150/- rupees only.....i attached my scan copy to you and also give details of my recharge and order number. i give him mail and message 10-15 times but not responding proper.

      ICICI Bank — amount not refunding

      on 8/8/2011 not refunding amount
      i and my wife open a joint account for RD in icici bank cantoment brach on 8/8/2010 there said i account will be opened on 10/8/2011 on 11/8/2011 there telling that account cant be open because of name variation in the identity proof and i gave a letter to credit the amount to my icici account which i had early only as before opening the account i said them that i[censored] can open the account on 10/8/2011 then take the application there said yes as i wanted to pay for my house rent on 10/8/2011 now there there said i will credit my amount on 16/8/2011 so my house owner is asking rent with penalty i want this from bank please help me

        on Last Saturday i.e. 29-June-2013 i have made online transaction of Rs. 669.97 from my account:[protected] for booking of Dominos Pizza's but at the time of transaction amount got deducted and the order was not placed, i.e. transaction was done and order was not placed at Dominos Side and i have received the mail that due to some technical Reason the order not get generated and till yet the same amount was not refunded in my account and Yesterday i have sent a Mail to RBI Email id and then after few minutes i have recieved a call from ICICI Bank Customer care Executive And his name is Viswanath S. and he said to send them a scanned copy of application regarding the issue. and i have sent the same scanned letter to them also but till yet, no response over the mail is given. and the mail which i recieved after the failed order notification, in that it was mentioned that my amount will be credited back in my account withing 7 working days but till yet amount is not credited back in my account, i have tried to call their customer care number alos but everytime it was busy hence not able to contact them,

        I am facing mental harassment and want to teach lesson to these irresponsible people.

        ICICI Bank — Refund

        As i have rgistered a complaint in ICICI bank for refund of my RS 5000/- which has been deducted due to wrong transmission from the ATM. Today more than 2 months has been passed and the complaint is booked on[protected] complaint no is SR86016128.
        this is a regular problem. i had faced this problem two times while getting money at the ICICi ATM. on complaining about the same the customer care takes no action . thay are there only to provide the complaint no .

        Thus I have stopped using its ATM and any online transaction

        Day before Yesterday is have received a call from this number [protected] and the person name who have called is Mr. Mohan Kumar and he said that he was from ICICI Bank from Bangalore and his designation is Senior Manager and he told me that he have blocked my CARD and when I have told him that why he have blocked my card without my confirmation then he said because I have given complaint against the ICICI Bank that’s why they have blocked my card and he said he will unblock my card when I will give him my ATM CARD Number and my PIN CODE Number and he said that he will send me 5 time OTP and I have to confirm to him that code, I was very much shocked that he is trying to Scare me that i have made a complaint against the ICICI Bank, so that why they have blocked my card and I am surprised that if he is from ICICI Bank then how he can ask me for MY CARD Number and for MY PIN CODE. Instead of giving my money back he is trying to scare me. and today i am donig work my work while sitting in my office and i have recieved a Message that my account was debited with Rs. 9.55/-. i havent made any transaction today but how my account got debited, i am totaly frustated with your service. such a pathetic service was given by your side.

          My name is Akash Shukla and my ICICI A/c #[protected] in Gurgaon Sector 10 Branch and my Debit card # [protected]. This is regarding my complaint number SR[protected], SR[protected], and SR[protected] dated 22/03/2013 and 21/03/2013. As you know that there was an unauthorized shopping transaction of Rs. 30,064.27 (Thirty thousand sixty four and twenty seven paise) from my a/c by Debit Card swipe. It was impossible because the card was with me all the time & I still have the card with me. I immediately called the customer care to stop the transaction & block my card, but all I could hear was “we have high volume of calls, please try again later”. I finally got through after 3 hours of trying (which was kind of irritating) & then I explained this to our customer care who transferred me to another department, then another dept. Finally the last person I spoke to had no clue whatsoever about the standard procedure & all he could do for me was block my card. To say the least this was an unacceptable & pathetic customer care service I’ve been getting since I called them the first time. The next day I went to my bank (Gurgaon Sec- 10) & spoke to the manager who assured me that I would receive a call about the details of the merchant by Monday but no one called as I had expected. I have filed the complaint in Sushant Lok 1 police station complaint # 6867 dated 03/04/2013.

          Since then I have called several times to icici customer care but all I get to hear is that the fraud department are investigating it and it is going to take a while, but now its been more than 3 months, but I got no calls from the Bank.

          This is my hard-earned money and I’m not going to let go of it easily as Rs. 30,000 is a big amount for me and I’m not going to suffer if there was a security lapse or loophole from your end.

          This is the Transaction Alert I got:

            Attempted paying my citi card bill from ICICI net banking (through billdesk). Now, the amount got debited and I got message that the transaction is not successful. I am not sure when I will get my amount back. But, my money is blocked now. I already reached overlimit in Citi bank.
            ICICI bank server response is pathetic today. Almost every month 1st & 2nd it'll be the same.
            Amount I lost is - 6300

              I have took Personal Loan from ICICI Bank in 2008 and settled my all dues so far with Mutual agreement with Debt Manager from ICICI Bank. Till now i havent received NOC from Bank. Now, i am in deed and asking ICICI Bank from last one week to please provide me the NOC for my Personal loan-LPTNE[protected] but they are always passing my time by waiting and then saying the system are down please come another day.

              Its really feel very bad to be a customer with such big bank where the customer has been treated like liabilities rather than Assets. Poor Cusotmer service... Please help me!

              i am ashutosh desai from mumbai...
              this is my worst experiance in my life with icici bank and the hight of the matter is no one ready to listen you or ready to solve your problem..
              i have a personal loan with icici bank and my a/c. no is LPMUM[protected] i took this loan in oct.2007 so my first EMI should get clear in nov.2007 but from first month EMI not get clear by ECS from my bank a/c., after that i complaint so many time that please get my EMI clear in time there is some problem.continusee four month i made a follow up for EMI not clear in my a/c. and every time there coustmer care executive said that sir it will be solved from next month after four month i desperatle and visit personaly andhri jb nagar branch and after a waiting for two hrs.there is a discuss for four hrs.they aggrid that yes it was our mistake and we appologies for it..and i take a appology letter from them..and got a confirmation that this four EMI will extand in your repayment shedule..
              after a three month they present a two cheques in one month one was before due date and other one was end of the month.. i don't know when i write a date on every cheque then how they can present that cheque before date ofcource that cheques not get cleared (thank god)..
              NOW THEY SENT ME A NOTICE FROM LAWYER THAT YOU ARE DEFAULTER AND IF YOU WILL FAIL TO MAKE COMPLETE LOAN PAYMENT IN 7 DAYES FROM THIS LETTER THEN WE WILL TAKE A LEGAL ACTION..CRIMINAL AND CIVIL BOTH...
              I HAVE NOT A MISTAKE OF SINGAL PANNY THEN I DON'T KNOW WHY I SHOULD SUFFER ALL THESE...WHEN I MAKE A FOLLOW UP AND REMINDER FOR NOT CLEAR EMI BY ECS...THEN ALSO THEY ARE GOING TO BLAME ON ME..I AM VERY MUCH DESPERATE NOW.

              What type of procedure do you follow that, you don't have complete knowledge / detail of your customer.

              As i have taken a personal loan wide loan a/c no. RWBR00001681 few years ago.In year 2008 December,when i applied for Pl from other bank,i came to know that i am defaulter in CIBIL for nonpayment of loan, so, i gone to local GE Money office and the officer told me that your Rs.2400=00 is as non payment of loan .I paid the sum of Rs.2400=00 in cash on dated 18/12/2008 wide Reciept no. CBA0243831 (Attached)and the reciever provide me the reciept of account close.
              Now, when i go for a TW loan the same default is there of non payment of GEMoney.While,your collection officer committed me to get NOC within 15 days, no body now responding at local office.So, it is requested you to please remove my name from CIBIL and send the NOC for the same.

                I have given more than 15 complaint against the bank. No justice has been done till today. Even I lodged in the Indian consumer complaint forum, I got no remedy till today. My S. Acc. No. is[protected]. My Branch is situated Matunga. I expect the Indian consumer complaint forum should help me to get justice by getting rufund the amount deduted from my account without my consent.

                  ICICI Bank has charged me NFS/CASH WDL charges twice dated on 4/9/2010 and 6/9/2010 of amount 2000 INR and 1500 INR.

                    Dear Sir / Madam,
                    I Mr.Umashankar H.K holding an ICICI Credit Card Ending with 1010 had an outstanding of Rs.56,659=15 Due to be paid on 07th June 2013 and my Billing Cycle is on 20th of every month .since i had not made the Payment on time your Agencies was calling me regularly and due to Business Schedule i travel a lot and told them i shall come to Bangalore and make the Payment on 19th june 2013 and spoke to by One Mr.Rajeev ([protected]) who gave me both Option for Clearing the Outstanding (Rs,55,844) and for the settlement (Rs.49,107) and advised me to go for clearing the outstanding payment and i also told i may not use the card in the future so kindly give me the last and clear outstanding payment ..

                    So as per this discussion i also informed the customer care center and spoke to Mr.syed and informed them about the discussion with the Agency person and made the Payment of Rs.56,000/- in Cash with K.R. Road Branch ICICI Bank with the Transaction No:M3179114..

                    Now when i checked upon in the status of my Payment and spoke to ICICI Customer Care Executive Mr.Aman they say there is a still outsanding of Rs.3,526=20 which needs to be paid before 7th of July

                    Sir My Sincere Question is when a customer ask the Agency and customer care officer Several times before making the payment that he wants to make a Total outstanding amount and may not use the card in future and wants to make the entire amount why cant these people give a Exact amount and close the issue ...When a Customer can a make a Payment for Rs.56,000 he would have also made the that Rs.3,527 also along with the old payment..

                    I am very much Dissapointed and dissatisfied by the interaction with the Agency and ICICI customer care Executives Mr.Syed from Hyderabad ..And this not the first time i am facing this issue when ever i want to make the Total outstanding Payment this issue was raised last time also ..

                    So these time i am very clear i am not going to make these Rs.3,526=20 Payment i request you to reverse these amount and close the card once for all..Since i shall be leaving india going abroad in other 3 days which i had told your agency person and so was the reason i made the final outstanding payment and wanted make my Dues clear before leaving..

                    Mr.Sudipta Roy can you help me in this regard to solve this issue at the Earliest ...

                    I have received several calls and SMS for non-payment of Rs 5618.00. My card No. is [protected] . Here I want to mention that I have never used this card, so Iam unable to undestand why this amount is due against me ? If it is for some membership fee or subscription I am not interested . So please reverse this entry . Further I have neither received any account statement nor any letter mentioning therein the facility provided to me .

                    ICICI Credit Card — Credit Card Payment Clearance

                    Hi ,

                    I have made the full and final payment of my credit card [protected] on 09/04/09 which was Rs 2800 and have received a letter as well confirming that the dues were cleared.

                    But still my credit card statements shows the amount due and has been adding the interest and late payment fees on the same.

                    I have already raised so many customer care requests for getting the information updated but for none of them I have received any positive response.

                      i am paid 16 EMI regularly but after july 2008 i am unable pay emi due to unsercumtence . i am receive call from bank in jan 2009 for payment i request him please steeled my a/c the are told me your outstanding principle is 25600(aprox). i am paid 20000 in 27-feb-2009. vide recipet no l0380462. after that i recive a call in mar 2009 from bank he is told your payment is due 24600 i am told him i am paid 20000 he is told we don't receive any payment from your side i provide silip copy but but hey told me this is silip book lost
                      i am talk to rakesh tripathi in mar 2009 he is told me i am helpless after that i am talk to mr akshay gupta he same reply after that i am meeat mr suresh in apr 2013 he is tole pls selteled your a/c in 14858 i am told me way i staled in 14858 my our standing is 4600+ bounsing chargese up to feb 2009. after that i recive call from mukesh he is press me if you don't staled your a/c i am take legal acation and bank collection boy give lot of mantel harassment they come my home and loudly crying so please help me

                      ICICI Bank PL — ICICI PL

                      I had taken PL from ICICI and June'09 was the last EMI of tenurity 48 months. I got to know about one of EMI pending which has been cleared in next month but Bank is asking for bounced charges and extra charges which was never communicated to me the EMI pending claimed by bank is for Mar'07.

                      Kindly look into the matter as its a not a transparent system that we have from Bank.

                      ICICI Bank — Payments issues

                      Hi,
                      I had the ICICI 2 credit card a year before and use to pay the monthly payment or atleast minimum due amt every month it was all working fine till 8 months from when i take the card.But suddenly i face the problem like when i pay the cheque they decline that they had not received the cheques.and charge me the late payment fee. I called call center and waste several hours to get the charges reverse.this i face continued 5 month.Every month they say they dosnt got the cheque and after complaint they say they got cheque once the due date pass. Or they say the signature was miss match please issue another cheque.When i complaint on mails even i not got solution from them.So i stop paying them.After Some months there people start to come at my home and troubling to my family.I given my mobile number and office add and ask them to come at my office or call me on my cell.But they go to my home and trouble to my family.they make so irate so i said i will not pay u single money and putted mail in there web site but no response.I start getting call for stelment but refuse bcz i want the solution for my inconvience.afterwards this case gone in court and i settle the A/C in 15k in the installment for 3 monts. And they clearly said i will get settlement paper but i had follow up to the concern person mr mohit for 2 months and not paid the 2nd instalment. i keep on calling to this gay but he always said i will call u and in 5 to 10 days u will recived the paper.3 months pass and there gundas came to my house and souhting like anything they are not ready to listen also created a big mess at my society. please help me and take a strong action on this Bank

                        i purchased a recharge voucher for rs 510 on 18 may08. i had received a SMS to say that for 510 rs i will get 560 rs worth talk time. i received only 277rs talk time instead of rs 560. I complained in person to reliance mobile in sector 18 noida on 25 may. iwas promised by the executive that i will get the balance. nothing has happened till now

                            Now they have started charging Rs.111.24 under this category (DCARDFEE).
                            I am not aware what type of charges are these.
                            They never informed me regarding these charges either by Email or by Letter.
                            Who has given right to ICICI bank to deduct the money without informing us.
                            Because we kept the money in Bank that give right to Bank that they can do anything whatever they want.

                            There should be some formal process for doing all these things. I want my money to be credited in my a/c which they have deducted from my a/c.same happend in last 5 months back agin its happen

                              I have to bring to your kind notice with very heavy heart that your branch is not functioning properly and giving a bad name to the image the second Largest Private Bank of the country as a result of which your Bank is suffering badly partially due to world financial meltdown but more particularly due to your most inhuman and inefficient staff... I may not be wrong if I state that the captioned branch is running like rudderless ship and needs shock treatment. Since the transfer of Shri Gagan Deep Singh Bedi to Gurgaon, the state of the above branch is not at all satisfactory for the last two years. Complaints have been received from several other fellow senior citizen members of our Forum who happened to be your branch customers. TDS was unauthorizedly deducted from the proceeds of the maturity amount of their FDR with you notwithstanding the fact that they had given Form 15 H during 1st quarter of the financial year.

                              In my instant my own case, I had given Form 15 H at the time of issue of my FDR from your branch and again in the 1st quarter of financial year 2008.To my utmost surprise and disappointment, while depositing the proceeds of the captioned term deposit on the 7th Nov, 2008, from my FDR, a sum of Rs 1, 39, 688 has been credited to my savings bank account number[protected] with the above noted branch instead of Rs1, .40, 688.The Branch may kindly be instructed to pay the difference of Rs1363. Kindly instruct the branch that the same should not be repeated with other elderly citizen customers and our Forum members..

                              I applied credit card three months ago but still i dint received my card or any details regarding it. once courier boy called me to deliver the card and i was not at home. I got verification calls regarding credit card and i asked to fwd it to my permanent address..

                              Dear Sir

                              I was using Centurion Bank Card, which was taken over by ICICI in last year. Subsequently ICICI offered a card to me which I was not interested. The CBP card was closed and the last statement was in Jan-09.

                              Recently I got an SMS saying some thing about i mint card and points which is not relevent to me.
                              BUT MOST DISTRUSSING THING IS they have mentioned one contact number in SMS. as[protected]. While contacted there was a recorded message that forwarding the to another number and asked me to hold the line.
                              The connection never gets thro and the number of trials made is of no use.
                              For a person calling from Kerala to Delhi such irresponsible behaviour will create loss of time, money and gives unpleasent mental condition.

                              Those who have similar experience with ICICI is requested to sahre the experience.this is acommonly reported by few of ICICI client about such tricks they play.

                              Through a PIL, I intend to bring this to the notice of Judiciary soon

                              ICICI Bank — No Response

                              Made complaint on 12/08/2010 regarding the Pin & Password problem via email . The same was rectified but my problem still persist . While making a call to there Customer care there is no resoponse for the same. With only one reply " That sir u must have forgotten ur pin / password" .
                              I am using the same pin for last 4 years without any trouble but since 20 days my work and time is suffered due to this problem . The customer care response is very poor and they don't rectify my problem and while asking about my complaint there is no respone from there side.
                              Today when I was enoyed and shouted on them , they have given me a complaint no SR[protected] for sending the new password but still the problem is not solved. I made further the complaint for the same still they have the same reply " Sir u must have forgotten ur password or entered incorrect password".
                              My working , money and time both is suffering for last 1 month. I would request u to kindly come into this matter and resolve as soon as possible.

                                I was misled by the sales team saying that there will be no Joining fees for Taking up the ICICI Coral Credit card.
                                I received my First month statement which says there is 561 as Joining Fee’s .
                                I have never used the card even for a single transaction.
                                I first placed a request for cancelling my credit card on 26-apr-2013.
                                My card was cancelled and I have destroyed my card but I still get my monthly statement with late charges.
                                I am Fed up calling the ICICI Bank customer care. Please help me out.

                                  I have opened an FD[protected] on 07 Jun 2013 and opted for instant credit card.
                                  FD is opened but there is no status of the credit card.

                                  Also there is no option to contact online on ICICI website, however i have submitted the query in feedback option and did not get any response from there.

                                  Also I have opted "NO" for auto renewal and "YES" for auto closure, the same is in the advice i received by courier however its showing "YES" for auto renewal and "NO" for auto closure in online advice.

                                  If ICICI cannot keep the promise made/written while opting its facilities i am not willing to continue with this FD.

                                  I keep trying contacting them but got no response. Finally i submitted my issue on FB and got a msg to keep waiting.

                                  In respond to my Query (ICICICARE=[protected] a week ago i am still getting "We request you to call 24 *7 customer care number mentioned on our web site www.icicibank.com or else you may visit our nearest ICICI bank branch for your query towards the FD account." as respond. Why i am suffering for mistakes made by ICICI

                                  Status of Query i submitted on FB for quicker response (ICICICARE=[protected] is still waiting

                                  ICICI is even slower then local banks.

                                  I am fed up with the service and customer support. I just want my FD roll back to my saving account.

                                    I am samson balid from kalyan, i had used icici bank credit card in the past,my credit card no. was [protected]...i had sufferd a
                                    huge loss in my business in 2007 and 2008 and due to which i was unable to pay my credit card bills, eventally my bill statement was stopped and my credit card was also blocked of which i don not regret, but then i started paying my credit card bills monthly to the agency authorised people...many times i was promised for a settlement but the agency and the bank fooled me by taking money and not giving me a full an final settlement. In 2008 a bank official threatened me at my house,. to avoid further inconvenince i made payment of rs. 48000/- in cash then in 2009 i again made a payment of rs. 8000/-. gradually the calls stopped none of the bank officials or the agency guys pursued me.., thinking that the
                                    nightmare was over but now after a period of 4yrs i have been persisitently called an threatened again by th bank officials amol poojary , satish and the female caller reena lokhnade wo called at my current office and calldmy neigbours,trobled my pregnant wife and threatened my70 year old mother ... .. later i was promisd 75000/- as settlement i cleared the verifications calls form hyderabad and also mumbai...i somehow arranged for the money but the bank officials amol poojary told me not to make the payment now and wait for the case to be transfered to his account. i waited nobody called for 20 days. i had to return the money which i had arranged as i was paying heavy interest on it...later after 18th of this month again amol poojary called and demanded the money which was neither reduced and nor i am in a position to pay up...due to their gressive caliing at my office i am on the verge of losing my job. i donot have any other source of income... if i lose my job i will be back to zero and if anything hppens to me or my mother or my pregnant wife i shall truly hold icici bank officials amol,satish and reena lokhande responsible... please tell me what to do...

                                    sir, mujhe aapke yahan se june 2006 main 34,000ka loan offer aya tha jiska dd no.167720 tha.main phle bhi aapke bank ki service ke karan apna card band karva chuki hoon par dubara best service ka assurance de kar dubara mera card banaya gaya.so sir abovesaid loan ki installment ki statement mujhe dec2006 tak mili maine bahut bar apkifeedback.[protected]@ge.com par atm pin or statement nahi mlne ki request bheji par koi fayda nahi hua.aakhir maine june07 main foreclosure request bheji jisme meri shyamshree madam se meri baat hui or unhone kaha ek dd jo 10000 ka tha uski payment8643 rs.orbaki foreclosure ke liye aap 2o676rs.ka cheque rems department ko bhej dijiye sir,maine unse kaha aap full& final payment bata dijye to unhone kaha ki yahi final payment hai. maine 26 june ko aapke rems department main cheque bhej diya.uske baad mujhe 15july ko statement ayee ki no payment required tad is o.maine socha ki mera loan foreclose ho gayapar fir mere mobile par alert aya ki payment due hai pata chala mera ch full cash nahin hua tha is liye aisa hua sir maine apne bank main pata kiya to pata chala cheque26 july ko cash hone aya tha sir aap mujhe batayain 1 mahine ke baad cash hone agar ch jayega to kya bounce nahi hoga.jis bank ka cheque diya tha vo sbbj sarita vihar main hai or mera housing loan vahan se chal raha hai.uske baad maine kitni baar ph kiya sabne alag alag amount ka cheque dene ko kaha aap mera account check kar le maine kitni baar cheque daalai hai ek baar kaha ki aap 1055 ka ch. bhej do maine sbbj bank ka ch bhej diya fir mujhe customer care main ph kar ke pata chala ki aapka abhi balance or dena hai fir maine vijaya bank se3963.65 paise ka ch. bheja fir sep main cus care se pata chale ki aap 14000 or bhej do maine kaha ki aap itne din main ch cash ke liye bhejte ho is vajah se mera ch.bounce ho gaya to aapke executive ne kaha aap drop box main dal do or ek call kar dena hum us balance ko rems department main forward kar denge.ab mujhe net par jan08 ki statment ayee hai 13971.69 fir manga gaya hai.sir 6 mahine se mujhe harras kiya ja raha hai main kya karun main asthmatic patient hun baar baar aisa hone se galat information ki vajah se 2 baar main beemar ho chuki i am fed up now.aapke bank se relation kar ke yeh pata chal gaya ki apne desh ke bank se bahar ke bank ache hai itne harsh langauage use ki jati hai customers se ki ph karne ka bhi man nahi karta.please agr aap kuch kar sakain to theek hai.aap soch kar dekhiye 6 mahine se mere loan ka foreclosure nahio ho raha or interest or charges main bhar rahi hoon.shame on your bank

                                    ICICI Credit cards — Harrasment by collection

                                    Hi every one, i have always been a lyal customer to ICICI bank, i have purchased many products like mutual, insurance from them, i even have a saving and a credit card account with them.This is in regards to my credit carrd .My min due for the month of oct was 2333, i made a payment of 3000 on the due date, Inspite of paying the bill on time i get a call from some lady who cannot even pronounce her name properly, reluctant to give me her ID calls me stating she is calling from ICICI collections in Banjara hills.First she tells my wife that my min due is 5000, and she would send a collection agent to get 5000.00 by cash, my wife mentioned that she would make the payment by check, this call center lady was adament to take cash by sending an agent.My wife asked her to call again .She now calls me and in a very rude behaviour demands me 5000.00 stating i did not made paymet.I gave her the check number, then she tells me that my check bounced, again i checked with my bank the check got cleared on the name of ICICI for 3000.00 .I asked her to check this informatiopn and after placing me on hold for around 20 minutes, she hangs up and never calls back.I think ICICi should look into this matter as i am not going to tolerate such kind of bogus calls .
                                    Also ICICI should make sure that they train their call center agents to talk politely and learn some basics before givivng a call.
                                    This experience has broken all my trust with ICICI, and i am going to make sure that i close all my relationship with them.
                                    I want ICICI to take some severe action against thay agent

                                    I am holding ICICI Visa Card for the past 7 years.
                                    I have always been a loyal customer to ICICI bank.
                                    My min due for the month of December was 2710, i made a payment of 2711 on the due date.
                                    Inspite of paying the bill on time (12th Jan. 2009 at ICICI BANK, Jawahar Nagar Branch, Opposite to peravallur police station). But my statement show that you'r not paying the amount in time and also quoted for Rs.400/- as late charges. Several times the same thing will be happend in my case. Several times i have paid the late fee also. I want ICICI to take some action for collecting the cheques in time.

                                    ICICI Bank — Credit Card Nightmares

                                    I had a Credit Card with ICICI Bank (2007) ending with 8002. Because of some serious family problems could not make the payment and it had been piled up to 85K. Last year I opened a bank savings a/c with ICICI bank but they were unable to deliver the debit card from the last one year so I din't deposit any money to that account. So after getting the Debit card once I deposited around 12K in the a/c after a week suddenly a/c goes block because of the nonpayment of the credit card (2007) so I called up for settlement but after a week without even informing me they took the entire amount from my a/c. I am not sure whether they have legal rights to do so or not. Please help.

                                    ICICI Credit Card — Transactions after losing my Card

                                    I had a ICICI credit card with outstanding amount of nearly 71k as on August 2008.I noticed that I had lost my card when i recieved SMS'es about the transactions done which were amounting to 62k at different stores. I Immediately called Customer care and informed about it and they kept asking me my card which I didnt have at that moment.Some how I managed to get the card number and informed them about the loss and transactions.
                                    I cleared all the outstanding amount on my card for the transaction that I did and they reversed the amount which i reported after losing the card.They asked to get an FIR and submit it,but the Police denied issuing an FIR and instead gave me an Complaint copy.

                                    I raised a issue banking Ombudsman stating I cant make the payment for the transaction that i havent done, but it was vain attempt as the person who represented the bank and the official at the Banking ombudsman had good relations.The reason the bank gave to reflect back the charges to my account was that I reported loss of card late by 30 mins whereas it took time for me to get the card number.I asked ICICI to provide me the charge slips of transactions and till date they havent sent me the same.

                                    And yesterday I recieved a Demand Legal Notice asking me to settled all the dues which were accounting to 80K.

                                    Please suggest how to proceed with further with such an issue.

                                    ICICI Credit Card — Heavy Interest for recovery

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    I am a retired Senior Citizen and holding ICICI Credit Card for many years since I am retired I had requested to turn my outstanding in monthly EMI with normal rate of interest after many mails they agreed to give me 24 equal EMI and first installment easy little more then Two thousand Rupees which I paid happily now the new statement shows that I have to pay Rs.5000/- and more.
                                    Sir I am a retired Senior Citizen and it is my honest will to pay money from my small saving and if I calculate then I will be paying more Rs. 50,000/- more then my principal amount the interest they will be charging is not normal it seems they want to take my skin with flesh.
                                    Sir I need your help I can pay only Rs..3000/- per month including normal interest in my EMI.
                                    Since long lasting Credit Card customer and retired Senior Citizen I need your help under protest I will pay this installment of Rs 5300/- and future I will not be able to pay such huge amount.

                                      Refund Amount not showing in my Account

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I have booked two tickets from IRCTC But ticket were counted as failed Transaction. Then they have refunded the same amount after 2days
                                      But problem is that amount is not showing in my account statement. and bank is doing nothing, customer care always put my phone on long hold approx 15 min.
                                      i have done emails to customer care of icici bank but still not reply from that side.
